The experiment was carried out to study the influence of planting space and fertilizer application levels on some agronomic characters and yield in newly released semi-dwarf soybeans, Paldalbong and Dankyungkong. The number of branches per plant was not reduced by planting space from 60${\times}$10cm 30${\times}$15cm. These Semi-dwarf soybeans had good adaptability on high planting density. The number of pods per node on the main stem was different according to the planting space in Dankyungkong, but it was similar in Paldalkong except planting space 20${\times}$10cm. Regardless of planting densities and varieties, the number of grains per pod on upper node of the main stem was large. Coefficient of variation of pods and grains per node in the middle part of the main stem was small. The number of grains per plant was decreased in high planting density compared to low planting density, but the number of harvested plant per unit area was increased. Optimum planting space was 25${\times}$10cm in both varieties. The ability of nodulation was bigger in Dankyungkong than in Paldalkong.

Regarding the theme park business as an area of cultural content business, this study focuses on the trend of pursuing indoor theme parks as a small-scale small capital strategy escaped from the existing approach oriented to large-scale outdoor complex theme parks. It is because although existing large-scale outdoor complex theme parks require the capital with the scale of hundreds of billion won and also high-level technique and the latest operational know-how that they have a great barrier for new entry as well as enormous risk, the rent indoor theme parks succeed in market entry with efficient risk management and flexible market strategies. Thereupon, this study examines the current status of the children's indoor theme park market with Korean characters as their theme as a new market among the indoor theme parks and also investigates the market strategies of this market in the two aspects of expansion: the expansion of Korean characters' property value and the expansion of the local theme park market. For that, this article reviewed the advanced researches on theme parks and divided the types of theme parks existing in Korea with the criteria of classification by space and theme or classification by main users. Also, among the children's indoor theme parks with Korean characters as their theme, this study visited five ones located in the capital area to examine the current status. And about two located in the capital area and also four in the local area, the current data were received from the persons in charge of the companies for analysis. Also, with the subjects of spectators visiting the 'DIBO VILLAGE, Cheonggye-cheon' newly opened on April 25th, 2012, the research on satisfaction was conducted for analysis. Through that, this study analyzed the structure of the existing children's indoor theme park business with Korean characters as their theme and suggested the ground to analyze the effectiveness of market strategies being implemented. It is expected that this study will establish the clues of systematic and profound discussion for the indoor theme park business that can be said to be the niche market of the theme park business and allow the small-scale areal indoor theme parks to be examined as a significant business model for the local theme park industry. In the aspect of character business as well, it is expected that this will give a chance to establish a new model of spatial storytelling expansion in terms of the property value of Korean animation characters.

The purpose of this study is to make out a draft for the standard classification of the National Knowledge and Information Resources. As the result of the Study the standard classification system of the national knowledge and information resources, named "Knowledge Classification 'KC' is suggested. KC consists of 3 classification systems classification by subject, type of resources and type of media. The classification by subject has 12 main classes, and each main class has divisions. Main classes consist each of major discipline or group of related disciplines. The type of resources is classified by 10 types of content, likewise numbered 0-9, and the media of knowledge are classified by 8 types. likewise 0-7. In the Practice the notation always consists of 2 characters and 2 digits. The first character designate main class and the second character designate division. The first number designate the type of resources and the second number designate the type of media.

Neosiphonia is separated from the traditionally well known genus Polysiphonia (Rhodomelaceae, Rhodophyta) and 12 species includes in Korea. In this study, the vegetative and reproductive developments of two Neosiphonia species, N. decumbens (Segi) M.S. Kim et I.K. Lee and N. harlandii (Harvey) M.S. Kim et I.K. Lee, are reinvestigated. N. decumbens is diagnosed by following combination of the characters: plants 1-3 cm high, dwarf, decumbent, main axes indistinct, irregularly branched in dichotomous manner, and alternately or secundly ramified with wide angles above. N. harlandii is distinguished by the features: plants 4-8 cm high, usually solitary and saxicolous, erect, densely corticated at base of distinct main axes, rather irregularly alternate in branch, and with cicatrigenous branchlets developed numerously on every part of frond. The two species share typical characteristics of the genus Neosiphonia, such as a base attached by unicellular rhizoids, cut off by cross wall, pericentral cells in 4, trichoblasts moderately developed near the apex of branches, leaving persistent scar-cells, tetrasporangia arranged in a spiral series, procarps with 3-celled carpogonial branch, and spermatangial branches arising as a primary branch of trichoblast. Taxonomy of the two Neosiphonia in regard to Polysiphonia is discussed.

A school uniform has established it as youth culture and an important fashion cord which exposes adolescents themselves under the influence of TV and movies. Moreover as adolescents use TV and radio ads and Internet as a main source to purchase a school uniform, their effect on adolescents' school uniform fashion increasingly grows. The purpose of this study is to analyze design characteristics and chronological changes of school uniform design of high school girls and provide basic materials to develop school uniform design and predict adolescents' fashion trend. The scope and subjects of the study were limited to TV drama and movies which were shown from 1996 to 2010 and had high school students as their main characters based on youth culture. The analysis materials were photos of 50 school uniforms collected from TV soap opera, movies, web sites, DVDs, and Internet. First, the changes of a school uniform, the mass media and youth culture, and a school uniform in the mass media were reviewed through previous researches and literature review. Then, a form, color, and materials were classified to analyze the Dsign Characteristic. Finally, the changes were examined chronologically.

The objective of the study is to propose to the strategy to make korean main ports to international logistics center in Northeast Asia. so this study's construction is constructed four steps. First, analysis the environment of economy, business and logistics industry in Northeast Asia. Second, analysis the constructions and characters of Free Zone Act. Third, analysis of Korean Government's policy about Free Zone. Forth, propose the growing strategy of Free Zone. In 1999 Northeast Asia was adopted in Korea, which will facilitate the process and strengthen the international logistics capability as a international logistics hub in Northeast Asia. But only adoption in the point of law is not enough to growing korean main seaport and airport to a international logistics hub. so various strategies are needed. In this study, we propose the growing strategies that are to establish and manage the free zone of ports and its hinterland are: the establishment of a long-term vision of international logistics complexes, the improvement of the proximity to markets/customers by way of linkage of global networks, the activation of the industrial complex in hinterland, the development of the skilled labor and the labor climate, the cooperation between governmental bodies and government/provincial bodies, continuous development of logistics infrastructure and so on.

As business of steel consuming industries is freshly booming in domestic and foreign countries especially in China, the price of steel plates comes to very high compare with the other materials. The HR Plates made from hot rolled coils is lower steel plates in price. In this study, material characteristics of HR Plates is investigated and availabilities of HR Plates for steel bridges as sub member or a main member is discussed. No difference between steel plates and HR Plates with thickness up to 22mm is found in most characters such as cutting operation, fabrication and even welding. As sub member in steel box girders, the application ratio and the loss ratio of HR Plate is investigated as about $10{\sim}15%$, average $10{\sim}15%$ respectively.

The analysis of exotic style in domestic fashion brand items aims to offer the ideas necessary for the style and item developments and to analyze exotic images and styles accepted in domestic fashion market. Therefore this study analyzed the domestic fashion brand items and categorized the main exotic factors and styles so that would catch on to its characters and appearance frequency. As for the research method of this study, the frequency and content multi-dimensional analysis were used in the investigation of the exotic images appearing in the domestic fashion brands. The styles of exotic image in domestic fashion brand items are 'natural' style, 'primitive' style, 'ethnic' style, and 'maximalism' style. Also, the main exotic factors in each exotic style were composed of a few exotic images such as 'natural', 'primitive', 'ethnic', 'romantic', 'elegance', 'splendid', 'seductive', 'retro', 'traditional', 'classical', 'bohemian', 'vintage', 'kidult', 'artistic', 'extreme compromise', and 'modern'.

The HR Plates made hot rolled coils is lower than general structural steel plates in price. No difference between general steel plates and HR Plates with thickness up to 22mm are found in most characters such as cutting operation, fabrication and even welding. It can be concluded that HR Plates with thickness up to 22mm can be applied to flanges and webs of any girders as well as longitudinal ribs, longitudinal and vertical stiffeners of steel bridges appropriately. To increase the demand of HR Plates with thickness up to 22mm, it is necessary that HR Plates is applicable to full member in steel bridge including main girder.In this study, availabilities of the narrow steel box girder of light railway transit with HR Plate width as a main member are discussed. For application of HR Plate to steel bridge with 50m span or more, new support systems in three types are presented. Computational analysis is performed in 15 bridge models of light railway transit with beam element and plate element. As a analysis results, three models in light railway transit are presented. We finally come to the conclusion that HR Plates can be apply to narrow steel box girder in the light railway transit.

21st century has different characters from 20th century which was an era of machine and rationality based on the industrial revolution. With the advent of the digital revolution, it became an era of pluralism, culture, and emotion. The digital technology made it possible to connect the whole world together in real time and brought about the entirely new notion of time and space. It also dramatically altered the world view. Now we have a different set of social and cultural values from the past. This paper researched the influences of these social and cultural changes on public designs. The leading trends of public designs were analyzed and the successful cases were studied. The main research methodologies were the document review and the instrumental case study. The major social & cultural paradigms of a present era were classified as 'pluralism', 'digital & information revolution', 'human-centered value (against machine-centered value of 20th century)', and 'organic world view'. Each of the classified paradigms was analyzed more to find out the influences on the various trends of public designs. 'Pluralism' has influence on 'experiential public design', 'community art', and 'public design of local values'. 'Digital & information revolution' has influence on 'content-centered public design', 'smart public design', 'immaterial public design', and 'performance in public design'. 'Human-centered value' has influence on 'universal design approach in public design', and 'emotional public design'. 'Organic world view' has influence on 'sustainable public design', and 'ecological public design'.
