It is defined in the internal standard of the NAK namely a NAK/G8-1:2013(v.1.) such as TIFF, PNG, PDF/A, JPEG 2000 as a Long-Term Preservation Master File for internal Standardization of Paper Archives in the Central Archives of Korea. This study reviewed the possibility that JPEG format could be a standard as a Long-Term Preservation Master File for internal Standardization of Paper Archives in the Central Archives of Korea. I pointed to the unique characteristics of JPEG file format and analysed and compared with TIFF format that is a representative master file. Through this study, I suggested that JPEG format also should be additionally included in the standard, as a master file, because it meets a qualification and functional requirements of master file and can guarantee the authenticity, reliability, integrity and usability. The meaning of this study is that JPEG format, be added to master file standard, can set up a environment that has lots of benefit in the domain of usability, compatibility to user as well as the authenticity, reliability, integrity.

Between multiple components of the building, materials have a direct impact on the environment. For many researchers have proposed guidelines for green design materials. However they didnt provide concrete criteria for selecting materials for selecting materials for achieving green design. From the perspective of this point, this paper proposes. Performance information expressed numerically is the most important factor. The purpose of this study is to provide the specific information about the performance of materials that has been ranked quantitatively. The performance information can be utilited in selecting materials for green design.

This Paper decribes a monitoring system using Modbus protocol and RS485 interface applied in many industrial field. We developed hardware to receive alanlog sensor output and monitoring program to communicate with hardware and carried out experiment with potentiometer for plan sensor, . Through online communication between Master and Slaves we convinced the usage of this systems. Also plant data file that saved in Excel format is convenient in writing various typs of documents.

As design a network system that should command and response to do tasks by PLC, to make factory automation for being distributed facilities which are not guaranteed procedure, through polling method, commands are send orderly by PLC and responses are answered by each sub-unit. It make a guarantee of sequence and drive a master-slave operation in network. This method help to distribute procedure systems and make possible dividing tasks to each unit. To make this method, network protocol's format have Master or Slave ID and tasking data and Master's command or Slave unit's report. In network interpret algorithm, skip algorithm are included and it make guarantee of protecting data though network are in noise. Data that are made by this method are send to PC to transmit long-distance user by internet.

Reinforcing bars, a major component of the pre-fab structure, adheres to the existing on-site assembly method and attempts to develop and commercialize the technology of the pre-assembly method, but the effect is insignificant. Welded Wire / Bar Mat (WBM) has various advantages such as commercialization of rebar through machine manufacturing to improve workability, but it is different from the existing design and the construction method is different from the previous one. Therefore, to maximize the advantages of WBM and improve productivity, manufacturing, transportation, and construction from the design stage should be considered based on BIM from the initial design stage. In this paper, the concept of the design support system for the WBM was established based on the use of BIM in concrete reinforcement and the preliminary research on the WBM. WBM conversion design was performed for the existing prefabricated members, and based on this, the exchange format and system of the master prefabricated model with the WBM design data were set up. As a result of the pilot test, it was found that the traditional reinforcing bar information extracted from the master prefab model has transmitted 100% accurately. As for the WBM information, 100% of the information on the straight reinforcement was transmitted and represented, and the information on the bent reinforcement was found to have a 90% recall in the master BIM tool.

With commencing trial 3D digital broadcasting, the studies on next generation digital broadcasting technology for coming UHDTV era is being actively progressing. In this paper, I propose surround audio formats for next-generation digital TV broadcasting, along with comparative study of major surround audio formats in use or under development. I did comparative study on current major competing surround formats such as Dolby True HD and DTS HD MA, along with NHK proposed 22.2 channel surround format for UHDTV system. Upon this comparative study and our housing situation consideration, I propose lossy compression 3D surround 7.1 channel surround format along with loosless 2.0 and 4.0 hi-fi format as next generation digital TV broadcasting standard. In lieu with this, I also propose transmitting binaural 2 channel audio data as sub-audio. It will give holographic sound experience when properly processed with individual HRTF (Head Related Transfer Function) with headphone. The table for data rate of each proposed audio format is also presented.

Requirements necessary for the construction of a fast critical assembly in this country are briefly reviewed. The critial masses of a spherical plutonium core with various spherical reflectors and its thicknesses are calculated using IDX, which is a computer code written for fast reactor analysis. The compilation of this code was made on CDC 3300/Master and UNIVAC 1106/EXEC 8. The calculated results are completely depicted, and compared with other results in this report. The Russian formatted 29 group cross section set generated by ETOX-2 using ENDF/B Version II file at Hanford is used in the calculations.

Bluetooth technology of cable replacement and infrastructure access is verified enough to be commercialized as goods. But there are a lot of works to implement ad-hoc Bluetooth radio network. for this, scatternet must be formed. We propose routing layer, packet format and link formation schemes for scatternet. The page procedure of the route request and the route reply page eliminates the procedure of the inquiry and the master-slave role switching. The route discovery time could be lower than 50msec within the distance of 50m. Proposed link formation scheme lets master, slave and bridge establish connection automatically and offers active ad-hoc environment. Devices that adopt Bluetooth module of 10m transmission range can communicate with other devices far away without any intervention of users.

In the age of media convergence the influx of foreign TV content is quickly influencing the landscape of Korean media. The objective of this research is to analyze and explore the localization and Koreanization of Master Chef USA into Master Chef Korea and how its successful adaptation, transformation, and localization was made possible. The study pays close attention to TV personalities' relationships, behaviors and communication skills along with the choice of food ingredients and themes in the 2014 episodes for both Master Chef USA and Master Chef Korea. Furthermore, the research seeks to challenge the widely spread belief that localization of foreign TV content serves the public interest. Rather it seeks to articulate that depending on the media environment, private entities are becoming the benefactors of foreign TV content adaptations.
