The Impact of Social Media Marketing Towards Purchase Decision: Interactive Flat Panel Display Technology Distribution from Indonesia's B2B Market

  • Purpose: This research aims to examine the impact of social media marketing on buy decisions in Indonesia's B2B market, considering the mediating roles of brand image, perceived quality, and perceived value in relation to interactive flat panel display technology. To better understand technology adoption and distribution, we utilize the innovation diffusion theory. Research Design, Data and Methodology: The Decision-Making Unit of each organization that buy interactive flat panel display technology conducted an empirical survey of 82 participants. The quantitative research design analyzed the data utilizing the PLS-SEM model. outcome: This research reveals that social media marketing significantly impacted perceived quality, brand image, perceived value, and buy decisions. The research also found that perceived quality does not significantly impact buy decisions, but perceived value and brand image significantly impacted buy decisions. This research contributes to understanding the key factorsinfluencing buy decisionsin Indonesia's B2B market. Conclusion: Thisresearch concludesthat B2B consumers in Indonesia are less concerned about product quality but prioritize the value they receive when purchasing interactive display technology. Social media marketing could impacted the distribution of interactive display technology in Indonesia's B2B market by affecting the DMU's purchasing decisions. Brandsshould leverage social media marketing to positively impact theirsuccess.

  • A study is on the market ing strategy which applied the web site for family restaurant. The internet marketing that the firm uses to attract consumer needs and it can be said to be the strategic effort to cope with dynamic environmental change in the market with strategic flexibility which has competitive advantage and increase its profitablelity. This study establish an internet marketing strategy plan and it presented. First, it constructs a data base using CRM and it manages with to create the benefit model. Second, it constructs the trusted relationship of the customer using Permission marketing. Third, the virus marketing is effect ive to create customers in short duration. Forth, e-mai1 marketing for target customer is also effective Fifth, experienced marketing provides the good experience and an immersion. Sixth, tie-in marketing which co-operate with the other company is magnifies a category of customer therefore this study about internet marketing action will be hopefully continued.

  • In recent years there has been much emphasis on the need for service firms to develop an organizational culture which facilitates the successful implementation of marketing activities. This study examines the relationship among marketing culture, service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in fast food service firms. The results of empirical analysis can be summarized by the following: First, marketing culture(employee service quality, interpersonal relationships, selling task, organization, internal communications, innovativeness) had a significant direct effect on service quality. Second, marketing culture(employee service quality, selling task, internal communications) had a significant direct effect on customer satisfaction. It had also a positive, significant indirect effect on customer satisfaction through service quality. Third, service quality had a significant indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Therefore, the results of the study provide the practical implication for establishment of service firms' marketing strategies, related to marketing culture.

  • Under the present situation of severe competition in the food industry, food industry should put much emphasis on maintaing repeating guests as well as attracting new guests. Food industry should gain competition superiority with relationship marketing which consists of the interaction between the role of guests as participants and the guests-oriented service of employees, and marketing activities building up, maintaining, and enforcing the relationship with the guests. However, food industry in Korea have not had much interests in the relationship marketing Which can maintain repeating guests, and they have not carried out relationship marketing activities. This study attempted to establish the relationship marketing strategy of the food industry for the maintenance of friendly relationship with its guests. After reviewing the precedent theory of relationship marketing, the study tried to find out the important factors to affect the relationship marketing of food industry.

It is necessary for relevant persons in charge to learn the knowledge and technique about marketing technique endlessly in connection with the development of donor out of the development of social welfare resource which is being embossed as main pending problem at the point of time when the role of private sector about welfare service increased and the criterion of competition and evaluation among institutions was introduced. Especially, as for the application of marketing technique to utilize internet to have big marketing potential, the efforts for the realization and application of positive marketing to be suitable for the real situation of each institution is necessary in connection with the donor development of social welfare institution. In this study tried to examine the charge of method to develop donor which is based on the development of information technique and the popularization of internet from the viewpoint of internet marketing and suggest the basic data about the present situation of donor marketing to use the effective scheme for internet marketing.

  • It is quite sure that e-commerce through internet has significant impacts on consumer behavior and marketing activities as well. In this context, the concept of 'Internet Community' has been emerged and highlighted in consumer marketing. Internet community means social relationships and linkages which can be established through continuous and iterative internet-mediated communications among people with homogeneous interests and concerns. It has been a current trend to exchange product information among consumers by forming internet communities, which would affect sales performance directly or indirectly. It, therefore, is necessary to study the community's behavior and its impact on its marketing performance.   • The Marketing strategy is basic to the marketing plan for a firm. It encompasses the art and science of employing the means for achieving established marketing goals. A Study on the Effects of Hospital Internal Marketing Factors on the Internal Customer Satisfaction

  • This study was conducted to develop the strategy for more effective internal marketing and promoting internal customer satisfaction by grasping the level of internal marketing operations targeting employees within hospital and empirically analyzing the effect of internal marketing operations on internal customer satisfaction. The findings reveal that there is a significant correlation between factors for internal marketing components and internal customer satisfaction. The average factor score for internal customer satisfaction is 3.230 out of 5, which is a little higher than normal levels. Counting down the five factors is as follows: internal communication, education and training, delegation of authority, welfare, compensation system, with compensation system shown as the lowest level and internal communication as the highest level. In addition, the result of multiple regression analysis conducted to inspect the effect of factors for internal marketing components on internal customer satisfaction indicates that among 5 factors, delegation of authority, education and training, and welfare have positive influences on internal customer satisfaction; whereas, compensation system has little effect on it.

  • While the population conducting the production-oriented leisure activity is spread, the expertly franchised types of woodworking workshop based on good organization and economic power are also undergoing rapid growth with the related industries. Such tendency needs the systemized marketing strategy for woodworking workshop industry, but most of the woodworking workshops are regarding the deal with customers as simple exchange business in the market. The factors of the relationship marketing hereupon should be constituted as basic material for the study of the relationship marketing of DIY woodworking workshop. This study was intended to select the appropriate factors for relationship marketing and to apply the related theoretical backgrounds on the basis of the preceding studies regarding the factors of relationship marketing. As the factors it was selected that service and expertise of staff under the category of the characteristics of staff, reasonable price, diversity of products and convenience of facility in woodworking workshop under the category of the customer-oriented service, and communication and favorite program under that of the relation-oriented service.
