보험의학회지 제27권 1호의 발간에 즈음하여... (At the time of issuing the Journal of Korean Life Insurance Medical Association volume 27(1))

  • Korean life insurance medical association's public periodical, the Journal of Korean Life Insurance Medical association (J Kor Lif Ins Med Assoc, JKLIMA) is now published $27^{th}$ issue. From this issue there are some changes of the journal than before. It is because general requirements for medical journals from the Korean association of medical journals editors. It can be remedy for the development of JKLIMA, in terms of academicism. First, the style of the manuscripts, medical opinion of insurance administration is added. This style of manuscript needs not keep the format of original research article such as background, materials, results, and discussion. Secondly, It is emphasized that submitted manuscripts must be reviewed by peer reviewers. Thirdly, we will make an effort to globalization of our journal. Lastly the publication period has been changed from annual to biannual. The publication date will be at March 31st and September 30th every year.

돈황본(敦煌本) 상한논(傷寒論) 중 "보행결장부용락법요(輔行訣藏府用樂法要)" 에 관한 연구(硏究) (Research on the Fuhengjue Zangfuyongyao Fayao in the Dunhuang Testament)

  • It is generally called that the Dunhuang Manuscript ${\ulcorner}Shanghanlun{\lrcorner}$ (敦煌本 ${\ulcorner}$傷寒論${\lrcorner}$ ) is all the series of documents relating to the Shanghanlun (傷寒論) included in one of the testaments, which was, in 1900, originally found in the Cangjing hole(藏經洞, Mogao cave(莫高窟), Dunhuang(敦煌), Gansu province(甘肅省). I tried to research on the ${\ulcorner}Fuhengjue$ Zangfuyongyao $Fayao{\lrcorner}$ (${\ulcorner}$輔行訣藏府用樂法要${\lrcorner$) in the Dunhuang Testament (敦煌遺書), which include main texts of the ${\ulcorner}Tangyejingfa{\lrcorner$ (湯液經法) upon which the ${\ulcorner}Shanghanlun{\lrcorner}$ (傷寒論) is based, because it seems to be in the category of the Dunhuang Manuscript ${\ulcorner}Shanghanlun{\lrcorner}$ (敦煌本 ${\ulcorner}$傷寒論${\lrcorner}$) in the broadly extended sense.

올세라믹 심미 수복재료의 최신 동향과 적합한 시멘트 선택 및 사용 (Recent Trend of Esthetic All-Ceramic Materials and Guidelines for Correct Cementation)

  • Recently, there are much improvement in optical and mechanical properties of dental ceramic materials coupled with improved fabrication techniques, which have caused a considerable shift in the preference of the dentists to ceramic restorations. Because the chemical composition and microstructure of all-ceramic materials are different by the type, correct choice of cement type and surface treatment procedure, and cementation strategy is essential for the success of ceramic restorations with adequate retention and decreased incidence of complications. This manuscript reviews on the most often prescribed and some newly developed ceramic materials, and the selection criteria and usage guidelines of cement materials that are used in conjunction with various ceramic materials. This manuscript emphasizes that continuous updating the information of newly developed ceramic and cement materials and application techniques by the dentists and dental staffs are demanding in response to the constantly improving ceramic and cement materials and corresponding application protocol changes.

제판방식에 의해 구분된 Gravure 인쇄의 농도 변화 (A Transformation of Image Density making a Method of Plate in Printing a Gravure)

  • This research attempts on plate making for gravure. Direct Hard Dot Method, Helio Kliso Graph, and Laser TB Dot; these three method are the most popular in Korea. For examining ink transmission, three plates were made in the above three different way for the same manuscript and were printed under the same condition. After printing speed was also varied into 150line/inch, 175line/inch, and 200line/inch, ink transmission was examined too. After printing the same manuscript with the above three method then the researcher examined level of ink transmission. Printing lines shows that Laser TB Dot Method and Direct Hard Dot Method were favorable level, while there was big differences of state of Helio Kliso Graph plate.

Manchu Shamanistic Prayers From Sergei Polevoi's Manuscript

  • This article introduces the texts of Manchu shamanistic prayers recorded in a manuscript by Sergei A. Polevoi, a Russian and an American Sinologist from the first part of the twentieth century. The Manchu original text of these prayers (but not the Polevoi's variant) was recently published by Ye (2018), which, however lacks detailed linguistic analysis. Polevoi's texts are in the slightly outdated romanization of Manchu with no linguistic analysis, translation, and commentary that are provided below by the author. While this publication will be of minor interest to the specialists on Manchu shamanism, it would be important to linguists specializing in the Manchu and Tungusic languages and philology, as the text reflects in all probability the eighteenth century Manchu preserved in romanization, and, therefore priceless for the linguistic analysis.

환경친화적 식량생산을 위한 꿀벌의 다원적 가치 (Multi-functionality of honey bees for eco-friendly food production)

  • Current food system has developed with the agricultural innovation to feed the increasing population of the world, but with high costs such as environmental contamination and inequality with low sustainability. Human has developed long history of mutualistic interaction with honey bee. This manuscript describes the multi-functionality of honey bee for food production. Firstly honey bee produces honey, bee pollen, royal jelly and propolis which are rich in functionality. Second honey bee serves as the main pollinator for crop production which is worth for 28% of total crop production values in Korea. Lastly honey bee can be an alternative meat produciton system with lower energy, carbon costs but higher nutritional security. This manuscript described those parts and discussed the multi-functionality of honey bees for eco-friendly food security pursuing lowered environmental cost and carbon-zero strategies in the climate change era.

수학자 보재 이상설(李相卨)의 근대자연과학 수용 - 『백승호초(百勝胡艸)』를 중심으로 (Sang-Seol Lee's manuscript on modern physics in the late 19th century Korea)

  • 본 논문은 한국 근대수학교육의 아버지 이상설(李相卨, 1870-1917)이 자연과학-물리학-에 기여한 내용을 다루고 있다. 이상설은 "수리(數理)"를 쓴 시기를 전후하여, 같은 시기에 붓으로 총 8면에 걸쳐 "백승호초(百勝胡艸)"라는 이름의 고전물리학 원고를 써서 남겼다. 분석결과 이 책의 원전은 1879년에 동경제대 의학부 교재로 발간된 "물리학(物理學)"이다. 이상설은 "백승호초"에서 먼저 개념을 정의하고, 일상에서 나타난 대표적 현상을 선록하여 한문으로 번역하였고, "물리학"의 전체 분량에서도 특히 '통유성(通有性)'에 중점을 두고 설명하였다. 동양에서 서양의 수리과학이 들어와야만 말할 수 있는 '질량보존의 법칙', '타성(惰性, 관성)'과 같은 고전물리학의 중요개념을 포함하는 내용이 19세기 말에 이미 이 책에 소개된 것으로 보아 이상설은 당대의 다른 저술에서 보기 힘들 정도로 당시 일반물리학의 최고수준의 원서를 통해 최신 정보를 수용하고 전파하기 위하여 노력하였음을 볼 수 있다.

  • In this manuscript, we introduce the concept of an atomic subset of the hyper BCK-algebra and study its properties. Also, we give a characterization of the atomic hyper BCK-algebra and show that there are exactly (up to isomorphism) n atomic hyper BCK-algebras H with |H| = n for any natural number n.
