LCC분석에 의한 오피스건축물의 최적경제수명추정분석 및 장수명화에 관한 연구 (Forecasting and Prolonging Method of Optimum Economic Life for Office Buildings using Life Cycle Cost)

  • 본 연구는 오피스건축물의 최적경제수명을 Life Cycle Cost를 고려하여 추정분석하고, 이를 통해 최적경제수명 이후의 건축물을 어떻게 관리하는 것이 경제적으로 유리한가에 대한 것이다. 경제수명의 추정에서 초기투자비와 유지관리비를 중요한 요소로 고려하여, 여의도$\cdot$마포지역의 오피스건물을 대상으로 조사한 내용을 단위면적 당 동일한 가치로 환산한 뒤, LCC를 이용하여 최적경제수명을 추정하였다. 마지막으로 최적경제수명 이후의 관리방법으로 재건축 및 보수공사 시 투입되는 금액에 따라 5개의 안으로 비교하였다.

콘크리트 강도대별 크리프 예측모델 평가 (Evaluation of Creep Models with the Consideration of Concrete's Strength Level)

  • 최근들어 구조물공사에 적용되는 콘크리트가 고강도화 되어가는 추세로서 크리프와 같은 콘크리트의 역학적 거동에 대한 기존 설계예측식에 대한 전면적인 검토가 필요한 시점이다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 현행 국내 철근콘크리트 구조설계기준상의 크리프계수 예측 모델식에 대한 강도대별 적용 타당성을 검토하기 위한 일환으로 기존의 제안 모델식인 ACI 209R, CEB-FIP MC90 및 EC2 모델식을 검토 하였으며, 실험결과와 비교검토를 수행하였다. 모델식 검토결과, CEB-FIP MC90 모델의 개선식인 EC2 모델이 고강도대의 콘크리트에 대한 크리프계수를 보다 현실적으로 예측함을 확인할 수 있었으며, 실험결과와도 상대적으로 좋은 상관성을 보임을 확인하였다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내 콘크리트구조설계기준 부록에 새롭게 포함된 CEB-FIP Model Code 1990 균열 폭 산정식을 콘크리트 강도를 변수로 하여 평가하는 것에 있다, 평가 도구로 부착응력-미끌림 관계를 적용하여 구축한 균열요소모델과 기존 연구자들의 실험결과로부터 얻은 균열폭을 사용하였으며 기존 실험결과와 비교 평가함으로 검증하였다. 평가대상인 MC-90의 균열폭 산정식의 증요변수는 인장증강효과와 평균부착응력이며 이들을 균열요소모델 해석결과와 비교함으로 강도에 따라 개선된 인장증강효과와 평균부착응력을 제안하였다.

시뮬레이션과 BPR을 응용한 Layout 기반의 철도차량기지 중정비 검수 여유율 검증 (A Study on the Verification of Heavy Overhaul Maintenance Allowances for the Maintenance Shop)

  • 철도차량기지 중정비 공장의 규모를 설계할 때 최소 부지에 시설을 배치하여 검수효율을 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 중정비 공장 규모 산정 시에 적용되는 운행과 검수의 파동요인을 고려한 파동율(이하 "여유율")이 국내에서 아직 검증되지 않은 채 활용되는 외적인 요인을 중정비공장내 재장시간으로 흡수하기 위해 시설배치도 및 공정 작업의 시뮬레이션 분석에 의하여 합리적인 여유율을 산출하고 그 적정성을 검토하고자 한다. 본 연구는 공정의 작업시간이 평균값으로 되어있어 작업자 간의 편차를 고려, 공정작업시간에 표준편차를 10~20%로 주어 각각의 경우별로 시뮬레이션 결과치를 분석하여 가능 여유율을 도출하였다. 향후에는 차량의 운영 및 검수계획, 차량 예비율 및 중정비 공장의 설비능력, 공정외주비율, 표준인공 등 운영조건 등의 인자를 고려하여 과학적인 검토를 통해 적정 여유율을 적용함으로서 공장 규모를 최적화 할 필요가 있다.

Consideration about Resident Participation Activities for Maintenance and Use OPen Space with Community Development in Hachioji New Town

  • Maintenance open spaces and community development in large scale housing development is one of the most important issues. We(UDC) established a resident participation activity for maintenance and use open space with community development in Hachioji New Town from 1997. The purpose of this study is to establish resident participation activities for maintenance and use open space with community development in Hajichioji New Town, and to clarify the characteristics and to on sider about efficiency of the activity. We established Minamino Shizen-Juku as a methodology for maintenance and use open spaces at the same time Hachioji New Town was opened in 1997. The activity has continued by now in 2001. We conducted questionnaire survey to make sure efficiency and characteristics of the activity past three years. Minamino Shizen-Juku (nature friendly lessons) is a resident participation activity in Hachioji New Town. It was established in 1997 as soon as the new town was opened, this year is fifth since it was started. It has three objects. 1)Maintenance and use woody environment, 2) Community development, 3) Continuation and renewal native culture. And it has general course, three special courses and one extra course were established in the activity. 1) General course is an activity participated all of member. It's included farming experience in the native field and seasonal events. 2) Rice growing and woods maintenance course is rice growing and wild wood maintenance in the park as a series of annual farming activities. 3) Benefaction from farm course is started from planting spring vegetable at Mizukoshi(Leader of Minamino Shezen-Juku)'s field. There is the number of participant limit because of the area of the field. 4) Watching nature course is watching seasonal wild flowers, trees, animals and plants to know about native nature. 5) Extra program is programmed to know about native history and tradition. It's planned including participant's ideas. Not member can participate in this course too.

지방 중소도시 마을정비형 공공주택사업 활성화 방안 연구 (A Study on the Activation Plan of Village Maintenance for Public Housing Project of Local Small and Medium-Sized Cities)

  • Since the village maintenance type public housing project was introduced in 2015, the resident needs for regional revitalization and pleasant living conditions are not being met due to the poor performance of the public housing complexes that reflect the surrounding area maintenance plan (village plan) and regional characteristics. The purpose of this study is to suggest a plan to revitalize the village maintenance type public housing project in consideration of regional characteristics as a result of analyzing the needs of local residents through the problems of the village maintenance type public housing project being promoted so far and resident satisfaction. As a result of the analysis based on the public housing project implementation status analysis and resident satisfaction, the plans to activate the village maintenance type public housing project are as follows. First, in order to secure the effectiveness of the village plan, it is desirable to promote the public housing project and the village plan at the same time. It is necessary to secure a budget according to the selection of public offering projects in the village plan, such as promoting public housing projects without setbacks by prioritizing land purchases for public housing sites and establishing specialized strategies considering regional characteristics. Second, a public housing project that responds to local demand is required. The evaluation factors such as continuous promotion of the urban architecture integration plan and strengthening of regional linkage plans such as specialization of regionally tailored designs should be supplemented so that regional resources and village plans are linked with the public housing specialization plan. Third, surrounding area maintenance plan (village plan) should be secured by the strengthen of the legal status or establishing related provisions. It is also necessary to promote system improvement for area maintenance plan (village plan) when selecting a publicly funded public project.

딥러닝을 활용한 일반국도 아스팔트포장의 공용수명 예측 (Prediction of Asphalt Pavement Service Life using Deep Learning)

  • PURPOSES : The study aims to predict the service life of national highway asphalt pavements through deep learning methods by using maintenance history data of the National Highway Pavement Management System. METHODS : For the configuration of a deep learning network, this study used Tensorflow 1.5, an open source program which has excellent usability among deep learning frameworks. For the analysis, nine variables of cumulative annual average daily traffic, cumulative equivalent single axle loads, maintenance layer, surface, base, subbase, anti-frost layer, structural number of pavement, and region were selected as input data, while service life was chosen to construct the input layer and output layers as output data. Additionally, for scenario analysis, in this study, a model was formed with four different numbers of 1, 2, 4, and 8 hidden layers and a simulation analysis was performed according to the applicability of the over fitting resolution algorithm. RESULTS : The results of the analysis have shown that regardless of the number of hidden layers, when an over fitting resolution algorithm, such as dropout, is applied, the prediction capability is improved as the coefficient of determination ($R^2$) of the test data increases. Furthermore, the result of the sensitivity analysis of the applicability of region variables demonstrates that estimating service life requires sufficient consideration of regional characteristics as $R^2$ had a maximum of between 0.73 and 0.84, when regional variables where taken into consideration. CONCLUSIONS : As a result, this study proposes that it is possible to precisely predict the service life of national highway pavement sections with the consideration of traffic, pavement thickness, and regional factors and concludes that the use of the prediction of service life is fundamental data in decision making within pavement management systems.

Virtual Analysis of the Remote Operation of the ACP

  • The remote operation of the Advanced Spent Fuel Conditioning Process (ACP) is analyzed by using the 3D graphic simulation tools. The ACP equipment operates in intense radiation fields as well as in a high temperature. Thus, the equipment should be designed in consideration of the remote handling and maintenance. As well as suitable remote handling and maintenance method needs to be provided. To provide such remote operation technology, we developed the graphic simulator which provides the capability of verifying the remote operability of the ACP without fabrication of the process equipment. In other words, by applying virtual reality to the remote maintenance operation, a remote operation task can be simulated in a computer, not in a real environment. In this way the graphic simulator can substantially reduce the design cost of the remote operation process and the equipment. Also it can provide new operation concept that is more reliable, easier to implement, and easier to understand.

보도용 블록포장 유지보수 공사 원가산정기준 개정 연구 (A Study on the Revision of the Cost accountingfor Sidewalk Block Pavement Maintenance and Repair Work)

  • The maintenance and repair work of sidewalk block pavement is a construction that requires a large amount of budget to be invested every year. It is important to establish an appropriate standards for estimating construction cost to ensure proper budgeting and quality. In this study, the standards for estimating the cost of maintenance and construction work for sidewalk blocks that can be applied to the construction volume classified according to the site conditions, construction type, and equipment use differentiated from new construction was established. As a result, the daily construction volume was presented by reflecting excavator and truck as equipment in the combination of paver and common worker. The re-installation was applied by separating the construction volume of sections with general blocks and induction/raised blocks based on the installation of sidewalk blocks after demolition. Generally if block cutting is necessary, the precision construction conditions using a cutting machine were taken into consideration to secure the construction quality. In addition, it has been revised to apply classified construction volume into A and B-Type depending on the park and site conditions.

교육 시설물의 선제적 노후화 관리를 위한 유지관리 서비스 수준의 인지요인 도출 (Critical Factors Influencing on the Level of Service for Proactive Maintenance in Educational Facilities)

  • 향후 교육시설의 노후화 관리는 단편적인 개 수공사가 아닌 안전하고 쾌적한 교육환경을 목적으로 하는 시설물의 기능을 고려한 통합적인 서비스 관점에서 이루어져야 한다. 이를 위해 현행 유지관리에서 주류를 이루고 있는 편향된 성능기반 관점의 한계성을 인지하고 시설물이 제공해야 하는 유지관리 서비스의 기능과 속성을 반영한 유지관리 체계를 구축하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 교육시설물에서 제공하는 시설물 서비스 기능의 적절한 평가를 위해 서비스 수준 인지에 영향을 미치는 유지관리 항목들을 도출하고, 이를 적절한 범주로 설정하여 향후 지속적이고 효율적인 유지관리 체계를 구축하기 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 주요 유지관리 범주별 영향요인을 측정하기 위한 설명변수가 제시되었고, 그 타당성을 확인하기 위하여 전문가들을 대상으로 수행된 설문에 대해서 적절한 통계적 검증을 수행하였다.
