A Study of the Measurement of Personal Activity on Online Marketing: Focus on SNS (온라인 마케팅 활동성 측정에 대한 연구- SNS 사용자 활동을 중심으로)

  • With the rapid development of digital media, there has been a huge change in a way of communication, a process of information diffusion and a role of traditional media. Not like mass media, social media enables users to generate and tap into the opinions of a larger world. From that reason, social media is impacting marketing strategies. However, still social media marketing researches just focus on case study, analysis of users motivation or analysis of power user's usage pattern. Word-of-mouth has always been important especially in marketing area. In social media, word-of-mouth depends on each user that's why this research focuses on individual user's activity in SNS. I defined 4 factors (produce, diffusion, network size, activity of network size enlarge) that are effect on activity and verified hypothesis by multiple regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and moderated multiple regression.

Topic Modeling Analysis of Social Media Marketing using BERTopic and LDA

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore and compare research trends in Korea and overseas academic papers on social media marketing, and to present new academic perspectives for the future direction in Korea. Research design, data and methodology: We used English abstract of research paper (Korea's: 1,349, overseas': 5,036) for word frequency analysis, topic modeling, and trend analysis for each topic. Results: The results of word frequency and co-occurrence frequency analysis showed that Korea researches focused on the experiential values of users, and overseas researches focused on platforms and content. Next, 13 topics and 12 topics for Korea and overseas researches were derived from topic modeling. And, trend analysis showed that Korean studies were different from overseas in applying marketing methods to specific industries and they were interested in the short-term performance of social media marketing. Conclusions: We found that the long-term strategies of social media marketing and academic interest in the overall industry will necessary in the future researches. Also, data mining techniques will necessary to generate more general results by quantifying various phenomena in reality. Finally, we expected that continuous and various academic approaches for volatile social media is effective to derive practical implications.

On the marketing strategies of special libraries (전문도서관의 마케팅전략)

  • Marketing technique is used as effective management tool in library. The small size of the user group in special libraries provides good condition for marketing. Special libraries can accomplish the goals and objectives with using marketing technique. The purpose of this study is to examine key concepts and activity procedures of marketing, and marketing mix 4'P, and to suggest the information services which can be used in developing marketing strategies of special libraries. The conclusions are summarized as follows. 1. The key concepts and activity procedure of marketing for libraries consist of market segmentation, positioning, consumer analysis, marketing program and marketing audit. 2. The marketing mix 4P's that can be used in special libraries are examined. 3. The information services which can be used in marketing strategies are suggested.

Fisheries Marketing Management Effectiveness of Discount Store (대형할인점의 수산물유통효율성에 관한 연구)

  • This Study attempts to analysis the degrees of the efficiency of fisheries marketing channel's effectiveness, which are traditional marketing channel's effectiveness of fisheries wholesale markets and Discount Store's effectiveness such as margin, marketing performance. The study methodologies include not only a field sample survey but also a field interview. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, at the numbers of fisheries marketing channel's margin factors, traditional marketing channel's margin factors are more than discount store's margin factors. Secondly, at the comparative study result of marketing channel margin efficiency, traditional marketing channel's prices are similar to discount store's prices. That is, consumers have bought similar retail price's seafood products through traditional marketing channels as well as discount stores cannels. Finally, however most consumers prefer discount stores to traditional retail stores because of discount store's multi-functions such as assortment of goods, freshness, exchange, refund and employee's kindness. In conclusion, the most important factor of fisheries marketing management is to realize the appropriate balance between marketing margin and consumer satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between experience marketing using makeup services and theme park users' satisfaction, loyalty, and revisit intention. This is because it can identify the usefulness of makeup services and provide implications for effective field marketing strategies. In order to achieve the purpose, 668 users of the theme park were surveyed after convenience screening as research participants. The main theme was the makeup service for visitors to Lotte world, Everland, and Hapcheon Ghost theme park. this study reviewed previous studies and applied them to the makeup service. Based on this, the research model and the hypothesis were established, and as part of the empirical research, the hypothesis was verified through analysis methods such as frequency analysis, reliability verification, factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The summary of the research results based on empirical analysis is as follows. First, as a result of analyzing experience marketing using makeup services has a positive impact on the satisfaction of customers using theme parks. Second, experience marketing using makeup services has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Third, experience marketing using makeup services has a positive effect on intention to return. Fourth, satisfaction and loyalty were found to affect the intention to return. Based on this research, we hope that the makeup service as experiential marketing can be effectively applied in various fields, and that the research can be used as basic data to make the makeup service into the representative cultural contents marketing.

Analysis of digital marketing strategies of luxury fashion brands (럭셔리 패션 브랜드의 디지털 마케팅 전략 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to consider effective digital marketing strategies through analysis of luxury fashion brands. This study conducted both quantitative analysis and case studies of the brands Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Burberry, and Chanel. To measure the brand image of the luxury fashion brands, the survey was distributed to Millennials, and total of 277 responses were used for the final analysis by using SPSS 25.0 statistical program. Other than survey, this paper analyzed digital marketing strategies of luxury fashion brands through brand-related papers, website and social media of each brand, Samsung Designnet's database, and news posted on search engines. The results of this study are as follows: First, according to the result of examining brand image of luxury fashion brands, there was no significant difference between brands, except Gucci. Second, this study analyzed each luxury fashion brand to understand the characteristics of digital marketing, and common characteristics were identified. Third, by analyzing the brand image and digital marketing strategies of luxury fashion brands, it was confirmed that Gucci's brand image and digital marketing strategies were consistent, while there was a difference between Burberry's brand image and digital marketing strategy. Therefore, this article proposes the following digital marketing strategies that are suitable for luxury fashion brands. First, is the connection of on/offline channels. Second, is the use of AI technology. Third, is a blockchain-based platform.

The Relationships among CEO's Role, Internal Marketing, Market Orientation, Patient Satisfaction, and Hospital Image

  • This study examines the relationship between internal marketing, market orientation, patient satisfaction, and hospital image, and especially focuses on the effect of CEO's role on internal marketing at a local national university hospital. A survey was conducted using the convenient sampling technique and 222 questionnaires excluding unreliable replies were used in the final analysis for the hypothesis testing. SPSS 21.0 was used for the basic analysis of the collected data, and confirmatory factor analysis was performed for reliability and validity using AMOS 21.0. Path analysis was performed for the hypothesis testing. The results of this study are as follows: First, the role of CEO positively affects internal marketing. Second, internal marketing has a positive effect on market orientation, and leadership is the most influential factor of internal marketing. Third, market orientation has a positive effect on patient satisfaction and hospital image, which are non-financial organizational performance. Therefore, internal marketing plays a major role in improving market orientation, patient satisfaction, and hospital image, and it is identified that the activation of internal marketing depends on the support of CEO in hospitals.

  • The purpose of this study was to draw theoretical and practical implications applicable to the field through structural equation modeling of internal marketing, organizational trust, customer orientation and job performance to promote spectators of professional football. In order to achieve the aim of this study, we surveyed 12 S. Korea professional football clubs' employees(216 effective sample). Seven hypotheses were verified using frequency analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis and structural equation modeling through SPSS and AMOS statistics. The results are as follows. First, internal marketing had a positive effect on customer orientation. Second, internal marketing had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, internal marketing had a positive effect on organizational trust. Fourth, organizational trust had a positive effect on customer orientation. Fifth, organizational trust had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Sixth, organizational trust was found to partially mediate relationship between internal marketing and customer orientation. Seventh, organizational trust was found to partially mediate relationship between internal marketing and job satisfaction.

Pay Per Click Marketing Strategies: A Review of Empirical Evidence

  • Purpose - Today's world revolves around search engines which are the driving force behind any marketer. The thirst for marketing has led to the evolution of online 'Pay per click' over last few years and is the most widely used instrument. Research design, data, and methodology - Exploratory research design highlights many marketing variables getting affected by pay per click marketing. To analyze the said phenomenon, the data was gathered through questionnaire from the sample of 338 respondents which were selected by simple random sampling method mostly from the National Capital Region (NCR) of Delhi in India. The data collected from the respondents was loaded on SAS base for exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results - Pay per click as a marketing tool has significant impact on the consumers. The most prominent factors of pay per click marketing identified in the research are Ad quality, Competition, Targeting, Trend and Budget. Conclusions - Organic as well as inorganic ads, keeping in mind the end goal to gage the exchange of these two postings in the marked look territory. Additionally, here we dissected supported pursuit promotions in all. It would be beneficial to break down the impact of promotion position on the pay per click marketing.

A Study for Impact of Color Marketing in Traditional Markets

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of brand awareness by color marketing to purchase and revisit intentions in Traditional Markets. Research design, data, and methodology - For this study, 5 point Likert-scale was used based on previous research. Used SPSS ver.22, factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha, regression and correlation were tested. 254 samples were used for the analysis. Results - The three attributes of color marketing(symbolism, identifiability, association) exerted significant effects on brand awareness of traditional marketing explained 38.7% of the variance. Thus, , , and were supported. However, was not supported. Conclusions - Colors play important roles in establishing new images in consumers' minds. The visual sense affects emotions and attitudes and most of the visual sense is affected by colors. Colors that we see move people's heart and induce atmospheres thereby greatly affecting humans' physical and mental activities. To increase traditional market brand awareness, it is necessary for traditional markets to display a level of attractiveness through the use of colors and visuals. So to use color marketing in traditional market is very important for brand awareness which can cause purchase and traditional market revisit intension.
