발명교사교육센터 직무연수의 현업적용도 (Job Implementation of ITEC's In-Service Teacher Training)

  • 이 연구는 발명교사교육센터에서 추진하고 있는 현직교사 대상의 발명교육 직무연수의 현업적용도를 확인하기 위해서 수행되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 연수 이수 1년 후 시점에서 이수자가 인식하는 학습 파지도, 연수 유용도, 연수 내용의 교육 활용도, 발명교육 능력 향상도를 알아보았다. 이 연구는 2013년 동남권 발명교사교육센터의 직무연수를 이수한 현직교원 60명을 대상으로 하였으며, 현업적용도 조사 연구와 연수 후기에 대한 질적 분석으로 수행되었다. 연수 이수자 60명 중 현업적용도 조사에 응답한 인원은 30명, 연수 후기 작성에 참여한 인원은 12명이다. 동남권 발명교사교육센터에서 2013년에 추진한 현직교원 대상의 직무연수 현업적 용도의 평균값은 5점 만점에 4.07점으로 비교적 높은 점수로 확인되었다. 연수 이수 1년 후 이수자가 인식하는 현업적용도의 하위 항목은 교육능력 향상도 4.39점, 연수 유용도 4.11점, 교육 활용도 3.94점, 학습 파지도 3.82점의 순이다. 현업적용도의 전체 평균 4.07점을 기준으로 보았을 때, 교육능력 향상도와 연수 유용도는 상대적으로 높은 값을 보였고, 교육 활용도와 학습 파지도는 상대적으로 낮은 값으로 확인되었다. 연수 이수자의 현업적용도에 대한 질적 분석 자료로 확보한 12편의 연수 후기에 대한 내용을 분석한 결과, 학습 파지도, 연수 유용도, 교육 활용도, 교육 능력 향상도를 직 간접적으로 설명할 수 있는 의미 있는 사례를 도출하였다.

차분 특징을 이용한 평균-교사 모델의 음향 이벤트 검출 성능 향상 (Performance Improvement of Mean-Teacher Models in Audio Event Detection Using Derivative Features)

  • 최근 들어, 음향 이벤트 검출을 위하여 CRNN(: Convolutional Recurrent Neural Network) 구조에 기반 한 평균-교사 모델이 대표적으로 사용되고 있다. 평균-교사 모델은 두 개의 병렬 형태의 CRNN을 가진 구조이며, 이들의 출력들의 일치성을 학습 기준으로 사용함으로서 약-전사 레이블(label)과 비-전사 레이블 음향 데이터에 대해서도 효과적인 학습이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 최신의 평균-교사 모델에 로그-멜 스펙트럼에 대한 차분 특징을 추가적으로 사용함으로서 보다 나은 성능을 이루고자 하였다. DCASE 2018/2019 Challenge Task 4용 학습 및 테스트 데이터를 이용한 음향 이벤트 검출 실험에서 제안된 차분특징을 이용한 평균-교사모델은 기존의 방식에 비해서 최대 8.1%의 상대적 ER(: Error Rate)의 향상을 얻을 수 있었다.

중등학교 가정과교사의 교사 효능감 유형에 대한 연구 (Types of Teacher Efficacy among Secondary School Home Economics Teachers)

  • The purposes of this study are to identify the types of teacher efficacy, to present a theoretical base for teacher efficacy among Home Economics teachers and subsequently, to improve the quality in the practices of home economics education. To achieve these purposes, 263 secondary school home economics teachers were surveyed by the prime investigator. The three research questions of this study were: 1. What are the individual characteristics, the environmental characteristics and the trends of teacher efficacy among secondary school home economics teachers? 2. What is the factor in teacher efficacy among secondary school home economics teachers? 3. What are the types of teacher efficacy among secondary school home economics teachers? For these research questions, factor analysis and cluster analysis were conducted. The factor analysis on teacher efficacy with a survey of secondary school home economics teachers produced 5 factors of efficacy: classroom management, needs assistance, instructional strategies, environmental assistance and teaming assistance. The teacher efficacy had a mean of 3.58 and the home economics teachers showed a slightly higher level in teacher efficacy. Of the 5 efficacy factors, classroom management showed the highest level (M=3.89), followed by learning assistance (M=3.81), instrumental strategies (M=3.57), environmental assistance (M=3.42) and needs assistance (M=3.19). Overall, the teachers had positive feeling in teacher efficacy. Three types of teachers were found in the types of teacher efficacy: the supreme, the average and the efforts-needy. Those types were identified based on the mean scores of the five sub-domains from the factor analysis. To enhance the teacher efficacy, the needs assessments for the students and behavioral adjustment issues should be reflected in the curriculum of teacher education and workshops. The primary investigator suggested that continuous and long-term plans for teacher education need to be developed because short-term plans may not be effective in changing attitudes such as teacher efficacy.

Utilizing Mean Teacher Semi-Supervised Learning for Robust Pothole Image Classification

  • 포장도로에서 발생하는 포트홀은 고속 주행 차량에 치명적인 영향을 미치며, 사망사고를 유발할 수 있는 도로상의 장애물이다. 이를 방지하기 위해 일반적으로는 작업자가 직접 포트홀을 탐지하는 방식을 사용해왔으나, 이는 작업자의 안전 문제와 예측하기 어려운 범주에서 발생하는 모든 포트홀을 인력으로 탐지하는 것이 비효율적이기 때문에 한계가 있다. 또한, 도로 환경과 관련된 지반 환경이 포트홀 생성에 영향을 미치기 때문에, 완벽한 포트홀 방지는 어렵다. 데이터셋 구축을 위해서는 전문가의 지도하에 라벨링 작업이 필요하지만, 이는 매우 시간과 비용이 많이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 Mean Teacher 기법을 사용하여 라벨링된 데이터의 샘플 수가 적더라도 지도학습보다 더욱 강인한 포트홀 이미지 분류 성능을 보여준다. 이러한 결과는 성능지표와 GradCAM을 통해 입증되었으며, 준지도학습을 사용할 때 15개의 사전 학습된 CNN 모델이 평균 90.41%의 정확도를 달성하며, 지도학습과 비교하여 2%에서 9%의 차이로 강인한 성능을 나타내는 것을 확인하였다.

지각된 원장의 서번트 리더십이 교사-유아 관계 효능감을 매개로 직무열의에 미치는 영향 (The Mediating Effect of Teacher Self-Efficacy for Positive Teacher-Child Relationships on the Relationship between Perceived Supervisor's Servant Leadership and Work Engagement)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of perceived supervisor's servant leadership and teacher self-efficacy for positive teacher-child relationships on work engagement using the path model. Methods: The subjects were 210 teachers working at childcare centers in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Province. Questionnaires were used to investigate perceived supervisor's servant leadership, teacher self-efficacy for positive teacher-child relationships, and work engagement. The collected data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling(SEM), Bootstrapping, Pearson Correlation, AMOS 20.0, and SPSS 21.0. Results: First, supervisor's servant leadership had a positive influence on teacher self-efficacy for positive teacher-child relationships. Second, teacher self-efficacy for positive teacher-child relationships had a positive influence on work engagement. Third, supervisor's servant leadership had a positive influence on teacher's work engagement. Fourth, supervisor's servant leadership had an indirec effect on teacher's work engagement by teacher self-efficacy for positive teacher-child relationships. Conclusion/Implications: The results mean teacher self-efficacy for positive teacher-child relationships had more influence on teacher's work engagement. Therefore, it is more useful to promote teacher self-efficacy for positive teacher-child relationships in order to strengthen teacher's work engagement.

영아반 보육교사의 교사민감성에 영향을 미치는 변인 분석: 정서안정성, 대인관계 스트레스, 근무환경을 중심으로 (An Analysis of Variables Affecting Teacher Sensitivity of Infant Classes in Childcare Centers: Focus on Emotional Stability, Interpersonal Relationship Stress and Work Environment Variables)

  • Objective: This study examined the correlation between variables influencing teacher sensitivity to infant classes in Educare Center teachers and teacher sensitivity, by classifying their personal psychological, socio-psychological, and work environment variables. Furthermore, it aimed to inquire the extent to which these variables influence teacher sensitivity. Methods: The study included 236 Educare Center teachers in charge of infant classes working in infant-caring facilities. Based on stepwise multiple regression analysis, a significance test was conducted for each variable. Results: Firstly, according to the correlations regarding teacher sensitivity to infant classes, for sensitive interaction, emotional stability showed significant positive correlation, while there were significant negative correlations with relationships with the director, colleagues,and parents; mean working hours in other places; and mean daily personal time. For insensitive interaction, there were significant negative correlations with emotional stability and mean daily break time, while there were significant positive correlations with relationships with the director, colleagues, and parents. Secondly, regarding the influences on teacher sensitivity to infant classes, for sensitive interaction, the most significant influences consisted in the relationships with colleagues and parents. On the other hand, for insensitive interaction, the most significant influences were the relationship with colleagues and emotional stability. Conclusion: Reducing interpersonal relationship stress and increasing the emotional stability of Educare Center teachers will increase their sensitivity level. Furthermore, the quality of care will be improved.

초등학생의 보건관리 만족도와 태도에 관한 연구 - 양호교사 유무를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Health Care Satisfaction and Attitude of Elementary School Students - by the presence or absence of nurse teacher -)

  • The purpose of this study was to serve as a basis for school health care of better quality, by making a comparative analysis of the health care satisfaction and attitude of elementary school students in consideration of their general characteristics and the presence or absence of nurse teacher. The subjects in this study were 919 selected six graders in 16 elementary schools in the city of Tongduchun, Koyang and Euijungbu, Yangju-kun and Yeunchun-kun. A survey was conducted with questionnaire designed for measurement of health care satisfaction and attitude. As a result of analyzing the data collected from June 1 through 15, 2000, the conclusions were as follows. 1) As for the general characteristics of the students investigated, the subjects included 513 boys(55.8%) and 406 girls(44.2%). The schools where 390(42.4%) students attended were located in municipal area, and the schools where 529(57.6%) students attended were located in kun area. 608(66.2%) students had a nurse teacher at their schools, while 311(33.8%) students had no nurse teacher. 498(54.2%) had an experience to use the health room this year, but 421(45.8%) had no such an experience. Their mean school life satisfaction was scored $3.42{\pm}.71$, above the average. And their health condition was rated $3.81{\pm}.87$, which implied they tended to be in good health. 2) The mean satisfaction at the health room operation was scored $3.33{\pm}.71$, above the medium level. What they were most satisfied with($4.02{\pm}1.08$) was, among the health room facilities, that there were beds. But they expressed the least satisfaction($2.83{\pm}1.17$) at the location of health room. The presence or absence of nurse teacher made a significant difference to their satisfactionat health room operation, because the students in schools with nurse teacher showed greater satisfaction($3.42{\pm}.72$) than the others in schools with no nurse teacher did($3.15{\pm}.66$). 3) Concerning their attitude to use the health room in case of disease or accident occurrence, a lot of students in schools with a nurse teacher, who had ever suffered from indigestion, headache or traumatic injury, used the health room. In schools with no nurse teacher, there was a tendency to talk to their class teachers(p<.001). The recognition of the necessity for health counseling was generally on a medium level. The counselor whom they wanted to discuss health problem with was family or friend in the largest cases. Few students discussed with class teachers in case there was a nurse teacher in school. Instead, some of them discussed with friend, family or nurse teacher, and there was a significant difference between them(p<.001). 4) The mean satisfaction at health, sanitation and environmental management was rated $3.20{\pm}.90$, above the average. The classroom lighting gave them the best satisfaction with $3.67{\pm}1.07$, but the satisfaction at toilet cleanness and disinfection was not good with $2.83{\pm}1.19$. By the presence or absence of nurse teacher, those who had a nurse teacher expressed better satisfaction at water supply facilities including hot water than the others who had no nurse teacher did(p<.001). But no significant difference was observed in the other items. 5) The health education satisfaction was rated $3.19{\pm}.99$, which was on a medium level. By item, the mean satisfaction level was $3.36{\pm}1.19$ at nurse teacher's explanation about treatment, $3.13{\pm}1.15$ at the frequency of health education, and $3.08{\pm}1.16$ at the explanation on the cause of disease. By the presence or absence of nurse teacher, the students with nurse teacher showed significantly better satisfaction at every factor0(p<.001). 6) Regarding health education attitude, their recognition of the need for school health education was scored $3.89{\pm}.96$. Those who had a nurse teacher felt it more necessary($3.96{\pm}.92$), yet the others who had no nurse teacher felt its necessity a little less($3.74{\pm}1.01$). The most preferred thing for them to learn in health education was first aid, followed by sex education, obesity prevention, safety accident prevention in school and outdoors, smoking-related health, good use of leisure time, and environmental pollution cause in the order named. According to the presence or absence of nurse teacher, there was a significant difference in sex education(p<.01), but no significant disparities were found in the other factors. The most preferred person who would offer health education was a lecturer from the outside(45.8%) and nurse teacher(45.4%). Their preference for class teacher as a person in charge of health education was just 8.8%. But the presence or absence of nurse teacher didn't produce any differences to their preference for a person in charge of health education.

남편의 정서적 지지 및 어머니-교사협력이 어머니의 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Husband's Emotional Support and Mother-teacher Partnership on Maternal Parenting Stress)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of husband's emotional support and mother-teacher partnership on maternal parenting stress. The participants in this study consisted of 216 mothers with children(aged 4-5years). Husband's emotional support was measured by the Parenting Alliance Inventory(PAI, R. R. Abidin, 1988) revised by R. R. Abidin and J. F. Brunner(1995). Mother-teacher partnership was measured using the Caregiver-Parent Partnership Scale(A. M. Ware, B. Barfoot, A. S. Rusher & M. T. Owen, 1995) revised by M. T. Owen, A. M. Ware and B. Barfoot(2000). Parental Stress was measured by the Parenting Stress Index-Short Form(PSI-SF, R. R. Abidin, 1995) revised by M. E. Haskett, L. S. Ahern, C. S. Ward and J. C. Allaire(2006). The data were analyzed through mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression. The results of this study were as follows: First, the mean score of husband's emotional support was higher than average and the mean score of mother-teacher partnership was an average level. Parenting stress was lower than average. Second, there were statistically differences in maternal parental stress according to number of children and mother's educational level. Third, husband's emotional support and mother-teacher partnership were influenced by maternal parental stress. The results of this study are important because they show mothers, fathers, and teachers ways to reduce maternal parental stress.

통합운영학교(統合運營學校)의 교원설계공간(敎員施設空間) 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Teacher's Facilities Space of Integrated Schools)

  • Past, teacher's facilities space of school arranges the desk by teacher's number and businesslike function a teacher's room and night-duty room, supplementary rest space, of considered 1 room from everything mean. But, these days, teacher's space is emphasized personality of individual study conversation between teachers and a rest etc. Even though the change of such use form is very important to teacher, it is true to be not considered much in architectural planning of existing school's facilities. Plan that correspond dividing use form of school affair meeting and business, individual study, a rest etc. of forward teacher space is to need. Therefore, I wish to suggest architectural data for general and efficient operation management of integrated school through this study.

여교사의 이상적인 외모에 관한 연구 - 서울시내 여고생을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Ideal Appearance of the Female Teacher)

  • This study intends to find out the desirable teacher's image and to investigate the ideal appearance of the female teacher. The subjects were gathered into 403 high school girls, and convenience sampling was done regarding the number of schools classified by districts and regional characteristics of school. And for analysis of data frequency, percentage, mean, cronbach'$\alpha$ , $x^{2}-test$, 1-test, F-test, Duncan's Multiple Range Test, Factor-Analysis, were conducted. The results are as follows; 1. The subjects Preferred the understanding teacher to the intellectual teacher. 2. There were significant differences in satisfaction with the teacher's role-performance according to the school, grade of the subjects. 3. There were significant differences in reaction to the appearance of the female teacher according to the school, grade of the subjects. 4. There were significant differences in the ideal appearance of the female teacher according to the residence, school, grade of the subjects.
