In order to fortify a professional approach in the construction of libraries, this study investigates library establishment procedures and examines problems which are raised in them. In so doing, it points to the necessities of professional consideration and engagement in the library construction and underlines a role of central government to support the process. As a way of supporting library construction, it suggests a consulting system which can provide practical support to those who are involved in the library establishment process.

Neighboring construction becomes mainstream of Ground excavation in downtown area. This causes the displacement, deformation, stress condition, etc of the ground surroundings. Therefore Neighboring construction have an effect on Neighboring structure. All these years a lot of Neighboring construction carried out, and the accumulation of technology also get accomplished. But earth retaining structure collapse happens yet. Types of earth retaining structure collapse are 12. 1. Failure of anchor or strut system, 2. Insufficiency of penetration, 3. H-pile Failure on excessive bending moment, 4. Slope sliding failure, 5. Excessive settlement of the back, 6. Deflection of H-pile, 7. Joint failure of coupled H-pile, 8. Rock failure when H-pile penetration is rock mass, 9. Plane arrangement of support systems are mechanically weak, 10. Boiling, 11. Heaving, 12. Over excavation. But field collapses are difficult for classification according to the type, because collapse process are complex with various types. When we consider the 12 collapse field, insufficient recognition of ground condition is 4 case. Thorough construction management prevents from fault construction. For limitations of soil survey, It is difficult to estimate ground condition exactly. Therefore, it should estimate the safety of earth retaining system, plan for necessary reinforcement, according to measurement and observation continuously.

Objectives: This study was performed to investigate the nutritional status, health conditions, eating habits and experience and demand for nutrition dietary management of senior citizens. And these data are formed foundation of development of nutrition dietary management education program and contents in welfare facilities for the aged. Methods: We visited 3 public health centers, 3 senior citizens centers, and 4 welfare centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Chungnam province, and Daejeon area and carried out interview by semi-structured questionnaire for senior citizens older than 65 years who use those facilities. Results: The study included 17%, 30.7% and 52.3% of senior citizens from public health centers, seniorcitizen centers and and welfare centers, respectively. The age range of 43.9% of the population was 65-74 years and and 56.1% were older than 75 years. We observed that 83.2% of subjects took some medicines due to diseases that they have and 58.0% took prescription medicines for hypertension. The thing that they considered the most when selecting food was 'the taste'(p<0.05). Regarding the level of practice to keep the dietary life, they answered more than 'average' for most of items but answered less than 'average' for lot of salt intake, drinking, exercise. For the experience of nutrition dietary life education, only 19.8% answered 'Yes' and the service for nutrition dietary life management showed the highest score in the demand for 'provide nutritious food'. For the size of consulting group for nutrition/dietary life education, the public health center and welfare center preferred a larger group size but the senior citizens center preferred a smaller group. With regard to who will carry out the consulting, the demand for dietitian was the highest and the operation type showed the high demand in the order of consulting, education. The contents that they want to have consultation in nutrition dietary life education were diet therapy for diseases and the ordinary diet therapy for health. Conclusions: This study suggested the management of nutrition dietry life necessitates qualitative measures according to the different types of welfare facilities. For these, it is in need of development of counseling and education program included therapy for disease. Above all, the policy to secure dietitian of welfare facilities for the aged to perform these should be achived.

This research was undertaken to find out how effectively ERP has been employed by the enterprises through comparing and analyzing the management performance of each enterprise after introducing ERP to Retail and Distribution Industry using DEA technique. According to the research results, efficiency evaluation for each site was calculated through input and output factors to find out comparative ERP system usage efficiency of 10 Retail and Distribution Industry Companies in terms of such factors as employee, quick assets, inventories, sales revenue, operating income. This paper confirms that the companies having launched management innovation by aggressively adopting ERP saw their management efficiency improving consistently, and in the distribution industry, it took at least 3 years before the effect of ERP introduction on enhancing management efficiency became visible. Furthermore, this paper also reveals that, unlike the manufacturing industry which was the subject of the previous study, efficiency was not necessarily proportional to the size of company in the service industry including distribution and export which was the subject of this paper.

In this study, we conducted in - depth interviews of young entrepreneurs who are currently in the process of establishing new entrepreneurs management diagnosis and consulting for young entrepreneurs, and found the common difficulties experienced in young entrepreneurs' perception of entrepreneurship, In addition, through a case study, we verified product suitability through customer issue / solution suitability, idea marketability verification and MVP (Minimum Viable Product) using Lean Canvas according to the structure of Lean Start-up It is aimed at voluntary management diagnosis and consulting of small business owners, activation of young entrepreneurs' entrepreneurship, and reduction of startup failure rate. The purpose of this study is to examine the items of five young entrepreneurs from the perspective of the customer for about 10 months, focusing on the case of small entrepreneurs in the small entrepreneurs support project. Or we could provide the customer's problem or solution based on Lean Start-up. This study was conducted as a case - based qualitative study due to the limited sample and it is hoped that this study will be used as a basic research to verify the effectiveness of the lean start-up methodology for small business owners through quantitative research.

The global warming caused by GHG has emerged as a global environmental problem. For this reason the continued efforts to reduce GHG emission by international cooperation and each country are in progress. This study was performed for a successful accomplishment of Korea's ETS aims in 2015, that is to reduce GHG emission, maintain competitiveness of the domestic industries and to reinforce competitiveness of the environmental management of domestic companies through comparing analysis research of major overseas ETSs with main features of Korea's ETS and the analysis of semiconductor industry. In this study, the cases of already being implemented ETS countries such as the European Union, the United States and New Zealand etc. have been investigated by comparing to Korea's ETS. We also suggested the detailed political proposals to stabilize the introduction of Korea's ETS at the enterprise level.

The objective of this paper is to investigate the effect of character traits of employees of consulting firm on job satisfaction through self-leadership and self-efficacy. The proposed model is based on big5 model of Coasta and McCrae(1992). To validate the proposed model, structural equation model is analyzed with the valid 140 questionnaires collected from Seoul and nearby cities by using Smart PLS 3.0. The results are as follows. First, extraversion has a positive effect on self-leadership, not on self-efficacy. Second, agreeableness has a positive effect on self-leadership, not on self-efficacy. Third, conscientiousness has a positive effect on both self-leadership and self-efficacy. Fourth, emotional stability does not have a positive effect on both self-leadership and self-efficacy. Fifth, openness to experience has a positive effect on both self-leadership and self-efficacy. Sixth, self-leadership has a positive effect on self-efficacy. Seventh, self-leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Last, self-efficacy has a positive effect on job satisfaction. This research proves that, while the character of employees generally forms the meaningful relationship with self-leadership and self-efficacy, in some entries of Big 5 character elements it has still produced the different results with the previous researches, which betrays that the relationship between one's character and self-leadership and self-efficacy can differ according to the characteristic of jobs. It requires further study to prove how each of Big 5 elements differently effects on self-leadership and self-efficacy according to diverse characteristic of jobs.

This research focused on the research on nonverbal communication among communication, an important trait of consultants, who provide knowledge for the clients. The aim was to investigate meaningful influence on the perceived evaluation of clients, as well as the influence on the consulting corporate trust. The research results can be summarized as follows. It was verified that consultants' nonverbal communication positively influenced perceived consultants' evaluation. Also, it was confirmed that clients' perceived consultant evaluation positively influenced service provision corporate trust and long-term relationships.

The corporate R&D(Research and Development) has a primary role of new product development and its potential is the most crucial factor to estimate corporate future value. However, its systemic inadequacies and inefficiencies, the shorten product life-cycle to satisfy customer needs, the global operations by outsourcing strategy, and the reduction of product cost, are starting to expose to R&D business processes. The three-phased execution strategy for R&D innovation is introduced to establish master plan for new R&D model. From information technology point of view, PLM(Product Life-cycle Management) is one of the business total solutions in product development area. It is not a system, but the strategic business approach that collaboratively manage the product from beginning stage to end of life in all business areas PLM functions and capabilities are usually used as references to re-design new R&D process. BPA(Business Process Assessment) and 5DP(Design Parameters) in PI6sigma developed by Samsung SDS Consulting division are introduced to establish R&D master plan and re-design process respectively. This research provides a case study for R&D process innovation. How process assessment and PMM(Process Maturity Model) can be applied in business processes, and also it explains process re-design by 5DP method.

This study aims to investigate bibliometric services practices of foreign libraries by service types and suggest practical considerations for Korean libraries wishing to implement bibliometric services. Through the examination of previous research and library websites, nine types of bibliometric services were identified under two broad categories - education & consulting services and research evaluation & research trend services. According to the service types, a wide range of bibliometric services activities were analyzed and described. Recommendations from the study for service development include: building an institutional repository for scholarly output; developing subject guides and education programs at the initial phase of service and providing more advanced services such as consulting and analysis services at the later phase; identifying the potential service needs of researcher groups.
