LMS를 활용한 온라인 강의 환경에서 예비교사의 학습행태와 성취도의 상관관계 (The Relationship between Learning Behavior and Academic Achievements of Pre-service Teachers in Online Learning Using LMS)

  • 본 연구는 COVID-19 팬데믹 상황에서 LMS로써 MS Teams를 도입하여 온라인 강의를 진행하는 과정에서 나타난 예비교사의 학습행태와 학업성취도 간의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. MS Teams와 연동된 MS Insights가 제공하는 MS Teams 방문일수, 과제 제출 기한 엄수, 소통에 대한 변인을 중심으로 수강성적과의 상관관계 및 매개효과를 알아보았다. 학습행태 변인과 학업성취도 간 피어슨 상관관계 분석의 결과, 예비교사의 학업성취도는 MS Teams 방문 일수 및 온라인 과제 제출 기한의 엄수와 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. MS Teams내 질문, 게시글, 답변 작성 빈도와 학업성취도 간의 관련성은 유의한 상관이 없었다. MS Teams의 학습행태 변인들이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에 대한 다중회귀분석 결과, 과제 제출 기한의 관리 변인에 있어서 학업성취도를 설명할 수 있었다.

화상회의 플랫폼 서비스의 사용자 경험 연구 -줌, MS 팀즈를 중심으로- (A study on video conferencing program user experience -Focused on Zoom and MS Teams-)

  • 본 연구는 비대면 시대의 주요 화상회의 플랫폼의 사용자 경험 요소를 측정하여 비대면 커뮤니케이션 플랫폼 서비스를 제고하기 위한 방안을 제시하는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구 방법으로는 국내에서 사용이 많은 줌과 MS 팀즈의 플랫폼을 선정하고, 사용 경험이 없는 피험자 8명에게 사용자 경험의 영향을 주는 요인을 태스크와 씽크얼라우드를 병행하여 수행 평가를 진행하였고, 피터 모빌의 허니콤 모형 7가지를 재구성하여 각 항문 별 설문조사, 심층 인터뷰를 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 줌은 유용성, 사용성, 접근성, 검색성이 높으며 MS 팀즈는 매력성이 우수하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 화상회의 플랫폼 서비스의 가이드라인 제공과 인터페이스의 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 화상회의의 사용성이 개선되고, 다양한 관련 연구가 후속 연구로 진행될 것을 기대한다.

Methodology for Computer Security Incident Response Teams into IoT Strategy

  • At present, the Colombian government shares information on threats or vulnerabilities in the area of cybersecurity and cyberdefense, from other government agencies or departments, on an ad-hoc basis but not in real time, with the surveillance entities of the Government of the Republic of Colombia such as the Joint Command of Cybernetic Operations (CCOCI) and the Cybernetic Emergencies Response Team of Colombia (ColCERT). This research presents the MS-CSIRT (Management System Computer Security Incident Response Teams) methodology, that is used to unify the guidelines of a CSIRT towards a joint communication command in cybersecurity for the surveillance of Information Technology (IT), Technological Operations (TO), Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) or Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures. This methodology evaluates the level of maturity, by means of a roadmap, to establish a CSIRT as a reference framework for government entities and as a guide for the areas of information security, IT and TO to strengthen the growth of the industry 4.0. This allows the organizations to draw a line of cybersecurity policy with scope, objectives, controls, metrics, procedures and use cases for the correct coordination between ColCERT and CCOCI, as support entities in cybersecurity, and the different companies (ICS, IoT, gas and energy, mining, maritime, agro-industrial, among others) or government agencies that use this methodology.

3D Motion Capture based Physical Fitness using Full Body Tracking Suit

  • This paper presents an approach to exercise that utilizes motion capture through the Rokoko Smart Suit. With the emergence of Covid-19, physical fitness levels have declined due to restrictions on in-person fitness classes and gym closures. To maintain physical activity, many individuals have turned to mobile applications and streaming videos. However, home workouts often lack the motivation and experience found in gyms, classes, or community centers, particularly with the presence of coaches and instructors. Additionally, instructors find it challenging to convey precise postures to their online students, and vice versa. To address this issue, the researchers propose the use of a full-body tracking suit like the Rokoko Smart Suit, which enables instructors to present a more realistic approach to physical activity. The Rokoko Smart Suit offers a 3D view of the instructor, eliminating the limitations of camera scope when streaming on platforms like Zoom or MS Teams. This technology enhances the at-home workout experience, and the incorporation of 3D virtual reality features can further elevate the realism of a workout.

A Study on Factors Affecting Learner Satisfaction in Real-time Distance Video Lecture

  • COVID-19 대유행이 전 세계로 확산됨에 따라 실시간 원격 화상 강의가 진행되면서 학습자만족 요인이 중요해졌다. 본 연구는 실시간 원격 화상강의의 학습자만족에 영향을 미치는 5개요인(시스템 요인, 콘텐츠 품질, 상호작용, 자기주도성, 학습동기)을 검증하였다. 수도권과 충청권 대학생의 유효 설문지 160개를 대상으로 구조적 방정식 모델을 분석한 결과 2개요인(시스템 요인, 콘텐츠 품질)을 제외한 3개요인(상호작용, 자기주도성, 학습동기)이 학습자만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 대학은 실시간 원격 화상 강의 만족도 모델 개발과 평가를 통해 학습자만족을 지속적으로 높여야 한다.

비대면 교육 환경에서 온라인 협업 툴 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting Intention to Use Online Collaboration Tools for the Non-Face-to-Face Educational Environment)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the factors affecting the intention to use online collaboration tools for non-face-to-face educational environment in the perspective of the learners. Methods: For empirical analysis, the survey of this study was administered with data that were limited to experienced learners using online collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Allo, Padlet, and Slido in online education environments such as Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, etc. and valid 400 data were analyzed by SPSS(ver 22.0) and R(ver 4.1.0) program package. Results: The results of empirical analysis showed that performance expectancy were found to have an effect on reliability of system quality, empathy of service quality, playfulness and informativity of content quality among the characteristics of online collaboration tools. On the other hand, it was found that the security of system quality, responsiveness of service quality, and extroversion of user personality characteristics did not affect. It was analyzed that playfulness had the greatest positive effect, followed by informativity, empathy, and reliability. Among the characteristics of online collaboration tools, it was found that the reliability and security of system quality and informativity of content quality had an effect on the effort expectancy. It was analyzed that informativity has the greatest influence, followed by security and reliability. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in that it examines the perspectives of users and learners, who can be said to be the end customers of online collaboration tools. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that not only platform operators that provide online collaborative tools, but also providers that use online collaboration tools will have a significant impact on the development of edutech and infrastructure in the educational environment.
