사무소 건축물의 건축기계설비 배관 부속자재 요율 산출 (Calculation of the Attached-Piping-Material Rate for the Building Mechanical-Service System in Office Buildings)

  • Currently, in comparison with other architectural estimations, the estimation work regarding building mechanical-service systems is time-consuming, and the process is continuously becoming more difficult because of the increased usage of the attached piping materials such as fittings and hangings in addition to their complicated construction processes. To improve this problem, the Korean authority provides a simple estimation method for the attached-material rate regarding the main piping material, which is the most time-consuming work in the architectural-mechanical estimation. However, to be an applicable method on construction sites, a proper conversion rate of the attached-piping material is still required for the proposed method regarding building usage and working types. Therefore, the purpose of this research is the calculation of the rate of the attached-piping materials such as the fittings and supports through the building of the mechanical-service work types of mechanical rooms, air conditioning, domestic water and hot-water supplies, and the drain-, vent-, and gas-piping work in office buildings that have been designed after 2010.

  • This study deals with the estimation of material properties according to the construction condition for water-soluble rubberized asphalt waterproofing material of spray type. In this study, the waterproofing material property by the spray construction method is suggested by means of estimation its tensile performance and temperature dependency according to mix proportion ratio(4:1, 8:1), referenced viscosity and solid content (A:360cps, 76%, B:580cps, 79%, C:490cps, 70%), spray angle($30^{\circ}$, $45^{\circ}$, $60^{\circ}$), and spray distance(30cm, 50cm, 70cm). The result of testing are as follows. (1) The mix proportion ratio of principal agent and hardener is 4:1. (2) The viscosity referenced and solid content are 490cps and 70%. (3) The spray angle referenced is $45.^{\circ}$ (4) The distance referenced from concrete surface to spray gun is 40~50cm.

화물 검색 시스템을 위한 듀얼 에너지 X-ray 검색기 영상을 이용한 물질 추정 방법 (Material Estimation Method Using Dual-Energy X-Ray Image for Cargo Inspection System)

  • 본 논문은 듀얼 에너지 X-ray 검색기의 영상을 이용한 물질의 추정 방법 알고리즘을 제안한다. 물질 추정 알고리즘으로 많이 사용되는 기존 4가지 분별 곡선 이외에 로그 함수를 사용한 새로운 분별곡선을 이용하여 물질을 분류한다. 여기에 기존의 선형 보간을 이용한 원자번호 추정 방법이 아닌 확률분포를 이용한 원자번호 추정 방법을 제시한다. 확률분포를 이용한 가중치 계산에는 근접한 두 기준물질을 사용하는 방법과 모든 기준물질을 사용하는 방식, 2가지 방식을 실험하였다. 확률분포를 가중치로 사용하여 물질의 원자번호를 추정 할 경우 기존의 방법보다 더 정확한 원자번호 추정 결과를 나타내었다. 추정된 원자번호를 육안으로 확인하기 위하여 HSI 모델을 이용하여 결과영상에 채색하였다.

High Accuracy Skeleton Estimation using 3D Volumetric Model based on RGB-D

  • In this paper, we propose an algorithm that extracts a high-precision 3D skeleton using a model generated using a distributed RGB-D camera. When information about a 3D model is extracted through a distributed RGB-D camera, if the information of the 3D model is used, a skeleton with higher precision can be obtained. In this paper, in order to improve the precision of the 2D skeleton, we find the conditions to obtain the 2D skeleton well using the PCA. Through this, high-quality 2D skeletons are obtained, and high-precision 3D skeletons are extracted by combining the information of the 2D skeletons. Even though this process goes through, the generated skeleton may have errors, so we propose an algorithm that removes these errors by using the information of the 3D model. We were able to extract very high accuracy skeletons using the proposed method.

화공플랜트 견적 소프트웨어 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of the Estimation Software for a Petrochemical Plant)

  • The current dual-watchdog estimation system has individually calculated the construction, the engineering and the procurement cost. The dual-watchdog estimation system is inefficient and prolonged estimation period because of the lack of the interoperability and the difference of material unit cost and construction unit cost. In order to resolve this problem, new estimation software was developed. The estimation software is developed by making up for the weak points in existing estimation method. The cost data with the same standard is the key point. And this software enhanced accuracy and speed of the data search in stylized estimation standard. A summary of the construction, the engineering and the procurement cost was generated in this estimation software. The unit rate about the labor cost, equipment and expense through a sheet was handled. The developed estimation software has five categories on engineering cost, procurement cost, construction cost and subcontractor management sheet. In this study, the estimation software to supplement the faults of the existing estimation method was developed. And estimation software on petrochemical projects increases an efficiency of the estimation work.

바크하우젠 노이즈 해석에 의한 재료의 열화도 평가 (Degradation Estimation Of Material by Barkhausen Noise Analysis)

  • The destructive method is reliable and widely used for the estimation of material degradation but it have time-consuming and a great difficulty in preparing specimens from in-service industrial facilities. Therefore, the estimation of degraded structural materials used at high temperature by nondestructive evaluation such as electric resistance method, replica method, Barkhausen noise method, electro-chemical method and ultrasonic method are strongly desired. In this study, various nondestructive evaluation(NDE) parameters of the Barkhausen noise method, such as MPA(Maximum Peak Amplitude), RMS, IABNS(Internal Area of Barkhausen Noise on Signal) and average amplitude of frequency spectrum are investigated and correlated with thermal damage level of 2.25cr-1.0Mo steel using wavelet analysis. Those parameters tend to increase while thermal degradation proceeds. It also turns out that the wavelet technique can help to reduce experimental false call in data analysis.

  • The destructive method is reliable and widely used for the estimation of material degradation but, it have time-consuming and a great difficulty in preparing specimens from in-service industrial facilities. Therefore, the estimation of degraded structural materials by nondestructive evaluation is strongly desired. In this paper, the use of guided wave was suggested for the evaluation of thermally damaged 2.25 Cr-lMo steel as an alternative way to compensate for limitations of fracture tests. The observation of microstructure variations of the material including carbide precipitation increase and spheroidization near grain boundary was conducted and the correlation with the guided wave features such as energy loss ratio and group velocity changes was investigated. Through this study, the feasibility of ultrasonic guided wave evaluation for thermally damaged materials was explored.

  • In this paper, the technology for accelerating degradation & life estimation on the traction motor was introduced with the stator form-winding sample coils of the 200 Class insulation system The accelerative degradation was performed in 10 cycles, which were composed of thermal stress, fast rising surge voltage, vibration, water immersion and overvoltage applying. After aging of 10 cycles, condition diagnosis test such as insulation resistance & polarization index, capacitance & dielectric loss and partial discharge properties were investigated in the temperature range of $20{\sim}160^{\circ}C$. Relationship between degradation conditions and diagnosis results were analyzed to find an dominative degradation factor at the end-life point

Effect of Boundary Conditions of Failure Pressure Models on Reliability Estimation of Buried Pipelines

  • This paper presents the effect of boundary conditions in various failure pressure models published for the estimation of failure pressure. Furthermore, this approach is extended to the failure prediction with the aid of a failure probability model. The first order Taylor series expansion of the limit state function is used in order to estimate the probability of failure associated with each corrosion defect in buried pipelines for long exposure period with unit of years. A failure probability model based on the von-Mises failure criterion is adapted. The log-normal and standard normal probability functions for varying random variables are adapted. The effects of random variables such as defect depth, pipe diameter, defect length, fluid pressure, corrosion rate, material yield stress, material ultimate tensile strength and pipe thickness on the failure probability of the buried pipelines are systematically investigated for the corrosion pipeline by using an adapted failure probability model and varying failure pressure model.

  • Fractal mathematics is being highlighted as a research method for classification of image. But the application of Fractal dimension(FD) has been required the complicated calculation method because of its complex repetition progressing. In this paper, it has been developed the new approach method to express the Fractal Dimension(FD) for aging level calculation and estimation system of outside insulator using special image processing algorithm. As a result after FD testing, the recognized aging estimation of FD has a very characteristics compared to the conventional visual inspection.
