의료기관의 소비자 만족도 향상요소 도출 - Kano 모형에 기반한 의료서비스 품질 분류를 중심으로 - (How to Improve Patients' Satisfaction in Healthcare Organization? - Healthcare Service Quality Classification using Kano Model -)

  • Objective: This research investigates how to increase the quality of medical service and supply high quality of medical service to patients. By using Kano Model theory we examines what medical service attributes the hospital would be conducted preferentially for patient's satisfaction and provides informations of management strategies for hospitals. Method: To study patients' perception of medical service quality, first we performed pilot test to derive 30 medical service attributes. With 30 medical service attributes, we conducted survey of 300 subjects who have experienced medical services in 6 months. To examine patients' conception of medical services, a modified Kano's questionnaire using 5 scale is applied. Finally we calculated SI(Satisfaction index) and DI(Dissatisfaction index) and PCSI(Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement) index with Kano's Model analysis results. Key Findings: We found that the quality of medical service categorized in 15 one-dimensional elements, 9 must-be elements and 6 indifferent elements. Moreover the attribute of gives prompt services and have patient's best interest at heart scored the highest SI, whereas the attributes of accurate and precise medical service, exact records, enough explanation and polite attitudes are the highest score of DI. And also good explanation of the bill scored the highest PCSI. In this study findings indicate that while medical service providers try to increase patients' satisfaction by improving hospital's environments, patients' perception of trust and good interpersonal relationships with medical service providers have strong and positive impact on patients' satisfaction.

계층적 분석 과정을 이용한 학교급식 운영 품질 평가 분야의 중요도 분석 (Analytic Hierarchy Process Approach to Estimate Weights of Evaluation Categories for School Food Service Program in Korea)

  • The purposes of this study were to (1) identify the evaluation categories, areas, attributes, and criteria of the school food service program using both a qualitative and a quantitative analyses, (2) define the relative importance of the evaluation categories, areas, attributes, and criteria of the school food service program using analytic hierarchy process, (3) organize the evaluation system to improve quality of the school food service in Korea. A survey was conducted from August to October 2004 to collect data from 172 dietitians, 15 school food service officials at the educational board, 10 professionals of school food service. Statistical analyses were performed on the data utilizing the SPSS 12.0 for Windows and Excel, such as Descriptive statistics and analytic hierarchy process was performed. The result of the analytic hierarchy process indicated that relative importance of evaluation category was 0.4319 (food service manage ment), 0.2369 (nutrition education), 0.1455 (satisfaction) and 0.0912 (parent involvement program). 'Sanitation, safety and facility (0.1739)' was the most important area among the subcategories of food service management, followed by nutrition management (0.1581), procurement (0.1375), production (0.1345), organization and personnel management (0.0662), planning (0.0644), food service evaluation (0.0585), financial accountability (0.0555), and information management (0.0554). There existed a relative importance on the three areas of the nutrition program and satisfaction evaluation category: students (0.5281, 0.6221), parents (0.1812, 0.1491), and teachers (0.1838, 0.1618). In the parent involvement program evaluation category, relative importance of committee and monitoring management was 0.4658 and information communication was 0.3724. The quality of food and service to school children can be improved by the appropriate application of the developed evaluation tool for the school food service program.

FinDID : A DID service supporting the standard service scheme for the financial sector

  • 본 논문에서는 금융권 DID(Decentralized Identity) 서비스 체계의 표준 방식을 준수하는 가운데 체계적인 검증 방식을 통하여 개인 정보나 자격 증명을 유연하게 제어할 수 있는 블록체인 기반의 DID 서비스인 FinDID(Financial Decentralized IDentity)를 제시한다. DID는 특정 인증기관 없이 탈중앙화 환경에서 활용하는 신원 관리 체계이며, 사용자가 자신의 정보를 제어할 수 있는 기술로서 사용자 자신의 개인정보에 대한 자기 주권화를 실현할 수 있다. FinDID을 통하여 사용자는 자신의 여러 개인정보를 인증하는 크리덴셜을 발급자에게 발급받아 개인 전자지갑을 이용해 타겟금융 서비스가 필수적으로 요구하는 클레임만을 크리덴셜에서 선택하여 프레젠테이션을 생성하고, 이를 금융 서비스에게 제출하여 자신의 서비스 이용자격을 부여받는다. FinDID는 전자지갑, 크리덴셜 발급자, 크리덴셜 저장소 그리고 DID 관리 컨트랙트 및 크리덴셜 관리 컨트랙트를 포함하는 DID 서비스 및 이러한 서비스 체계를 이용하는 금융서비스로 구성된다. DID 서비스는 각 사용자의 DID를 관리하고 관련된 신원 관리체계의 모든 검증과정을 지원한다.

애플리케이션형 텍스트북 제작툴과 수업관리시스템의 융합형 교육서비스 개발방안 (Development of the Convergent Education Service with the Application Type of the Textbook Development Tool and Class Management System)

  • It is the concept of this paper to build up the convergence type of the total class service system, and the goal is to develop the education services, which are differentiated from existing digital textbooks and development tools. We establish developmental programs and convergence strategies from market analyses related to apps and digital education. Then this paper proposes 'E-Class Author Service System (ECA)' as an education service system based on the tablet PC. It is the convergence system of the app type of textbook development tool and class management system. Teachers can produce and develop class materials and textbooks using the app type of textbook development tool in ECA service system. They can also add necessary functions from the class management system for efficient class progress. ECA improves the interaction and communication between a teacher, student and parents in the sever-based network. This study expects that ECA will achieve prior occupation of the app market as an educational app development tool and reduce private education expenses.

항공사 서비스 경영전략에 대한 인식이 고객가치 실현에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Perception of Airline's Service Management Strategies to Realize Customer's Expected Value)

  • The more advanced IT and mobile technologies get, the smarter customers become in the use of airline services. Using an airline, passengers are expecting more value than what airline're willing to provide them. Therefore this paper tries to find out the effect of airline staff's perception of airline's service management strategies to realize passengers' value based on previous oversea's research results. First of all, this paper provides t-test analysis results between passengers and airline staff regarding the perception of airline's service management strategy and customer orientation. Moreover, it was analyzed how the staff's understanding of the upper management's decision on service strategies would results in meeting customer's expecting values through such mediating variables as job satisfaction and customer orientation. It was proven the perception of service management strategies by staff played a very important role to realize customer's value.

조직의 공정성, 조직문화 개선 그리고 서비스 접점이 병원 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Organizational Fairness, Organizational Culture Improvement, and Service Encounter on Hospital Management Performance)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of fairness, culture, and service points on organizational management to maximize the ability of organizational members. The subjects of the survey were selected from major hospitals, small and medium hospitals. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed, but 404 (80.8%) were used for the final analysis. The SPSS WIN 20 program was used to analyze the collected data. The following conclusions were obtained. First, in this study, organizational fairness did not show any general difference, and fairness was obtained with relatively high scores. In terms of improving organizational culture, size of hospital there is a statistically significant difference. the larger the organization, the more the organizational culture needs to be improved. Organizational fairness were significant differences in service encounter points and size of hospital. Second, the correlation between fairness, organizational culture improvement, service contact point and management performance showed a very positive correlation. Third, fairness has no effect on business performance. However, in this study, organizational culture improvement and service contact points are statistically significant and positive (+) influence on dependent variable management performance. Therefore, in order to improve the organizational culture of the hospital, it is necessary for the CEO to the vision, core, to discuss and make a reasonable plan. In order to actively cope with rapidly changing hospital environment, it will be necessary to positively support the of new medical market and the increase of market share.

감성적 감각반응 분석을 통한 서비스 감성품질 제고 방법 (Affective quality improving method for service fields by analysing customers' affective sensory responses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose the useful method to improve service affective quality by analyzing customer's service experiences and evaluating the satisfaction of the affective sensual responses to physical stimulus. Methods: While customers were experiencing the service, the customers evaluated the subjective satisfaction for the visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory and gustatory senses on a scale of -3 to 3 at each stage of the service process. The customers described the positive and negative feelings about each sensory stimulus, and explained the reason for the subjective evaluation scores. After experiencing the whole service, customers evaluated the affective quality of the whole service. Results: The proposed method was applied to coffee shops. 35 male and female college students were evaluated for 15 coffee shops in Korea. Multiple regression analysis revealed that auditory and olfactory senses had a greater impact on service affective satisfaction than other senses. Conclusion: This method is useful to identify the factors that affect customer's affective quality and to find the target to improve physical environment more easily than existing methods.

운전자의 위험운전 행동 분석을 통한 시내버스 안전운전 지원 서비스 기회 도출 (Identifying Service Opportunities for Enhancing Driving Safety of Intra-City Buses Based on Driving Behavior Analysis)

  • The purpose of this research is to identify new service opportunities for enhancing driving safety of intra-city buses based on driving behavior analysis. Service opportunity identification involves finding target customers of service (to whom), motivations for service (why), service contents (what), and service delivery process (when, where). This paper presents an analysis of driving behaviors using the operational data of intra-city buses in conjunction with traffic accident data and drivers' driving history data. This paper also presents four identified service opportunities based on the data analysis results. This research would contribute to enhancing driving safety of intra-city buses in Korea and serve as a basis for developing new services for driving safety enhancement.

The Impact of Korean Franchise Coffee Shop Service Quality and Atmosphere on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze franchise coffee shop service quality factors based on pilot research. In the proposed analysis, store atmosphere is added as one of the service quality factors. We aim to examine how franchise coffee shop service quality and store atmosphere influence customer satisfaction and loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology - Data was collected from 482 Korean coffee shop franchises and analyzed using frequency analysis, reliability/validity assessments, correlation analysis, and regression analysis with the software program SPSS 19.0. Results - The results are as follows. First, taste is revealed to be the most influential factor among components that have an impact on service quality. Second, taste also turned out to have the most impact on service quality among components influencing customer loyalty. Last, customer satisfaction affected customer loyalty. Conclusions - This study's findings show that taste was the most influential factor on service quality. The conclusion here is that most of the coffee shop customers are very familiar with coffee taste and this is influencing their loyalty.

병원종사자의 공공서비스동기와 영향요인 (Antecedents of Employee's Public Service Motivation in Healthcare Organization)

  • Purpose / Approach : This study aims to analyze the level of public service motivation and its antecedents by using survey data of 1,498 professional employees in public and private hospitals. Findings : Among job-related, organization-related, and socialization-related factors of professional employees, the socialization factors have a strong effect on individual's overall and the four sub-dimensions of public service motivation. While the effect of organizational identification is prominent in the public hospital, professional identification is more powerful in the private hospital. Person-job fit and person-organizational value fit also play a significant role in determining public service motivation. Organizational vision salience in public hospital has negative effect on public service motivation and attraction-to-public-service dimension. The significant determinants and its effect size are different according to hospital type and each sub-dimension of public service motivation. Practical Implications : The empirical findings show that individual's level of public service motivation in hospitals could be enhanced through the interaction between individual and their organization, and various organization-related factors. Further implications of the study are discussed from human resource management perspective in hospitals.
