Profile machining using cutter diameter compensation is widely used in die and mould manufacturing. Especially automotive die makers try to use 3D-profile machining for trimming or flange dies. But the technological requirements and implementation issues haven't been defined. In this paper we summarized the requirements and issues of 3D-profile machining. Approximation of input profiles into sequences of line and helical arc is the first major issue. The second major issue is removing cutter interference from the approximated curves holding z-values when the maximum cutter diameter is given. Keeping constant machining width, local machining, path linking problems and several detail technological requirements are also discussed.

디지털 전환(digital transformation)은 디짓화(digitisation)와 디지털화(digitalisation)의 경제적 및 사회적 효과를 의미한다. 디지털 전환은 경제/사회 발전 및 삶의 편의성을 향상시키는 유용한 도구로 작용하지만 부정적 영향(개인정보 오남용, 윤리문제 야기, 사회적 격차 심화 등)을 미칠 수도 있는 양면성을 보유하고 있다. 한편 정부는 산업 경쟁력 및 기술 패권 확보 등을 위하여 디지털 전환 촉진정책은 적극적으로 추진하고 있는 반면, 디지털 전환 관련 위험이슈에 대한 이해와 이를 방지할 수 있는 정책 추진에는 상대적으로 소극적인 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 디지털 전환이 초래할 수 있는 미래사회 위험이슈를 Embedded Topic Modeling 방법론 기반의 언론기사 빅데이터 정량분석으로 체계화 및 구체화하고, 정책적 대응 방향을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 주요국의 디지털 전환 역기능 세부 이슈들을 규명하였다. 다음으로 디지털 전환의 핵심 기술인 인공지능을 중심으로 주요국과 한국의 디지털 전환 역기능 세부이슈를 구체화하고, 비교분석하였다. 아울러 분석결과들을 종합하여 향후 정부의 디지털 전환 역기능 대응 정책 수립 방향을 제시하였다. 분석 결과에 근거한 정책적 함의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 디지털 전환의 역기능은 기술 분야에만 한정되어 나타나지 않고 국가안보 및 사회 전반에 영향을 미치기 때문에 정부는 디지털 전환의 순기능 촉진뿐만 아니라 역기능 대응을 위한 정책도 마련해야 한다. 둘째, 디지털 전환의 미래사회 위험 세부이슈들은 국가에 따라 상이하게 나타나므로 정부는 국가적/사회적 맥락을 고려하여 디지털 전환 역기능 대응 정책을 수립해야 한다. 마지막으로 정부는 이해관계자들의 혼선을 최소화할 수 있도록 디지털 전환 역기능 대응 정책의 큰 방향을 설정하고, 실효성 있는 정책 수단을 마련해야 한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of major health issues and job stress on presenteeism among clinical nurses. Methods: The investigator conducted a survey on 226 clinical nurses at a general hospital in Seoul from March 3 to April 15, 2017, and analyzed their responses. Results: The findings showed that job stress did not have a significant effect on the nurses' presenteeism. Fatigue (t=3.55,p<.001) impacted job loss, one of the subcategories of presenteeism, with an explanatory power of 12.1%. Premenstrual syndrome (t=-2.67,p=.008) and fatigue (t=-2.46,p=.015) affected perceived productivity with an explanatory power of 23.6%. Conclusion: Based on these findings, the study highlighted the need for effective management programs to tackle fatigue and premenstrual syndrome among clinical nurses' major health issues in order to reduce their productivity loss.

The purpose of this research is to bring out some practical issues of housing studies prblished by Home Economics researchers since 1980. There were 299 articles related to housing in three major journals such as Journal of the Korean one Economics Association Journal of Korean Home Management Association and Housing Research Journal. It has been remarkable progress in terms of the quality as well as the number of articles during 20 years. However this study could be brought out some research issues in the methodological and theoretical aspects to improve the applicability of housing studies to dedicate family life and housing policies.

This study is a paper reviewed legal status of medical personnel and issues of law on recently discovered medical records. As the increase of medical personnel who have gone through the administrative disposal in regards to the medical records, it is needed to examine the legal issue or dispute on the medical records under the current law. Medical records are the statement on patient's medical conditions made by the medical personnel. This records are used as important source for patient's further treatment. This becomes the communication route between the patients and the other medical personnel, and it provides the patients a right to find out their medical information. According to the Medical Service Act (Article 21), a medical personnel shall prepare respectively a record book of medical examination and treatment. And medical personnel shall make a signature. Furthermore, the medical personnel or the opener of the medical institutions must preserve the record book (including an electronic medical record). Meanwhile, the issues of a ban on false entry, additional record, revision or manipulation on the medical record have been recently on the rise. This paper briefly examined the major issues in regards to the medical records. It especially clarified the legal duty on medical records and its major-contentious-issues. At the same time, it pointed out the problems of the unreasonable over interpretation of the law. Furthermore, this suggested the guidelines for the further discussion and review.

먼저, 우리나라의 원자력 개발현황에 대한 개요를 제시한 후, 우리나라의 경우 원자력 에너지가 왜 필요한가를 분명하게 설명하였다. 이러한, 주요 현황을 제시한 다음, 원자력 개발 상의 제약 요인과 한국원자력산업의 가장 취약한 분야 등의 우리나라 원자력 산업의 주요 문제점들을 파악하여 이 문제점들에 대하여 논의하였다. 끝으로 결론적으로는 우리나라에서 원자력 발전의 증가와 관련하여 정부와 원자력 산업이 각각 취해야 할 제반조치들을 제시하였다.

This paper presents concepts, policies, industry trends, and related issues in urban air mobility (UAM). UAM will contribute to transportation by mitigating traffic congestion and environmental problems in the future. Accordingly, governments of major countries are promoting UAM policies and demonstration projects as well as preparing laws and certification standards. In UAM, overseas startups lead airframe developments, and major companies from the aircraft, automotive, and information technology industries are also participating. In addition, startups and major companies are building the corresponding infrastructure. For the development of UAM, issues related to technology, regulation systems, and infrastructure still need to be resolved.

Information Systems(IS) departments face many challenges in today's rapidly changing environment. One approach to understanding the challenges by IS departments is to survey IS managers in order to elicit their key issues. The study compares and contrasts the major findings of key information systems management issues in Korea and United States. It examines the key concerns of IS managers on these areas focusing on identifying and explaining regional similarities and differences. IS managers in Korea and United States show a reasonable level of agreement on the most critical issues they face. In some of the issues the differences are found and possible reasons for these differences are discussed. The study concludes by suggesting an evolution model that can explain the changing nature of the IS issues across time and nations.
