Recently, the bidding between generating company and transmission company have been accomplished according to restructure of power system industry. And the bidding will develop to TWBP (Two-Way Bidding Pool)type. In this way, it will be important issue on optimum reliability maintenance of the power supply. Thus, in this paper illustrate to customer survey result for the interruption cost analysis. Actually the domestic customer survey is performed on 300 samples. Then the points at customer survey and direction are presented in this paper. Customer is divided into 5 types, total response of customer survey was 22 percent. Furthermore domestic customer survey result characteristics will be use for the basis data of the large scale customer survey.

This is to supply the basic data for saving energy and the appropriate way of waste disposal. The amount of waste disposed and its heat after burning is guessed to get conclusions. 1. The amount of disposable waste in 1990 in Seoul area is expected to be 2.2kg per man/day, coal ashes (YONTAN) 0.7kg, non-coal ashes 1.5kg. 2. The amount of waste combustible and heat after burning will be increased, and it is useful when the waste has Less than $70\%$ of water. 3. The method to collect waste should be specially organized, because most of the waste collected In Korea Is wet. 4. As the heat emitted from mass burning is $4\times10^{12}kcal/y$ in 1985, it is considered to be in senses of energy saving and the rationnal way of waste disposal. 5. Special concern is needed because the environment contaminated will be polluted in result of burning.

In this paper, we proposed scheme that we use a difference of timestamp in time in Ubiquitous environments as we use the Diffie-Hellman method that OTP was applied to when it deliver a key between nodes, and can detect a malicious node at these papers. Existing methods attempted the malicious node detection in the ways that used correct synchronization or directed antenna in time. We propose an intermediate malicious node detection way at these papers without an directed antenna addition or the Trusted Third Party (TTP) as we apply the OTP which used timestamp to a Diffie-Hellman method, and we verify safety regarding this. A way to propose at these papers is easily the way how application is possible in Ubiquitous environment.

We all know how beautiful our wild and it's importance to our living planet Earth. But did you realise the speed at which man himself is damaging it's unique natural habitat. We are well on our way to destroy our forests, plants, wetlands. We are polluting our oceans and seas. This way, we're driving numerous animal species, plant species and many others into extinction. Everyone should be aware of the importance of our natural environment. We live in the period of echocide. Why we need nature to survive and how we can deal with the environmental problems we face. This paper has the purpose to reform city's environment. Because, Metropolis and megalopolis are the principal cause of environmental disruption. To reform the city is needed to consider digital technology in our age. In the face of economic and cultural globalization, many have argued that we live an increasingly placeless world. However, as a growing number of cities participate and compete in key marketplaces of advanced capitalism, the spectacle of the city is more than ever a significant medium of communication in its own right. In doing so, this work is focused specifically on the dimension of city's media environment. To that end, the paper examined U-City and U-Eco city. In this study, we will introduce the study on model of U-Eco City as one way for the eco-freindly future city.

A prototype computer program was developed which visualizes various kinds of geotechnical information using 3D object graphics techniques. The program integrates various kinds of geotechnical data such as surface geology map, boreholes data, geophysical data as well as man made subsurface structures. It also reads NGIS DXF map and generates digital elevation model from iso-elevation line layer of the DXF map. All the data are put into a 3D model as 3D objects. The created 3D model can be viewed and analysed in a interactive 3D way.

This paper attempts to apply Markove chain theory to literary works. the objective of this paper is to show the trend of authors and his works by way of Markovian Models. In this introductory research, it is useful to make simple criteria as virtue and evil, good and bad, justice and injustice, positive and negative, man and woman, etc. Markovian transition matrixes which are derived by M.L.E. and A.U.E are almost same. In case of Hamlet, we are able to know the author of Hamlet or his works are inconsistent and fickle.

There are generator/turbine/boiler control system in the thermal power plant. By the way, the manufacturers are different each other in many cases. Therefore there were many difficulties in interface and maintenance of power plant. So, we have been developing the integration of all control system in a single manufacturer. Mill & burner control is analyzed in this paper.

For a generalized minimum variance controller algorithm the weighting polynomials are are calculated in a way to assign the closed loop poles of the system and to specify the controller gain at a frequency. As a result the oscillations in the control signal may be reduced without changing the deterministic behaviour of the system.

Daesoonjinrihoe perceives that human suffering is caused not only by mental factors but also by the cosmic principle of Mutual Overcoming more fundamentally. The relationship influenced among all things in the universe is Mutual Beneficence and Mutual Overcoming. If these relations are properly cooperated in harmony, all things will reveal their energetic existence in a balanced state, however, if one side, particularly, Mutual Overcoming becomes excessive, indeed, it will cause trouble. That is, the sentient beings that are inclined to excessive Mutual Overcoming rather than indispensable Mutual Overcoming make grievances among themselves and cumulate them. In the end, heaven and earth lose its constant Way[常道], leading the sentient beings to all kinds of agonies. However, it may be a problem if every agony is depicted with Mutual Overcoming, that is, one single fixed frame, because Mutual Overcoming has to be interpreted diversely according to the circumstances. Thus, it is not possible to explain precisely about the agony if not understanding its spectrum. This study analyzed the ways how Daesoonjinrihoe explains the aspects of reasons and solutions to a variety of agonies. In the Supreme Scripture of Daesoonjinrihoe, the reasons for agony vary: first, it is caused by Mutual Overcoming of the cosmos itself, which is irrelevant to human beings. Secondly, man can be victimized because of Mutual Overcoming caused by man. Thirdly, there is a case of a victim who is damaged due to Mutual Overcoming caused by the other. Fourthly, man can be victimized because of Mutual Overcoming caused by someone else's unintended deeds. Fifthly, there is a case of man having agony in return when he, as a perpetrator, hurt others or resolve his inappropriate desires. Sixthly, man's deed unintendedly became a sin and have agony in return. Seventhly, man can be a self-perpetrator, conceiving vain desire, obsession and grievance. Eightly, there is a case of man having agony during enforcement of the law or practice of justice. Ninthly, man needs to endure agony during self-cultivation, enacting Reordering of the Universe(天地公事), ritual practice, promotion of fortune, and test. However, it is important to make sure that the reason for agony can interact with not only one but also diverse models in real situation. These nine models are included in the category of Mutual Overcoming; but, these cannot be classified in a single term, Mutual Overcoming because much information will be hidden, only to make it difficult to explain about agony more precisely. There are some characteristic observed in the concept of agony in Daesoonjinrihoe as follows: first, reasons for agony are caused by Mutual Overcoming although Mutual Overcoming can be interpreted differently according to the circumstances. Secondly, Daesoonjinrihoe makes a positive valuation for some agony. Thirdly, the solution to overcome a agony is brought to a conclusion, that is cultivation practice of Daesoonjinrihoe. Fourthly, the experience of agony and solution in Daesoonjinrihoe sometimes lie in the unit of family beyond individual. Fifthly, in the painful situation resulted from vain desire and obsession, Daesoonjinrihoe suggests a solution called Mutual Beneficence. That is, it emphasizes not only self-control but also active practice of considering others.

The shroud of the Chosun dynasty period originally meant the new start in the next world. Its basic principle was to wear the best clothes or wedding garments during one's life. The white hemp cloth-shroud worn during this time was formed after the 20th century. In the beginning it started simply by imitating the shroud of the common people. However recently many aspects of the trade have deteriorated by the commercialism of the shroud traders. So this study focuses on the way of keeping traditions and making the shroud desirable. First, the shroud was made of the best materials such as silk, hemp cloth, ramie cloth and cotton cloth in the past. A thought that the shroud material must be white hemp cloth is the result from misunderstanding of the traditional shroud of the Chosun dynasty period. We can produce beautiful shrouds using natural materials without losing dignity and at diverse prices. Second, the shroud was produced not only to keep the dignity of a dead person but also to avoid wasting the original cloth. Third, The shroud has pursued diversity in classifying the traditional style or the basic style. It is possible to select the shroud flexibly according to one's sense of values or the way the tomb was made. These days, the Korean full-dress attire and Wonsam (Korean woman's ceremonial clothes) are the standardized form of the ready-made shroud. The man's Korean full-dress attire on sale is sewn in the wrong way and its shape looks more like the Wonsam. I offer diverse shrouds of the Chosun dynasty period, for example, the official uniform, hemp cloth upper garment, men's black upper garment, Korean full-dress attire, Korean overcoat, Wonsam, the long hood worn by a Korean woman and a woman's long upper garment, so that we can see the Korean originality and beauty through the different types of shrouds. Also, I adjusted a number of items, undergarments and other articles according to the price. As mentioned before this study helps to portray a desirable understanding of the culture of the shroud. So I corrected many problems of the present shroud and propose a new type of shroud based on tradition. Furthermore, I recommend a way of making use of the Hanbok which the man wears during his life, at the wedding ceremony or a his 60th birthday without buying a new shroud.
