최근 세계적으로 지역경제의 활성화 정책에 문화예술활동을 도입하는 사례가 크게 늘어나고 있다. 일본의 경우에는 이미 수십, 수 백년 전부터 여러 지역에서 마을만들기 운동, 즉 "마치즈쿠리(まちづくり)"를 통해 지역 정체성을 강화하는 한편, 침체된 지방의 경제를 활성화하고 있다. 일본 시가현의 나가하마(長浜市)의 경우에는 1980년대 중반부터 마찌쯔꾸리운동을 통해 지역부존자원이 빈약한 인구 5만의 소도시가 전국적으로 알려지게 되었다. 나가하마는 문화활동의 활성화로 관광객을 유치하고, 지역 특산물을 홍보하여 지역경제의 활성화에 기여하는 한편, 그러한 성과에 기초하여 전문대학의 유치, 실내야구장의 건설 등과 같은 사업을 추진하여 지역주민들의 자긍심을 제고하는데 성공하였다.

This is paper aims to figure out the way movies and engineering have communicated and the right direction for better communication between them. Engineering no longer should be treated as playing a key role when it comes to film making. Engineering is essential in making films look real. It means that movies gain credibility from utilizing engineering, which all other types of arts also seek after. Films can be resonated better through mutual communication with engineering. The paper takes a close look at emotional aspects to figure out what the new direction of communication between movies and engineering is. People's lives shown in films and the material world that engineering represents are mingled to attain the emotional oneness between the two. This can be easily observed in Japanese movies where robots and humans have a close relationship or recent films whose theme is emotional exchange among humans and robots. This kind of contact leads us to explore newly found humans' position that was brought about in the wake of development in engineering and existential conditions that humans need to have accordingly. Artificial intelligence and neurology sectors that the engineering field is today earnestly working on are in line with it. Therefore, this article seeks to find out the meaning and value of communication between movies and engineering when establishing the fresh mankind model based on emotions and pursuit of diversity.

소방 방재청에서 실시하여 온 시범사업 및 확장 1차 사업을 통하여 구축된 시스템은 국산화율이 매우 낮은 상황으로서 시스템제조업자의 제조 중단 등이 발생할 경우 통합망의 유지관리에 상당한 지장을 초래하게 된다. 이 문제를 방지하기 위해서는 단말기는 물론이고 중앙시스템에 대한 주요 부품의 국산화가 요구된다. 즉 통합네트워크 시스템의 기술종속 방지 및 국산화 대책 마련이 필요한 상태이다. 본고는 기술종속 및 독점 요소 분석을 통한 국산화방안에 대한 정책방향을 제시한다.

Purpose: The purposes of this study were as follows; 1) To review the definitions of critical thinking from various perspectives, 2) To examine the critical thinking measurements throughout nursing research, and 3) To review the nursing studies with regard to critical thinking. Methods: This study was a literature review with regard to the critical thinking in nursing in aspects of conceptual meaning, measurements, and research. Results: The definition of critical thinking in nursing included decision making in clinical setting, inference with logical construct to increase nursing quality, interpretation in the context, and evaluation. The critical thinking was a core concept, which meant not only simple nursing process, but included decision making ability. The critical thinking has been conceptualized by both critical thinking disposition and skill. However, there was no nursing specified critical thinking measurement. Critical thinking research has been conducted to describe critical thinking disposition and critical thinking, to determine relationships between critical thinking and clinical competency, and to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs. Conclusion: The instruments for measuring critical thinking disposition and skill that contain cultural difference and clinical specificity need to be developed to measure critical thinking and increase it.

This paper aims to investigate the factors affecting the quality of rural labor in Vietnam, a case study in Thai Nguyen province. For this purpose, we establish an integrated framework of factors affecting the quality of rural labor. We use Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (Fuzzy-AHP) to assess the weight of the criteria and sub-criteria of rural labor quality. This method introduced by Saaty (1987) is a useful tool to cope with the complexity of decision-making. The Fuzzy-AHP is one of the most common Multi-Criteria Decision-Making instruments for dealing with quantifiable and intangible criteria, which reflect the relative importance of the alternatives based on constructing a pairwise comparison matrix. The results show that the four most weighted factors are institutions, local government policies, technical qualifications, and mentality. In particular, the weight of the institution is the largest (0.2343), meaning that this factor is the most important one affecting the quality of rural labor in Thai Nguyen province. The weight of local government policy is close to that of institution, about 0.2259. The weights of technical qualification and mentality are 0.1238 and 0.1135, respectively. In addition, age and education levels do not significantly affect the rural labor quality of Thai Nguyen province.

Intuition is an abstract concept which is most often thought of as a nonrational, nonscientific mode of thought. However, since there are so many amorphous definitions of intuition that it seems important to clarify the meaning of this concept. Therefore, this study use the process of Walker & Avant’s concept analysis to define of the concept of intuition Attributes of intuition were defined as 1) Knowledge of truth that is difficult to explicate ; 2) A type of immediate knowing ; 3) Knowlwdge without reasining analysis ; 4) Knowledge that is attained based on virtue character which integrates all matter and is not attained through individual experience. Antecedents of intuition consists of 1) as ground for knowledge or truth that is not availables to trace through the analytic procedures ; & 2) the flow of Ki which unites human beings and the universe. Consequences of intuition events or incidents occuring as a result of the concept consist of verification of the truth though analytic procedures and application of knowledge in both theoretical and practical ways. To develop intuitive ability, as an educator should not only make studies in recognizine, analysing and teaching concepts related to logical, rational decision making but should also recognize and teach concepts related to intuitive components of making decisions in clinical practice and classroom learning as well.

"I only went out for a walk, and finally concluded to stay out till sundown, for going out, I found, was really going in." (John Muir, 1938) Building interior and urban interior is understood as a single concept of interior: "the outside is always an inside" (Le Corbusier, 1929). Both are thus related to each other, and under the same system of meaning. Architecture comes from the making of an interior. A city comes out of the making of another interior felt as an undeniable inner demand; a street is "a community room by agreement" (Kahn, 1971) and a square is an open aesthetic room by agreement of community. Urban interior that contains our public life-world is an extension of the concept of interior that building interior contains our private/semipublic life-world. This paper explores the idea of interior and urban interior through literature research. The first site the paper traces is the physical interior, space, and place to figure out their meanings. The second site this paper illustrates is the transposition of the physical interior and the psychic interior, which influences the physical space where we create our own life-world. The last site the paper clarifies is the development of the idea of urban interior and the contextual rationale of urban interior. This ramble from building interior to urban interior discloses a twofold singular interior of both the building and urban interior that explains the meanings of interior, the scopes of interior, and the objects of interior to design and create interior.

In 1994, Songbuk-gu Office of Seoul held a design competition for Miarigogae-Park, Miarigogae has a special sense of place. It was a place where bararians had crossed the boundary to this country during the Manchu war of 1636. It was a public cemetery where only Koreans had been buried under the rule of Japanese imperialism. It was a place where national patriots had been kidnapped to the North during the Korean War. It's sorrows have been sung in the name of song-'Danjangeui-Miarigogae'(one of the most popular song in Korea). It's sense of place has been kept in every Korean people's mind in the form on 'non-physical image'. Even though, the site itself was a small space - only 1000㎡, the meaning of park-making was very significant. It meant that it would create a physical 'setting' to express the sense of place which has been existed only in our mind as a form of 'non-physical image'. In the winning scheme proposed by the author, the sense of place of Miarigogae was expressed in the form of 'castle walls' which could be easily come into everyone's mind as an image of war. The scope of work also included a crossing bridge and symbolic features. It was meaningful that a landscape architect won the competition including on those items which were not usually handled in pure landscape architectural offices. The purpose of this paper was to articulate the concept of the winning entry in detail and to describe how the concept actualized in reality.

Objective : Up to the present, theories of medical books is too difficult to understand thoroughly. However, these study methods have some problems in dealing with lots of meaning because the comprehension of theories are dependent upon one's memory. Especially, comparison distinct medical books are more difficult matter. So, we have attempted to solve a problem. Method : We have researched medical terms in the "Piweilun" according to below the procedure. (1) Making a terms list: We have selected constituent of sentence. And we have made term list on the basis of concept of term. (2) Making a synonym list: We have collected identical conception and made a synonym list. So, using an synonym tables of DB, it is possible to search for the non-standard terms of medical theory. (3) Making a classification system: Using UMLS(Unified Medical Language System), MeSH(Medical Subject Headings), IST(International Standard Terminology) ect., we have made a classification system of oriental medicine terms in the "Piwelun". Analysis of relation between terms. Result : In the "Piweilun", there are more than 1,790s concepts. Parts of those are belonged to UMLS-Semantic Type, the other parts of those are not belonged to UMLS-Semantic Type. And those include predicate more than UMLS-Semantic Relations.

본 연구는 학생포트폴리오 작성 경험을 분석함으로써 학생포트폴리오의 교육적 가치 및 작성지도의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 질적연구를 수행하였는데, 포트폴리오에 대한 문헌연구를 토대로 인터뷰 문항을 구성하고 인천광역시 소재 I 대학의 학생 9명을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 인터뷰에 응한 학생들은 교내 학생포트폴리오 경진대회의 수상자 11명 중 일부로써 인터뷰 전 과정을 녹취하고 이를 전사하여 분석하였다. 인터뷰 결과 대부분의 학생들은 공학교육인증 평가를 위해 타의적으로 학생포트폴리오 작성을 시작하였으나 학생포트폴리오 작성이 필요하며 저학년 때부터 작성하는 것이 바람직하다고 인식하였다. 학생포트폴리오 작성시의 어려움으로는 자료 관리의 미비로 자료의 부족을 손꼽았으며 포트폴리오 자체에 대한 인식이 낮아 표준 양식을 제공해 준다고 하더라도 어떻게 작성해야 할지 어려워하고 있었다. 학생들은 학생포트폴리오를 작성함으로써 자기 반성의 기회를 갖고 기록의 중요성을 인식하며, 미래에 대한 준비를 할 수 있는 기회를 갖게 되었다. 이러한 과정을 통해 학생들은 또 다른 활동이나 능력 향상을 위한 동기가 생겨나고 자신감을 획득하게 되며, 꾸준한 포트폴리오 작성 과정으로 인해 문서작성 능력의 향상을 인식하게 되는 등 다양한 긍정적인 효과를 경험할 수 있었다.
