본 연구는 러시아 및 중국과의 기술협력을 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 과학기술정보관리정책을 제시하고자 하는데 가장 큰 목적을 두고, 우리나라의 이들 국가 관련 과학기술정보관리기구들의 기술협력과 관련된 정보관리 실태와 문제점을 조사분석하였다. 그 결과를 토대로 과학기술정보관리정책의 수립 및 예산의 확보, 과학기술정보관리 활동의 강화, 국가차원의 과학기술정보관련 정책기구 및 수행기구의 육성방안등을 제시하고자 하는데 세부적인 목적을 두었다.

본 논문에서는 인지기능과 식사중재 프로그램의 관련 효과를 확인하고자 체계적 고찰을 시행하였다. 2019년 데이터베이스 검색, 선별을 통해 총 21편의 연구를 비뚤림 평가하였다. 고혈압 예방 식사인 대시 식단(Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension, DASH diet) 1편, 지중해 식단(Med diet) 8편, 마인드 식단(Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay, MIND diet) 2편이었다(Table 1). 그리고 그 외의 식이중재는 10편이였다(Table 2). 인지 기능 개선을 위해 대표되는 식단 대시 식단(DASH diet), 지중해 식단(Med diet), 마인드 식단(MIND diet) 비교해 본 결과 공통적으로 야채류, 너트류를 권장하고 붉은 육류는 제한한다. 전세계적으로 각 나라마다 고령자의 인지 개선을 위한 연구가 실행되고 있으며 중재 식사관리는 지중해 식단과 비슷한 식단으로 구성되어 있으며 연구 결과 식이교육, 식이중재 시 인지 개선 효과가 있었다. 이 연구를 통해 식이패턴과 식사의 질을 높이는 것이 중요하고 인지기능 개선에 높은 효과를 보인다는 것을 확인할 수 있었고 치매의 치료법은 아직 개발되지 않았으므로 치매의 진행을 예방하고 발병을 지연시키기 위해 식단 구성시 정제되지 않은 통곡물, 야채, 과일, 베리류, 생선, 올리브유, 너트류, 콩류 섭취를 권장한다. 이 고찰을 통해 인지기능 개선을 위해 단일 영양소, 단일 식품의 섭취의 한계를 확인하였고 한국 고령자에게 맞는 맞춤형 식사교육을 통한 식사관리 중재 프로그램이 필요하다는 것을 확인하였다. 그리고, 이 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 한국형 식사관리 중재 프로그램의 기초를 마련하고자 한다.

농업기반시설인 저수지의 효율적 관리를 위하여는 관리주체의 일원화, 전문가 집단에 의한 과학적 관리를 위한 인력양성 및 배치를 통한 선량한 관리체계 확립이 필요하고, 정기적 정밀안전 진단 결과에 의한 보수보강이 이루어지도록 관리체계의 시스템화가 요망된다. 특히 정기적인 정밀점검 및 정밀안전진단을 실시하여 시설물의 기능성, 안전성 등을 점검 또는 진단하고 그 결과에 따라 변화된 자연환경에 걸맞는 시설기준을 충족시킬 수 있는 적절한 보수 보강방안을 실시하도록 지속적인 예산지원은 물론 관리주체의 선량한 관리의식이 요망된다.

This paper studies small and medium sized financial agency's management states that take advantage of the Korea Federation of Saving Bank's data. It also presents the management state and the decision-making model that monitors progressive insolvency by standardizing transfer path between relevant groups. With this in mind, we extracted explanatory variables for predictions of insolvency by using existing studies of document related insolvency. First of all, we designed a state model based on demarcated groups to take advantage of the self organizing map that groups in line with a neural network. Secondly, we developed a transition model by standardizing the transfer path between individual banks in a state model. Finally, we presented a decision-making model that integrated the state model and the transition model. This paper will provide groundwork for methods of insolvency prevention to businesses in order for them to have a smooth management system in the financial agencies.

This paper defines the Safety Management System(SMS) based on the rail safety act and surveys the status of the English rail SMS and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) SMS and OHSAS18001 SMS. Through the investigation of establishment and implementation status of domestic rail operators' SMS, the improvement directions of the current rail SMS are developed. First, to establish the continual improvement system for SMS, the guide which describe detailed continual improvement method for each steps of SMS including management review by CEO shall be established and implemented. Second, to settle the SMS based on the risk management, it is necessary to endeavor for converting the rail operators mind and to establish the supply system of operating model and basic data and to define the requirement precisely and to include in the related guide for the risk management.

In the customer-centered era, financial institutions have understood the importance of Customer Relationship Management(CRM), and heavily invested into building the required technology infrastructure more than ever. In a competitive environment that are changing fast, knowledge management is necessary. To know customers' needs and desire, we have to approach their environment and mind, and the method by estimating in terms of supposing or imitating. Applying customers' knowledge is effective and will come up with a stepping-stone to get rid of threatening factors by having competitiveness in a competitive environment and extending and changing the corporation. This purpose, the study has identified knowledge-oriented infra that corporations know and customer relations by conducting a poll of local corporations and have presented motives that can effectively carry out knowledge-based customer relations. To gain competitive advantage, these Institutions need to understand their customers' potential value to find out more and to recognize the significant changes of customer. Then the CRM implementation will help Financial Institutions move to more of a sales culture away from product and closer to the customer.

To be successful in foodservice management, you need to have an aptitude for the business. And most of all, service-oriented mind and understanding customers current and future needs are essential. In starting business with a small capital, you need to check on feasibility and profitability of the business item you chose in the first place. Also, other important factors are: How much you'll invest for the business; main target group in the locality and their income level; who are responsible for main menu, sub-menu and final taste. Generally speaking, differentiated menu and unique interior are one of the basic management strategies. The key to success in foodservice management is your unique service for customers .

소프트웨어 프로세스는 개선되는 추세에 있으나, 그 범위나 접근방법이 제한적인 것이 현실이다. 따라서 소프트웨어 프로세스 기반구조를 구축하고 구축된 기반구조를 개선해 나가며 지속적으로 관리, 활용해야 한다. 그러한 기반 구조를 통하여 소프트웨어 프로세스 수행 능력 수준을 높임과 아울러 조직의 프로세스 품질 문화가 합치되어 더욱 소프트웨어 프로젝트 품질과 조직의 프로세스 성과에 향상을 미칠 수 있는지 연구되었다. 연구 결과, 소프트웨어 사업자들이 지금까지 구축된 기술 기반구조와 함께 소프트웨어 프로세스 관리 및 조직 기반구조를 구축하여 근본적인 소프트웨어 프로세스 기반구조를 갖추는 것이 무엇보다 중요하며, 소프트웨어 프로세스 기반구조의 수준을 높이며 지속적인 관리활동으로 이어져 진행될 때, 프로세스 수행 능력 수준이 향상되고 프로세스 수행 능력 수준 향상과 더불어 프로세스 품질 문화 수준과의 적합을 통하여 프로세스 수준과 성과가 향상되는 것으로 분석되었다.

본 연구는 사물인터넷의 사회적 파급 중 일자리에 미치는 영향을 미래 분석 기법인 시나리오 플래닝을 통해 탐색하였다. 컴퓨팅성능의 기하급수적 발전과 단가 하락에 힘입어 사물인터넷 및 유관 기술의 혁신이 가속화되면서 기존에 인간의 고유한 영역으로 여겨졌던 비정형적, 인지적 영역까지 도전 받게 되었다. 시나리오분석을 통해 미래의 불확실한 경계를 정의, 잠재된 기회와 위협의 영역을 전망함으로써, 주요 의사결정자들에게 사물인터넷의 확장이 기존 일자리 구조에 어떤 영향을 미칠 것인가에 대한 마인드맵(Mind map)을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한 시나리오를 통해 전반적으로 기술한 일자리 영향의 정도를 가늠하기 위하여, 국내 고용노동 구조를 살펴보고 52개 중분류 표준직업군별로 향후 감소 또는 성장 가능성이 높은 분야에 대하여 기존 연구 및 시나리오분석을 바탕으로 직종별 전망을 논의한다.

예로부터 "갈증이 나면 물을 마셔 해소하고, 번뇌와 근심걱정은 술을 마셔 지워버리고, 피로회복과 정신을 맑게 하려면 차를 마신다"라고 하였다. 이처럼 차는 물과 술보다 오래 마실수록 몸과 마음에 아주 좋은 대자연이 준 귀한 진다(眞茶)이며, 사계절의 기후변화 특징에 따른 양생차를 마심으로써 건강을 유지하게 해준다. 이처럼 차에는 고대인들의 철학사상인 음양의 이치가 숨겨져 있기에 어떤 차를 어떻게 우려 마셔야 음양의 조화를 이루어 양생에 도움이 되는지를 옛 선인들은 알고 있었다. 차의 성분변화에 영향 주는 인자는 천지인의 복합적인 상호작용이 중요하며 그 중에서 차를 다루는 사람의 마음정신이 가장 중요하다. 차는 인간과 자연을 이어주는 교량역활의 천연 양생음료이다.
