Most of chemical plant are using toxic and dangerous materials, inflammable and poisonous. There are many accidental dangers by escaping of fire, explosive and poisonous materials in case of high temperature and pressure. The accidents lead to taking employer's and local people's life and environmental contamination. Therefore, 27 small-medium chemical plant, which size is 30 ∼ 200 employees out of safety management agent ill the area of A was selected in this study. The problems of safety management and several countermeasures at the chemical plants was indicated through the analyzed data. Prior to this analysis, top managers' concerns, equipment maintenance for the safety management are needed. For the future, calamity prevention countermeasures by industrial disaster analysis are needed and active safety management programs are investigated for the industrial disaster prevention and productivity enhancement at the chemical plant.

In modern dynamic management environment, there is growing recognition that information & knowledge management systems are essential for CEO's Efficient/effective decision making, As a key component to cope with this current, we suggest the management performance analysis system based on Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD). The system measures management performance that is considered with both VA(Value-Added), which represents stakeholder's point of view and EVA(Economic Value-Added), which represents shareholder's point of view, The relationship between management performance and some 80 financial ratios is analyzed, and then important financial ratios are drawn out. In analyzing the relationship, we applied KDD process which includes such as multidimensional cube, OLAP(On -Line Analytic Process), data mining and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). To demonstrate the performance of the system, we conducted a case study using financial data over the 16-years from 1981 to 1996 of Korean automobile industry which is taken from database of KISFAS(Korea Investors Services Financial Analysis System).

In recent years, organizations have chosen a team-organization as a standard activity level and it leads a significant change in process of knowledge producing. Nevertheless team-organization for building up effective performance and a good communication in organization has influenced knowledge management performance, the empirical analysis and survey have not proved yet. This study, therefore, makes an analysis that the change of organization base on team activity influences knowledge management performance. This study, based on 312 data by using LISREL as a model for studying, provides a result that a team-based activity positively influences knowledge management efficiency.

In the construction industry, IT has been an alternative for the enhancement of productivity and technical advances through a paradigm shift. While it has been recognized that the IT system will have a substantial influence on the industry, a quantitative valuation has been very limited. This paper has chosen EVMS (Earned Value Management System), which supports the integrated management of cost and schedule by utilizing IT tools, and which is the largest trend in the construction IT industry in Korea, in order to suggest an analysis model for the valuation of IT. The CVM (Contingent Valuation Method) is used to quantitatively measure intangible value of IT application. Then, a valuation and analysis model were suggested for the quantitative valuation of the effect of IT adoption. In terms of willingness to pay for EVMS, the expected benefits from the adoption of EVMS were US$ 584.52 per man annually. This research should be helpful for construction companies evaluating their investment to Project Management Information System.

The purpose of this study was first to reveal the factors of time management behaviors of college students. The second purpose was to examine the effects of those factors on the satisfaction of time management. The data were collected from 400 college students in Seoul by a self-administered questionnaire. Frequencies, Cronbach's alpha, Factor analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis and Multiple linear regression were conducted by SPSS WIN12.0. The major findings were as follows. First, factor analysis of 20 items on the time management behaviors related questions revealed six factors: establishment of standards, reality, overlapping, checking, adjusting and facilitating. Second, many factors such as facilitating, establishment of standards, reality, overlapping were significant in the regression analyses for the satisfaction of time management. Especially, establishment of standards and facilitating had high levels of effort on the satisfaction of time management. In combination, these results suggest that establishment of standards and facilitating are very important factors for high satisfaction of time management.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the job of Head hospital coordinators based on the DACUM(Developing A Curriculum) method. The contents of this study were to extract the duties, tasks and performance standards consisting of the job of a Head hospital coordinator and to investigate levels of importance, difficulties, frequency and entry level on each task, and to make out a job model of Head hospital coordinators. A DACUM committee(seven members) was composed to analyze the job of Head hospital coordinators and the committee members were totally nine : a facilitator, seven Head hospital coordinators and a recorder. This study was conducted in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province from August to December, 2015. The major findings of this study were as follows; first, a Head hospital coordinator is defined to be an expert to create values and culture of a hospital, plan and manage hospital's efficient management methods to maximize customer satisfaction and improve the management of a hospital. Second, the job of Head hospital coordinators was categorized into total nine duties and sixty eight tasks. Third, duties in the job of Head hospital coordinators were classified into organization of medical management planning, medical management analysis, medical service quality management, hospital marketing, hospital customer management, hospital human resource management, hospital organization management, hospital financial management and self development.

This study aims to probe into the influence of new product design and new product development process management on development performance. The research finding demonstrates that product design reveals positive and significant influence on new product development performance. Through statistical analysis, this study finds that companies in Taiwan value new product design. When companies value it more, they tend to have better new product development performance. With regard to the relation between new product development process management and new product development performance, the empirical results demonstrate that companies would pay more attention on new product development process management. With regard to new product idea and assessment, concept design and development, product function test and mass production in the market, through statistical analysis, this study finds that companies that value process management of new product development tend to have better new product development performance. As to the influence of new product design and new product process management on new product development performance, statistical analysis result demonstrates that the integration between new product design valued by companies in Taiwan and development process management would lead to significantly positive influence on new product development performance of the companies.

The purpose of this study is to examine the trouble of recruitment and research and development of ICT SMEs. Recently, many ICT SMEs have emerged for selling products and services using the technology of the 4th industrial revolution. However, SMEs have relatively deficient resources compared to large companies, the difficulty of maintenance or growth of human resources and intangible resources. This research methodology organized the four stages of the analysis process. The first analysis is the association rules for human resource recruitment. The second analysis is the difficulty of hiring jobs and experienced workers by each stage of company growth. The third analysis is a regression analysis of the trouble of R&D activity. The last analysis is an analysis of association rules on the difficulties of management activities by company growth. As the research result, the first analysis has shown a difference in favored human resources by the ICT industry. The second analysis also showed factor differences in job recruitment difficulties for each stage of corporate growth. In the third analysis, the operation of research institutes in ICT SMEs is influenced by industry type, corporate certification, corporate growth stage, self-technology development, joint technology development, technology transfer, and commercialization. As the last analysis, ICT SMEs showed factor differences in difficulties in management activities by stage of corporate growth. This study contributed empirically emphasizing the troubling phenomenon of human resources and R&D necessary for the growth of ICT SMEs. As a theoretical implication, this research contributed to the research-area expansion of management information using big-data technologies. In particular, this research practically suggests the differentiated direction of recruitment and R&D by ICT SMEs based on industry and each stage of company growth through the association rules of big data.

본 연구의 목적은 대학운동선수들을 대상으로 자기관리 구성개념을 개방형 질문지와 포커스 그룹 인터뷰(Focus Group Interview)의 두 가지 통합연구방법을 통하여 규명하고자 하였다. 자료 수집은 서울 경기 소재 대학에 재학 중인 운동선수 157명을 대상으로 개방형 질문지를 실시하였으며 또한 대학운동선수 14명을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 이에 일련의 연구절차를 통하여 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개방형 질문지의 귀납적 내용분석 결과 대학운동선수들의 자기관리는 생활관리, 훈련관리, 시합관리, 정서관리, 학업관리, 대인관리, 목표(동기)관리, 장비관리로 8가지 일반영역이 도출되었다. 둘째, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 결과에서는 귀납적 내용분석을 보다 타당성 있게 지지하고, 스포츠 현장 중심적인 면담 사례들이 심도 있게 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과들은 대학운동선수의 성공적인 선수생활을 위한 전략 수립과 대학운동선수들의 자기관리 측정도구 개발에 기초자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
