HPLC-ICP-MS를 이용한 쌀의 비소 위해도 평가 (Risk Analysis of Arsenic in Rice Using by HPLC-ICP-MS)

  • 본 연구에서는 최근 국제적으로 논란이 되고 있는 쌀의 안전성과 관련하여, 무기비소 오염도 파악을 위한 분석법 확립과 국내에서 생산되는 쌀(현미, 백미)의 섭취량을 고려한 무기비소 위해수준을 확인하고자 하였다. 실험재료는 지역별 대표성을 고려하여 경상북도 전 지역에 걸쳐 생산된 벼 137점(현미 상태 137, 백미 가공 137)을 생산농가에서 직접 수거한 시료를 활용하였다. 총비소 분석은 일정량의 시료에 질산을 주가한 다음 microwave digestion system을 활용하여 전처리한 후 ICP-MS를 이용하여 정량 분석하였다. 무기비소 화학종의 분리 및 정량을 위하여 국제적으로 많이 활용되고 있는 HPLC를 이용하여 비소 종을 선택적으로 분리하고, 검출기 역할을 하는 ICP-MS를 결합한 형태인 HPLC-ICP-MS를 이용하여 비소 화학종을 분리하고 정량하였다. 추출 용매 선정 및 분석법 확립을 위하여 0.28 M nitric acid, 5 mM malonic acid, 그리고 1% nitric acid를 이용한 3가지 추출 방법 중 추출 효율 및 안전성 등이 가장 양호한 5 mM malonic acid를 이용한 추출법(동일한 조건으로 조제한 이동상)을 최종 시험법으로 선택하였다. 시험법 검증을 위하여 기기검출한계, 정량한계, 직선성 및 회수율 등 모두 AOAC에서 권장하는 기준을 만족하여 총비소 및 무기비소 시험법과 결과에 대한 신뢰성을 확인하였다. 비소 분석에 있어서 시료 전처리부터 기기분석까지 발생할 수 있는 다양한 분석오차 요인들을 일련의 과정을 통하여 추적한 결과, 각 불확도 요인이 전체 불확도에서 차지하는 비율은 검량곡선의 직선성 유지가 88.67%로 가장 높았고, 표준용액 제조 과정에서 11.09%, 시료 전처리 과정에서 0.24%로 가장 낮은 비율을 보였다. 현미의 총비소 함량은 평균 $0.142{\pm}0.061mg/kg$, 무기비소 함량은 평균 $0.077{\pm}0.038mg/kg$, 백미의 총비소 함량은 평균 $0.083{\pm}0.037mg/kg$, 무기비소 함량은 평균 $0.047{\pm}0.020mg/kg$으로 조사되었고, 총비소 함량 대비 무기비소 함량 비율은 53-88%(현미 평균 54.2%, 백미 평균 56.6%) 범위에 있음을 확인하였다. 우리나라 국민들의 일상적인 식이 섭취량에서 무기비소 위해 정도를 평가하였는데, 연령별 현미 섭취로 인한 1일 단위체중당 평균 노출량은 $4.97{\times}10^{-3}$(${\geq}20$세) $-1.36{\times}10^{-2}$(${\leq}2$세) ${\mu}g/kg\;b.w./day$로 위해도는 0.23-0.63% 수준으로 상당히 낮은 것으로 평가되었고, 연령별 백미 섭취로 인한 1일 단위체중당 평균 노출량은 $1.39{\times}10^{-1}$(${\geq}20$세) $-3.21{\times}10^{-1}$(${\leq}2$세) ${\mu}g/kg\;b.w./day$로 위해도는 6.47-15.00% 수준으로 백미 섭취로 인한 무기비소의 인체 노출수준 및 위해 정도는 우려할 수준이 아닌 것으로 확인되었다.

근대개혁기 창원지역과 공문서 (Changwon Area and Official Documents during the Modern Reform Period)

  • 이 연구는 근대개혁기에 제정된 공문서 제도와 지방관청에서 생산한 공문서를 분석하여 당시 지방관청에서 이루어진 공문서 관리 실상을 들여다보고, 그 특징을 정리해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 근대개혁기에 존재했던 지방관청 중에서 근대관청으로서 기능을 하고, 그 관청에서 생산된 공문서가 비교적 온전히 남아 있는 창원감리서를 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 먼저 창원감리서가 설치된 창원지역의 역사를 개괄하였다. 지난한 역사에서 창원의 마산포가 개항되고 감리서가 설치된 지리적 특성과 역사적 배경을 살펴보았다. 이어서 창원감리서의 기능을 법적 관점에서 분류하고 그 업무활동에서 생산된 공문서의 주요 내용과 역사적 맥락을 검토하였다. 마지막으로 당시 제정된 공문서 제도와 생산된 공문서의 형식을 비교 분석하여 근대개혁기 지방관청에서 생산한 공문서와 지방관청에 관한 공문서 제도의 특징을 정리하였다.

계층분석과정을 이용한 공공분야 PMO 제도 활성화요인 우선순위 분석 (A Priority Analysis on Influential Factors for Invigorating Project Management Office (PMO) in Public Sectors based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP))

  • This study identifies influential factors for invigorating the public management office (PMO) system for system integration (SI) projects in public sectors and analyzes the priority of each factor from the point of different stakeholders, i.e., owners, SI company, and PMO. Based on the literature review, four first-level influential factors are identified: legal system maintenance, owner's capability, SI company's capability, and PMO's capability. Among them, the PMO's capability is determined as the most critical factor by all the stakeholders. Among the second-level influential factors, the capabilities of professional engineers and project managers are considered as important among the PMO's capability, whereas the reasonable consulting fee is considered as the most critical factor among the legal system maintenance. With respect to each stakeholder, project management capability is considered as the most important factor for owners, while the reasonable consulting fee is considered as the most important factor for PMO.

Analyzing the Influencing Factors for the Relationship between Franchisor and Franchisee of The MRO Office Supplies by AHP

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the importance and priority arising from the relationship between MRO-office supplies franchisor ("franchisor") and franchisees through an in-depth investigation. In particular, with respect to the MRO-Office franchise industry, we would like to make meaningful contributions in the decision-making process by comparing and contrasting factors that affect the importance and priority of communication, conflict, support and satisfaction through AHP analysis. Research design, data, and methodology: After completion of AHP analysis, the study will also identify factors in order of priority and factors of importance between the franchisor and franchisees. Another purpose of this study is to evaluate and propose business relationship strategies between the franchisor and franchisees. Through AHP analysis, this study will facilitate the relationship between the franchisor and franchise, and determine the factors of importance and factors in order of priority. Result: This study evaluates the differences and priorities of the two groups arising from the relationship between the franchisor and the franchisees through AHP analysis after separately analyzing the franchisor. In this study, the franchisees find that communication is the most important factor, then support as the second most important factor between the two groups. In contrast, the franchisor finds that support is the most important factor followed by communication between the two groups. Conclusions: This analysis demonstrates the discrepancy in evaluating important factors from the perspectives of the franchisor and the franchisees. The largest discrepancy between the franchisor and franchisees comes from an information system related to communication factors. This effectively means that the franchisor has an understanding of this inadequate information system on the part of franchisees but this understanding is not deemed an important factor. The franchisees recognize and focus on the need to obtain feedback from the franchisor regarding management improvement as the most important factor rather than the ability of the franchisor to guide them through the franchisees' operations. To this end, the franchisor should be more flexible in dealing with the problem of improving the work required by the franchisees. For this study, a survey was conducted on employees of MRO-office supplies franchisor, franchisees, and employees and completed based on AHP analysis.

Analysis of the Impact of Mobile Office Technology on Organizational Collaboration

  • The rapid deployment of smart mobile equipments such as mobile phones and mobile note pads is considered a driving force to change several aspects of today's work life in organizations. Among all, this paper focuses on organizational collaboration as collaboration is a key aspect of organizational performance and success and is considered to be affected by digitally mediated communication. A questionnaire survey was performed to analyze the impact of the use of modern mobile office technology on productivity increase under the context of organizational collaboration. Some specific functions of mobile office technology were found to significantly affect the productivity. In addition, different requirements for desired collaboration were found to be associated with the use of different functions of mobile office technology and different situational use of the technology. Organizational and technical implications of the findings are discussed.

An Introduction to the Office of Naval Research and its Activities in Manufacturing and Shipbuilding

  • The Office of Naval Research (ONR) coordinates, executes, and promotes the science and technology programs of the United States Navy and Marine Corps through universities, govemment laboratories, and nonprofit and for-profit organizations. ONR is active in basic research, applied research, and advanced technology development in a broad range of scientific and technical disciplines. This paper provides an introduction to ONR and to the shipbuilding-related efforts in its Industrial and Corporate Programs Department and International Field Office. ONR's shipbuilding activities focus on improving technology and manufacturing processes while reducing fleet costs. Approaches to the management of technology and innovation in naval shipbuilding are discussed, and opportunities and mechanisms for international collaboration in technical areas of interest to the international shipbuilding community are highlighted.

  • Cheap, low quality food products that are unhealthy are prevailing among children. These low quality products are stirring up the urge to purchase among children and so it is pointed out as a problem. In order to arrive at a solution for the indication of negligence on the side of manufacturing, processing, circulation, and marketing management, a survey asking about interests and preferences on insanitary food products was held during May 2, 2005 to June 30. The subjects were 540 students and 510 parents form 5 elementary schools located at Gwangjin Gu, Seoul including Ja-yang elementary school, etc. This study aims at arranging measures against insanitary food products and contribution to maintenance of children's health.

Development and Verification of Operation Management Tool for KASS

  • In order to provide continuous Korea Augmentation Satellite System (KASS) services, the operation organization should continuously and systematically perform operations, maintenance, and technical activities. All subsystems of KASS, all Line Replacement Units (LRUs), and Software Replacement Units (SWRUs) should be operated and maintained continuously. In order to effectively manage these activities, it is necessary to develop an Operation Management Tool (OMT). For this purpose, operation management, operation organization, and operation activities were defined. The defined requirements were divided into general, function, interface, and database for OMT development, and functions and decision-making procedures consisting of site/asset/trouble/work order/schedule management were designed. The OMT developed by reflecting the site and asset information as well as the design content met predefined requirements. The OMT will be actively used in actual KASS operation and will evolve by continuously reflecting the additional requirements of operators. Through this tool, KASS will support continuous service provision.
