건설 프로젝트가 점차 대형화, 전문화, 복잡화되어감에 따라 건설공사에서의 리스크 요인과 불확실성 요인이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 이와 같은 건설 사업 과정에서 발생하는 불확실한 요인을 미리 파악하고, 이에 대처하는 것은 프로젝트 성공을 위해 매우 중요한 요소이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전체 공종 중 공기, 공사비, 민원발생 등으로 인해 공사에 크게 영향을 미치며, 후속공정에 미치는 영향이 큰 커튼월 공사를 시공 프로세스 검토를 통한 리스크 인자의 적출을 통해 구체적인 리스크 인자의 구체적인 대응방안을 제시하여 실무에 직접적으로 접근할수 있도록 하였다. 이러한 리스크 인자의 적출은 정량적인 리스크의 분석을 가능하게 하고, 이에 따라 각각의 공종에서 발생하는 리스크 인자들의 우선순위를 결정할 수 있으며 이를 바탕으로 제시한 공정 리스크 관리 도구를 통하여 현장마다 경험과 지식의 정도가 다른 실무자로 하여금 업무를 수행함에 있어서 사전에 리스크를 인지할 수 있으며 리스크가 발생했을 때 신속하게 대응할 수 있고 그러한 리스크를 최소화할 수 있는 업무 지침을 제공하는 역할을 하게 될 것이다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the general characteristics, oral health risk factors, and denture management behaviors of the elderly and improve their oral health and life satisfaction. Methods: This study was conducted on 386 individuals from elderly welfare facilities in Gyeonggi-do selected by convenience sampling. Results: The female participants were more satisfied with their family relationship than the male participants. Among the risk factors for oral health, life satisfaction was higher among the participants who had no psychological inconvenience and bad breath symptoms. Among the factors for denture management behavior, the participants who did not receive dental checkups regularly expressed greater life satisfaction than those who had not received denture care education. Conclusions: The practical and theoretical implications for elderly welfare programs and oral health management education for denture-wearing elderly were discussed.

건설산업의 변화에 따라 대부분의 국내 CM기업들은 공정 원가 품질 안전관리를 중점관리 대상으로 선정하여 관리하고 있으며 리스크 관리를 위한 전담조직 설치 및 임직원 교육, 시스템개발에 대한 투자는 미흡한 실정이다. 이처럼 국내 CM기업들이 리스크 관리 분야에 대한 투자가 부족한 이유는 체계적인 방법론이나 논리에 의해서 리스크를 분석하기 보다는 직관과 경험에 근거하여 판단하는 것이 더 쉽고, 체계적인 리스크 관리를 위한 표준업무체계 개발에 대한 중요성을 인식하지 못하기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구는 CM기업 본사에서 현장 운영관리 시 발생되는 리스크 인자 도출 및 업무 프로세스를 분석하여 문제점을 분석하고, 리스크 인자별 효율적인 관리를 위한 표준업무체계를 제시하였다. 또한 전문가들의 면담을 통해 효율성을 검증하여 향후 리스크 인자별 표준 대응 절차서 활용과 리스크 관리 시스템 개발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study tried to identify the effects of ergonomic risk factors for absence from work of fire fighters in Korea. A self-administered questionnaire was prepared for this study. The questionnaire consisted of several parts such as 'general information', 'work-related factors', 'physical & chemical risk factors', 'ergonomic risk factors', and 'absence information'. A total of 7,098 fire fighters participated in this study. The data obtained from the survey was mainly analyzed by logistic regression. A total of 856 out of 7,098 fire fighters experienced absence from work. The risk factors such as gender, age, marital status, education level, total work year, work area. position, job rotation, noise, dust, organic solvent, skin contact with chemical substance, toxic waste, regional vibration, manual material handling, continuous standing posture, awkward working posture were associated with absence from work. Specifically, awkward working posture and manual material handling from ergonomic risk factors were major risk factors for absence from work.

본 논문에서는 계층화 분석법(AHP)을 활용하여 중국진출 중소·벤처기업의 경영위험요인의 중요도와 우선순위에 대하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 보면 제조기업의 경영위험요인의 중요도는 인건비 상승, 치열한 시장경쟁, 인사관리 문제, 재료비 상승 순으로 나타났다. 제조품목별 분석결과를 보면, 전자제품의 경우는 인건비 상승과 더불어 조세정책 변화가 주요요인으로, 화학제품은 환경보호법 강화가 중요한 요인으로, 자동차부품의 경우에는 인건비 상승외에 재료비 상승 또한 주요 위험관리요인으로 분석되었다. 중국 진출시기별로는 1990년대 진출한 기업은 치열한 시장경쟁 및 조세정책 변화가 주요 위험요인으로, 2000년대 진출한 기업의 경우 재료비 상승 등이 인건비 상승 외에 중요한 관리요인으로 분석되었다.

본 연구는 부동산 개발사업 각 단계별로 발생 가능한 위험요인의 중요도를 평가하고, 이에 대한 관리방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부동산 개발사업에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 단계별 위험요인을 선행연구를 통해 사전적으로 도출한 다음, 부동산 개발사업 전문가들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 단계별 위험요인들의 중요도를 AHP 기법을 이용하여 평가했다. 본 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부동산 개발사업의 대분류별 위험요인을 분석한 결과, 개발 전 단계에서는 기획 위험, 개발준비 단계에서는 개발사업 인허가 위험, 개발 단계에서는 현금흐름 위험이 가장 중요한 것으로 평가되었다. 둘째, 부동산 개발사업의 소분류별 위험요인을 분석한 결과, 개발 전 단계에서는 소비자 선호도의 변화, 개발준비 단계에서는 계약 및 인허가 관련업무, 개발 단계에서는 시행사 및 건설사의 부도, 관리 및 운영 단계에서는 사고 및 재해의 발생에 의한 시설보상이 가장 중요한 위험요인으로 평가되었다. 셋째, 이러한 위험요인의 중요도 평가결과에 따라 단계별 위험관리 방안을 제시했다.

After the IMF shock, some major construction companies in Korea have been motivated to avoid and mitigate various risk factors which could be critical and catastrophic events to corporate revenue and organization internally or externally. It means that they are trying to introduce and set up a risk management plan and system suitable to their organization and culture. L construction co. ltd. is one of major construction companies that have been searching methodologies or technologies to manage various risk factors surrounding corporate marketing and project operation. This paper presents an unique approach to develop a model of risk management plan and system suitable to L construction itself focused on the construction phase.

The uncertainty of a project generates risks hindering the goal achievement of the project, and the risks affect the success or failure of the project significantly. Risk management, a part of the project management, includes various processes, and there are also various tools or techniques applicable to that. In an organization, the application of project management develops gradually from low to high maturity, and the organization should choose and implement a method of application proper for the level of its maturity. This article suggests a method to reduce inefficiency of the management and how to apply risk management by levels of maturity for easier application. For this, the stages of project management maturity levels were divided into the introduction, development, and maturity step, and methods of risk management suitable for each stage were applied. And methods of risk management that need to be applied by the levels of project maturity are divided into three factors : risk management processes, risk management tools and techniques, and risk management standards and templates. It is expected to be favorable approaches for the application of risk management in an organization to divide those factors into more concrete processes, tools, techniques, and standards and apply them by the levels of management maturity.

The Build-Transfer-Lease (BTL) projects have rapidly increased under the Government support during recent years. This paper presents the risk analysis of factors affecting BTL projects in the initial phase. This study resulted in 10 significant risk factors influencing on each phase of BTL projects and then factors were grouped into each phase. The sensitivity analysis was also performed to identify risk factors with more significant influence on BTL projects. The results may useful to practitioners in order to cope with risks in initial phase of BTL projects. The paper resulted in the distribution of risks to project parties, thus it can be used as standards for risk assignment to competent authorities and private enterprises of BTL projects.

This paper aimed to identify potential opportunities of building information modeling (BIM) utilization for construction risk management. Construction risk factors and BIM functions were derived through conducting in-depth literature review. Nineteen construction risk factors could be resolved by various BIM functions. Phase planning, site analysis, design authoring, and 3D design coordination were identified as the most efficient BIM functions for construction risk management.
