The earth has been suffering from global warming and experiencing unusual weather caused by increased fossil fuel usage in the industrialization period. In spite of the continuous effort to resolve the problem, the amount of fossil fuel usage is increasing constantly. Public bicycle system has been introduced as a solution to the fundamental problem of the existing public transportation systems. Also public bicycle system has another advantage that riding bicycle can keep the users in good health. In this paper, a new ICT convergence public bicycle system is presented which resolves the problems of existing public bicycle systems. The presented system has strong points in low installation fee and low maintenance expenses. The effectiveness of the presented system will be proven by analyzing case studies.

In 2009, The Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, Korea opens apartment maintenance fee to public in "Apartment Management Info System". The high energy consumption component of apartment, which is hot water, water, electricity and heating, is released to public on this system. Through this system, apartment energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions data can be compiled and expected to be accurately analyzed. Energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions statistics of the apartment are collected being made to reduce energy and gas emissions. However, The accurate survey of energy consumption trends have not been accomplished. The energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions survey in Apartment should be made first in order to reduce energy consumption. and then the correlation factors analysis which is affecting energy consumption is required. The purpose of this study is to analyze energy consumption characteristics of apartment in Bundann-gu, Seongnam, Korea in monthly, unit area and building built year basis. And then the research can be used as the basis of policy to Reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.

The purpose of this research is to examines the effect of the audit offer and simultaneous tax services from auditors on the firm value of clients. To test this hypothesis, we used the samples of the auditors' tax services selected from firms listed on the securities markets of Korea. We use the methodology of regression analysis. The major findings are as follows. First, TAX_SER has a positive relationship with the firm value. The knowledge and experience resulting from the offer of audit services are applied to the process of offering tax services to enhance the professionalism of audit and tax services. Second, the analysis was performed to determine if the type of tax services from auditors and the type of listed markets make any difference in the effect of TAX_SER1 on TQ; the study has revealed that only tax adjustment has a positive effect on TQ in the type of tax services. Depending on the type of listed markets, TAX_SER1 has been found to have a differential effect on the firm value. The results show that investors might decide to invest in those firms where the auditor could increase the firm value through audit and tax services.

Digital DBS service using Korea Sat starts at Korea Telecom's Yong-in transmission site. Total 6 transmitting stations are needed. At each transmitting station, 4 TV programs are compressed and multiplexed using MPEG-2, modulated into IF, RF signals, then finally transmitted through antenna. At DBS transponder, received signal is down converted, amplified and re-transmitted to earth. At receiver, signal is received by 45cm dish antenna, then wanted program is selected, demultiplexed and decoded. Transmission performance of BER lOE-ll is implemented by using FEe coding and QPSK modulation. For pay TV management, conditional access system, smart card and modem are used.

Korea has recently implemented two m메or policies on organic wastes, including food wastes. One is the Volume-Based waste Fee System (VBWFS). which went effect nationwide in January 1995, and the other is a ban on the landfill of organic wastes, such as food wastes. organic sludge, and animal manure, in accordance with the Waste Management Act. These two policies have brought about remarkable positive effects, including the reduction of organic wastes at source, and the development of technology for recycling food wastes into feed and compost. However, they have caused obstacles to carry out the policy on food wastes, in areas of legal and technological infrastructures for recycling. Therefore, this study intends to find problems of policies for recycling food wastes, and to suggest ways to resolve them.

Recently, firms which have offered a "free Internet service" to their customers, are considering a "charged Internet service" for increasing a company's profit. But they have doubts about the results, because consumers may fly away from their web-site easily and may discontinue using their services. The purpose of this study is to investigate which factors make consumers use the charged Internet services. To do this, the factors, which are ease of using the service, usefulness of the service, the reputation of the service provider, service cost, and the intention to use the service as a mediator, are analyzed. To achieve this research objective, a structural equation model was constructed and a field study method was used. The findings are summarized as follows: First, ease of using the service, usefulness of the service, and service cost have significant impacts on the charged Internet service usage through the intention to use. Especially, although service cost influences on the service usage largely, the usefulness of the service has a bigger impact on the charged Internet service usage than service cost. Second, the reputation of the service provider does not have any impact on the service usage. Third, consumers using only the free Internet service tend to hesitate about using the "charged Internet service" because they doubt its ease of use and usefulness in spite of the service cost.

According to increase of Franchise Agreements, troubles related to those agreements and trading acts occur frequently. As Franchise system had come from Western countries, franchise agreement troubles tend to international disputes. In fact, those parties entered into a franchise agreement prefer arbitration to lawsuit as a dispute resolution system because arbitration is easy to risk-management for cost and time. The essential conditions for Franchise agreements are as follows ; for Franchise to grant Intellectual Properties to Franchisee, to give an impression of the same company between Franchise and Franchisee, to control and support Franchisee, for Franchisee to be an independent merchant, and to pay Franchiser license fee. Because Franchise Agreement is also based on liberty of contract, Franchise and Franchisee could enter into any kind of agreement. However, Franchiser can make an unfair agreement abusing a position of advantage. This paper check those unfair terms and conditions in Franchise agreement. Once they enter into an agreement, they should fulfil their contract. In case of trouble on performing the contract, both of them have to discuss to solve that trouble faithfully. But, they enter into either lawsuit or arbitration in accordance with agreement when they can't reach a decision in general. Specially, which is the most popular dispute resolution hands in case of Intellectual Property License agreement. General international Franchise Agreements have arbitration terms, but there is other case such as separate Arbitration Agreement if the want, which is separate from Franchise License agreement, so even though Franchise License agreement is invalidated, Arbitration agreement continues to exist, This paper reviews Franchise system and the terms of arbitration in Franchise agreement.

In South Korea, small photovoltaic equipment is increasingly adopted in more detached houses on the constant basis. With this broader use of small photovoltaic equipment, its systematic maintenance becomes all the more necessary. However, photovoltaic facility maintenance has been concentrated solely on large-scale solar energy generation plants in the country while hardly covering smaller facilities. In this research, the JEM rule and extant maintenance company services were analyzed to develop a proper maintenance model for small photovoltaic equipment. The maintenance service procedures designed herein are as follows: A small photovoltaic equipment user chooses a maintenance company and signs a contract. Once a contract is made, the Korea Energy Management Corporation provides a certain kind of incentive to the company. The company provides maintenance service to the user and receives a service fee. If such a maintenance service model is in place, small photovoltaic equipment efficiency is expected to increase and users could receive systematic maintenance services. Also the new creation of small photovoltaic equipment maintenance service would form a new market to generate more jobs for the society.

The main objective of this study is to investigate the factors affecting patient satisfaction, repeat-use intention, and inducement intention for providing the suggestion for patient-oriented management of dental services organizations. For this study, the patient satisfaction model including 14 facets of satisfaction factors such as distance(time/location), human services(dentist-hygienist), treatment results, and facilities(convenient facilities/parking lot) was examined. Data were collected from 196 patients who visiting the same dental services organization more than two times of ten dental clinics at Kyeongsangnam-do area using self-administered questionnaire. Major results of the empirical analysis are as follows: First, patient satisfaction, repeat-use intention, and inducement intention were significantly correlated with gender, age, economic conditions among patients of dental clinics. Second, kindness of hygienist, treatment results, kindness of receptionist, waiting time, emergency medical services, and right-fee for services were found to have significant influence on dental services organizations. These research findings suggest that improvement of service quality in dental care and advancement in treatment ability of dentist and hygienist are very important to improve patient satisfaction and patient-oriented service system in dental services organizations.
