축류형 인공심장의 자기베어링 제어를 위한 와전류 센서 시스템 개발 (A Development of Eddy Current Sensor System for An Axial-flow type Blood Pump with The Magnetic Bearing)

  • The axial-flow type blood pump(XVAD) which has been developed in our group consists of mechanical parts (an impeller, a diffuser and a flow straightener) and electrical parts (a motor and a magnetic bearing). The magnetic bearing system fully levitates the impeller to remove mechanical coupling with other parts of the pump with constant gap, which needs non-contact type gap sensing. Conventional gap sensors are too large to be adopted to the implantable axial -flow type blood pump. Thus, in this paper, the compact eddy current type gap sensor system proper for the implantable axial-flow type blood pump was developed and its performance was evaluated in vitro. The developed eddy current type gap sensor system is a transformer type and has a differential probe. Sensor coil(probe) has small dimensions(6 mm diameter, 2 mm thickness) and its optimal inductance was determined as 0.068 mH for the measurement range of $0\sim3mm$. It could be manufactured with 130 turns of the 0.04 mm diameter copper coil. The characteristics of the developed eddy current type gap sensor system was evaluated by in vitro experiment. At experiment, it showed satis(actory performance to apply to the magnetic bearing system of the XVAD. It could measure the gap up to 3mm, but the linearity was decreased at the range of $1.8\sim3.0mm$. Moreover, it showed no difference in different media such as the water and the blood at the temperature range of $35\sim40^{\circ}C$.

자기예압 공기베어링 스테이지의 3 자유도 운동오차 측정 및 능동 보정 (Measurement and Active Compensation for 3-DOF Motion Errors of an Air Bearing Stage with Magnetic Preloads)

  • This paper presents a linear air bearing stage with compensated motion errors by active control of preloads generated by magnetic actuators with combination of permanent and electromagnets. A 1-axis linear stage motorized with a linear motor with 240mm of travel range is built for verifying this design concept and tested its performances. The three motions of the table are controlled with four magnetic actuators driven by current amplifiers and a DSP based digital controller. Three motion errors were measured combined method with laser interferometer and two-probe method with $0.085{\mu}m$ of repeatability for straightness error. The measured motion errors were modeled as functions of the stage position, and compensation were carried out with feedforward control because the characteristics of the motion control with magnetic actuators are linear and independent for each degree-of-freedoms. As the results, the errors were reduced from $1.09{\mu}m$ to $0.11{\mu}m$ for the vertical motion, from 9.42 sec to 0.18 sec for the pitch motion and from 2.42 sec to 0.18 sec for roll motion.

전기비저항을 이용한 금속합금 열화도 평가기술 (Evaluation Technology of Degradation of Metallic Alloy using Electrical Resistivity)

  • 재료의 노화에 의한 강도 및 인성 감소치를 정량적으로 평가하는 비파괴적 기법의 개발이 시도되고 있으며 전기비저항법도 그 중의 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 전기비저항법의 열화도 평가에의 적용성을 살펴보기 위해 먼저 6종 10 가지의 비자성 금속을 측정시료로 선택하여 직류 two-point probe법(혹은 2탐침법)으로 전기비저항을 계산한 결과와 비접촉식 와전류 방법으로 전기비저항을 측정한 결과를 서로 비교하였다. 또한, 1Cr-1Mo-0.25V강에 대하여 비파괴적 측정 방법인 four-point probe 방법(혹은 4탐침법)을 사용하여 얻은 결과와 기존의 2탐침법을 사용하여 얻은 결과를 서로 비교하여 현장에서의 4탐침 기술의 적용 가능성을 살펴보았다. 1Cr-1Mo-0.25V강에 대하여 2탐침법으로 구한 비저항 값과 4탐침법으로 구한 비저항 측정값의 차이는 0.6%였다. 따라서 4탐침법을 사용하여 현장에서 금속소재의 열화도의 비파괴적 평가가 가능하다고 사료된다.

Calculation of the Reactance for a Magnetic Phase Created in a Steam Generator Tube Material

  • A magnetic phase is partly produced in a steam generator tube due to stress and heat, because steam generator tubes are exposed to high temperature, high pressure and radioactivity conditions. This adversely affects the safety of steam generator tubes. However, it is difficult to detect it using conventional eddy current methods. Therefore, a new type of probe is needed to separate the signals from the defects and magnetic phases. In this study, a new U-type yoke, which contained two types of coils, a magnetizing coil and detecting coil, was designed. In addition, the signal induced by the magnetic phase and defect in an Inconel 600 plate were simulated.

Co-22%Cr 자성합금박막에서 박막두계에 따른 자기미세구조 변화 (The change of magnetic microstructure with Co-22%Cr film thicknesses)

  • We investigated compositional separation of Co-23%Cr magnetic alloy thin films with varying film thicknesses. Saturation magnetization and magnetic microstructures were investigated using vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and scanning probe microscope (SPM), respectively. Saturation magnetization was as 700 emu/cc for films below 50 nm-thick, and changed to 430 emu/cc for the ones above 2000 nm-thick. This may be due to increment of molar volume of Cr-enriched phase as film thickness increases. The surface grain size in AFM (atomic force microscope) measurement becomes larger as film thickness increases. The MFM (magnetic force microscope) reveals that magnetic microstructure is changed from the fine spherical domains to the maze type domains as film thickness increases. We conclude that employing thickness of Co-22%Cr films below 50 nm is favorable for high density recording in order to enhance perpendicular saturation magnetization and SNR (signal to noise ratio).

  • In this paper, we make the fast probe driving circuit system which can complete the measurement of parameters in Magnetoplasma before the plasma changes. In additon, we find that when magnetic field is inclosed, probe characteristics shows a negative characteristics.

  • It is as result that study to apply mini magnet nerve curer in peripheral nervous system disease treatment. Specially, through a special quality experiment, saved Damping pulse torn and treatment pulse form etc. variously. Lately, embodied this to aid a little in disease treatment that follow that there is no invasion that there is no stimulation by medicine development. Go amplitude treatment pulse (traditional magneto-therapy of greatly great that strong) does curative effect greatest at short time and becomes thought that demand is magnified greatly at the future in this research.

  • 현재 한빛 플라즈마에서 운영되고 있는 전자기 진단장치는 정전탐침, 자장탐침 및 반자성루프 둥이 있다. 정전탐침은 고정식, 이동식, 고속주사방식 세 종류의 진단장치가 개발되어 실험에 이용되어 왔는데 비교적 쉽게 많은 종류의 probe와 다양한 probe tip을 구성할 수 있기 때문에 한빛 장치에서 axial 및 azimuthal 방향으로 전자 온도/밀도 및 그들의 분포를 측정하고 있다. 단일탐침에서 사용되던 RF 보상기술을 삼중탐침에서도 적용시켜 RF 보상 삼중탐침을 개발하였다. 기존의 삼중탐침의 경우에는 DC에 대해서는 높은 임피던스로 외부에 부유되어 있지만 RF의 경우에는 외부와 부유되지 않고 낮음 임피던스로 연결되어있는 경우가 많았다. 하지만 RF보상 삼중탐침의 경우에는 RF의 경우에도 충분히 큰 임피던스로 부유되어 있다. 따라서 보다 왜곡되지 않은 측정을 할 수 있다. RF보상 삼중탐침을 이용하여 한빛 Mirror 플라즈마에서 axial 방향으로 Plasma 변수들의 변화를 관찰하면서 기존의 탐침에서 볼 수 얼던 여러 특성을 관찰할 수 있었다.

  • Low temperature diagnosis was performed as a probe for the integrity of MTJ(Magnetic tunnel junction) process which is optimised for the given plasma oxidation condition. TMR ratio increased slowly with decreasing temperature than that expected from spin wave exitation theory〔1〕. Junction resistance (RJ) does not follow T$\^$-$\frac{1}{2}$/ law below 200 K, indicating another conduction path besides spin polarized tunneling is involved at low temperature. Temperature dependence of conductance dip and bias dependence of TMR with temperature are discussed, from which the quality of tunnel barrier and its formation process can be inferred.

  • 증기발생기 전열관에 생성되는 투자율변화에 의해 야기되는 신호왜곡 문제를 해결하기 위한 새로운 탐촉자를 개발하였다. 고리 1 호기 폐전열관에 생성된 자성상을 분리하여 자기이력곡선을 측정하였으며, 자성상이 생성되는 원인을 규명하기 위하여 고온 인장 시험을 수행하였다. 전산모사를 이용하여 탐촉자의 자정상 탐지조건을 결정하였으며, 디지털 신호전송을 위하여 신호처리용 전자회로를 소형화하여 탐촉자 속에 삽입하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 신형 탐촉자를 이용하여 PVC 신호와 니켈 슬리빙 부위의 결함을 측정하였다. 신형 탐촉자는 보빈 탐촉자와 같이 고속으로 결함을 측정 할 수 있으며, 증기발생기 전열관의 탐상속도와 결함 탐지의 신뢰성을 증진시킬 수 있다.
