첨단제조 벤처기업의 외부적 협력활동 경험이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 내부 핵심역량의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of the High-tech Manufacturing Ventures' External Collaborations on the Management Performance: Focusing on the Mediation Effect of Internal Core Competencies)

  • 최근 4차 산업혁명에 따른 산업구조 변화로 첨단산업 육성에 대한 필요성이 커지고 첨단제조 분야에서의 부가가치 창출이 높은 것으로 나타남에 따라 이에 대한 중요성이 점차 높아지고 있다. 그러나 급변하는 경제 환경속에서 첨단제조 벤처기업은 내부 핵심자원과 경험 부족으로 경쟁 우위를 확보하는데 많은 어려움을 겪게 되면서, 내부 경쟁력을 강화하고 비(非) 핵심 분야를 보완하기 위하여 다양한 경험과 기술력, 풍부한 자원을 보유하고 있는 외부 기업 또는 기관과의 협력활동을 적극적으로 추진하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자원기반이론과 거래비용이론을 바탕으로 첨단제조 벤처기업의 외부적 협력활동 경험이 내부 핵심역량과 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 가설 검증을 위하여 중소벤처기업부에서 1999년부터 편제하고 있는 벤처기업정밀실태조사의 2020년 자료를 활용하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 첫째, 외부적 협력활동 경험은 첨단제조 벤처기업의 내부 핵심역량과 비재무적 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면, 재무적 경영성과에는 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 외부적 협력활동 경험은 내부 핵심역량을 매개하여 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 첨단제조 벤처기업의 내부 핵심역량은 비재무적 경영성과와 재무적 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 비재무적 경영성과는 다시 재무적 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 외부적 협력활동 경험은 개발·제조·마케팅 역량 모두에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 경영성과에는 내부 핵심역량을 구성하는 개별 요인이 미치는 영향이 다르게 나타났다. 특히, 개발·마케팅 역량은 비재무적 성과와 재무적 성과에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면, 제조 역량은 재무적 성과에만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

국내 패션브랜드의 명품화를 위한 '3.1 필립 림'의 브랜드 특성 분석 (Characteristics Analysis of '3.1 Phillip Lim' Brand in order to Create Korean Luxury Fashion Brands)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide preliminary data on strategies to create a domestic prestige brand based on Korean traditional designs. This study also deals with how to promote this brand around the world. The two points mentioned above will be accomplished by examining the characteristics of the brand '3.1 Phillip Lim' which succeeded in both design and marketing during a short period of time. The method of the study will be followed. Firstly, the basic design and philosophical background of Phillip Lim was investigated, after reviewing the global luxury market and current status of overseas expansion of Korean designers through paper study and antecedent workups. Secondly, for the practical stage, design characteristics and marketing strategies were reviewed with the collections of '3.1 Phillip Lim'. Three factors found in '3.1 Phillip Lim's design success are as follows: First, practical and simple designs using fabrics of high quality. Second, handcraft elements and interesting details that differentiates his design identity. Third, femininity expressed in the feminine silhouette and color. The marketing elements that made '3.1 Phillip Lim' as a successful brand are: First, differentiated positioning as a luxurious contemporary brand. Second, brand promotion through various collaborations. Third, the gradual expansion of women's, men's, kids' apparel to accessory, lingerie and the stable flagship stores. Thus, '3.1 Phillip Lim' has combined modern and classic styles using high quality fabrics and practical designs with unique details. Through it's differentiated marketing strategy targeting New York's market, which prefers popular 'luxury contemporary brand's rather than high-end luxury brands, this brand's creativity and commercial aspects contributed to make '3.1 Phillip Lim' into a luxury brand that represents New York fashion. Korean designers who seek to enter the global fashion industry should consider applying Korean traditional designs on global designs to make favorable products and localize these products according to regional characteristics.

  • 최근 들어 구찌, 생로랑, 루이뷔통과 같은 글로벌 명품 패션 브랜드들이 한국 현대 예술가들에게 특별한 관심을 보이고 적극적인 콜라보레이션 작업을 진행해오고 있다. 이것은 이전까지의 패션 브랜드의 협업 작업과 구별되는 새로운 변화라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 글로벌 명품 패션 브랜드와 한국 현대 예술가와의 콜라보레이션 사례를 조사하고, 그 유형과 특징을 분석함으로써 그 경향과 특징을 살펴보고 의미를 도출하였다. 그 결과 패션브랜드들은 다양한 장르의 한국예술작품의 특징을 브랜드 컨셉과 추구하는 가치와 융합하여 새로운 감성의 고부가가치의 상품을 창출하고, 패션 상품과 한국의 현대 예술 작품을 함께 미학적 측면에서 감상과 담론을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 장을 마련하고자 하였다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 또한 한국의 예술 문화적 정서를 활용하여 국내 고객들이 친근감을 가지고 브랜드 스토어를 방문할 수 있도록 마케팅의 측면에서도 협업을 활용한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 현대 패션 산업 발전에 도움이 될 수 있는 패션과 예술의 다양한 콜라보레이션을 위한 창의적인 콘텐츠 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

A Study on the Characteristics and Social Values of Vegan Fashion in H&M and Zara

  • This study analyzed the characteristics of vegan fashion produced by H&M and ZARA with respect to materials, design, development, production, and marketing to create social value. The results of this study are significant because they can be used as a reference to develop a vegan fashion market. Regarding the research method, this study assessed the concept and status of veganism through a literature review and examined vegan fashion case studies by analyzing official websites and media content. The study's scope covers the period from 2005, when H&M was the first SPA brand to create a vegan product line, until 2019. The characteristics of Global SPA's vegan fashion were as follows. Regarding materials, alternative materials were developed and an expanded use of organic materials was implemented. Regarding design, development was achieved through design collaboration and upcycling. In terms of production, an animal welfare policy was adopted and a sustainable supply chain was established. Marketing employed a campaign aimed at encouraging increased consumer participation. The findings regarding the social value of H&M and Zara's vegan fashion were as follows. First, a cyclical economy was realized through circular recycling in the entire process of resource selection, production, and waste disposal. Second, because product consumption indicated the importance of ethical consumption and sustainable consumer participation, corporate financial activities were created based on shared values to accomplish the social outcome. Third, collaborations with luxury brands or vegan fashion designers built a collaborative ecosystem in which vegan fashions were released and consumer participation campaigns were implemented.

기업 간 제휴 활동이 제휴 성과로 이어지기 위한 선행요인에 관한 연구 (The Antecedents of Successful Alliance Performance)

  • 기업 간 제휴 활동과 관련된 많은 연구 성과에도 불구하고 경쟁 기업보다 우월한 제휴 관계를 형성하기 위한 구체적 역량과 이러한 역량이 기업의 반응과 제휴 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구는 경쟁기업보다 우월한 제휴 성과를 달성할 수 있는 기업의 역량을 제휴 지향성(alliance orientation)으로 정의하고 제휴 관련 기업을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 제휴 창의성과 제휴 관계 성과와의 관계를 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 시사점을 제공해 준다. 첫째, 제휴 지향성을 통해 형성할 수 있는 제휴 창의성은 참신적 제휴 창의성에 한정된다는 것이다. 둘째, 제휴 지향성과 제휴 성과와의 관계에 있어 제휴 창의성의 매개적 역할은 제휴 성과 촉진을 위한 제휴 창의성의 역할 강조를 의미한다고 할 수 있다. 셋째, 제휴 지향성과 기업 성과와의 관계에 있어 제휴 관계 성과의 매개적 역할을 확인하였다는 것이다. 넷째, 제휴지향성이 기업 성과에 미치는 영향의 실질적 검증을 통해 기업 내부에서 보다 우월한 제휴 성과를 성취하기 위한 내부적 역량 강화에 대한 지침을 제공할 수 있다는 것이다. 연구 결과를 통해 성공적인 제휴 성과를 획득하기 위한 기업의 내부 역량으로서의 제휴 지향성과 제휴 창의성 그리고 제휴 관계 성과의 역할을 파악할 수 있었다.

  • A single window platform must be successfully established by implementing CDM/UCR in WCO and UNeDocs in UN/CEFACT, which is part of the framework of standards for secure and facilitate global trade. Core success factors in single window platform for international trade depend on political innovative capacity, advanced leadership of high ranking officials and departments in charge, effective collaborations between the ministries and offices concerned which are supported by supreme executives, self-controlled coordinations between users, convenience and access availability to users, promotion and marketing, identification on predictive impediments, financial raising and revenue model payable, communication's strategy, valid legal basis etc. To settle a stable ubiquitous e-trade platform, firstly, procedures and practices of customs clearance which different from one another mutually must be standardized globally. Secondly, the international standard electronic data exchanges must be introduced to facilitate and simplify customs clearing procedures by holding administrative informations in common between public institutions. thirdly, cooperative work model must be accepted with enhancing outsourcing business between reference groups (export-import firms and IT service providers).

Qualitative Study: The Development of Music Business Distribution Channels to Attract Potential Customers

  • Purpose: This research explores the development of music business distribution channels to attract potential customers based on the current and prior literature. As a result, the research will provide solutions for practitioners in the music distribution channel how they create effective channel in new industry phase which has experienced significant changes due to technological advancement and consumer behavior. Research design, data, and methodology: To obtain textual data in the literature storage, the author conducted content analysis. Even though there are numerous textual resources, selecting only high-quality text data that is only peer-reviewed journal articles and books consistently indicate a high degree of reliability and validity to keep the advantage form content analysis approach. Results: The present study figured out that there are five strategies to attract potential consumers in the music distribution channel, such as (1) 'Marketing Mix', (2) 'Streaming Platforms and Online Music Stores', (3) 'Brick and Mortar Stores and Concerts, and Events', (4) 'Platforms Exclusives and Limited-Edition Merchandise', and 'Partnerships and collaborations. Conclusions: In sum, the practitioners need to consider include building relationships with the fans, studying and understanding their target market, utilizing multiple available distribution channels, embracing new technologies, and analyzing the effectiveness of the adopted distribution channels.

콜래보레이션을 통한 패션 디자인 개발 - TV드라마와 여성복 브랜드를 중심으로 - (Development of Fashion Design through Collaboration - Focusing on TV dramas and women wear brands -)

  • In current society, products and services are positioned to match customers' lifestyles and emotions. One example of such can be collaboration strategies. Various types of collaboration can be found and should be applied to academic research in terms of fashion designing as well as in marketing. As a result, this research focuses on defining collaboration and identifying its different forms. Case studies are provided for each form of collaboration. A set of emotional factors required for collaboration and a domestic fashion brand is selected in order to carry out analysis and design production. As a result of this study, the following conclusions were reached. First, collaboration can be defined as two or more companies, brands or even individuals working together for an agreed period of time by sharing core competencies and advantages in order to pursuit profit and value creation. Second, collaboration types can be specified into two categories which are collaboration between companies within the fashion industry and collaborations with companies outside the fashion industry. In addition, companies may collaborate with the purpose of enhancing value, broadening its areas of business and to execute an event. Third, according to the case studies examined, effects of collaboration can be upgrade of brand images, variety of promotional benefits and increase in sales. Fourth, the selections of collaboration targets were made. MOGG and Sex&the City were chosen in order to apply collaboration strategies in line with promoting the domestic womens' wear market. Fifth, by considering and applying all the findings from the research, the limited edition line was produced under the design concept of 'Sex and the City with MOGG'.

상품라인별 가격결정이 적재효율 및 물류비에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Study on the Effect of Product Line Pricing on Loading Efficiency and Logistics Cost)

  • Purpose - Despite the importance of price, many companies do not implement pricing policies smoothly, because typical price management strategies insufficiently consider logistics efficiency and an increase in logistics costs due to logistics waste. This study attempts to examine the effect of product line pricing, which corresponds to product mix pricing, on logistics efficiency in the case of manufacturer A, and analyzes how logistics performance changes in response to these variables. Research design, data, and methodology - This study, based on the case of manufacturer A, involved research through understanding the current status, analyses, and then proposing improvement measures. Among all the products of manufacturer A, product group B was selected as the research object, and its distribution channel and line pricing were examined. As a result of simulation, for products with low loading efficiency, improvement measures such as changing the number of bags in the box were suggested, and a quantitative analysis was conducted on how these measures influence logistics costs. The TOPS program was used for the Pallet loading efficiency simulation tool in this study. To prevent products from protruding out of the pallet, the maximum measurement was set as 0.0mm, and loading efficiency was based on the pallet area, and not volume. In other words, its size (length x width) was focused upon, following the purpose of this study and, then, the results were obtained. Results - As a result of the loading efficiency simulation, when the number of bags in the box was changed for 36 products with low average loading efficiency of 73.7%, as shown in

    , loading efficiency improved to 89.9%. Further, from calculating logistics cost based on the cost calculation standard of manufacturer A, the amount of annual logistics cost reduction amounted to 101,458,084 KRW. Given that the sum of the logistics cost of the product group B of manufacturing enterprises A is 400,340,850 KRW, it can be reduced by 25%, to 298,882,766 KRW. Although many methods improve loading efficiency, this study proved that logistics cost could be reduced by changing the number of bags within boxes. If this measure is applied to other items, visible logistics cost reduction effects will be realized through improvements in loading efficiency. Conclusions - Future pricing policies should consider their correlation with quality, loading efficiency, product specifications, and logistics standardization to prevent logistics waste, enabling management to improve earnings for companies. Thus, when companies decide pricing policies for new products, the aspects of merchandising and marketing should take priority; however, the aspect of logistics also needs to be considered as significant. Measures revealed by the study results are not only the responsibilities of manufacturing enterprises. Pricing policy agreements between manufacturing enterprises and distribution companies, and logistics factors related to price determination should be considered; further, governments should also support them for their collaborations. This will enable consumers to purchase quality products with low prices.

    • 본 논문은 현재 중소기업을 대상으로 추진 중인 스마트공장 보급·확산사업의 현황을 진단하고, 중소기업 관점에서 중소기업 제조 혁신을 위한 발전 방향을 모색한다. 본 논문의 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스마트공장 보급·확산사업은 추가적인 시장 창출과 공급망 개선을 전제로 추진되어야 한다. 둘째, 스마트공장 보급·확산사업은 "생산·공정"의 효율화를 넘어 "R&D"나 "판로"와 연계되는 새로운 사업을 창출하는 것을 지향해야 한다. 셋째, 공정기술이 기업 경쟁력으로 직결될 수 있는 분야를 중심으로 스마트공장 구축을 우선 지원할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 미국의 제조혁신연구소(Manufacturing Innovation Institute)의 사례를 참조하고, Pisano and Shih (2012)의 제품·프로세스 혁신 프레임워크를 사용하여 다음 네 가지 정책과제를 제시한다. 첫째, 스마트공장 추진 전략을 양적 확산 위주에서 질적 고도화로 전환한다. 둘째, 각 업종별로 중견·중소기업 중심의 공통기술개발과 표준화된 데이터 교환 및 업무교류 시스템 구축, 납품업체 중심의 조달시스템 운영 등을 추진한다. 셋째, 신기술·신사업 모델의 구현을 위해 기존 중소기업과 창업·벤처기업과의 제휴 및 협업, M&A를 장려한다. 넷째, 스마트공장의 세부 항목을 지수화하여 스마트공장 보급 전략의 적절성과 정책 지원의 문제점을 신속히 파악하고 보완한다.
