  • 농업기반시설인 저수지의 효율적 관리를 위하여는 관리주체의 일원화, 전문가 집단에 의한 과학적 관리를 위한 인력양성 및 배치를 통한 선량한 관리체계 확립이 필요하고, 정기적 정밀안전 진단 결과에 의한 보수보강이 이루어지도록 관리체계의 시스템화가 요망된다. 특히 정기적인 정밀점검 및 정밀안전진단을 실시하여 시설물의 기능성, 안전성 등을 점검 또는 진단하고 그 결과에 따라 변화된 자연환경에 걸맞는 시설기준을 충족시킬 수 있는 적절한 보수 보강방안을 실시하도록 지속적인 예산지원은 물론 관리주체의 선량한 관리의식이 요망된다.

생물교사 교육과정 운영의 실태분석과 개선방안 (A Study on the Improvement of Curriculum for the Biology Teacher Education Based on Status Survey)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose a direction for the improvement of biology teacher education based on the status survey of the biology teacher preparation curriculum and its implementation. The following Improvements in the biolgy teacher training are suggested from this study 1. Biology education courses should be established as a major in the biology teacher preparation program. 2. Biology teacher educators with major in biology education should be employed in all the departments of biology education. 3. The manpower for biology education should be cultivated. 4. The research and development for biology education should be promoted and supported. 5. The biology educators at the biology teacher education program should implement its curriculum with correct and clear understanding of the program purposes in mind.

직업교육 데이터베이스 VOCED의 검색기법 연구 (A Study on Information Retrieval Techniques of VOCED Database)

  • 본고에서는 VOCED 데이터베이스의 정보검색기법을 살펴보았다. VOCED 데이터베이스를 직업 교육 및 훈련, 그러고 성인교육분야와 관련된 국제적인 정보를 수록하고 있다. VOCED는 CDS/ISIS 소프트웨어를 통해 구축되었으며, 레코드는 APSDEP 시소러스를 사용하여 색인되었다. VOCED 데이터베이스의 정보검색시에는 여러가지 검색기법들을 사용할 수 있다. 다수용어, 구문, 불리안 논리, 용어절단, 제한탐색 및 인접탐색기법 등을 통해 원하는 정보에 신속히 접근할 수 있다.

  • The results of study can be summarized as follows: 1. Few sewing companies committed their workers to a professional and systematic training course. 2. Brands as Brother, Juki, Yamato, Singer and Nara were being much used. Among them the Brother was most popular. The age of the sewing machines was between one and six years. Most companies were repairing their machines. The manual main sewing machines were more frequently out of order than other machines. The ratio of idle machines was highest in sewing work, compared with cutting or finishing work, primarily due to decreased orders, aging machines or reduced manpower. 3. Most of the sewing companies were feeling necessary for automated sewing machines.

A Study on Perception of Librarian's Job Prospects

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate awareness of librarian's job prospects, and to do this a survey was conducted with 502 college students in 14 Departments of Library and Information Science around Korea and 753 librarians in libraries and related agencies. The study results are as follows. First, satisfaction with educational curriculum was higher in students than librarians. Second, both students and librarians regarded workplace based practical training as employment requirements and also evaluated certifications and academic performance as important requirements. Third, both groups asked that information on employment rates be available in a timely manner, and perceived that the librarian's job prospects were not bright. Therefore, in order to improve employment of librarians, it will be necessary to establish a job information system, reorganize the current educational curriculum into a practice-oriented curriculum, and introduce the national curriculum statements (NCS)-based curriculum.

  • Nowadays, demand for human resource for the e-learning industry is rapidly increasing along with the expansion of e-learning market capacity. However. there are numerous difficulties in expansion and industrialization of e-learning due to insufficient supply of human resources to meet the demand. Therefore, the goal of this study is to present various policy directions that can supplement the supply or e-learning manpower. Overall contents of this study focus on presenting the long-term directions for fostering of human resources for e-learning industry. Among these, role of government policies for fostering of human resources for e-learning industry is being particularly emphasized because e-learning industry is still at its infant stage.

  • This study was limited Gangwon-do's manufacturing companies that participated in the educational-industrial consortium. These companies' present status and activities under implementation identified and interpreted by this study, therefore, are insufficient to be generalized into knowledge applicable to most of the companies in Gangwon-do. For more precise and detailed results, it is suggested to make further studies that cover not only those consortium companies but also non-consortium manufacturing companies in Gangwon-do. The results also suggest that it is necessary to promote some periodic manpower training programs in cooperation with local universities, to utilize professors and experts to build management strategies that can bring and secure the power of competition, and to construct a system of educational-industrial cooperation, as ways leading these companies to the 21 st century's type of business enterprise.

  • The present mainstream in international cooperation of technology is exchanges of professors and students, dispatching and training, and visiting of foreign engineers and scholars. There are cooperation activities such as East-Asia Energy Forum which is only in beginning stage. The international cooperation of technology is only focused to cooperate with advanced countries and some manpower is participating with limits. As the technology level of Korea is increased, it is necessary to consider cooperations with developing and un-developed countries and to apply experts extensively and variously. This contributes to solve the problem of unemployment and to develop markets in developing and undeveloped countries.

  • With the development of digital technology, the industrial structure is becoming digitalize. The government selected big data as the key technology of the 4th industrial revolution. Among them, big data is widely used to create new values and services by utilizing vast amounts of information. In order to cultivate professional manpower for the use of big data, various education programs are provided at universities. We intend to develop a curriculum for systematic training of talented people who can acquire knowledge about the three stages of collection, analysis, and application of big data. To this end, subjects are classified into basic competency, technical competency, analysis competency, and business competency based on the big data competency model proposed by the Korea Internet & Security Agency.
