High-tech industry has been the principal economic source for Taiwan in recent years. The characteristics of high-tech industries in Taiwan are changeable product markets, short product life cycles and high company attrition rate. In the globalization trend, the high-tech industry has gradually increased corporate competitiveness and reached the goal of sustainable operations through knowledge management, knowledge sharing and new product research and development. Firms have aggressively strengthened and integrated their internal and external resources and enhanced knowledge sharing to increase industry operational performance. Effectively strengthening the knowledge management operation and performance evaluation of knowledge sharing in Taiwan's high-tech industry has become a critical issue. In the selection of knowledge sharing Key Performance Indicators (KPI), this research divided the knowledge sharing indicators into representative strategic indicators such as organizational knowledge learning, organizational knowledge resources, organizational information capacity and organizational knowledge performance through screening using Factor Analysis. The characteristics of the constructs were interdependent. This research calculated and adjusted the correlation among the key performance knowledge sharing indicators using ANP and determined the relative weight of knowledge sharing.

The object of this research is to evaluate the priority of R&B project alternatives which were already screened by both feasibility and suitability of technological performance. This research is a selection model for R&D project alternatives after setting phase. And it is designed by CHP model which include individual and mutual weights. This model have 5 steps. (1) Setting Technology-Modules derived on the setting phase (2) Presenting the evaluation standards divided with 'M-Field' and 'T-Field' (3) Assessing the evaluation standard and technology modules (4) Obtaining and integrating the individually and mutually effective weights (5) Selecting the technology modules based on the priority of order by CHP. Through these steps, this model can suggest the evaluation way from specific technology levels to project level. And it can be guaranteed to perform the selected module set.

This study is aimed to analyze economic effectiveness of the sea cucumber seed releasing program in Gyeongsangbuk-do region. Based on the surveyed data, the production value of released sea cucumber and the seed releasing program cost are estimated and compared to determine the economic validity of the sea cucumber seed releasing program. Results show that the B/C ratio, as an indicator of economic evaluation, is 2.0, indicating that the sea cucumber seed releasing program in Gyeongsangbuk-do region would be economically feasible under the current production and market conditions. Sensitivity analyses of main variables indicate that the economic effectiveness can be increased when the recapture rate would be increased and the seed price of sea cucumber would be decreased.

교육훈련은 전인적 차원에서의 교육과는 달리, 한정된 특정 영역에서의 지식, 기술 습득을 통해 개인차원에서의 지식·기술 등 업무역량의 잠재력 뿐만 아니라, 조직적 차원에서의 직무성과에 영향을 미친다. 수원시 시민배심법정 모의상황학습에 참여한 공무원 교육훈련 프로그램에 대한 효과성 검증은 CIPP모형을 활용하여 분석하였다. 학습참여자는 교육프로그램에서 어떤 해결책을 도출하는 결과보다는 과정(process)에 대한 중요도를 높게 생각하는 것으로 나타났으며, 사전·사후평가를 비교·분석한 결과, 모의법정 실습을 통한 교육효과 및 향후 업무활용도에 도움정도가 교육 전에 비해 높게 나타나 그 효과가 입증되었다. 학습기획자 평가 결과와 더불어 학습프로그램에 대한 함의점으로, 다양한 학습자 상호간의 학습 상호작용을 위한 성별, 근무기간 등을 고려한 참여자 구성이 필요하며, 다양한 지역문제와 갈등상황에 대한 정보습득 교육 및 숙의학습 병행이 필요하다. 또한 학습의 실효성을 위한 현안사업과 관련된 맞춤형 갈등관리 교육을 통해 보완할 수 있다.

The design of a reliable and failsafe control system requires that sensor failures be detected and identified within acceptable time limit so that system malfunction can be prevented. This paper presents a model-based approach to sensor fault detection with applications to vehicle stability control systems. The effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated through test data-based evaluation. Vehicle test data-based evaluation results show that the proposed fault management scheme can be used for the design of a failsafe VSCs.

This paper addresses a performance evaluation model for ERP system's implementation using Analytic Network Process (ANP) technique. In this study, the performance variables are identified as the perspectives of cost, business process, systems operation, and change management, respectively. The empirical study also investigated factors that affect the performance variables to find out the causal relationship between them using the ANP approach. The data for the empirical analysis were collected from manufacturing companies that have implemented ERP systems. The research findings indicate the proposed model is powerful in proposing that the indirect relationship between influencing factors and managerial effectiveness, mediated by employee satisfaction, is an important one.

이 연구는 국내외에서 대학도서관을 대상으로 제안된 평가(성과)지표의 현황을 개관하고 비교·분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 지금가지 제안된 지표들 중에서 국제기구(IFLA, ISO)와 관련단체(미국의 ALA/ACR·LARL, 영국의 LA·HEFCE·CERLIM, 일본의 대학기준협회·사립대학도서관협의회, 한국의 대학교육협의회·도서관협회)의 모형을 중심으로 주요 특징과 내용, 장점과 한계를 분석하고, 함의와 시사점을 논급하였다. 대부분의 모형은 전통적 도서관의 양적 지표에 이용자의 인식가치를 포함시키고, 전자형 자료와 서비스를 수용하는 방향으로 나아가고 있다. 그럼에도 각각의 지표에 대한 실효성은 불확실하고 미진하고, 계량화가 불가능한 것도 적지 않으며, 평가도구로 사용하기에 부적합한 것도 있다. 게다가 가장 중요한 구비조건인 가중치가 배정되지 않았거나, 부여한 경우에도 그 논리적 근거가 불분명하다. 따라서 전통적 및 전자형 대학도서관의 투입-과정-산출을 종합적으로 측정·재단할 수 있는 평가지표(명칭 및 구성의 최적성, 가중치와 척도의 적절성 등)의 개발이 필요하다.

Successful operation of power systems under the deregulated electricity market depends on the management of the transmission system reliability. Quantitative evaluation of the transmission system reliability is an important issue. Particularly, the nodal reliability indices can be of value in the management and control of congestion and reliability of the transmission system under the deregulated electricity market. In this study, a method developed for the reliability evaluation of the transmission system is presented. The Monte Carlo methods are used because of their flexibility when complex operating conditions are being considered. The usefulness and effectiveness of the proposed method are illustrated by a case study with the KEPCO system.

This paper is concerned with development of a performance evaluation model for material handling system in cellular manufacturing system based on multi-attributes analysis method. We used the AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and fuzzy set ranking methodologies to overcome the special decision problems; those of multi -objective, multi-criterion, and multi-attributes. We proposed a 3-step approaches and we developed a systemic and practical computer program to solve the problems in the proposed methods. Computational experiments are then performed to cellular manufacturing system and show the effectiveness of the proposed model.

Disorders of intitating and maintaining sleep(DIMS : insomnia) may be a symptom of some other disease or the basic, root problem in some patients. DIMS is usually treated by private physicians or psychiatrists, initially. Many physicians can do to improve the quality of life of the sleep disordered patients by appropriate evaluation and management For the effective management of DIMS patients, the accurate differential diagnosis is essential. In polysomnographic evaluation for insomnia, the physician should consider the aspects of cost-effectiveness to provide the maximal benefits for the patients. For the purpose of this, evaluation of DIMS complaints outside the sleep disorder clinic, indication for referral to a sleep disorder clinic, the role of polysomnopraphy in evaluating DIMS, and polysomnographic findings of different types of DIMS are discussed, together with possible way to diagnose them.
