This study aims to analyze and discuss the accidents based on the level of traffic culture (LOT). In pursuing the above, LOT are divided into three categories based on the standardized index of traffic culture. Also, this study focuses on developing the accident models using GLM (generalized linear model). The main results are as follows. First, the null hypotheses that the ratios of fatal and serious injured persons (FSI) are the same over categories are rejected. Second, as the common variables, the ratio of turn signal usage and elderly population are analysed to be impacted to the ratio of FSI. Third, the traffic culture indicators among 5 accident factors which give impact to 'high level' are judged to affect the reduction of FSI. Fourth, compared to other levels, the traffic law violations among 7 accident factors of 'medium level' are estimated to influence the increase of FSI. Finally, in 'low level', the increasing ratio of traffic culture index compared to that of previous year and the number of hospital beds per person are evaluated to be significant to reducing the ratio of FSI. This study can be expected to give some policy implications to regional traffic safety policy-making.

Organic grape was generally produced in rainshield or plastic greenhouse culture while most of fruits were produced in open field. But little attention has been given to soil properties with different culture facilities in organic grape cultivation. This study was conducted to investigate soil physico-chemical properties of organic grapes farms with different culture facilities and soil management practices. Organic fertilizer was main resource to manage soil at organic grapes farms. Organic grapes farms were applied with total amount of organic fertilizer at one time, either at basal or additional fertilization, whereas conventional grapes farms applied with split fertilization. Bulk density and penetration resistance of soil were lower at both rainshield and green manure-applied plastic greenhouse cultures than those at clean plastic greenhouse culture. Especially, in plastic greenhouse, sod culture with natural weed after green manure application was more effective than general sod culture in improving physical properties of the rhizosphere. The contents of organic matter, available phosphate and exchangeable potassium tended to increase in the soils applied with green manure, and the difference of soil chemical properties were significant between rainshield and plastic greenhouse cultures. The optimum soil management was required in plastic greenhouse because pH, available phosphate and exchangeable cations reached over optimum range. Consequently, the ground cover management is the key factor to affect the chemical properties as well as soil physical properties extensively in plastic greenhouse. It is found that sod culture with natural weed after green manure application resulted in enhancement of utilization efficiency of nitrogen, phosphoric acid and potassium in soil in comparison with general sod culture.
Club culture is the global trend for youth in 21st century. Club is the space that is created with close relationship among music, dance and fashion. It is also experimental cultural art space with endlessly transforming style. Furthermore it is a space for independent minor culture which represents speciality than generality of cultural appetite and style of club. Cultural communities formed around club and their parties have placed as a strong subculture trend based on youth age group. What they are creating as a subculture could be our tomorrow's main trend and clubbers also could be our major power sources for future. Therefore it is necessary to pay attention to club culture. The purposes of this research are to identify the concept of clubber, to analyzes their basic club culture characteristics and elements, and to find out unique fashion styles of Korean clubber in comparison with the origin. To study club fashion style's origin and background, this study searched a theoretical flow from 1930's to 1990's. Then, Korean clubber's style is derived by comparing background and origin of Korean club culture with those of abroad. To analyze in various point of view, theoretical backgrounds about social, cultural, dresses, and design were considered. Since research target is a visual image, street fashion is analyzed on through, music channels and magazines from 1930's to present as well as designer's art photographies. Internet sites', cub culture association's and sound association's photos were also extracted. as a visual evidences to offer actual evidences. Geological targets are selected among Korean club culture's origin such as Hong-Ik University area, Shin-chon, Chungdam-dong and Apgujung-dong areas. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, clubber's fashion style influenced magnificently on major fashion design instead of being just youngster's resistance toward control group and it is contributing to our fashion culture to enrich it. Secondly, fashion styles of korean clubbers are based on those of western sub-culture, but with a unique localized history.
Objective: This paper discusses the recent challenges to human factors engineering due to the safety culture. Background: As incidents occurring in specific fields such as logistics, plant, energy and medical sectors in Korea, as well as in the public sectors including railway, road, aviation and shipping, are recently raised as social issues from the disaster dimension, those incidents are dealt with as man-made disasters in many cases. The trend regarding all accidents as man-made disasters has been expanded in the active perspective that the controllability of all incidents should be ensured in technology development, due to change from a fatal point of view regarding disasters as random occurrence of uncertainties in the past. Method: Man-made disasters are concluded as human errors, and safety culture stands out as a cause of human errors or a new cause item recently. Because safety culture, however, is a very comprehensive term, of which true nature is obscure, although many definitions of safety culture have been presented, the safety culture may make avoid the true nature and responsibility of an incident, or make the main player and subject obscure. Raising safety culture as a cause without presenting a specific countermeasure will be just a wisdom of hindsight. Results and Conclusion: This study reviews the fundamental discussions on "Is safety culture a task of human factors engineering?" and the existing approach carried out from various perspectives in order to seek an effective approach on the new task of safety culture in the human factors engineering field. This study discusses an engineering approach to meet a precondition that safety culture is not just an added factor through a review of the approaches in the proactive fields such as nuclear power and aviation, and the traditional approaches of human factors engineering. Application: This study especially defines the perspective of socio-technological system that has expanded the existing man-machine system, and discusses a systemic approach embracing various interactions, and several overriding tasks.

In this study, we introduce a multi-modal mixed reality (MR) application for advertising the main touristic landmarks on Jeju Island, and evaluate its effectiveness based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with a focus on the user's involvement in Korean culture (K-Culture). Specifically, we deployed several stimuli to enable users to retrieve information, visualize a variety of heritage content such as text, images, videos, virtual artifacts, and immerse in a VR environment to experience the heritage locations. The results of the online survey with 436 participants showed that for consumers with low K-Culture involvement, Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease-of-Use did not affect their Intention to Visit the island. Still, it had a significant impact on their Intention to Use the application. On the other hand, for the group with high K-Culture involvement, Perceived Usefulness had no effect on the Intention to Use and Intention to Visit. However, Perceived Ease-of-Use had a significant impact on their Intention to Use the application and Intention to Visit Jeju Island. Therefore, when user involvement in K-Culture is high, convenience of use has played a significant role in sensory media usage and the intention to visit, regardless of the usefulness of the mixed reality content. In contrast, users with low K-Culture involvement primarily focused on the functional aspects of the application. These findings open the path for follow-up studies on K-Culture involvement and immersive media tourism marketing, which will benefit digital tourism marketing and Korea's tourism industry.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of the floor classification and the main-living behavior, and the tendency of using furniture and space by surveying the situations of using An-bang space by apartment dwellers. An-bang is a factor that influences on the unit-plan organization, the whole spatial arrangements, and the spatial relation and size, and has the most severe friction between the tradition and western culture. Given seeing the results shown in the main-living behavior by floor type, that the rest and TV watching were shown to be high in terms of a free-standing type can be said that An-bang is more for the individual rest than far the purpose of family harmony. On the other hand, that the family courtesy was shown to be a little higher a sitting-down type, could be understood that the sitting-down style, which is a traditional living mode, is appearing in An-bang.

This study regards the evaluation for the main contents of the 'Library Development Plan(2003-2011)' promoted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for the library development plan in Korea. SMART evaluation method was introduced for the evaluation of vision, objective, core project of library development plan. Following result was acquired as a result of the study. First. as a result of SMART vision, objective, core projects and main business of library development plan was presented to be 3.05, 3.09, 3.15 and 3.12 respectively. Thus, in the evaluation for components of development Plan, it was excellent in core projects. Second, as a result of SMART, concreteness, measurability, achievability, relevance and time frame of library development plan was presented to be 3.09. 2.99. 3.12. 3.24 and 3.10 respectively. Thus, in the evaluation components of development plan. it was excellent in relevance but it has been found that supplementary measures should be taken on measurability. Third, 'culture-oriented room with knowledge and information' was found to be superior to the 'information library with up-to-date technology' in evaluation of the objective. Fourth, 'substantiality in user service with the supplement of library contents' was excellent in evaluation of core projects but there is some problem with 'activation of library function through training and supplement of professional manpower.' Fifth. 'Enhancement in library information service' was presented to be excellent in evaluation of main business but there was problem in 'reinforcement in function of library for each location and type,' 'partnership of public-private enterprises' and 'promotion for book culture of the public' thus it need to be revised and supplemented hereafter.
The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of error management culture and psychological capital on job satisfaction and organizational commitment from social workers. This study was focused on the relationship between error management culture, psychological capital and job satisfaction and organizational commitment, controlled organizational fairness. The data was collected from social workers in Seoul, Kyunggi areas using stratified sampling method. A total of 564 social workers and 89 human service organizations were finally used for multilevel analysis. The survey had conducted for 18 days, from October 27 to November 13 in 2009 by mail. The major finding of this study are as follows. First, interaction effect between error management culture and psychological capital was significant job satisfaction and organizational commitment in positive direction. Second, main effect of error management culture in human service organizations was positively significant job satisfaction and organizational commitment on social workers. So it was important to enhance the level of error management culture in order to increase the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Third, main effect of psychological capital on social workers was positively significant job satisfaction and organizational commitment. According to the results of this study, it was suggested the theoretical and practical implications for increasing and strengthen the error management culture and psychological capital.
The social responsibility of fashion companies has become a crucial factor considering company image and awareness. Businesses have thus increased their CSR activities. However, few studies have shown clear and consistent results regarding the effectiveness of CSR activities. Therefore, this study focuses on the evaluation of the direct effect of CSR on trust and corporate reputation including its moderation by consumer's perceived fit and motivation. A total of 284 completed questionnaires were obtained from adult consumers in the fashion market with promotional leaflets for CSR activities as stimuli. The results were as follows. First, the dimensions for CSR activities were categorized as follows: Social welfare responsibility, environment protection, economic responsibility, social regulation compliance, customer protection, and culture and arts support. Further social regulation compliance, and economic and social welfare responsibilities positively affected corporate trust and reputation. Second, the main effect of perceived CSR activities and fit on corporate trust and reputation was significant, and the interaction effects of the social welfare, environment protection, and culture and arts support of CSR activities and fit were significant. Finally, the interaction effect of perceived CSR activities and motivation on corporate trust and reputation was not significant, but the main effect was significant. Implications of how to manage and enhance the effectiveness of CSR activities are offered.
This study will introduce the foods recorded in Gyemiseo and disclose the substantive characteristics of traditional Korean food in the early stage of the Joseon Dynasty. Gyemiseo is a cook book manuscript written in the Chinese language that was rebound into book format at the end of the Joseon Dynasty in 1911, some 358 years after it was originally written in the $163^{rd}$ year of the Joseon Dynasty (1554) While the majority of cook books begin with recipes for various types of wines and liquor followed by those for fermented sauces, fermented vegetables (such as kimchi), vinegars and storage methods, etc., Gyemiseo begins with recipes for fermented sauces, followed by recipes for various kimchis, how to make vinegars, main meals, side dishes, rice cakes and confectionaries, with recipes for wines and liquor introduced last. Therefore, it can be assumed that the methods of brewing wines and liquors were additionally recorded for bookbinding. There are a total of 128 recipes recorded in Gyemiseo, including 13 for fermented sauces, 14 for kimchi, 11 for the main meal, 26 for side dishes, three storage methods, four for rice cakes and confectionaries, and 44 for wines and liquors. It is believed that contents of Gyemiseo will provide a foundation on which to pursue researches on the process of transition of cooking methods of traditional cuisines of Korea during the Joseon Dynasty.
