This paper investigated the impact of consultant capability, CEO commitment, and firm size on consulting performance. And we analyzed whether the CEO commitment factor showed mediated effect in the causal relationship between consultant capability and consulting performance, and analyzed that firm size showed the moderation effect on the relationship of Consultant capability, CEO commitment, and Consulting performance. The results of the analysis showed that the consultant knowledge had a significant effect on the CEO commitment and the CEO commitment had a significant effect on the consulting performance. CEO commitment showed that mediated the influence of consultant capability on the consulting performance. And as a result of the moderation effect test, there were significant differences in the size of firms depending on the path according to the group of large companies and SMEs.

Smart City operates with the purpose of solving urban problems. The important thing in smart city operation is that spatial information must be managed at a high level. In addition, it has the characteristics of being managed by one platform. This study presented the core value dimension of smart city based on analysis of various domestic and overseas smart city operation cases. Smart cities are basically operated based on spatial information, and the higher the level of spatial information, the more smart city services can be connected and managed in an integrated manner. The performance dimension of smart city core values presented in the study includes prosperity, personalization, convenience, accuracy, sustainability, safety, environment, integration, etc., and there is a connectivity dimension, a concept that can be managed in an integrated manner. This study will be useful for empirical research on smart city performance dimension design and surveys based on case studies. It will also help field managers who develop, operate, and manage smart cities when quantifying performance dimensions.

In this study, theory of school consulting for founding the development strategy of industrial high school was explored, consulting model and performing technique model was suggested, case of consulting of industrial high school performed by the model and performing technique suggested. Up to now, research field of school consulting was instruction and supervision consulting mostly, there was not much school management consulting. In this paper, a school consulting model for industrial high school was developed, which was five step such as entry, diagnosis, action planning, action, and termination. A case of consulting for C technical high school applied by the consulting model suggested was analyzed, it will be used any other consulting project of industrial high school. According to the 5 step school consulting model, analysis of the present state of C technical high school, survey research, SWOT analysis, Issue Tree, school assesment were performed. In order to set up a development strategy for C technical high school, a table of problem and improvement based on issue tree was made, and then a Pay-Off Matrix was made out. Finally, a development plan of short and mid- and long-term for C technical high school was constructed.

Consulting effects of enterprise management are paying off and growing in the country as well as worldwide. Consulting, the academic research foundation of the consulting classification is narrow and, therefore, the job satisfaction of the involved consultants has not been studied sufficiently. Although there were not enough references, I recognized that consulting industry would have a huge effects on business, I tried to draw the concept of the satisfaction of job performance of consultants in the point of the growth of industry itself, and I studied the correlation between consultant satisfaction and performance. It means, on the causes of consulting performance, the previous studies were quantitatively limited, but this study represents the new perspective and another way of thinking. As a result, this study showed that the performance is affected by the job satisfaction of consultants. Second, it showed that social support on consultants and consulting performance are highly related. Further more, a following-up study can use it to strengthen consulting capabilities such as, self development of consultants, how to make reasonable consulting payments, how to develop and how to establish direction of support policies for consulting. It is possible that this study can be policy data when policy to strengthen industrial competitiveness can be made on the basis of consulting.

This study attempted to estimate the degree of management of oak mushroom farms in Chungcheongnam-do and to provide information to establish oak mushroom cultivation-related policies. The oak mushroom management standard diagnostic table consists of three major categories, growing condition, inoculation management, cultivation management and management administration, along with 20 subcategories. Thus, 209 households of oak mushroom farms were surveyed from 2015 to 2018 in Gongju, Cheongyang, Buyeo and Seochun in Chungcheongnam-do. The average score for the 20 subcategories was 71.5 points (representing a significant level), indicating that these areas have excellent management conditions. The analysis of the management performance indicators revealed a high number of indicators with scores of five or above. The total score was higher, and the amount per bed log and the rate of top-grade products in the total output were also higher, indicating a significant correlation. These findings will provide consulting services to oak mushroom growers as they highlight the correlation between the higher scores of indicators in the oak mushroom management standard diagnostic table and the management performance of farmers. We found that the scores of the indicators for management administration, such as management record and analysis and fund plan were relatively lower than those of other indicators. It is assumed that the owners aging has led to negligence in recording the details on incomes, expenditures, and work and lowered the willingness to make substantial profits. Therefore, it is essential to overcome these problems for profitable oak mushroom farming.

The research investigates the changes of current government policy for Micro-enterprises with respect to the government policy fund, start-up, management education and the relevant consulting services. The examination is used for providing the improving directions of Micro-enterprise government policy reflecting on the current Micro-enterprises. While Micro-enterprise belongs to the class of Small enterprise, the impact of the government policies in Micro-enterprise is much bigger than the other. For this reason, the fundamental investigation considering Micro-enterprise is crucial. In order to provide the improving directions, this research examines the incumbent government policies. Then, the analyses provides the changing agenda for Micro-enterprise. The suggestions contributes to the improving criteria for right paradigm of Micro-enterprise.

This study aimed to study the relational embeddedness theory which has been actively studied in the fields of marketing and psychology to the consulting industry. This study also aimed to find out if various efforts and pro-social service behavior of the consultant, a service provider in the consulting industry may have a positive effect on customer relationships. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: The pro-social service behavior of the consultant was verified to have a positive effect on relationship trust, relationship satisfaction with customers and relational embeddedness was found to have a positive effect on relationship trust and relationship satisfaction. In addition, relational embeddedness, relationship trust, and relationship satisfaction were found to have a positive effect on long-term relationship orientation.

In the phono-sapiens era of the intelligence information society, most business activities are increasingly dependent on networks and information systems. SMEs, which occupy the majority of Korean companies, are increasingly possessing the value and technology of their information assets, and their ability to protect core technologies that are the driving force of corporate growth will be the most important competitiveness of enterprises. Accordingly, the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Internet & Security Agency(KISA) provides a foundation for minimizing the damage from cyber threats such as hacking and information leakage by evaluating the current information protection level of SMEs and enhancing information protection capability by supporting a high level of customized information protection consulting. In this study, we analyze the effectiveness of information protection based on the results of KISA SMEs consulting. In addition, by identifying problems and limitations derived from SMEs information protection consulting results, SMEs should propose measures to improve information security of SMEs that can manage information protection management system more efficiently and effectively.

In the past few years, data leakage of information assets has become a prominent social issue. According to the National Industrial Security Center in South Korea, 71 percent who suffer from technology leakage are small and medium sized enterprises. Hence, establishment and operation of ISMS (Information Security Management System) for small and medium sized enterprises become an important issue. Since it is not easy to obtain ISMS certification for a small or medium sized enterprise by itself, consultation with an expert firm in information security is necessary before the security implementation. However, how to select a proper security consulting company for a small or medium sized firm has not been studied yet. In this study, we analyze empirically the selection factors of ISMS certification consulting company for a small or medium sized firm through exploratory factor analysis (EFA). Our study identified the following four important factors in selecting a security consulting company: expertise of the staffs and human resource management proficiency, market leading capability, competence to make progress during the consultation, and the performance and the size of the physical assets and human resources.

The era of digital transformation is rapidly emerging in industries and academia, including finance and logistics, and the consulting market for digital transformation is also growing. According to previous studies, the need for digital transformation is also mentioned in consulting institutions. In this process, the role of consultants should be changed according to the times, and customer relationship management and attitude toward customers are emphasized. However, consulting research has the point that research on this has not been studied in depth. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop an element of attitude focusing on consultant attitudes in the field of digital transformation. As a result of research using literature analysis and modified Delphi techniques, 'customer orientation', achievement orientation', professional dignity', 'maintenance of expertise', and 'ethics' were found to be key attitude factors. This study is meaningful in that consultant attitude elements in the digital transformation field were explored and developed by verifying content validity, and consultants in the digital transformation field can recognize the importance of attitude and use it as a basic tool for capacity improvement.
