인터넷 쇼핑몰 이미지 포지셔닝 연구 (A Study on the Image Positioning of Internet Shopping Mall)

  • 본 연구에서는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 이미지 평가속성이 무엇인지를 파악하여 실제 소비자들에게 어떻게 기억되고 있으며, 또 어떤 이미지로 연출하는 것이 가장 효과적인 마케팅이 될 것인가를 지각도 구축을 통해 포지셔닝 전략 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 분석결과 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 이미지는 제품정보서비스, 구매 후 고객서비스, 분위기, 편리성, 안전성, 명성 등의 요인으로 도출되었다. 이러한 이미지 평가속성요인으로 지각도를 작성해 본 결과 경쟁 쇼핑몰간에 소비자의 지각상에 서로 유의한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 쇼핑몰 이미지간에 가장 차별화되어 있는 속성은 제품정보서비스속성이며 가장 차별화되지 않은 속성은 편리성으로 나타났다. 또한 소비자 세분집단 간에도 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 대한 선호도와 이상점에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 경쟁이 심화되고 있는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 시장에서 마케팅 시장세분화 전략수립 차원에서 유용한 기초자료가 될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

국내 이종업계 간 디자인 콜라보레이션 마케팅 사례연구 (A case study on design collaboration marketing in Korean cross-business)

  • 본 연구는 국내 이종업계 간 디자인 콜라보레이션 사례 분석을 통해 최근 증가하는 이종업계 간 콜라보레이션을 진행 시 고려할 점과 방향성 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 연구 방법으로는 콜라보레이션을 주제로 한 선행논문과 문헌 연구를 통해 콜라보레이션의 이론적 배경을 고찰하였으며, 국내 이종업계 간 디자인 콜라보레이션 사례를 분석하였다. 또한, 사례의 유형에 따라 밀레니얼 세대 공략, 브랜드 프리미엄 포지셔닝 이동으로 분류하였다. 그 결과, 콜라보레이션 목적에 적합하면서 이슈가 될 만한 파트너를 선정해야 하고 결과물은 강조하고자 하는 브랜드의 디자인 요소가 담겨있으면서 기존 제품과의 분명한 차이점이 있어야 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 향후 이종업계 간 콜라보레이션 진행을 위한 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

브랜드공간에 대한 사용자 감성평가조사 - 서울시내 프리미엄 식품관을 중심으로 - (Analysis of Survey on the Brand Space with Emotional Evaluation - Focused on the Premium Supermarket in Seoul -)

  • Brand space is one of the important elements of urban cultural space and can stimulate the urban culture as a significant landmark. Thus, it is necessary to develop factors for evaluating the communication with users in brand spaces. In particular, factors for evaluating the psychological, emotional aspects of users is essential. This study is aimed at developing evaluation factors with a space marketing perspective through an user behavioral analysis. As for research method, the emotional responses of users will be examined and analyzed through an eye-tracking device. First, The researcher will visit brand spaces and take photos of them to collect data and analyze the status. Second, we filled out the questionnaire based on analytical framework and selected 20 architectural students for survey. Third, Eye-tracking experiment will be conducted. Forth, Space design marketing evaluation factors will be established based on the results. Final, suggestions for future research based on the analysis results. When the 30 images of premium supermarkets were used for the survey, men were more sensitive to the store design. But women were more sensitive to the quality or store accessibility. Also, the furniture factor was most important for women, and spatial factor was most important for men. When the eye-tracking experiment was done as to the 5 selected brand spaces, both men and women looked at the furniture factor that includes the showcases more than anything else. It shows the same result as the previous survey.

유통점의 샘플링에 관한 연구 : 후각적 자극과 매장 밀집도를 중심으로 (Study on the Sampling of Distributors : Relating Olfactory Cues and Social Density)

  • Purpose - It has already been proved that 'mood' as the physical environment of shopping affects consumers' main sensory channels such as sight, hearing, smell, touch. However, there is no consensus on how the olfactory cue influences the customers in the shopping environment. In this study, we examine the previous studies on how the olfactory cue affects the customers in the shopping environment and present a clear direction as a suggestion for progressive research. Research design, data, and methodology - It is not important to use a lot of unconditional fragrance, but it should be exposed to the environment that suits the proper fragrance. In recent years, meaningful research on store fragrance has been slowly increasing. As a result, studies on the fragrance effects of retail stores have been conducted to verify the relevance of fragrance suitability in stores and consumer spending scale. Results - The fragrance appropriate for each store can not be uniformly specified as any fragrance. This is because external variables such as time, season, temperature, lighting, density of shoppers, and music in the store also affect customer evaluation. For example, using an unsuitable fragrance may encourage customers to leave the store quickly by restraining impulsive purchases or by disturbing concentration. The store manager should also be interested in using fragrances that are proven and effective in the store environment, but they should also have the ability to easily manipulate and manage the fragrances very appropriately according to changes in the store environment. Store managers should observe consumer preferences and responses according to their goals and strategies, and then systematically manage and store information about the fragrance appropriate to the store. Conclusions - In the future, the fragrance marketing researcher needs to consider the spatial form and density of the customer. In practice, managers operating a retail store should check the most appropriate store density(congestion) according to the size and spatial characteristics of the store and maintain the ideal conditions. To do this, it is necessary to pay attention to how to select and control sensory elements such as fragrance(olfactory), music(auditory), and lighting(visual).

개인기부자들의 관계의 질과 기부의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 (A Study of the Elements Effecting on Individual Donators' Relationship Quality and Donation Will)

  • 본 연구는 개인기부자들의 기부기관에 대한 관계지속성에 관한 연구로서 개인기부자들의 기존경험만족과 일체성, 친밀도가 관계의 질과 기부의도 및 충성도를 변수로 해서 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 기부행위에 대한 기존연구 고찰을 통해서 기부행위에 영향을 주는 변수들간에 관계성을 기초로 기부자와 기부기관의 관계지속의도 모형을 도출해 보고 그 모형을 바탕으로 비영리기관의 관계성을 증대하기 위한 마케팅 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 서울 및 경기지역에 비영리기관에 물질적 또는 시간적기부를 하고 있는 242명을 대상으로 8개의 가설을 검증한 결과 기부기관의 기부의도 및 충성도는 관계의 질에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났고 있다. 또한 관계의 질인 신뢰와 몰입은 기존경험만족과 기부기관의 친밀도가 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서 기부기관의 기부 경험자들에 만족도를 높이는 노력과 기부자들과 기부기관의 친밀도를 높일 수 있는 노력과 활동이 필요하다. 적극적인 홍보활동을 통해서 기부자들에 기부만족도를 높이는 방법과 친밀도를 높일 수 있는 마케팅 활동이 필요하다.

문화적 유사성이 의료관광산업에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Cultural Similarity Effects on the Industry of Medical Tourism)

  • Purpose - With the worldwide aging problem and the development of globalization, customers prefer to seek affordable medical services with the higher quality overseas. This new trend has urged some destination countries to improve their services for the more competitive advantages over other countries. Literature research indicate that medical quality and cost may be the key factors influencing global patients' decisions. In the international environment, however, medical tourism destinations are selected due to cultural similarity between the hosting country and the customers' own country. The more similarity perceived between the two countries leads foreign patients to choose the considering country as the destination for medical tourism. However, little research has been conducted on this topic. Thus, we empirically investigate how cultural similarity influences Chinese medical customers' choice of the destinations. We also consider the factors related to medical competency and travel attribute which might affect customers' decisions along with some moderating roles of disease types. Research design, data, and methodology - We proposed a research model in order to confirm the relations among different variables of cultural similarity, medical competency, travel attractiveness, disease types, and destination choice. The questionnaire survey is processed in the more economically developed regions of China such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Jiangsu. Conditional logit regression is applied to analyze the data of 881. Results - Results indicate that cultural similarity is the important predictor of Chinese customers' decision to select a medical country. However, the effects of cultural similarity vary according to the disease types. We also find that medical competency and travel attractiveness influence their decisions with the moderating role of disease types. Conclusions - Cultural similarity is the important factor that influences Chinese potential medical tourists' decisions to select a destination. Marketing managers should consider the effects of cultural similarity when developing strategies for attracting Chinese medical tourists. Since medical competency and travel attractiveness are still the critical key elements for them to evaluate the destination countries, it is necessary to continuously improve medical service quality and facilities. The results also recommend that medical managers should sharpen their marketing strategies by segmenting Chinese potential customers in terms of disease types.

빅데이터를 활용한 패션쇼에 대한 소비자 인식 연구 (A Study of Consumer Perception on Fashion Show Using Big Data Analysis)

  • This study examines changes in consumer perceptions of fashion shows, which are critical elements in the apparel industry and a means to represent a brand's image and originality. For this purpose, big data in clothing marketing, text mining, semantic network analysis techniques were applied. This study aims to verify the effectiveness and significance of fashion shows in an effort to give directions for their future utilization. The study was conducted in two major stages. First, data collection with the key word, "fashion shows," was conducted across websites, including Naver and Daum between 2015 and 2018. The data collection period was divided into the first- and second-half periods. Next, Textom 3.0 was utilized for data refinement, text mining, and word clouding. The Ucinet 6.0 and NetDraw, were used for semantic network analysis, degree centrality, CONCOR analysis and also visualization. The level of interest in "models" was found to be the highest among the perception factors related to fashion shows in both periods. In the first-half period, the consumer interests focused on detailed visual stimulants such as model and clothing while in the second-half period, perceptions changed as the value of designers and brands were increasingly recognized over time. The findings of this study can be utilized as a tool to evaluate fashion shows, the apparel industry sectors, and the marketing methods. Additionally, it can also be used as a theoretical framework for big data analysis and as a basis of strategies and research in industrial developments.

패션에 표현된 뉴트로(New-tro)현상에 대한 연구 - 뮤직비디오 의상스타일을 중심으로 - (A study on the phenomenon of new-tro expressed in fashion - Focus on music video costume style -)

  • The purpose of this study, I investigate the new trend, 'new-tro', through the music video costumes of young generations, and analyze the meaning and characteristics of 'new-tro'. The research method is, select 30 music video with new-tro fashion style on the music sites, and the fashion styles were analyzed in 11 music videos checked and selected by 100 students. As a definition of the term, 'retro' refers to a phenomenon in which the past reappears in modern time, and 'new-tro' is a new retro trend, a social phenomenon that enjoys the old with a modern sense, and is a compound word of 'new' and 'retro'. 'new-tro' is a modern reinterpretation and rebirth of the past style, and 'fu-tro' is a style of coexistence between the past and the future. In the music video, fashion is a media language and cultural code, and it creates trend or new fashion, that communicates with the public, stimulating emotions. As a result of the research, the common trend phenomenon expressed in the music video costume of 'new-tro' trend which appeared in 2000s is as follows. 1. New-tro style starts with items that were famous in the past. 2. It is one of postmodern marketing using color, print and logo. 3. It spreads quickly by the influence of culture that is characteristic of the Internet and SNS world. 4. It is bottom up propagation phenomenon of street fashion. 5. It is a time game where modern people connect the past with the present. 6. "new-tro" continues to evolve for that time, based on 'retro'. New-tro, an evolutionary version of the 21st century retro wave. and it is a key to marketing effectiveness as a sympathetic elements of 1020 generations with the reproduction of memories.

게임 원작으로 만든 영화 콘텐츠의 흥행성 연구 (Study of films marketing made from original games)

  • 본 논문의 연구 목적은 게임 원작으로 만든 영화의 흥행 환경을 비교하여 게임 원작으로 만든 영화의 흥행 성공과 실패를 분석하고 좋은 게임원작 영화를 만드는 데 필요한 요소를 도출해내는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 구체적인 분석 콘텐츠는 <워크래프트: 전쟁의 서막>, <앵그리버드>, <툼레이더>로 게임을 리메이크한 영화의 구체적인 성공과 실패 요소에 대해 연구하였다. 연구를 통해 분석된 내용으로는, 관객층은 게임 팬층과 비게임 팬층으로 나누어 질 수 있고, 영화를 만들 때 양쪽에 대한 기대심리를 어떻게 반영하느냐가 영화를 만드는 중요한 요소라는 것이다. 또한 다른 주제관과 다른 스타일과 장르의 게임을 영화로 리메이크시 천편일률적인 동일한 방식으로 만들 수는 없고 융통성 있는 다양성과 매니지먼트가 필요하다. 무조건적인 게임의 시나리오 화나 영화의 게임전환은 대중에게 인기를 얻을 수 없으며 구체적인 타겟 대상 관중에 대한 분석이 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다.

네일 미용 역량기반 교육과정 개발 - NCS 기반으로 - (Development of the curriculum for enhancing practical competence of nail beauty - Focused on the National Competency Standards -)

  • The goal of this study was to develop a curriculum based on practice and job competency, reflecting opinions on the required job competence of nail practitioners and professionals related to nail beauty. Through in-depth interviews with nail experts, the research focuses on developing nail beauty competency-based curriculum and curriculum profiles that reflect practitioners' needs of job competence in the field. In-depth interviews with 11 field experts and surveys of 154 people were conducted to develop a competency-based curriculum for beginner nail hairdressers. The results of this study show that the existing 38 National Competency Standards (NCS) job competencies were reduced to 21 job competencies. In addition, based on the common opinions of experts who reflect the current trend, two tasks on "eyelashes" and "waxing" were added, and they were modified and supplemented with 23 core competencies. The development of a competency-based curriculum and educational programs for nail beauty was performed based on the requirements of the core competencies investigated and the development of a systematic map for the core competencies of beginner nail technicians and hairdressers. In conclusion, the need for professional education and training for nail hairdressers is growing, and it can be seen that a curriculum building multi-faceted abilities is needed for their qualifications as experts. This study found that it is necessary to develop interpersonal communication skills that include marketing elements other than practical skills such as personality and customer response methods in the nail beauty curriculum.
