공공기관 소방안전관리 실태조사를 통한 개선방안에 관한 연구 : 초·중등학교를 중심으로 (An Improvement Plan on Fire Safety Management of Public Institutions: Focusing on the Case of Elementary and Secondary Schools)

  • 본 연구는 공공기관의 소방안전관리실태를 파악, 분석하여 위험요소에 대한 철저한 예방과 화재상황에 대한 신속한 대응 체제가 구축될 수 있는 초·중등학교 소방안전관리 개선방안을 모색, 강구하는 것이 목적이다. 현재 강원도 내 초·중등학교에 소방안전관리자로 선임된 인원을 대상으로 소방안전관리자의 전문성, 예방능력, 대비능력, 운영형태 등을 설문을 통해 조사하여 분석하였다. 실태조사 문항은 26개 항목으로 구성하였다. 그 결과, 소방안전관리에 대한 인식은 상당히 높은 반면에 사고를 대비, 대응할 수 있는 소방안전관리자의 능력은 제도적, 기술적 측면에서 개선되어야 하는 것으로 파악되었다.

Effect of Environmental Responsible Human Resource Management Practice on Manufacturing Enterprise Green Technology Innovation and Organizational Effectiveness

  • This study uses the human resource management (HRM) practice and ability, motivation, and opportunities (AMO) theory and corporate social and environmental responsibility, to explore the effects of environmental responsible human resource management practice (ER-HRM) on energy-intensive manufacturing's green technology innovation and organizational effectiveness. A self-completed questionnaire was administered to managers of energy-intensive manufacturing in the Lao PDR. The data was collected from 198 managers of energy-intensive manufacturing for analysis. We used structural equation modeling (SEM) by smart PLS 3.0 to test the hypotheses in this research. The findings have shown a strong direct and positive impact of the environmental ability, motivation, and opportunity of ER-HRM practice on green technology innovation and organizational effectiveness. The ability of ER-HRM practice has the highest influence on green technology innovation and organizational effectiveness. The findings also prove the partial mediation of green technology innovation links ER-HRM with organizational effectiveness. This research is expected to identify the influences of ER-HRM in energy-intensive manufacturing to achieve innovation and performance while reducing emissions.

유아의 지적능력, 가상상황에서의 보상선택유형 및 만족지연능력에 관한 연구 (A Study on Preschoolers' Intelligent Ability, Reward Choice in Assumed Situation and Delay of Gratification Ability)

  • This study has been performed to identify intelligent ability, reward choice in assumed situation of delay of gratification, and delay of gratification ability. The subjects for this study were 100 preschoolers between the ages of 4 and 5, their mothers, and 15 teachers of three day-care centers in Seoul. T-test, F-test, Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used for data analysis. The main results of this study were as follows: First, preschoolers' delay of gratification ability by mothers' educational background was significant and delay of gratification ability by sex was significant. This means that mothers who had a higher educational background were positively related to preschoolers' delay of gratification ability. Second, in an assumed situation of delay of gratification, preschoolers' delay of gratification ability by reward choice was not significant. Third, delay of gratification by intelligent ability was significant. Fourth, the correlation among intelligent ability, reward choice in assumed situation of delay of gratification and delay of gratification ability were significant. Finally, preschoolers' delay of gratification ability was significantly influenced by two factors: reward choice in assumed situation of delay of gratification and preschoolers' intelligent ability.

패션 브랜드 분류 기준에 관한 소비자 인식 연구 (A Study on Consumer Cognition about Criteria for Classifying Fashion Brands)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out criteria for classifying fashion brand from consumer point of view in order to develop strategy of fashion brands and to manage brand effectively and systematically, and to suggest theoretical frame for application of these criteria. Survey was used as a research method. Subject were 422 age of 20-30 women living in and near Seoul. Questionnaires was developed to based on 37 classification criteria, and SPSS package program were used to analyze data. The results of this study were as follows: First, factor analysis considering 37 classification criteria identified 8 factors as classification criteria. They were the level of brand form, the level of product concept, the level of management item, the level of brand sales ability, the level of customer management, the level of brand advertizing and awareness, the level of brand value, the level of product lead ability. Second, the most important factor was the level of customer management, but comparatively factor of the level of brand sales ability the level of brand value was less important. Third, consumer cognized difference of criteria for classifying fashion brands. And the level of product lead ability was the most important factor in women's wear category and the level of brand form was in general casual wear category.

한국음식의 세계화를 위한 푸드코디네이터의 역할에 관한 중요도와 실행도의 차이 분석 (A Study on Difference between the Importance and Performance of the Role of Food Coordinator for the Globalization of Korean Food)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide useful information for establishing efficient marketing direction of globalization and commercialization of Korean foods by investigating the performance(satisfaction) and importance of food-coordinators' role. The results of the survey are summarized as follows: The most influential improvement variable of Korean food for globalization was 'hygiene'(23.6%) followed by 'taste', 'price', and 'shape and color'. Interest degree about food-coordinators showed 3.68 points in 5 points, and necessity of food-coordinators' job and education was 4.15 points. Food-coordinators' quality for globalization of Korean food was "a skill should be excellent"(4.51 points), "it must be original troubleshooting ability."(4.43 points) and "It must be professional ethics consciousness."(3.99 points) in the order. They were highly important of "freshness of food"(4.75 points) and "cleanliness of food and tableware" (4.65 points) in terms of the quality of korean food for globalization. The role importance of food-coordinators for globalization of Korean food was 'ability of development of Korean dish and Korean menu'(4.22 points), 'coordinate ability for various Korean special diet'(4.14 points) and 'knowledge for wann welcome service that consider table manners, service method and other person(4.12 points) in the order. The most influential unsatisfied variable of food coordinators' role was 'consulting ability connected with management of Korean restaurant' followed by 'ability of presenting concept connected with restaurant development of Korean style' and 'production ability for banquet party plan and representation in a Korean style'. In terms of IPA analysis on food-coordinators' role for globalization of korean food, it was noteworthy that items with high importance but low performance included "ability of development of Korean dish and Korean menu", "event coordinate ability connected with a Korean-style dish", and "production ability for banquet party plan and representation in a Korean style".

청년농업인의 직무능력이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 - 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (The Effect of Job Competency of Young Farmers on Job Satisfaction - Focusing on the Mediating Effects of Self-Efficacy -)

  • This study aims to examine the causal relationshps between self-efficacy and job satisfaction of young farmers by verifying the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between job ability and job satisfaction of young farmers, and to improve the job ability necessary for agriculture, and to provide implications for the development and operation of curriculum that meets the needs of farmers. To this end, an online survey was conducted on 300 young farmers under the age of 40 among 4-H members in Korea from June 17 to 28, 2022. The results of the analysis to find out the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between job ability and job satisfaction of young farmers are as follows. First, it was verified that self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in affecting job satisfaction by verifying whether the job ability of young farmers mediates self-efficacy in the relationship between job satisfaction and job satisfaction. It can be said that the higher the job ability, the more positive the job satisfaction and the more positive the self-efficacy, which ultimately has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Second, as a result of verifying whether self-efficacy is mediated in the relationship between job satisfaction and job satisfaction by sub-factors of job competency in detail, self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between agricultural production ability, agricultural machine management ability, and job satisfaction, and agricultural management ability and agricultural information utilization ability do not have a direct significant effect on job satisfaction.

병원의 미래 현금흐름 정보예측 (A Study on the Predictability of Hospital's Future Cash Flow Information)

  • The Objective of this study was to design the model which predict the future cash flow of hospitals and on the basis of designed model to support sound hospital management by the prediction of future cash flow. The five cash flow measurement variables discussed in financial accrual part were used as variables and these variables were defined as NI, NIDPR, CFO, CFAI, CC. To measure the cash flow B/S related variables, P/L related variables and financial ratio related variables were utilized in this study. To measure cash flow models were designed and to estimate the prediction ability of five cash flow models, the martingale model and the market model were utilized. To estimate relative prediction outcome of cash flow prediction model and simple market model, MAE and MER were used to compare and analyze relative prediction ability of the cash flow model and the market model and to prove superiority of the model of the cash flow prediction model, 32 Regional Public Hospital's cross-section data and 4 year time series data were combined and pooled cross-sectional time series regression model was used for GLS-analysis. To analyze this data, Firstly, each cash flow prediction model, martingale model and market model were made and MAE and MER were estimated. Secondly difference-test was conducted to find the difference between MAE and MER of cash flow prediction model. Thirdly after ranking by size the prediction of cash flow model, martingale model and market model, Friedman-test was evaluated to find prediction ability. The results of this study were as follows: when t-test was conducted to find prediction ability among each model, the error of prediction of cash flow model was smaller than that of martingale and market model, and the difference of prediction error cash flow was significant, so cash flow model was analyzed as excellent compare with other models. This research results can be considered conductive in that present the suitable prediction model of future cash flow to the hospital. This research can provide valuable information in policy-making of hospital's policy decision. This research provide effects as follows; (1) the research is useful to estimate the benefit of hospital, solvency and capital supply ability for substitution of fixed equipment. (2) the research is useful to estimate hospital's liqudity, solvency and financial ability. (3) the research is useful to estimate evaluation ability in hospital management. Furthermore, the research should be continued by sampling all hospitals and constructed advanced cash flow model in dimension, established type and continued by studying unified model which is related each cash flow model.

Analysis of Structural Relationships of Pragmatic Language Ability in Children's Language Development

  • 본 연구는 한국아동패널 11차 년도에 조사가 완료된 자료를 활용하여 인지 및 언어발달 분야의 아동 화용언어 체크리스트 도구에 의해 조사된 담화관리, 상황에 따른 조절 및 적용 능력, 의사소통 의도, 비언어적 의사소통의 잠재변수에 대한 관측변수 요인 간의 관계를 분석하여 유의미한 영향력을 찾아내는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 한국아동패널 11차 년도(2018년) 자료 2150가구 중 조사 미 참여 722가구를 제외한 1428가구에서 언어발달 질문의 무응답자 36가구를 제외한 1392가구의 초등학교 4학년 학생들 이다. 연구 결과 연구모델의 효과분석에서 의사소통 의도를 제외한 3개의 잠재변수 간의 총 효과와 직접효과, 간접효과에서 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 비언어적 의사소통이 담화 관리 능력에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 비언어적 의사소통과 담화 관리 능력 관계에서 상황에 따른 조절 및 적용 능력을 매개로 한 간접적인 영향이 유의미하게 나타났다. 결과적으로 비언어적 의사소통과 상황에 따른 조절 및 적응 능력이 높을수록 담화 관리 능력도 높아진다는 것을 알게 되었다.

Bloom의 완전학습모델을 활용한 NCS 기반 조리 실무 교수·학습 개발 및 효과 (The Development and Effect of NCS-based Cooking Practice Teaching Method by Using Bloom's Mastery Learning Model)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the NCS-based cooking practice education method by using the full learning model and to confirm its effect. The study design was a pre-post test of the non-equality control group. The subjects of this study included 28 students in the experimental group and 27 students in the control group. The experimental group participated in the NCS-based cooking practice training using the complete learning model, and the control group received only cooking practice training based on the full learning model. The data were collected during the second semester of 2016 and analyzed by SPSS WIN 23.0. The results of this study were as follows: First, homogeneity test showed that pre - homogeneity such as general characteristics, cooking ability, and knowledge of cooking theory were achieved (p>0.05). Second, the experimental group recognized that its cooking ability was high. With respect to the ability to cook food, the ability to cook, and the ability to prepare food ingredients (p<0.01), personal hygiene management, cooking hygiene management, and cooking safety management abilities were not significant. The mean value the experimental group was high. Third, the final theoretical knowledge score was not significant. The average score in the experimental group (69 points) was 5 points higher than that in the control group (64 points). This was about two times higher than the score of 37 points in the first stage preliminary survey. Finally, the final performance score was significant (p<0.05), and the score in the experimental group (89 points) was 5 points higher than that in the control group (84 points). Therefore, the NCS-based cooking education method is confirmed to be an effective method, especially for improvement of the practical ability, improvement of theoretical knowledge, and achievement of perfect learning standards.

서울재난관리조직에 대한 재난관리공무원간의 인식비교분석 (The Comparison Analysis of Recognition about Disaster Management Organization of Seoul between Fire Fighters and Regular Officers)

  • 우리나라 광역자치단체는 1990년대 이후에 복합재난발생, 소방업무의 중요성 등으로 자연재난관리 및 인적재난관리 업무를 담당하는 조직을 소방본부로의 완전통합 및 부분통합시키고 있는 현실이다. 따라서 재난관리업무를 담당하는 소방직과 일반직공무원간의 관계는 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 재난관리조직의 관리역량, 인명활동, 재난, 업무효율 등에 대한 설문지를 구성하여 서울특별시 재난관리조직에서 근무하는 공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 소방직과 일반직공무원간의 인식비교분석을 하였다. 인식비교분석결과 관리역량의 시설, 재난의 인적재난, 업무효율의 업무협조성, 업무연계성 등이 유의미한 차이가 발생하였다. 이러한 인식비교분석을 통하여 서울특별시 재난관리조직의 개선방향에 대해서 제시하고자 하였다.
