  • Purpose: This study is about Lean-NPD (New Product Development). Lean-NPD is Pulip Line's New Product Development type. This study introduced Lean-NPD Definition, Case Study, and Research Model of Lean-NPD. Empirical results of this survey will be provide suggestions to workers. Methods: Researcher developed research model about Lean-NPD activities. And researched Lean-NPD. This study analyzed model fitness and path significant with SEM(Structural Equation Model). Results: Fitness of the research model was satisfactory level. Leadership capabilities and production operations were significantly influence marketing capabilities(t> ${\pm}1.96$). Organizational culture significantly affected marketing capabilities(t> ${\pm}1.96$). R&D capabilities and marketing competencies had significant influence on business performance(t> ${\pm}1.96$). Marketing capabilities had significant influence on quantitative management performance(t> ${\pm}1.96$). Outstanding leadership appear to directly affect Qualitative Performance(t> ${\pm}1.96$). Conclusion: Under the excellent leadership and management environment definite organic Lean-NPD organizational culture significantly affects the operation can be seen. Lean-NPD of operational activities to provide value to customers, customer-oriented marketing activities can be seen that more important than anything. Lean NPD based on customer needs is key factor of growth.

  • Purpose: This study attempts to find how the cultural marketing activities utilizing cultural space affect firm's brand image and brand loyalty, and whether this culture marketing technique is recognized as a social contribution activity by potential customers and thereby influence brand image and loyalty. Methods: The data was collected by using the structured questionnaires to consumers who have experience using the Naver Library, Starfield Library, and Hyundai Card Library. The proposed research model is tested using 178 valid questionnaires using Smart PLS 2.0. Results: This research indicated that among cultural marketing factors, cultural support and cultural promotion have little impact on brand image, whereas culture firm influence brand image. Brand image also had an impact on brand loyalty, but it was found that public libraries operated by companies were not recognized as corporate social contribution activities, nor did they have an impact on the formation of the company's brand image. Conclusions: The study offered a theoretical and empirical foundation for future research by empirically identifying the relationship between cultural marketing and brand image and loyalty and confirmed the coordinating effect of social contribution activities between a cultural firm and its brand image.

  • The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of Relationship Marketing on service quality and customer loyalty, especially in the context of the retail industry. In retail industry, Relationship Marketing is the key to increase and maintain a large pool of customers. This research was conducted in North Sulawesi Province with a sample size of 155 supermarket customers. The sampling technique used for the study is the purposive sampling. Data was analyzed using SEM based on GeSCA components. The results showed that Relationship Marketing had a significant positive effect both on service quality and customer loyalty. The commitment, communication, conflict handling, and competence play an important role in improving service quality which ultimately makes customers loyal. In addition, the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty, also has significant positive findings. These findings are in line with the concept of SERVQUAL and The Commitment-Trust Theory. The implication of the managerial research is that supermarket managers in North Sulawesi must focus and emphasize more on the Relationship Marketing dimension especially in terms of commitment, communication, conflict handling, and competence. Once these factors can be met, the quality of service will increase, and it causes an increase in customer loyalty to shop more at the supermarket.

  • Purpose: This study's purpose is to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing orientation on new product development performance via marketing and innovation capabilities. Research design, data, and methodology: This research has applied a survey method which involved 159 respondents from food retailers among Michelin Guide Restaurants in Thailand. The literature's existing measurement scales were used to operationalize the constructs proposed in this study. The analyses were conducted using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the hypotheses. Results: The results have shown that new product development performance received positive and direct impacts from entrepreneurial marketing orientation, particularly in three dimensions: customer value orientation, opportunity-driven initiatives, and leveraged resources. Likewise, new product development performance received a positive, indirect impact from opportunity-driven initiatives, risk management, customer value orientation, and innovation that is focused on marketing and innovation capabilities. Conclusions: The results are useful for Thai food retailers as to strategy formulation in order to attract tourists from all over the world to tourist destinations in Thailand. Therefore, this empirical study is extremely important for domestic economic development and the international economy. These findings provide theoretical and managerial contributions for developing competitive strategies which will lead to sustainable business practices, as well as for providing future research directions.

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to set up the elements of the airline marketing communication and find out the effect of each element on brand trust. It also aims to figure out how brand trust affects the customer's repurchase intention and WOM intention respectively, and whether repurchase intention has an influence on WOM intention. Eventually, this research intends to provide not only academic but practical application of the research by figuring out the marketing communication factors. Research design, data, and methodology - The survey for this study has been conducted for about 2 months, targeting those who have flown with either domestic or foreign airlines. The number of 249 surveys were distributed and the total number of specimens is 244. Data analysis methods were verifiable factor, discriminant, nomological, and structural equation model analysis. Result - Only advertisement, promotion and WOM have a positive effect on brand trust while publicity has no impact on brand trust. Brand trust was found to have a positive effect on repurchase intention. Also Brand trust also has a positive effect on WOM intention. Finally repurchase intention has a positive effect on WOM intention. Conclusion - There are insufficient existing studies of airline marketing communication which has the direct influence on brand trust. Therefore, the study provided the theoretical foundation of airline marketing communication elements that directly effect on airline brand trust.

Marketing Strategy to lead Leisure sporting goods consumption to improve the leisure life of sports participants

  • Purpose - The sports business industry and contemporary sports marketing is an exemplary wide field that primarily comprises specific activities, numerous individuals, organizations, and business ventures. This research aims to provide a marketing strategy to lead Leisure sporting goods consumption to improve the leisure life of sports participants. Research design, Data, and methodology - The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) was conducted to obtain the appropriate literature resources and total 15 previous resources selected by the present author after excluding papers based on screening process. Result - The literature analysis revealed that marketing practitioners in the sports and leisure industry should remember three significant solutions which are suggested. These solutions the following: (1) Brand Visibility, (2) Suitable Business Designs, and (3) Customers Support. They will enhance the perspective of consumption goods that foster leisure life to sporting participants following a well-advanced market strategy Conclusion - The sporting activities are generally inspiring, emotion provoking, immersive, rapidly growing profits and revenues, and engaging; hence, it is a great adventure of advancing customer orientation and a platform for growing the market. Therefore professionals have the responsibility to design sporting events in synergy with different stakeholders in ensuring improved and enjoyable experiences based on the marketing solutions of the current research.

  • This paper presents a case study on competitive strategies of TNS Korea, the leading marketing research company in Korea. The case study shows that core competences of TNS Korea are its scientific expertise and customer-oriented consulting service and that these two core competences are sustained and further improved by implementing comprehensive human resource development strategies. The successful competitive strategies of TNS Korea provide significant managerial implications to firms in marketing research and other industries.

Application of AI in Marketing Strategy: Insights from Millennials and Generation Z

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the perceptions of millennials and Generation Z regarding AI applications in marketing, an area that has been rarely explored in previous researches. This study formulated research questions how millennials and Generation Z perceive the impact of brand image, AI-assistant customer service, affective factor, immersive experience, cognitive factor social factor and competitiveness of products and brands on overall attitude through the lens of AI applications in marketing. Additionally, this study also explored the influence of overall attitudes on satisfaction, intention to use, and loyalty towards AI applications. Research design, data and methodology: To gather data, this study employed an online survey conducted in collaboration with a reputable research organization. This study utilized factor analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis for data analysis. Results: The findings revealed that the impact of brand image, AI-assistant customer service, and competitiveness on attitude demonstrated significance in both millennials and generation Z cohorts. The study identified that cognitive and social factors significantly influenced attitudes among millennials, whereas affective and immersive experiences showed significance in influencing attitudes among Generation Z. Conclusions: The findings offer valuable managerial implications, shedding light on the application of AI in marketing with distinct perspectives between millennials and Generation Z.

  • Purpose: Various policies continue to be strengthened to develop Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which have a strategic role in the economy through the pillars of corporatization, capacity and financing to support strong and inclusive economic growth. Efforts to transform MSMEs marketing strategies are undertaken through eco-friendly digitalization to increase resilience and more productive and innovative capacity. Research design, data and methodology: This research is an exploratory qualitative approach taken to investigate the transformation of eco-friendly marketing strategies for MSMEs to increase competitiveness at the global level. The samples obtained were 425 MSMEs assisted by the DKI Jakarta, Bali, Java, Borneo, and Sumatera. The data collection technique used non-probability sampling (snowball sampling). Data is analyzed through collection, reduction, analysis, validity testing, presentation and conclusion. Results: This research shows the transformation of eco-friendly digital-based MSME marketing strategies occurred through four stages, namely production and institutional activities, expanding market share, digitalization and financing, and export market access. Conclusions: Eco-friendly digital transformation allows MSMEs competencies to be refined to improve business processes and business competitiveness at the international level. The contribution of this marketing strategy transformation is expanding MSMEs access to financial institutions (fintech), marketplaces, and QRIS (QR Code Indonesian Standard) digital payments.

Factors affecting Organic Food Purchasing Decisions of Kindergartens in Ho Chi Minh City

  • Purpose: This research examines the factors that influence organic food purchasing decisions of kindergartens in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: A mixed-method research was utilized in this study. It included a focus group of 10 participants and a survey of 304 respondents, (quantitative research) who are employed in the selected kindergartens, using both online and paper surveys based on nonprobability and convenient sampling. The SPSS and SmartPLS 3 software were used to analyze data. Results: a) Eight factors affect the purchase decision of kindergartens; b) Environment Attention, Normative Beliefs, Trust belief on brand, Cost of meal set, and Reference group positively affect Intention behavior; c) Feeling safe positively affect Perceived Quality Product. Perceived quality of product and Intention behavior positively affect organic food Purchase Decision of kindergartens. Conclusion: Eight factors affect organic food purchasing decisions of kindergartens in Ho Chi Minh City. This study offers recommendation and solutions for a stable output of organic products in Vietnam, and ways to popularize them within the community.
