Currently, the demand for underwater or underwater photography is growing very fast. Its coverage of underwater shooting for broadcasting, leisure and sports, and military and operational use is also growing rapidly. Among them, we specifically select the best camera to be used in underwater drones to photograph and inspect marine life attached to the ship's hull. To compare three cameras performance, they are compared and evaluated using objective and subjective criteria in special circumstances such as underwater shooting. This study checks whether performance criteria, such as resolution of a camera, meet objective and subjective standards in the unusual situation of underwater shooting. And it shows that in addition to the filter that calibrates the image, proper camera selection is important for providing good picture quality. Even after this study, research using more diverse cameras could provide an appropriate standard for comparison of underwater camera quality.

Recently, the marine leisure industry has begun to make a mark on the growth engines of the Korean economy. Hence, various government research projects are in progress to catch up with the fundamental yacht technologies of advanced countries. Research on the integrated management technologies of sail yachts is carried out as a part of those projects. Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is a basic architecture for robust and high-level management systems. In this paper, we suggest a product-oriented Yacht Work Breakdown Structure (YWBS). General WBS has a drawback in that it can only follow the targeted purpose, but YWBS allows for a generic WBS approach. This concept allows us to apply WBS to multi-purpose uses. The YWBS is used as an infrastructure in information management and for data relationships in sail yacht management systems. YWBS is designed and managed by a web application, and the system is implemented with a website as a user interface. This application has not only a design function, but also a data transfer function that is based on the Microsoft Silverlight platform, a kind of Rich Internet Application (RIA) technology. Using this application, YWBS designers can communicate with the management system without added tasks like as uploading and updating.

This study evaluated the performance test of a small-sized LTE-Maritime(LTE-M) transceiver that was developed and promoted to expand the use of intelligent maritime traf ic information services led by the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries with the aim of supporting the prevention of maritime accidents. Accoriding to statistics, approximately 30% of all marine accidents in Korean water occur with ships weighing less than 3 tons. Therefore, the blind spots of maritime safety must be supplemented through the development of small-sized transceivers. The small transceiver may be used in fishing boats that are active near coastal waters and in water leisure equipment near the coastline. Therefore, verifying whether sufficient performance and stable communication quality are provided is necessary, considering the environment of their real usage. In this study, we reviewed the communication quality goals of the LTE-M network and the performance requirements of small-sized transceivers suggested by the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, and proposed a test plan to appropriately evaluate the performance of small-sized transceivers. The validity of the proposed test method was verified for six real-sea areas with a high frequency of marine accidents. Consequently, the downlink and uplink transmission speeds of the small-sized LTE-M transceiver showed performances of 9 Mbps or more and 3 Mbps or more, respectively. In addition, using the coverage analysis system, coverage of more than 95% and 100% were confirmed in the intensive management zone (0-30 km) and interesting zone (30-50 km), respectively. The performance evaluation method and test results proposed in this paper are expected to be used as reference materials for verifying the performance of transceivers, contributing to the spread of government-promoted e-navigation services and small-sized transceivers.
As marine leisure is getting popular around the world, people's interest in cruise ship is increasing rapidly. Now it became possible to make cruise ship with Korean technology, as a result of continuous research and development. However, as cruise ships are getting bigger and more popular, new cruise interior design is required to satisfy various clients' aesthetic and functional demands. Therefore, more researches for cruise interior design are needed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of planning and design of passenger's cabins in cruise ship. The scope of this research is limited to the types in the 2004-2010 in Large Cruise Ships. Method of this study are document study and case study, in particularly, case study is conducted for the specific design methods through case analysis. The results of this study are as follow : One of the transitions in the cruise cabin designs is that cabins with balconies occupy a large portion of the entire cabins. As the functions of these balconies are diversifying, more distinctive forms of balcony are showing up. In particular, the cabins which are connected to public space differentiate themselves from those with the same rates; it meets the demands of the clients who require high quality services. In terms of cabin design, a futuristic, distinctive cabin that has incorporated will be a very important function in determining the value of the cruise ship. Based on the results of this research, application of the rapid changes in cabin design and studies about more diversified and advanced design are required.
Because of increasement on the transportation of goods by ship and the operation of coastal ships for leisure, the interest of marine parts is growing up lately and then the safe navigation of ships are essential. In these circumstances, it is necessary that it should be examined the regulation of vessel traffic control in effect. Therefore, the wave height is analyzed on korean coast, and then the seakeeping performance with the wave height and the various hull types on operating on the coast is evaluated. These results will be helpful to the improvement of the regulation of vessel traffic control and safe navigation of coastal passenger ships.

The aim of study is to develop a dual driven ship berthing/deberthing system with $360^{\circ}$ steerability. A large ship used bow thruster, side thruster and pod propulsor etc. when approaching to a pier. But as marine leisure boats become large-scaled, the number of accidents is recently increasing what caused a ship to crash into a ship and a ship to crash into mooring facilities during berthing/deberthing on a marina. To solve the problem, the control responsiveness of a joystick connected with two motors and a propeller was checked and torque was increased by the electromagnetic design of magnetic gear. A sea trial test was carried out to investigate a performance of the developed system in the real sea.

In this study, the 3D printing technique called design for additive manufacturing (DfAM) that is widely used in various industries was applied to marine leisure ships of equipment. The DfAM for the stanchion for crew safety was applied to the equipment used in an actual recreational craft. As design constraints, the design alternatives were not to exceed the safety and weight of the existing stainless steel material, which were reviewed, and the production of a low-cost FFF-type 3D printing method that can be used even in small shipyards was considered. Until now, additive manufacturing has been used for manufacturing only prototypes owing to its limitations of high manufacturing cost and low strength; however, in this study, it was applied to the mass production process to replace existing products. Thus, a design was developed with low manufacturing cost, adequate performance maintenance, and increased design freedom, and the optimal design was derived via structural analysis comparisons for each design alternative. In addition, a life-cycle assessment based on the ISO 1404X was conducted to develop sustainable products. Through this study, the effectiveness of additive manufacturing was examined for future applications in the shipbuilding industry.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of MZ generation's lifestyle-related research from 2010 to 2020. As a result of searching keywords such as MZ generation's and lifestyle using academic database search sites, a total of 218 cases were used as analysis data to conduct frequency and content analysis. First, research type was 74 dissertations(34.6%), 144 journals(65.4%). The study of MZ generation was relatively active in journals. Second, the current status of academic field was 85(39.7%) in the social field, followed by 66(30.8%) in the arts/physical education, 21(9.8%) in the complex studies, 16(7.5%) in education, 15(7.0%) in nature, 6(2.8%) in engineering, 4(1.9%) in humanities, 1(0.5%) in agriculture/marine. Third, the current status of MZ generation research topics is 54 social participations(25.3%), 35 fashion/beauty(16.3%), 31 social/organizational adaptations(14.5%), 25 cultural/leisure activities(11.7%), 24 design/development projects(11.2%), 21 economic/employment/job projects(9.8%), 11 educational/career/experiences(5.1%), 9 self-concepts(4.2%), 4 welfare services(1.9%). Fourth, the current status of MZ generation research methods was quantitative research(survey/experiment) 125(58.4%), qualitative research(depth interview/participant observation) 42(19.6%), theory/literature research 35(16.4%) and mixed research 12(5.6%). Fifth, the study on the lifestyle of the MZ generation was conducted in four cases, one in 2016, one in 2019, two in 2020. This study is meaningful in that it grasped the overall flow of data of information exchange that can share the research trends of the MZ generation and suggested the basic data on the direction of future research, the individual tendency, behavior, and lifestyle characteristics of the MZ generation.

This study examines the osteological development of the Pike gudgeon, Pseudogobio esocinus in the cranial, vertebral, caudal, pelvic and pectoral girdle for the purpose of taxonomic and aquacultural studies. Adult Pike gudgeon collected from the Boseonggang River were reared at 18.5~19.5℃ (average 19.0℃). At 5 days after hatching (total length (TL) 4.25 mm), the parasphenoid, dentary, centrum of vertebrae and clavicle began to ossify. At 22 days after hatching (TL 6.33 mm), 36 to 38 vertebrae had ossified. At 42 days after hatching (TL 16.71 mm), the majority of the skeleton had ossified. Pike gudgeon exhibited comparable characteristics to other fishes of Gobionidae throughout its development, although it displayed differences in some areas, such as the caudal skeleton and fin supports.

1. Purpose of the study: This study was to investigate and analyse the career decision making patterns of students, which would enhance vocational guidance activities for the students. The specific purposes of the study are as follows. 1) To find how much the fisheries high school students are satisfied with the school. 2) To find out the factors which would influence the fisheries high school students in their career decision making. 3) To find out the person who plays the most important role in the career decision making of the students 4) To find out the patterns of behavior taken by the fisheries high school students in their career decision making. 2. Hypotheses: The following hypotheses were tested for this study. 1) There would be significant differences in the extent of school-satisfaction, depending on the class level and major. 2) There would be significant differences in the value criterion with which the fisheries high school students make decisions on their careers, depending on the grades, majors, and the levels of school-satisfaction. 3) There would be significant differences in the human factors which affect their decision-making on their career, depending on the class levels, majors, and the levels of school satisfaction. 4) There would be significant differences in the patterns of behavior they take when they make decisions on their careers depending on the grades, majors and the levels of school satisfaction. 3. Methods of the study: For the verification of the above hypotheses, a questionaire was developed by the researcher, and the questionaire was answered by the total 440 students from three fisheries high schools, located in the rural and urban areas, out of 8 fisheries high schools in Korea. The questionaire was composed of two major parts: school-satisfaction (10 items) and career decision making patterns (39 items). The career decision-making patterns include 16 value criterion items, 10 human category items, and 13 behavior category items. 4. Results of the study: 1) School satisfaction; There was no significant difference in school satisfaction depending on the class level and major. 2) Value criteria; a) Almost of the fisheries high school students think that the potential for advancement, job security, and salary are important factors for their job. b) The seafarer-students rated the salary, prestige of the occupation and leadership to be important than the nonseafarer-students. The nonseafarer-students rated the stabilization of their livelihood and opportunity to use their creative ideas than the seafarer-students. c) The students unsatisfied with their school emphasize the working environment, variety of work duties and leisure more than the satisfied ones. 3) Human factors: a) The fisheries high school students are affected most by their homeroom teachers, major teachers and their parents, but they are less influenced by their counselor. b) The seniors are more affected by their friends or classmates than the freshmen, and especially seafarer-students are more affected by major teachers. c) The persons, who are working in the occupation they are interested in, exert more influence on unsatisfied students than class-teachers do. 4) Behavior patterns; a) Most of them want test their abilities. b) The nonseafarer-students and seniors tend to depend on their own intuitions. c) The seafarer-students, the freshmen, and the satisfied with their school tend to discuss with other persons, and the unsatisfied tend to be influenced by the information that they collect for themselves.
