In this paper, an educational-purposed tree-type telecommunication network using the switching system, and the wired and radio transmission systems which are applied is implemented. Also, the proper training method for the network such as the digital full electronic switching training, the networking experiment, the optical transmission experiment, is developed to robust the adaptation ability to the actual various environment of telecommunication network of the trainers. The technical information such as the technical manuals, the user manuals and the maintenance skill reports are collected and database using Oracle DB system for the effective educational use.

The objective of this project is to cultivate interest among junior high school students toward Science & Technology. Six simple experiments will be introduced to the participants (junior high school students) of this project which is focusing on the basic principles of engineering including law of motion, free-fall, force, energy, friction and work. Our student team has been assigned to design six set of experiment according to the principles. The experiments are easy to understand and simple to assemble by the students of age 13 to 15. Experimental manuals were written by the members using simple words complete with figure so that all the participants can understand the procedure of each experiment. In order to make sure the manuals are practically working, the experiment sets were tested and the results were compared with actual theory. As a result, we believe that the experiments can be done by the students within less supervision. The students are able to set up the experiments by using some simple equipment around them. By doing this experiments, we can further our understanding and explain better the principles of energy, force and work.

This study was carried out to analyze the actual situation of placement and to suggest concrete contents for the improved placement. Through literature reviews and empirical analysis, the followings are to be concluded. Firstly, the necessity of the placement are fully perceived by students and people working at culinary part in hotels. Both sides acknowledge that the placement is needed for the. better understanding of operations related to culinary art in a hotel. However, on the efficiency of the placement there is a big disagreement between them. Most of students participating placement programme have had a tendency to work with culinary staff without concrete training manuals and programmes. In addition, it was found that being exposed to different F&B outlets and kitchens is useful to get a variety of operational experiences. Secondly, as shown from the questionnaire regarding the importance of place, all the students who were asked marked more than 3.0 on the Likert Scale. Especially to the questions such as kitchen organization, job descriptions, safety and hygiene, seasonings, taste, vegetables and fruits, the average was above 3.6 which si the highest. As for the kitchen staff, the average was above 3.0, which imply that they also consider a placement important. The part showing the highest average were food safety and hygiene, dealing with kitchen equipments, appliances and knives. In conclusion, appropriate and concrete placement manuals are to be provided for students and hosting hotels in order to obtain educational accomplishments when implementing placement programme.

This study explored the socialization of novice Home Economics(HE) teachers employing a qualitative research method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with four novice HE teachers from secondary schools. The collected data was analyzed inductively by NVivo, a kind of CAQDAS. The following analysis was organized around three stages of teachers' careers: first, as for influences on teacher socialization prior to formal teacher education, their experiences on 'apprenticeship of observation' provided them both positive and negative role models; second, as for the socialization role of pre-service teacher education, they mentioned that college courses were poorly connected to classroom realities with only a few helpful lectures on HE Education; third, as for socialization in the workplace and its culture, the novice HE teachers were confronted with many kinds of problems including isolation in the classroom, in-service training programs not geared to novices, an overwhelming workload, and so on. Because of these problems, they yearned for and also formed networks with other HE teachers in order to overcome their limitations. The findings supported the notion that interactive and dialectical processes exist during all stages of HE teachers' careers. This study suggests that the teacher in-service training programs are more relevant, and that the introduction of mentoring programs and classroom manuals and teacher manuals would be helpful in practice. These innovations call for cooperation between universities and provincial offices of education for teachers' professional success in teacher socialization.

Recently, scale and complexity of disaster are increasing by natural social factor, and there is limit for emergency response by single agency thereby. Therefore, when multi-agency conduct a response for disaster together at the scene, they need preparation for joint response in the advance for systematic mutual cooperation. Preparedness consist of various factors such as planning, securing of Organizations and resource, continuous education and training. This paper focus on emergency response plan and examine the existing state and problem of various plans and manuals. Also submit development way for establishing emergency response plan that had effectiveness through the foreign case analysis.

Objectives This is one of the manuals of East-West integrative medicine which was created by the committee on integrative medicine of Chung-Yeon Korean Medicine Hospital. The purpose of this manual is to support clinical decision-making and communication between Korean and western medical staff in a Korean medicine hospital during the rehabilitation of patients after knee surgery. Methods The draft was made by two rehabilitation specialists in Korean medicine. After a rehabilitation specialist in western medicine reviewed the draft and exchanged their ideas, a revised version that reflects the goal of consultation was made. Then the committee agreed to adopt the manuals through the process of review and feedback in addition to face-to-face discussions. Results This manual describes clinical decision-making for rehabilitation after arthroscopic partial meniscus resection, meniscus refixation, reconstruction of anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments. Therefore, it contains the schedule of rehabilitation treatment by the surgical technique, general goal of the rehabilitation by phase, guide for patients and postoperative infection management. Conclusions Despite some limitations, this manual has significance as the first example of a decision-making protocol suggestion for East-West integrative rehabilitation treatment after a knee surgery in one medical institution.

Therefore it contains the schedule of rehabilitation treatment through the surgical technique, general goal of the rehabilitation by phase, guide for patients and postoperative infection management. Conclusions The proposal of this manual has a significance for it provides information about decision making process and contents of treatment in one medical institution for East-west integrative rehabilitation treatment after shoulder surgery.

According to the National Statistical Office, the number of fires was the 42,135 items in 2014, it has increased reviews 1203 compare with 2013. In addition, the sum of the property damage 2,560 billion, injured number 1,599 people, it was announced in deaths number 263 people. Although Korea government have announced many fire manuals for fire prevention, the reason that many of the wounded and the dead occurred is because people have recognized fire riskiness in just only head simply from manual. In this paper, the simulation system for prevention of fire based virtual reality is proposed to solve this problems. The people who trained by proposed system can recognize and realize fire riskiness more than fire writing manuals.

The purpose of this study was to examine sanitation management practices of restaurant managers for the training needs analysis. A total of 26 restaurant managers participated in this study. A check list was consisted of three parts : facility, personal, and food hygiene. Two observers and one manager evaluated the same check list at same time and the results were compared. The results of this study suggested that most restaurants have needed for re-training programs in the view of facility, personal, food sanitation practices. Specially, proper washing and sanitizing methods for hands and utensils, proper cooking and holding temperature, and proper storing methods were needed to be trained. Based on this study, most independent restaurant managers in Cheonan were aware of training, but they had no effective training program manuals. Results of this study implicated that dietitians have new opportunity for consultants of independent restaurants in the region because they have practiced sanitation management manuals.
