This study examined the relative importance level of experience marketing on brand attitude and brand loyalty in beauty salon franchise stores, and attempted to raise the competitiveness of beauty salon services by presenting this elements as experience marketing strategy directions for beauty salon franchise store management. A questionnaire was used for this study on 350 adults residing in Gwangju Metropolitan City and SPSS 20.0 statistics package was used for analysis. In summary, the results of this study are as follows. First, five factors that make up experience marketing in beauty salon franchise stores were found. They were sensory marketing, relative marketing, emotional marketing, cognitive marketing and behavior marketing. Brand loyalty was categorized into the two factors, attitude loyalty and behavioral loyalty. Also, we found that experience marketing had a statistically positive impact on brand loyalty. Secondly, experience marketing of beauty salon franchise stores was found to have a statistically significant positive effect on brand attitude. Thirdly, we found that the brand attitude of beauty salon franchise stores had a statistically significant positive effect on brand loyalty.

The use of preformed polymers and their cross-linking have been attempted in order to improve the intrinsic fragility of monolayers and Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films and to make their technological applications possible. It has shown that an imidization followed a polyion-complexation can stabilize the LB films against heat and solvents. And, when the polymer structure was property designed, concurrent removal of the alkyl tails together with imide formation could be accomplished. In this paper, we present a characteristic monolayer behavior of polymer with pendent polyethers and carboxyls, it's polyion-complexed LB film with subphase polymer PAA, and a possible skeletonization of the LB film by thermal imidization. Also, deposition status of LB films are evaluated by using QCM.

The visual environment of the store is a very important factor to attract consumers into the store and make consumers purchase products. Therefore retailers should have concerns about store environments to differentiate their stores from other stores. Thus this study focused on visual environment of the store influencing consumer behavior. The concrete purpose of this study was to identify preferences of store environments and store types by consumer traits. First, the store choice criteria factors were examined and through the cluster analysis, several consumer groups were constructed. And then the visual environment factors of the store that consumers perceived important were identified and the visual environment factors of the store preferred by consumer groups were examined. Finally, store types preferred by consumer groups were examined. The findings of this study can assist store designers and retailers to set up a store environment or visual marketing strategies.

최근 철근 콘크리트 바닥판의 단점을 원천적으로 보완할 목적으로 재료적 측면과 구조적 측면에서 새로운 바닥판 시스템을 개발하려는 노력이 계속 되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 퍼포본드 FRP를 영구거푸집 및 인장 보강재로 이용한 콘크리트 합성보에 대해 비선형 유한요소해석 프로그램을 활용하여 검증해석을 실시하고 이를 분석하였다. 실험결과와 비교해서 극한파괴하중의 경우 약 8-15% 내외의 차이를 보여 주었으며, 파괴 시 변형도 분포형태는 실험과 유사한 경향을 보여주었다.

Current industrial practices and approaches are simplified and do not describe the actual behavior of plated elements of offshore topside structures for safety design due to fires. Therefore, it is better to make up for the defective methods with integrated fire safety design methods based on fire resistance characteristics such as residual strength capacity. This study numerically investigates the residual strength of steel stiffened panels exposed to hydrocarbon jet fire. A series of nonlinear finite element analyses (FEAs) were carried out with varying probabilistic selected exposures in terms of the jet fire location, side, area, and duration. These were used to assess the effects of exposed fire on the residual strength of a steel stiffened panel on a ship-shaped offshore structure. A probabilistic approach with a feasible fire location was used to determine credible fire scenarios in association with thermal structural responses. Heat transfer analysis was performed to obtain the steel temperature, and then the residual strength was obtained for the credible fire scenarios under compressive axial loading using nonlinear FEA code. The results were used to derive closed-form expressions to predict the residual strength of steel stiffened panels with various exposure to jet fire characteristics. The results could be used to assess the sustainability of structures at risk of exposure to fire accidents in offshore installations.

Purpose: Children's swimming pools are picking up faster than the other types of swimming pool. Yet, safety law-related studies are still lack. This study is to review legal status of children's swimming pool in Korea and to discuss the related legal issues for safety management of children's swimming pool. Research design, data, and methodology: The study reviewed law and clauses for sport facility management and related legal clauses with chilren's swimming pool management, and sport facility-related articles. Results: Safety management of children's swimming pool should currently follow law for sport and physical education facility management because of no its own legal norm for children's swimming pool. Given this, specific law and clauses for children's pool management need to be legislated to prevent risks for children and to satisfy specific safety factors considering careless behavior of children. Conclusions: Regarding this, the study points out five suggestions. First, law should be established to make notification of safety rules mandatory and this notification should be placed in the pool. This notification would be better effective if it is visualized. Second, according to law, safety 7 rules of children' s swimming pool need to be legistrated and educated for pool managers to obey them. Pool managers could also add their own rules to the 7 rules. Finally, preparation of emergency kits and safety devices need to be mandatory in the pool. Further implications were discussed.

본 연구의 목적은 DVR(Driving Video Recorder)의 이용이 교통사고 저감과 교통사고 처리 비용의 절감에 얼마나 효과가 있는 지 살펴보고, DVR의 설치가 택시 운전자의 운전태도 변화에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위한 데이터는 부산 택시운전자를 통해 획득하였으며, 실증적인 분석을 위해 구조방정식 모형과 two-way ANOVA를 이용하였다. 본 연구의 개략적인 결과는 DVR 이용 후 부산 법인 택시 회사 4개소에서 교통사고가 평균적으로 32.7% 정도 감소하는 것을 보여준다. 뿐만 아니라 DVR의 이용은 택시 사고 처리 비용의 측면에서 택시 업체의 경제적 이익에 상당한 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상된다. 더구나 본 연구는 DVR 이용자 집단과 비 이용자 집단 간의 운전태도의 차이를 확인할 수 있었고, 운전자들의 운전태도에 미치는 긍정적인 영향과 부정적인 영향을 구분할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 '태도', '주관적 규범', '행동통제력 지각' 요인이 '행동 의도' 요인을 거쳐 간접적으로 DVR 장착이라는 계획된 '행동'에 미치는 영향력과 '행동통제력 지각' 요인이 직접적으로 '행동' 요인에 미치는 영향력을 정량적으로 도출하였다. 결론적으로, 본 연구는 교통안전법에 의거 사업용 자동차에 의무적으로 운행기록장치(차량용 블랙박스)를 설치할 때 영상기록장치의 영상기록기능을 추가하는 것을 제안한다.

디지털 시대에 많아진 정보에 따른 소비자 선택의 다양성은 긍정적이지만 여러 문제도 나타나고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 쇼핑몰을 구성하고 있는 요인들이 온라인소비자의 행동에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 정보과부하가 어떤 매개역할을 하는 가를 살펴보는 것이다. 쇼핑몰의 특성과 관련된 요인들로 쇼핑몰의 인지도, 쇼핑몰의 품질, 쇼핑몰의 구성, 그리고 구매 추천서비스 등을 설정하여, 정보과부하가 나타날 때 이러한 변수들이 온라인소비자의 행동에 어떤 변화를 나타내는지 분석하였다. 분석결과 쇼핑몰의 특성 요인들은 모두 온라인소비자의 행동에 일정하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되고 있으며, 정보과부하도 쇼핑몰의 인지도와 쇼핑몰의 품질 및 구조, 구매 추천 서비스 구비 등의 요인에 대해 모두 일정한 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 쇼핑몰의 특성 요인들은 정보과부하 상황에서도 온라인소비자의 행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다.

대부분의 지반설계에 있어서 지반은 모래나 점토로 구분하며 각 지반의 거동에 따른 적절한 설계가 이루어지고 있다. 예를 들면, 사질토의 거동은 상대밀도로 나타내며, 점토의 거동은 연경도 등을 이용하여 나타낸다. 그러나 모래-점토 혼합토는 전형적으로 중간토로 구분되며 간단히 모래나 점토로 구분되지 않으므로 세립분 함유율이 낮은 사질토부터 세립분 함유율이 높은 점토에 대한 전이영역에서의 흙의 거동에 대하여 합리적인 해석이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 활성을 가지고 있는 자연점토와 모래를 혼합하여 모래만으로 구성된 구조부터 세립분만의 구조에 이르기까지 다양한 세립분 함유율을 갖는 공시체를 제작하였다. 모래-점토 혼합토에 대한 세립분 함유율의 증가에 따른 전단특성을 명확하게 하기 위해 골격간극비에 착안하여 등방 및 이방압밀상태에서 전단실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과에서 모래-점토 혼합토의 정적전단강도는 골격간극비에 크게 의존하는 것으로 나타났다.
