국내(國內) 유아복(幼兒服) 브랜드 상품기획(商品企劃) 실태조사(實態調査) 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Merchandising Conditions for Local Infants' Wear Brands)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide for the basic data useful to designing a scientific and systematic merchandising program for infants' wear brands. For this purpose, designer and MD working for 8 local infants' wear brands were surveyed to analyze the conditions of their designing and merchandising of infants' wears. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. Only 3 brands employed MD for their merchandising departments. The average number of clothing designers employed by the subject brands was 3-5, while that of colorists was 1-2, and that of accessory designers was 2-3. On the other hand, the average number of patternmakers employed was about 1, while that of sewer was 4. 2. Many of the sample infants' wear brands tended to collect and analyze the information for merchandising, while most of them relied less on outside planned data. The information source upon which they relied most was 'local and foreign fashion magazine', followed by 'data surveyed by local and foreign department stores' and 'data surveyed for local fabric markets' in their order. Meanwhile, the main color represented 70-90% of the total colors, while the pastel groups accounted for 30-40% and vivid color groups for 40-50%. On the other hand, knit accounted for about 60% of their materials, while woven and sweater accounted for 30% and 10%, respectively. 3. In overall terms, most of brands felt that their brands were preferred as much as or less than their competitive brands, while consumers felt expensive for infants' wears. Namely, most consumers were dissatisfied with the price levels of infants' wears. On the other hand, consumers were found to favor the pastel color groups a little more, while being aware of each brand's sizes more or less precisely. 4. The medium upon which the infants' wear brands depended most for their advertisement was 'magazine', followed by 'radio' and 'catalogue' in their order. Most of them were analyzing the results of their sale turnover monthly or frequently in order to review their sales performances in comparison with their competitors. Most of brands bothered to program a sale strategy 4 times a year, primarily to dispose the stocks or find a breakthrough for their sales activities.

여성잡지광고에 나타난 소비가치의 변화와 광고소구방법 및 문장표현방법 분석연구 - 1955~2008년 여성잡지광고내용 분석을 중심으로 - (A Study of Changes in Consumption Values Shown in Women's Magazines - Focus on Advertisement Content in Women's Magazines from 1955 to 2008 -)

  • This study details the history and characteristics of consumption values, text style analyses, and appeal types expressed in magazine commercials from 1955 to 2008. This study analyzes the level of the social structure of commercial expression for each period. Consumption values based on the categories of consumption values by Sheth (1991) were classified through a total commercials analysis. Analyses on closing types of sentences, types of sentences, and rhetorical figures were executed focusing on headline text and text style. Appealing types were composed of rational, emotional, and ethical appeals. For analysis, the crosstab analysis and chi-square test of SPSS are used. The results are as follow. Seven values were constructed, functional value, social value, emotional value, conditional value, epistemic value, fashionable value, and indistinct value. The ratio of emotional value was the highest and functional value, epistemic value conditional value, fashionable value, social value, and indistinct value followed. The emotional value social value, conditional value, fashionable value, and epistemic value that focused on the emotion of consumers increased, while the functional value decreased. Sentences that use narrative styles, hyperboles, and metaphors that increased the interest of readers were dominantly used in the headline texts. For sentence expression, a declarative sentence in a sentence type, exciting curiosity in the expression method where hyperbole and figures of speech in rhetorical expressions are used most often. Emotional appeal was used almost twice more than the reasonable appeal for appeal types of the total commercial. The lower level of reasonable appeal is information that provides the product function. Interest and expression (such as pleasure and achievement) were used most often for emotional appeal. These results show that the most important issue is the emotional value in consumption in understanding the consumer. Marketing managers should also be aware of the functional value as well as an emotional value.

IMC 관점에서 국내 TV광고의 내용분석 -제품유형별 차이를 중심으로- (Comparing the Application of IMC in Korean Television Advertising across Product Type)

  • 본 연구는 광고차원에서 국내 TV광고에 사용된 IMC 정도를 파악하고, 제품유형에 따라 어떠한 차이를 보이는지 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 Nowak와 Phelps(1994)의 IMC 모델을 채택하여 총 411편의 TV광고를 내용 분석한 결과, 통합광고의 비중은 44.6%(183편)로 인쇄매체 광고를 대상으로 한 기존연구의 결과에 비해 낮게 나타났다. 제품유형에 따른 차이에서는 서비스광고(56.8%)가 상품광고(44.2%)에 비해 약간 높게 나타났다. 이는 국내 기존의 연구에서 상품광고가 서비스광고에 비해 통합의 정도가 높다는 결과와는 다소 차이가 있으나 해외 선행연구를 지지하는 것이다. 나아가 제품유형에서 통합의 유형은 이미지지향의 브랜드광고와 행동지향의 직접반응 수단을 채택하고 있는 가장 낮은 차원이었다. 본 차원에서는 서비스광고(92.2%)가 제품광고(88.9%)에 비해 약간 높게 나타났으나, 한 단계 더 높은 차원의 통합유형에서는 제품광고(11.1%)가 서비스광고(7.8%)보다 약간 높게 나타났다. 주로 사용된 커뮤니케이션 수단은 브랜드광고와 직접반응, 판매촉진의 순으로 나타났다. TV매체의 제품광고 내 PR 수단은 거의 사용되고 있지 않았다. 또 통합의 가장 높은 차원인 4개의 커뮤니케이션 수단이 동시에 사용된 광고는 전무했다. 이러한 결과는 광고주에게 현재 자사 TV광고에 나타난 IMC 차원을 확대하기 위한 또 다른 가능성을 제시하고 있을 뿐 아니라, 자사 광고에 보다 다양한 커뮤니케이션 수단의 도입가능성과 광고의 혼잡도를 극복할 수 있는 차별화된 TV광고 제작에 유용하게 사용될 것으로 기대된다.

중학생들의 식생활 정보 Internet Site 이용 현황 (Current Tendency of Middle School Students to Get the Food and Nutrition Information from the Internet Web Site)

  • 청소년에게 필요한 식생활 정보인터넷사이트 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 얻고자 식생활 정보 이용 현황에 대해 전국의 중학생 네티즌을 대상으로 웹 서베이를 하였다 중학생들은 숙제를 위해 또는 궁금한 것들을 알기 위하여 인터넷 정보를 찾으며, 식생활 정보 가운데는 요리 방법과 세계의 요리 탐방 등을 인터넷을 통해 얻고싶어 하였으며, 식사의 열량과 다이어트 및 음식들에 대한 토막 상식 등의 정보도 필요로 하였다. 응답자의 40%가 인터넷으로부터 식생활 정보를 얻은 경험이 있었으며, 특히 여학생의 이용 경험이 높았다 식생활정보는 요리사가 만든 전문사이트가 가장 높은 정보의 원천이었으나 학습사이트나 월간지 사이트 등의 토막 상식란 등에서도 정보를 얻고 있었고 주로 요리방법 을 알기 위해 또는 단순한 호기심 때문에 식생활 정보를 검색하였다고 하였다 그러나 검색하였을 때 필요한 정보가 없거나 광고가 너무 많고 내용이 너무 어려우며, 사이트 개설자의 상품이나 내용에 너무 치중된 내용이 단점이라고 하였다. 식생활 정보검색을 한번도 하지 않았던 학생들은 식생활에 대한 관심이 없거나 숙제가 없어서 방문하지 않았다고 답하였다. 따라서 청소년을 위하여 식생활 정보를 인터넷을 통해 제공하고자 할 때 전문 사이트를 새로 개발하는 것도 좋은 방법이나, 청소년들은 아직 건강 문제에 대한관심이 성인과 같이 높지 않으므로 학습 사이트 또는 청소년이 자주 방문하는 다른 사이트 등과 연계하여 관련 정보를 알기 쉽게 제공하는 것도 청소년에게 올바른 식생활지식을 접할 수 있는 기회를 많이 줄 수 있는 방안으로 생각된다. 또한 정보의 내용은 단순한 영양소나 칼로리 및 질병에 대한 학문적 상식에 국한되지 않고 실생활에의 적용측면에서 청소년들의 관심을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 다양한 정보로 형성되어야 하겠다.

임부교실 운영효과 분석을 위한 일 연구 (A study on analyzing effectiveness of childbirth education)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data regarding effective learning opportunities in childbirth education classes. Also analysis of the data indicates the optimum conditions for the welfare and improvements in the promotion of health in childbearing mothers. The results of this study are as follows; 1) The average age of the subjects in this study was 30.6 years and the total number of subjects was 58 pregnant women. The average number of children was one and 84.5% of the subjects were unemployed even though 63.8% of them held over bachelor's degrees. It was found that 22.4% of the subjects were living in an extended family. Also 61.5% of them were living with parents-in-law. The number of pregnancies were calssified as one, two, or three to nine times with the percentages of 58.7%, 22.4% and 18.9%, respectively. Further, 72.4% of the subjects had no abortion experience and 15.5% had one aborion experience. While 89.7% of the subjects planned to feed their babies with breastmilk, mixed feeding were used by only 22.4% of the sample. These data were collected at about 6 months after delivery. Thus one can see that a low rate of breastfeeding was common. 2) The length of one period of childbirth education is four weeks. It was found that 36.2% of the subjects participated in childbirth education only once, where as 13.8% participated four times and 19% of the subjects participated in this class more than four times. pregnant at least once. Further, 75.9% of the participants were participated in this education through their own will. Their motivation for participation developed through information, advertisement and posters which contained information on childbirth education. Those with unplanned pregnancies 92.9% participated after a suggestion by the nurses. The number of participants in terms of percentage according to the childbirth education contents can be classified as following. The most active participation was shown in preparation of delivery(77.6%), postpartrm management(56.9%) fetal development(37.6%) and physiology of pregnancy(17.2%). It was found that 75.9% of the subjects were willing to participate again if they were given a chance. The reason can be summarized as following: The content of the education is very helpful(47.7%). Scientific knowledge can be obtained through this program(20.5%). Participation helps in achieving psychological stability(9.1%). Participation enables one to establish a friendly relationship with other participants(6.8%) of the sample. 24.1% of the participants did not want to participate again. The reasons can be as following: They do not want another baby(42.9%). The first paricipation in childbirth education gave enough knowledge about childbirth(21.4%). Another reason for not want to participate again was because they had a cesarean birth(14.3%). Only 7.1% of them responded with a negative view. A response that they do not need childbirth education after their operation can be traced back to the general belief that childbirth education is the place where one prepares for natural birth through the Lamaze breathing technique. Of the subjects, 91.4% suggested that this program could be recommended to other childbearing mothers, because this program gave educational content along with psychological stability for childbearing women. Of the subjects 41.4% did not see any efforts towards the welfare of the baby, where as 88.2% did. Among the subjects 58.6% made some effort to eliminate the discomfort of labor by breathing and imagination and breathing and walking. Further 41.7% of the 24 subjects did not do anything toward the welfare of the baby, because they did have a cesarean section so that they didn't have a chance even though they had been educated about childbirth. Also 33.3% of the subjects did not do anything toward the welfare of the baby, because they lacked a willingness. After leaving the hospital, only 75.9% of the subjects did some exercises. The subjects who tried participate this program with their husband accounted for 20.7% of the sample. Interviewing with the subjects solved some of the uneasiness and. fear of delivery, increased self-confidence in parenting and active coping in the delivery process.
