This paper presents a theoretical framework for discussing the role of rebates in successful market transformation programs. Rebates can play an important role in market transformation, essentially acting as a catalyst to jump-start markets and overcome initial barriers. However, they also have drawbacks that can actually inhibit market transformation. In particular, they can interfere with market signals between customers and manufactures, so that markets respond sluggishly. This can delay the broad-based acceptance of new products.

코로나19로 인한 팬더믹 시대의 도래는 개인과 조직, 사회와 국가의 모든 영역에서 새로운 변화를 야기하고 있다. 미술시장에도 개인의 지역, 국가 간의 이동 제한 및 사회적 거리 두기의 영향으로 위기를 맞이하게 되었으며, 작품의 내용, 작품의 거래 방식, 구매자의 성향 및 특성까지도 변화를 일으키고 있다. 이러한 미술시장의 변화 요구는 디지털 전환과 온라인 미술시장의 확대, 가상현실과 증강현실 기술을 이용한 가상공간으로의 확대, 블록체인 기술을 바탕으로 한 대체불가토큰(NFT)을 통한 디지털작품의 거래 영역 확대로 새로운 변화의 기회를 가속화시키고 있다. 본 연구에서는 팬더믹 시대가 가져온 미술시장의 변화 흐름을 디지털 전환의 관점에서 분석한다. 미술시장의 디지털전환의 다양한 유형에 대한 정리와 디지털 전환 및 NFT 도입에 따란 인식조사를 통해 미술시장에 대한 디지털 수용도에 대해 파악한다. 미술시장에서 블록체인 기술을 기반으로 한 NFT의 도입에 따른 주요 법적, 경제적, 사회적, 거래적 이슈와 대응책을 논의한다.

본 연구는 최근 전통시장의 디지털 전환의 시도로 진행되는 전통시장 배달 앱(application; app)의 성공요인을 파악하고자 시행되었다. 연구를 위해 전통시장 배달 앱의 성공요인을 앱의 시스템 특성, 배송 특성, 상품 특성, 고객 응대 특성의 4가지로 설정하고 운영성과와의 관계를 실증분석 하였다. 전통시장 배달 앱을 이용한 영업활동을 하고 있는 상인 148명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며, 연구 결과 앱의 시스템 특성, 배송, 상품판매와 관련한 판촉활동은 운영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 고객 응대와 관련해서는 유의한 결과를 얻지 못하였다. 이는 일부 배달 앱의 경우 고객의 리뷰를 확인하고 대응할 수 있는 메뉴가 탑재되어있지 않아 나타난 결과로 해석할 수 있다. 전통시장 배달 앱이 시행의 초기 단계이고 점진적으로 확대되어가는 현 상황에서 전통시장 배달 앱의 특성을 파악하고 운영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 전통시장 배달 앱의 개발 지표를 만들고 디지털 전환을 통한 전통시장 활성화에 기여하는 데 본 연구의 시사점을 두고 있다.

디지털 세계가 도래하면서 산업차원에서 디지털 트랜스포메이션이 가장 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 영역은 음악, 영화, 드라마와 같은 창작산업이다. 이들 창작물이 0과 1로 이루어진 디지털 포맷으로 전환되면서 비즈니스 모델이 변화하고 그 결과 시장에서 경쟁의 룰이 바뀌었다. 애플과 스포티파이, 넷플릭스는 창작산업에서 디지털 트랜스포메이션을 통해 시장 리더가 된 기업들이다. 본 연구는 창작 산업의 사례연구를 통해 디지털 기술을 활용한 시장재편에 필요한 중요한 요소를 파악하는 것이다. 사례 연구 결과, 디지털 기술을 활용해 시장을 재편한 기업들의 전략적 특성은 비전, 플랫폼, 그리고 개방적 혁신이라는 세 가지 요소임을 발견하였다. 반면 이러한 전략을 구사하지 못해 디지털 혁신의 기회를 놓친 기업들은 디지털 다위니즘의 희생양으로 몰락의 길을 걸었다. 본 논문은 4차산업혁명 시대의 디지털 트랜스포메이션은 세 가지 전략요소를 최대한 활용함으로써 플랫폼을 구축하고, 가급적 많은 파트너들이 플랫폼에 동참할 수 있도록 개방적인 혁신으로 초기에 크리티컬 매스를 확보하는 것이 무엇보다도 중요하다는 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

In this paper, we propose a new hybrid model of artificial neural networks(ANNs) and genetic algorithm (GA) to optimal feature transformation and feature weighting. Previous research proposed several variants of hybrid ANNs and GA models including feature weighting, feature subset selection and network structure optimization. Among the vast majority of these studies, however, ANNs did not learn the patterns of data well, because they employed GA for simple use. In this study, we incorporate GA in a simultaneous manner to improve the learning and generalization ability of ANNs. In this study, GA plays role to optimize feature weighting and feature transformation simultaneously. Globally optimized feature weighting overcome the well-known limitations of gradient descent algorithm and globally optimized feature transformation also reduce the dimensionality of the feature space and eliminate irrelevant factors in modeling ANNs. By this procedure, we can improve the performance and enhance the generalisability of ANNs.

This study analyses the Chinese and the Russian distribution systems comparatively focusing on the economic system. Before the economic transformation both nations were socialistic planned economy. After the economic transformation China is under the socialistic market economy, and Russia under the capitalistic market economy. The purpose of this study is to see how the distribution systems of both nations were changed according to the transformation of economic system. It analyses the relationship between nationalized manufacturing companies and distribution companies, and the national planned distribution of products before the economic transformation of both nations. It examines the privatization of distribution-related companies and the structurally exclusive supply of manufacturing companies in distribution system in Russia after the economic transformation. It also investigates the institutionalized control of nationalized manufaturing companies over distribution companies, and the national intervention of product pricing in China.

본 논문에서는 시장전환 메커니즘을 활용하여 심야전력제도의 개선 방안을 새롭게 제안하였다. 심야전력 창출을 위해 도입된 심야전력제도는 현재 국가적으로 경제적 손실의 가중과 에너지 시장의 왜곡을 확대하는 결과를 가져오고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 심야전력제도와 관련된 모든 이해당사자의 경제적 비용편익 분석을 통해 국가적으로 가장 비용 효과적이며 효율적인 시장전환 방안을 제시하였으며, 이를 위해 요금제도의 정상화를 위해 수년간 요금인상 후 심야전력제도를 폐지하는 방안을 제시하였으며, 심야전력 소비자와 사업자의 보호를 위해 복수의 수명방안에 대한 보상방안을 분석하였다.

Purpose: Various policies continue to be strengthened to develop Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which have a strategic role in the economy through the pillars of corporatization, capacity and financing to support strong and inclusive economic growth. Efforts to transform MSMEs marketing strategies are undertaken through eco-friendly digitalization to increase resilience and more productive and innovative capacity. Research design, data and methodology: This research is an exploratory qualitative approach taken to investigate the transformation of eco-friendly marketing strategies for MSMEs to increase competitiveness at the global level. The samples obtained were 425 MSMEs assisted by the DKI Jakarta, Bali, Java, Borneo, and Sumatera. The data collection technique used non-probability sampling (snowball sampling). Data is analyzed through collection, reduction, analysis, validity testing, presentation and conclusion. Results: This research shows the transformation of eco-friendly digital-based MSME marketing strategies occurred through four stages, namely production and institutional activities, expanding market share, digitalization and financing, and export market access. Conclusions: Eco-friendly digital transformation allows MSMEs competencies to be refined to improve business processes and business competitiveness at the international level. The contribution of this marketing strategy transformation is expanding MSMEs access to financial institutions (fintech), marketplaces, and QRIS (QR Code Indonesian Standard) digital payments.

Successful market adoption of rail freight transport innovations that might offer opportunities for market share increase is the focus of this paper. Firstly, seen from a theoretical point of view, it is not incremental innovations but radical organizational and transformation innovations that are likely to increase the market share of rail freight transport. Secondly, the particular inovations that offer some success potential for market adoption are: dedicated infrastructure, the fixed timetable, locomotive upgrades, and INTERFACE. Thirdly, unfortunately, the opportunities to increase the market share of rail freight transport appear to be limited.

Cymbidium is horticulturally important and has been one of the most commercially successful orchid plants as well as cut flowers around the world including Korea. Up to now, a huge number of elite Cymbidium cultivars have been released on the commercial market via cross-hybridization, mutation and polyploidization breeding techniques. To investigate on breeding system in Cymbidium, we inquired the brief history and techniques of breeding and the current status on Cymbidium breeding in Korea. Also, the general propagation process of elite Cymbidium lines via tissue culture should be presented. However, the slow process of conventional breeding and the lack of useful genes in Cymbidium species delays the introduction of new cultivars to the commercial market. To solve these limitations, efficient regeneration and genetic transformation systems should be established in the improvement of Cymbidium breeding program. During the last several decades, some progress has been made in tissue culture and genetic transformation in Cymbidium species. We review the recent status of tissue culture and genetic transformation systems in Cymbidium plants.
