Entry of women into the higher positions or professions in the fields of entertainment and performing arts has been expanding gradually. Especially, women working in these fields in New York show a dynamic growth and development. As a result, women surviving in a male-dominated world have raised their voices for their human rights to live free from violence, sexuality, slavery, discrimination, etc.. In the entertainment and performing arts, women have been shouting their voices for a long time through the theme, performance process, and the shows. Their voices influenced politics, society, and culture as a whole. The 'MeToo' movement is the result of condensation from their voices. In other words, it is the result of women's voices against sexual harassment or assault in these fields. Starting in Hollywood, the 'MeToo' movement was rapidly spread out online and strongly supported by female leaders and activists in the world. It had a strong influence on the fields of theater and entertainment industry in Korea as well. By recognizing this phenomenon, the contents of this study suggest how and what to continuously increase the value of the 'MeToo' movement in Korea's entertainment industry.

This study was intended to investigate the influences of consumer's self-monitoring, pioneer brand awareness, types of endorsers on quality perception of "me-too" brands with a focus on outdoor brands. The design of this research was comprised of 2 types of self-monitoring(high vs. low), 2 types of pioneer brand awareness(high vs. low), 2 types of endorsers(professional expert vs. typical consumer). The study was carried out by using samples from residents of Seoul and Gyeonggi area. The number of subjects used in the final analysis totaled 243, with age of the consumers ranging grom 20's to 50's. The results of this study were as follows. Self-monitoring, pioneer brand awareness and types of endorsers had shown a statistically significant correlation effect on the quality perception of me-too brands. Especially, in the high-level self-monitoring group, the effect of pioneer brand awareness on quality perception of me-too brand was significant when typical consumer model was given. The result presents that using a professional expert model in the market rather than a typical consumer model can offset the quality perception of pioneer brand with low awareness.

Purpose - Although the government and civic groups do not always confront each other over the Me Too movement, the two stakeholders are often conflicted. For example, the two interested parties may have different positions in the gender conflict and be often hostile due to debates over how to institutionalize and distinguish actual harm from innocence. In this situation, the strategies of the two stakeholders for their own ends are inevitably interdependent. This paper is a study on the strategic reciprocity of interested parties in relation to the Me Too Movement, which has recently raised a new discourses in our society. Design/methodology/approach - We derive equilibrium of the reciprocity between civic groups(collectively referred to as the Me Too Movement Headquarters) leading the Me Too Movement and government that must preemptively respond to new social issues, and analyze how changes in some external conditions affect the reactions of the two stakeholders. For this purpose we rely on economic methodology. Findings - In the reciprocity between the two forces, we derive an equilibrium composed of the pair of the government's optimal response level and the civic group's optimal strategy, and further derive the comparative static results according to changes in external conditions. Analysis results are mixed with intuitive results and non-intuitive ones. However, even if the result is not intuitive, rational reasoning is possible as long as it is derived through a rigorous model, and it has several implications. Research implications or Originality - Although this study is a positive approach, it is meaningful as a starting point to explore practical discussion directions and alternatives by adding another new perspective and approach to research in other social science fields with many normative studies.

The purpose of this study is to find out the specific needs of 1st graders for parents and homeroom teachers. The research questions of this study are as follows. Research question 1. What does 1st grader want from parents? Research question 2. What does the 1st grader want for the homeroom teacher? There were 31 participants. Data collection was conducted by focus group interview. Requests for parents are summarized as 'what 1st graders want from parents', and requests for teachers are summarized as 'what 1st graders want from homeroom teacher'. As the detailed topics of 'What 1st graders want from parents' are 'I have too much work to do, so I want to reduce it', 'Don't just scold me' 'Like in kindergarten, play with me' and 'I'm so hard. Take care of me'. As the detailed topics of 'what 1^st graders want from homeroom teacher.' are 'At first it was exciting', 'Scary teacher, I hate it', 'Friendly teacher, good', 'Teacher, please praise me' and 'Teacher, please teach me fun'. We revealed that the emotional support of parents and homeroom teachers is important for 1st graders to successfully adapt to elementary school.

The purpose of this study was to research the heroines' fashion styles in the opera, "La Boh$\`{e}$me." This article studied the representations of the grisettes in 1830's France and the characteristics of the grisettes appeared in the original novel, "Sc$\`{e}$nes de la Vie de Boh$\`{e}$me" and contemporary literatures and paintings. The one of the heroines, Mimi was figured a virtuous female despite poor environments, by contrast Musetta was described as cruel, greedy and vicious female in the opera. But, by analyzing the original novel and the representations of the grisettes in contemporary literatures, this study figured out clearly Mimi and Musetta have same origin and similar aspects, not contrast. Up to the present mimi's costumes were not sophisticated but too simple compared to Musetta's. Also Musetta's costume were too much luxury considering her status. This study proposed a new fashion style considering not only analysis result of the heroins' characteristics but contemporary costume design of the 1830's France.

The nucleophilic substitution reactions of dicyclohexyl phosphinic chloride [3; $cHex_2$P(=O)Cl] with substituted anilines ($XC_6H_4NH_2$) and deuterated anilines ($XC_6H_4ND_2$) are investigated kinetically in acetonitrile at 60.0 $^{\circ}C$. The anilinolysis rate is too slow to be rationalized by the stereoelectronic effects. The rate is contrary to expectations for the electronic influence of the two ligands and exhibits exceptionally great negative deviation from the Taft's eq. The deuterium kinetic isotope effects (DKIEs) involving deuterated anilines invariably change from primary normal ($k_H/k_D$ > 1; max $k_H/k_D$ = 1.10 with X = 4-MeO) with the strongly basic anilines (X = 4-MeO, 4-Me, 3-Me) to secondary inverse ($k_H/k_D$ < 1; min $k_H/k_D$ = 0.673 with X = 3-Cl) with the weakly basic anilines (X = H, 4-F, 4-Cl, 3-Cl). A concerted $S_N2$ mechanism is proposed on the basis of both secondary inverse and primary normal DKIEs. The obtained DKIEs imply that the fraction of a frontside attack increases as the aniline becomes more basic. A hydrogen-bonded, four-center-type transition state is suggested for a frontside attack, while the trigonal bipyramidal pentacoordinate transition state is suggested for a backside attack.

John Carmack who invented the 3D games let us know about the great 3D world and because of the MIDP 2.0(Mobile Information Device Profilers entering, it is not a fame to achieve playing 3D games with a mobile device. The data offered by iResearch market consultation show that the figure of mobile game players all around the world will take a steady increase from 290 million in 2005 to 1030 million in 2008, and the market income will mount up from $10,200 million to $52.000 million.3D games will be a current, the most famous kind of mobile games. In this paper I design 3D application based on J2ME (Java 2 Micro Edition) and implement a freely removable 3D object which happened in a 3D scene by receiving the keyboard response of mobile device with WTK (Wireless Too.Kit) simulator.

Mobile games will be one of independent industries on game areas and take the fourth standing in the important platform since PC Games, TV Games, and Palm Games. There are several reasons why mobile games will differ in their platform, behaviors, and habits. According to the data of market consultation about the figure of mobile-game players throughout the world, the Mobile game will increase steadily from 780 million in 2007 to 1860 million in 2010. Also, market income will mount up from $42,100 million to $87,000 million. 3D games have been playing important roles in our lives. Satisfying users' needs in high-quality games, they have been growing and attracting more people with their powerful visual effects and the three-dimensional design player. We cannot emphasize their tremendous visual impacts and animation effects too much. This paper displays how to design 3D application based on J2ME (Java 2 Micro Edition) and shows free movement of 3D objects receiving and responding to the keyboard of mobile devices withWTK (Wireless ToolKit) simulator on the 3D screen.

최근 '미투운동'이 활발히 진행되면서 새로운 페미니즘의 물결을 맞이하였다. 이전의 페미니즘 운동과의 차이점은 SNS 를 통해 익명으로 활동하며 전파속도가 굉장히 빠르다는 것이다. 본 연구는 미투운동의 이러한 특성을 고려하여 실제 트위터 데이터에서 주요 키워드를 파악하고, 해당 키워드의 연관성 및 네트워크 분석으로 사회적 맥락을 알아본다.

Kinetic studies for the methanolysis of tert-butyl halides (t-BuCl, t-BuBr, t-BuI) were carried out in MeOH-1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane mixtures. The solvatochromic comparison method was used with six indicators to analyze solvent effects on the ionizations of tert-butyl halides. It was shown that the cooperative effect of solvent polarity-polarizability was the most important factor influenced on the methanolysis rates of tert-butyl halides, but the electrophilic assistance for halide leaving group and the nucleophilic assistance for tert-butylium ion were considerably influential, too. And it was found that the electrophilic assistance caused by hydrogen bonding and the nucleophilic assistance for carbon center were stronger for more basic leaving group ($I^-) and more polarizable leaving group(t-BuCl
