As information system is getting higher and amount of information assets is increasing, skills of threatening subjects are more advanced, so that it threatens precious information assets of ours. The purpose of this study is to present a strategic direction for the types of companies seeking access to information security. The framework classifies companies into eight types so company can receive help in making decisions for the development of information security strategy depending on the type of company it belongs to. Paired comparison method survey conducted by a group of information security experts to determine the priority and the relative importance of information security management elements. The factors used in the security response strategy are the combination of the information security international certification standard ISO 27001, domestic information protection management system certification K-ISMS, and personal information security management system certification PIMS. Paired comparison method was then used to determine strategy alternative priorities for each type. Paired comparisons were conducted to select the most applicable factors among the 12 strategic factors. Paired comparison method questionnaire was conducted through e-mail and direct questionnaire survey of 18 experts who were engaged in security related tasks such as security control, architect, security consulting. This study is based on the idea that it is important not to use a consistent approach for effective implementation of information security but to change security strategy alternatives according to the type of company. The results of this study are expected to help the decision makers to produce results that will serve as the basis for companies seeking access to information security first or companies seeking to establish new information security strategies.

This study is about effects of government R&D subsidies program participation factor for SMEs R&D performances. Currently, Government R&D subsidies program has been operating in various forms, and each company subsidies, facilities, equipment, personnel and training have been supported. Each of the companies is also involved with various factor of support to participate in the subsides program. Therefore, This study verifies the hypotheses that after government R&D subsidies program of project implementation, various participation factor of companies have an effect positive impact on business management skills of administrative performance. Also, This study verifies the hypothesis of an influence on the R&D investment and the technological capability of technical performance. Through such a analysis results will help to carry out guide for strategic R&D performance management of government R&D subsidies program participation companies.

Due to the decreasing of Korean Construction market situation, recently a lot of medium & small size contractors, engineering firms and consulting firms are extending their business area to overseas market. To compare with 80${\sim}$90's situation at that time only Contractor provide service to overseas but in recent, there are number of Design, CM/PM and other consulting services which provide service to overseas. With this figures, the number of nation also increased from middle east and South east asian area to central asia and african nations and among them Kazakhstan has became as new market for the construction industry based on it oil money and up stream of real estimate market. Based on this fact, we will explain one of our recent project case for PM service in Almaty, Kazakhstan to show others who have interest to do business in their.

Infrastructure is rapidly growing as Internet business grows with the latest IT technologies such as IoT, BigData, and AI. This paper investigated and studied the influence of consultant's competence on CEO's values. There are many studies about relation between consultant's competence and company's accomplishment, but there are lack of research about how consultant's competence effected CEO's Value. The data source used in this study is a questionnaire survey involving 177 CEOs of SME who have experience in consulting. Based on this collected data, we conducted factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, and hypotheses were verified through correlation analysis and regression analysis. This study shows that consultant's competence affected CEO's values in some ways, and also contributes to both academic and practical implications about corporate management that related sustainable growth between consultant and client.

The humidifier disinfectant disaster (HDD) was not a simple poisoning accident by biocides, but a singular disaster in history created by chemicals in household products. This disaster was a result of the failure of a system for the management of chemical and product safety. Since the management authority for chemical usage safety is different from those for chemical safety in products, many blind areas for chemical safety management in products still remain. The 'Act on the Registration and Evaluation, etc. of Chemical Substances (ARECS)' or the new 'Biocidal Product Act' must not only address the blind areas in the management system for chemical and product safety, but also prevent a second HDD. To prevent another HDD, an integrated registration, evaluation, and management system for chemicals and consumer products must be incorporated into the 'ARECS' as an essential part for chemical safety in consumer products.

The Purpose of this paper is how KM is implemented and executed to reform the organization in the change management aspect and how its current KM can be developed in the future, mainly based on the organizational system, business process, and information system related to KM. This Paper is longitudinal case study of Knowledge Management at LG-EDS Systems. The effective approach to undertake KM is phase. First, it is structured to share explicit knowledge for better performance and then implicit knowledge for best performance. But, This method had some limitations. So, LG-EDS systems integrated KMS-Knowledge Portal-to facilitate cooperation and improve contents quality.

This paper considers a six sigma project for reducing the project costs through project risk management. The project follows a disciplined process of five phases: define, measure, analyze, improve, and control. A risk management process map is used to identify process input and output variables. Seven key process input variables are selected by using C&E diagram and X-Y matrix and finally four vital few input variables are selected by the related statistical analysis. The optimum alternatives of the vital few input variables are obtained by the method of PUGH matrix. The process is running on control plan and we obtained substantial project cost reductions in early stage of the control phase.

This paper is related to the effect analysis of certification of ISO 9000 Quality Management System. We collect and analyze the field data of certification costs and profit from companies that are located at southeast area in Korea. The effect analysis is based on the type and scale of companies. We use defective rate and inventory turnover rate as the criterion of positive effect after certification. As a result, we may conclude that the certification of ISO Quality Management System gives companies positive effects.
