한국 태양에너지기업의 가치사슬별 경제적 성과 요인분석 (A Study on Economic Performance and its Determinants by Value-Chain in Korean Solar Energy Companies)

  • 본 연구는 국내 태양에너지 기업의 가치사슬별 경제적 성과와 그 결정요인인 규모의 경제, 기술수준, 자금조달능력, 국내시장 경쟁정도 등간의 상관관계를 분석하고 있다. 249개 기업에 대한 설문조사를 바탕으로 다중로짓분석을 실시하였다. 분석의 결과 기업의 경제적 성과는 자금조달능력이 높을수록, 시장경쟁이 낮을수록 높았으며, 기술수준과 규모의 경제는 유의미하지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 가치사슬별 분석에서 부품조달공정은 기술수준이 낮을수록, 자금조달능력이 높을수록, 제조공정은 기술수준 및 자금조달능력이 높을수록, 그리고 마케팅공정은 자금조달능력이 높을수록, 시장경쟁이 낮을수록 경제적 성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이로써 국내 태양에너지산업은 특유의 기술혁신체제 구축, 선진화된 금융시스템 구축, 그리고 가치사슬 공정별로 핵심능력을 가진 기업 간 네트워크를 구성하여 운영하는 프랙털 시스템을 추진해야 할 것으로 전망된다.

  • The current design paradigm shift which has been in progress around the world would be a good opportunity for Korea, which has led the age of information, to build design competence and gain international competitiveness. In addition, it would be a good idea for colleges as well as firms to develop a new educational system and create academia-industry-research synergy. This paper researches the market KU project promoted by Design Venture KU which has been established by the College of Artand Design of Konkuk University as a part of differentiation strategy. The methods to improve the competitiveness of Korean fashion design by uniting college creativity and market practicality are as follows: First, for convergence of creativity and practicality, it is necessary to come up with a systematic design-based educational system. In other words, the undergraduate program needs to gradually expand courses by focusing on creativity instead of functions while the graduate program should be able to develop design pattern, textile and marketing products and secure the market to gain competitiveness as a business incubator. Second, the working-level engineers as well as professors will be encouraged to participate in special lectures or seminars and take necessary lessons. In addition, academia-industry cooperation courses will be further strengthened. It is also important to actively participate in an official contest or exhibition and receive a prize. Third, to elicit creativity from students, it is necessary to help them think in a flexible and experimental way with voluntary and interesting programs. As mentioned above, it is expected that 'Market KU Project' would help students build expertise by offering them a chance to experience the real world and become the world's leading designers in Korean fashion design.

면세점의 지각된 서비스품질이 관계품질과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Duty Free Shop's Service Quality on Relationship Quality and Loyalty)

  • Purpose - With the growth of the duty free shop field and an increase in the executive interest in it, it becomes necessary to examine if PBZ (1988) SERVQUAL could be applied to duty free shop service reflecting on this increased interest and the importance of marketing strategy alternative managing multinational customers. Therefore, the present research focused on the comparison of Korean and Chinese consumers. We examined how service quality would affect relationship quality and customer loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology - Surveys were distributed to 235 Korean and 220 Chinese consumers who have visited a Korean duty free shop. We analyzed frequency analysis, mean difference analysis, and reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model analysis, and multi-group analysis. Results - First, perceived tangibles, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, price benefits, product diversity, and IT convenience of duty free shop service all appeared to be positive effect on customer satisfaction; at the same time, only tangibles, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and price benefits positively affected customer trust. Secondly, customer satisfaction and trust that are the components of the relationship quality appeared to be positive effect on customer loyalty. Thirdly, customers' satisfaction was found to play a full mediating role effect among all of the service quality factors with customer loyalty; however, customer trust was found to have the mediating effects only with tangibles, empathy, assurance, and price benefits. Fourthly, we found a difference between how service quality influences relationship quality and how service quality influences customer loyalty as a function of different nationality. As a result, it appeared that price benefits and IT convenience affected customer satisfaction more among Koreans than among Chinese. Finally, it appeared that customer satisfaction and trust affected customer loyalty more among Chinese than among Koreans. Conclusions - The results of this study contribute to the theoretical knowledge, but also provide strategic alternatives to enhance differentiation, international competence of enterprises led by duty free shop and service quality improvement and customer loyalty of enterprises are drawn as a foundation for constructing international customer relationship in future global era.

온라인 쇼핑몰 브랜드 개성에 따른 포지셔닝전략 수립 (Establishment of Positioning Strategies in accordance with the Brand Personality of Online Shopping Malls)

  • 본 연구에서는 브랜드 개성을 온라인 쇼핑몰에 도입하여 지각도 구축을 통한 포지셔닝전략을 개발하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구는 경쟁이 치열해지고 있는 온라인 쇼핑몰 시장에서 차별화된 마케팅전략을 수립하는데 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 연구대상은 부산지역 내 s대학 재학생들을 대상으로 한정하였다. 실증분석결과는 다음과 같다. 온라인 쇼핑몰의 브랜드 개성은 '유능 세련성', '활기', '친숙함', '신뢰성' 등의 요인으로 도출되었다. 이러한 평가속성으로 지각도를 작성한 결과 경쟁 쇼핑몰 간에 소비자의 지각상 서로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전체집단 지각도에서 가장 차별화된 속성은 '친숙함'과 '활기'이며, 가장 차별화되지 못한 속성은 '신뢰성'으로 나타났다. 그리고 전체집단과 세분집단 간 브랜드 개성에 따른 온라인 쇼핑몰 선호도와 이상점에도 서로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

비영리단체의 자선충동 동기에 관한 연구 -자기결정성 이론을 중심으로- (The study on the Consumer's Motivation of Charity Impulse in Non-profit Organization-Based on Self-Determination Theory)

  • 본 연구는 비영리단체에 기부를 하는 소비자들의 자선충동의 동기가 심리적 성과에 미치는 영향을 탐색적으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 자기결정성 이론에 근거한 비영리단체에 대한 자선충동 동기가 소비자-비영리단체 간의 동일시를 매개변수로 하여 기부충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 비영리단체의 자선적 충동 동기의 경우 개인의 자율성과 해당 비영리기관과의 관련 및 유능성이 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 특히 관련 및 유능성의 경우 비영리 단체와의 동일시에 중요한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기부자들이 비영리단체에 대한 심리적 측면에서의 자선충동 동기에 관한 연구가 전무한 실정에서 자선모금기관이 재원을 확보할 수 있는 효과적인 마케팅 전략을 구축하는데 기초자료를 제공하며 소비자들의 자선충동 동기에 대해 탐색하는 최초의 연구로서 중요한 의의를 가진다.

소비자의 보험소비만족에 관한 융합연구: 자기결정성 이론을 중심으로 (Consumer's Satisfaction of Insurance Consumption: Focusing on Self-determination Theory)

  • 본 연구는 보험소비자의 자발적 구매동기가 보험소비만족에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 확인하고자 하였다. 심리학의 자기결정성 이론에 근거하여 자발적인 구매동기를 유발하는 소비자의 심리적 욕구를 포함하여 보험소비만족에 대한 직 간접적 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 보험소비자 1,225명 대상의 온라인 설문조사 자료를 이용하여 구조방정식 분석을 통해 연구 가설과 모형을 증명하였다. 연구결과, 소비자가 구매의 필요성을 스스로 인지하는 자발적인 구매동기에 의한 구매시 보험소비만족이 높아지고, 보험소비자율성과 보험소비환경에 대한 긍정적 인지는 자발적 구매동기를 높이며, 이를 매개로 소비만족에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 보험회사의 과도한 마케팅과 보험소비자의 자기과신은 보험소비만족을 저해할 수 있으며, 보험소비자의 자율적권리와 책임 인식을 높이는 금융소비자의 소비태도 교육이 필요하다는 시사점이 도출되었다.

성격특성과 고객지향성이 직무만족 및 직무성과에 미치는 영향 -백화점 여성 의류판매원을 중심으로- (The Effects of the Personality Traits and Customer Orientation on Job Satisfaction and Job Performance -Focused on Female Apparel Salespeople in Department Stores-)

  • This study explores the correlation between personality traits, customer orientation, job satisfaction, and job performance. This study examines the impacts of personality traits and customer orientation on job satisfaction and job performance. Data were collected using a questionnaire survey. A convenience sample was drawn from salespeople working for department stores in Daegu and Pohang between September $1^{st}$ to $7^{th}$ 2011. A total of 337 responses were complete and usable questionnaires. Data were tested through factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis, using SPSS 12.0. Three main points are shown through this study. First, the correlation of all five factors extracted from salespeople personality traits with customer orientation was statistically significant. Personality traits and customer orientation were partially correlated with job satisfaction or job performance. Second, the regression analysis was conducted to examine the influence of personality traits and customer orientation on job satisfaction; subsequently, only two factors extracted from customer orientation (consideration for customers and customer-centered thinking) were significant predictors of job satisfaction. Third, the result of the regression analysis between personality traits and job performance showed that the most influential predictor of job performance was conscientiousness, followed by likeability, openness and introversion. The most influential factor between customer orientation and job performance was competence in providing product information, followed by consideration for customers, customer-centered thinking, and a reliability-focused response.

A Study on the Export Priority Indicators of Rice Processed Food for Export Business

  • As the trade among the countries increases, domestic agriculture is facing a crisis. Especially domestic rice industry is suffering from the rice market opening problem and the domestic rice industry itself. As a counter measure against this, despite the promotion of the rice processing food industry, the export of rice processed food has decreased by an average annual rate of 12.3% since 2011 due to the lack of customized export strategy, such as low price competitiveness, insufficient quality and brand management. As a measure, we selected indicators to prioritize establishment of export strategy of rice processed food business and used AHP methodology to draw the weight for each indicators. The selection of export strategy prioritization indicator was based on the marketing mix theory, various previous research reviews and expert consulting. Five higher level indicators and nineteen detailed indicators were derived, and a weighted value of them was analyzed using a professional package. As a result, the relative importance of higher level indicators was 45.5% for product differentiation, 18.4% for management competence, 13.0% for export infrastructure, 12.0% for product pricing, and 11.1% for product distribution. The relative importance of the lower level indicators was 17.3% for product safety, 15.3% for product quality, 9.1% for management expertise, and 7.0% for product brand. This result is expected to be used as export strategy indicators of rice processed food export business.

국제(國際) 네트워크를 통한 한국(韓國) 중소기업(中小企業) 국제화전략(國際化戰略)에 관한 연구(硏究) (The Internationalization Strategy of Small-and-Medium-Sized Enterprises in Korea through Internationl Network)

  • International network strategy is intended to examine the validity of existing network-centered theories in order to ascertain why small-and medium-sized enterprises are useful as a strategic correspondence to the internationalization trend. Small-and medium-sized enterprises can be estimated as being vital majorities in terms of their flexibility to meet changable conditions in international marketing compared with the conglomerates Therefore, their dependency on a few conglomerates for the international economy can be diverged. Generally, the successful internationalization of industries can be derived from the creation of suitable strategies for its competence and quality with the effective correction and completion of its strategy and tactics through mistakes. The internationalization strategy of small-and medium-sized enterprises should not be the reckless pursuit of internationalization that depends only on the increase of investment or the simple induction of the other conglomerates strategic models, but it should be accomplished through the evolution and practice of the concrete strategies that will be more proper for the enterprise's property and efficiency. The results of analyses with proof can be summarized with two effects in large in the process of internationalization of domestic small-and medium-sized enterprises. First, the capacity for internationalization of firms results from a long-term training procedure and continuous development of managing activities. Then in time this becomes an important element for the small-and medium-sized firms in terms with its position targeted international trading. However, the domestic enterprises are showing their abilities in the international competition in quantity, and trying to establish relationships between the enterprises through international networks. Second, statistics might not be meaningful in part because of the lack of data for analysis. It seems that more useful results will be derived from obtaining and utilizing sufficient information and from establishing an inter-relationship between the small-and medium-sized enterprises which are investing in foreign companies.

20~30대 여성의 수영경력과 신체적 자아개념에 따른 수영복 선택기준과 구매만족도 (Selection Criteria and Swimsuit Purchase Satisfaction of Female Consumers According to Swimming Experiences and Physical Self-concepts)

  • This study analyzed the relationship among swimming experiences, swimsuit selection criteria, swimsuit purchase satisfaction level, and the physical self-concept of female consumers. This study was based on a descriptive survey method using a questionnaire. The survey was conducted from June 15 through July 20, 2012, and the sample consisted of 330 female consumers in their 20s and 30s residing in the Seoul and Gyeonggi area. Factor analysis and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficients, ANOVA, Duncan's Test, and multiple regression analysis were employed for the data analysis. The results revealed that individual self-concepts on health, sports competence, and fitness were influenced by swimming experiences. There was a tendency for those with a longer period of swimming experience to have a higher level of brand consideration as a swimsuit selection criterion; in addition, they showed a higher satisfaction level with swimsuits. Individual physical self-concept influenced the consideration given to each swimsuit selection criterion as well as swimsuit purchase satisfaction level. The findings of the study reflect the possibility of utilizing swimming experiences as a criterion for swimsuit market segmentation. Attention to the quality of swimsuits as well as to the physical self-concept of consumers are required for marketing activities.
