  • In case of indoor gymnastics training floor, in view of its characteristics, since it is simultaneously required the related smooth communication between the coach and the player, also the acoustic performance regarding to the Clearness of Music, besides the sport activity, the consideration about the acoustic character has entered the stage as an indispensable element. On such viewpoint, on the object of the recently built dome-typed gymnastics training floor, after making the optimized acoustic design with the remodeling through acoustic simulation, by means of measurement and valuation on human's psychological(sensual) degree utilizing Auralization that enables to experience the virtual sound field at the stage of design, this thesis has attempted to survey of the acoustic satisfaction degree and its reaction about the gymnastics training floor. As the result of investigation about the research on the space of object, it could be known that the valuation regarding to the acoustic performance of 'After-Improvement' was distinctly more refined than that of 'Before-Improvement'. It is now considering that such result of the study can be utilized as the useful data which enables to improve the retrenchment effect of the construction cost as well as the acoustic capability, by means of the prediction control on the acoustic problem from the stage of design, for the occasion when the similar indoor sport gymnasium is planning to build for the near future.

국내 소형자동차의 실제 도로 주행 배출가스 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Emission Characteristics of Korean Light-duty Vehicles in Real-road Driving Conditions)

  • Strengthening vehicle emission regulation is one of important policies to improve air quality in urban area. Due to the limitation of specified driving cycles for certification test to reflect real driving conditions, additional off-cycle emission regulations have been adopted in US and being developed in Europe. The driving cycles of US or Europe have been used in emission certification for Korean light-duty vehicles, but it has not been known how well the driving cycles reflect various real driving patterns in Korea. In that point of view, it is required to estimate vehicle emission based on real road driving conditions to raise the effectiveness of vehicle emission regulation in Korea. In this study, real driving emission measurements have been conducted for three Korean light-duty vehicles with PEMS. The driving routes consisted of urban, rural and motorway in Seoul and Incheon. The data have been analyzed with various averaging methods including moving averaging windows method and compared to emission limits set with emission certification modes applied to tested vehicles. The results have shown that the real driving pollutant emissions of a gasoline and a LPG vehicles have been ranged quite lower than those of emission limits on CVS-75 driving cycle. But real driving NOx of a light duty diesel vehicle has been considerably higher than emission limit of NEDC driving cycle. The higher than expected NOx emission of a diesel vehicle might be caused by different strategy to control EGR in real driving condition from NEDC driving.

젖소의 사양관리 시스템 개발 (Development of a Stockbreeding Management System for Dairy Cattle)

  • The agriculture and fishery share in the Korean GDP is continuously decreasing after 1960s. Furthermore the proportion of these industries in the GDP has diminished as low as 10 percent in recent years. However, the stockbreeding sector in these industries are considerably expanded. More than 50 percent of the whole farmhouses are involved in the livestock farming, and the stock farming portion is steadily increased in its size and scope. Thus, the mechanization and the automization of stockbreeding equipments are greatly required to reduce down production cost, as well as to win the competitiveness in the global market. From this aspect, developed in this paper is a stockbreeding management system (SMS) for dairy cattle, which can be used in small and medium sized dairy farms. First, the basic schema of the stockbreeding management system are addressed in view of stockbreeding management for individual dairy cattle. Electronic identification (EI) systems and sensory devices have changed stockbreeding management strategy from group stock control into individual stock control manner. The SMS receives stock body measurement data through the sensory devices such as weight, temperature, and milk conductivity meters. A common database then integrates those measuring data together so that the SMS can determine the appropriate solution on each stock's breeding such as feeding and milking. Thus, each stock can be supervised by a sophisticated SMS that provides the best solution to the stockbreeding throughout the stock's whole life-cycle. Secondly. six major submodules of the SMS, based on the EI and sensory devices, are proposed. They are individual stock management, disease management, health management, feeding management, milking management, and a propagation management submodule. Finally, a prototype system for the SMS is demonstrated. The system is developed using Delphi 2 client-server system run under the Windows 95 environment.

Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy를 이용한 대기오염 측정 및 분석 (Air Pollution Measurement and Analysis using a Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy)

  • Optical remote sensing techniques are particularly advantageous over the conventional fixed point methods because with these methods large-area monitoring can be possible and sample preparation difficulties are avoidable. Instruments based on the differential optical absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) technique are widely used for monitoring air pollutants in urban areas in recent years. In this study, $O_3$, SO$_2$, NO$_2$, and VOCs (benzene, toluene, xylene, and styrene) are measured continuously at Sihwa industrial area using a DOAS from February to November. 1999. Intercomparison between the DOAS method and the conventional methods (filed point samplers for $O_3$, NO$_2$, and SO$_2$, and adsorbent sampling methods and gas chromatography for VOCs) are performed simultaneously at the same site. The time series of the DOAS data and that of fixed point method show good match at the view point of the tendency, but the absolute concentration values of these two methods differ quite a lot from each other; correlation coefficients shows 0.78 for $O_3$and 0.97 for SO$_2$. However, the results of VOCs measurements are not quite satisfactory ; the spectral interference with $O_2$and $O_3$appears to be the major cause of the errors for VOCs .

  • The Ting Kau Bridge in Hong Kong is a cable-stayed bridge comprising two main spans and two side spans. The bridge deck is supported by three towers, an end pier and an abutment. Each of the three towers consists of a single reinforced concrete mast strengthened by transverse cables and struts. The bridge deck is supported by four inclined planes of cables emanating from anchorages at the tower tops. In view of the heavy traffic on the bridge, and threats from typhoons and earthquakes originated in areas nearby, the dynamic behaviour of long-span cable-supported bridges in the region is always an important consideration in their design. Baseline finite element models of various levels of sophistication have been built not only to match the bridge geometry and cable forces specified on the as-constructed drawings but also to be calibrated using the vibration measurement data captured by the Wind and Structural Health Monitoring System. This paper further describes the analysis of axle loading data, as well as the generation of random axle loads and simulation of vibrations of the bridge using the finite element models. Various factors affecting the vehicular loading on the bridge will also be examined.

확장 칼만필터를 이용한 탄도수정탄의 대기속도 추정 (Airspeed Estimation of Course Correction Munitions by Using Extended Kalman Filter)

  • 본 논문은 회전안정성을 갖는 탄도수정탄의 대기속도 추정을 위한 필터 설계에 대하여 설명한다. 대상 시스템은 운용상의 제약(공간, 파워)으로 인하여, 대기속도 측정을 위한 센서를 사용할 수 없다. 따라서 한정된 센서를 이용한 대기속도 추정이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 IMU(가속도계, 자이로)에서 측정하는 3축 가속도와 각속도 데이터만 이용하여, 대기속도 추정을 위한 필터를 설계하였다. 대상 시스템의 경우, 넓은 속도, 고도의 운용범위를 커버하기 위한 추정 필터가 필요하므로 본 연구에서는 확장 칼만필터를 설계하여 기존의 연구와의 차별성을 두었다. 확장 칼만필터 설계를 위한 자코비안 행렬은 NRF(No-roll frame)에서의 간략화된 선형모델을 이용하여 구성하였다. 최종적으로 센서 오차와 바람 모델을 포함한 시뮬레이션을 통해 그 성능을 검토하였다. 이때, 시뮬레이션은 설계한 대기속도와 각속도 모델 오차의 영향을 분석하기 위하여 네 가지 경우의 프로세스 공분산 행렬 값에 대한 영향을 분석하였다.

GPS 고도 데이터를 이용한 경사가 있는 고속국도에서 에코드라이빙 방안 (Eco-driving Method at Highway including Grade using GPS Altitude data)

  • 최근의 차량 연비는 환경 규제 및 고가의 연료 가격으로 인하여 중요한 문제로 대두되었다. 연비 향상을 위한 기술 개발은 엔진, 파워트레인 등 차량의 많은 구성품들의 성능을 개선하였다. 따라서 연비는 많이 향상 되었으나 연비 측정은 현재도 주어진 모드(LA-4, FTP-75 등)에서 컴퓨터 모의시험 및 다이나모에서 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 실제 도로의 연비 향상 방안을 도출하기 위하여 약 213Km 영동고속도로를 제안하는 3가지 다른 알고리즘으로 모의 주행하였다. 이를 위해 GPS 수신 데이터 중에서 거리와 고도 데이터를 추출하여 각 구간의 경사도, 주행저항을 계산, 알고리즘에 따른 속도 프로파일을 약 213Km 전 구간에 대해서 완성하였다. 이 속도 프로파일로 컴퓨터를 이용한 AVL Cruise 프로그램으로 모의 주행하여 연비를 산출하고 Eco-driving 방안을 제안한다.

온도상승에 따른 배선용 차단기의 동작특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Operating Characteristics of Molded Case Circuit Breakers according to Temperature Rise)

  • Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs) are typically used to provide over current protection for electrical safety caused by short circuit faults and overloads in indoor low voltage power systems. The MCCB automatically connects and disconnects loads from the electrical source when the current reaches a value and duration that will cause an excessive. However, the MCCB sometimes is not interrupted due to a malfunction, nuisance tripping, or in a fire. Ensuring electrical safety is very important in a indoor low voltage power system. This paper presents the operating characteristics of MCCBs according to a temperature rise from room temperature to 160 degrees Celsius delivered by a radiant panel heater. The ABS 54c(rated current: 30A) of the hydraulic magnetic trip type was used in the experiments. The signals of temperature, voltage, and current were measured using the high accuracy Signal Conditioning Extensions for Instrumentation (SCXI) measurement system with the LabVIEW program manufactured by National Instruments. The operating characteristics were measured as functions of current amplitude and ramp-up rate. The MCCB tripping time decreased as a result of increasing current amplitude and ramp-up rate under a temperature rise condition, because the temperature and level of the current are directly proportional to the tripping time. Additionally, an instantaneous operation was observed after 8 times of the rated current, and the MCCB began to melt a surface temperature of around 300 degrees Celsius of. The experimental results coincided well with the operating curve.

지방공무원 인사혁신정책의 상대적 우선순위분석 (Analysis of Relative Priority of Local Civil Servant's Personnel Innovation Policy)

  • 본 연구는 지방공무원 인사혁신에 대한 정책우선순위를 통해 인적자원관리의 방향성을 모색하기 위해 AHP 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 측정영역에서는 인사교류시스템, 보직관리시스템, 채용관리시스템, 교육훈련시스템 중에서 인사교류시스템이 가장 중요한 평가요소로 분석되었다. 둘째, 평가항목의 관점에서 보면, 인사교류시스템에서는 직무와 성과중심의 인사관리 전환, 보직관리시스템에서는 전문직위제 지정 및 확대, 채용관리시스템에서는 민간에서 시행중인 인성, 적성 검사도입, 교육훈련시스템에서는 맞춤형 교육과정프로그램 개발 등이 가장 중요하게 평가되었다.

방사선치료실 내의 광중성자 에너지 분포 평가 (Evaluation of Photoneutron Energy Distribution in the Radiotherapy Room)

  • 의료용의 선형가속장치는 방사선치료에 있어서 그 활용도가 가장 높으며, 최근에는 10MV 이상의 고에너지 광자선을 이용한 치료가 보편화되고 있다. 그러나 광핵반응에 의한 광중성자가 생성됨으로써 방사선 방호측면에서 많은 문제를 야기 시키고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 MCNPX 프로그램을 이용하여 치료실 내의 위치별 중성자의 특성을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 광중성자의 생성 개수도 선원 중심점을 기준으로 거리가 멀어질수록 감소됨을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 10MV에서 20MV로 에너지가 높아짐에 따른 열중성자와 속중성자의 비율은 큰 차이가 없었지만, 선원 중심점으로부터 거리가 이격될수록 열중성자의 비율이 높아지는 현상을 확인할 수 있었다.
