본 연구의 목적은 국내 자본시장에서 외국인투자자의 감시자 역할로부터 발생하는 영향력이 글로벌 금융위기에 따라 차별적으로 관찰되는지를 실증적으로 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 2003년부터 2015년까지 총 2,919개의 기업데이터를 수집하여 외국인투자자 지분율과 기업의 자기자본비용 사이의 상관관계분석을 글로벌 금융위기 상황여부에 따라 수행하였다. 실증분석 결과, 외국인투자자는 일반적으로 기업에 대한 감시자 역할(monitoring role)을 효과적으로 수행함으로서 국내 자본시장에서 순기능적인 역할을 하고 있었다. 그러나 글로벌 금융위기 시와 같이 자본시장의 위험 수준이 극대화될 경우에는 이들의 감시자 역할이 효과적으로 이뤄지지 못하는 것으로 관찰되었다. 본 연구는 외국인투자자의 영향력이 자본시장의 위험 수준에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 제시하였다는데 시장참여자들과 학계에 공헌 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

MERCOSUR (Southern Cone Common Market, Latin American trade organization established in 1991, full members: Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay; associate members: Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela) is the world's third largest economic union. It is a vital region that Korean corporations should enter to preoccupy the Latin American market. Since China and Japan are recently moving strongly to advance into MERCOSUR, Korea needs to work out measures to cope with the situation. In trading with MERCOSUR, it is very important to establish a strategic base in the market from a long-term perspective rather than to approach the market only as an exporting market. From this viewpoint, Korea should regard MERCOSUR as a market with which it should cooperate in terms of resources, beyond a market from which it imports raw materials. Helped by its advancement strategies varying according to regional markets and price competitiveness, China is bolstering its market share in these regions. In addition, China has built production bases focused on electric and electronics products. It is also increasing its investments in MERCOSUR as a stable raw material-providing base. To make inroads into MERCOSUR successfully, therefore, Korean enterprises should not regard it as a market where it disposes of stock goods, but should instead export technologically competitive goods to this region. Likewise, Korean companies should expand their investments in automotive parts and machinery in MERCOSUR. Furthermore, Korea should closely study international trading policies of MERCOSUR to clear away any possible obstacles of exports to this region and to prepare countermeasures so as to avoid possible damage from import regulations of MERCOSUR.

This study is to understand the current situation of the Seoul Collection and suggest market oriented strategies in order to establish a more effective fashion market. Three elements-time, form, and, place-were defined to analyse the dynamics of the collection and two factors-customer/competitor oriented information and information interaction among participants-were employed to evaluate the Seoul collection toward market orientation. The data were collected from the collection participants via an in-depth interview. The identified major market factors were: 1. Time-In order to create a desirable market, the opening time of the Seoul Collection needs to be rescheduled in accordance with the openings of other countries. Also the time must be suitable to the buyer's movement. 2. Product-Products which did not meet the needs of the market and their unrealistically high prices were two main factors that hindered sales. 3. Place-Although the place was a vital factor to the success of the collection, the facility was not fully a suitable location for buyers to place orders. Additionally, the analyzed data indicated the low market-oriented Seoul collection. Vital to elevating the Seoul Collection to meet the global standard, therefore, more practical research and merchandise planning should be arranged in advance.

현재 주택시장과 전세시장의 문제점을 도출하고 이를 해결하는 데 있어 자본시장 부분과 금리 부분 그리고 실물 시장으로 구분하여 많은 영향을 미치는 지표들을 감안하여 주택매매 시장과 주택 전세시장의 안정화를 위한 대책 마련에 중요한 지표가 될 것으로 보인다. 특히, 향후에 예측되는 경제위기 상황과 불확실한 미래의 또 다른 금융위기를 예측하여 부동산 가격의 급격한 변동에 사전 대비할 수 있는 자료를 공공데이터를 사용하여 제공코자 한다.

R&D is the core competence of an enterprise. Furthermore, R&D requires huge capital investment and has very risky characteristics. Therefore, to be successful in R&D process, several approaches of engineering economics are used prior to decision-making. Until now, typical approaches of engineering economics such as NPV(net present value) or DCF(Discounted cash flow) have been used. But, they cannot properly capture managerial flexibility to adapt and revise later decisions in response to unexpected market development. In a constantly changing and always uncertain marketplace, managerial operation flexibility and strategic adaptability have become vital in order to successfully capitalize on favorable future investment opportunities and limit losses from adverse market development. For the alternatives of conventional static decision-making approaches, new concept of using real options is introduced. Real option theory is based on financial option's characteristics and checks every revision interval whether situation have changed favorable to decision maker or not. In advantageous situation, the decision maker has only to go on. In contrast, with unfavorable situation, he abandons the investment immediately. In this aspect, real option model is more suitable in very uncertain and dynamic business environment in that it can provide the opportunity to cope with flexibility. This paper suggests efficient and effective R&D investment strategy by using real options model. In addition, this paper compares financial options and real options.

After IMF situation, the money market environment is changing rapidly. Therefore, many companies including financial institutions and many individual investors are concerned about forecasting the money market, and they make an effort to insure the various profit and hedge methods using derivatives like option, futures and swap. In this research, we developed a prototype of forecasting system for KOSPI 200 option, especially call option, trading using artificial neural networks(ANN), To avoid the overfitting problem and the problem involved int the choice of ANN structure and parameters, we employed the ANN ensemble approach. We conducted two types of simulation. One is conducted with the hold signals taken into account, and the other is conducted without hold signals. Even though our models show low accuracy for the sample set extracted from the data collected in the early stage of IMF situation, they perform better in terms of profit and stability than the model that uses only the theoretical price.

B2B 전자상거래가 국가간에서 활발한 움직임이 전개될 시기도 멀지 않을 것으로 보인다. 우리는 B2B 전자상거래를 활성화하기 위해서는 민간주도의 자율적 규제원칙이 우선적으로 계속 추진되어야하고 기업간 협력정서와 기업간 관계 진작을 위한 정책수립 및 시행도 요구된다. 기업간 전자상거래의 효율성과 효과를 감안한 경쟁정책의 조율과 국제표준화 활동에의 적극 참여 등 정부 정책도 필수적이다. 그리고 현재 우리나라의 기업간 전자상거래 시장 확대를 위한 현황 분석은 물론 향후 정책대응 방안 마련도 되어야 한다. 그러기 위해서는 우리나라 기업간 전자상거래 시장 분석을 위한 기업거래 관행과 기업간거래 연계 방안 그리고 B2B 전자상거래 정책방향에 대한 분석이 계속 이루어져야 한다.

The current solar cell industry is experiencing a temporary plateau due to a sluggish economy and oversupply. It is expected that the solar industry can see similar growth to that of the recent past by overcoming the current situation, as there is growing demand globally for solar energy. The current situation led to restructuring of the world's solar industry, and domestic firms will need to have competitiveness through strategic approaches and proprietary technology to survive in the global solar market. Crystalline and amorphous silicon based solar cells have led the solar industry and occupied half or more of the market thus far. They will do so in the future PV market as well by playing a pivotal role in the solar industry. In this paper, the current status and prospects of silicon based solar cells, from materials to comprehensive and high efficiency technology that can emerge in the future, are discussed.

Southeast Asian region cruise market is expected to be stable or grow in the near future depending on the region's economy. Star Cruises company, which has entirely dominated the regional market since 1998, has attempted to expand beyond traditional cruise routes in Southeast Asian region and develop new markets in Thailand and Dubai. Such a situation urges Korean shipyards to study on Southeast Asian region based cruise ships. This study is to suggest directions for planning of interior spaces of Southeast Asian region based cruise ships. In order to accomplish this purpose the market situation is analyzed and the adequate ship's tonnage(70,000grt class) is decided. According to mission-based design process the sizes of standard staterooms are set up first and then the sizes of the important structural parts of ship are calculated. Through analyzing the 26 cruise ships of 70,000grt class the kinds, locations and sizes of public rooms are grasped. And we inspect 4 cruise ships of Star Cruises, which are now being operated in Southeast Asian region to understand design characteristics of interior spaces.

In order to understand the economic damage of economic sanctions on trade between Korea and Russia, a trade structure analysis was conducted through statistics on import and export trade between Korea and Russia. Through the structural analysis of product trade, we tried to accurately analyze the current status of product trade between Korea and Russia. In the trade structure analysis, it was confirmed that the trade in goods between Korea and Russia decreased the most in market share and trade concentration. However, trade specialization, comparative advantage by market, and intra-industry trade index were not significantly affected despite strong economic sanctions. from Russia's point of view Smart measures are needed to address the current situation to avoid a greater economic downturn. The end of the war and the restoration of partnership with other countries are considered the most beneficial solutions for Russia and all countries, but it is difficult to predict how the war will go or what economic situation Russia will be in after the war.
