효소보충치료(ERT)를 받고 있는 뮤코다당증 환자의 경험 (Experience of Patients with Mucopolysaccharide Receiving Enzyme Replacement Therapy)

  • 본 연구는 효소보충치료(ERT)를 받고 있는 뮤코다당증 환자들의 경험을 파악하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 연구는 질적 연구방법을 적용하였고, 효소보충치료를 받고 있는 7명의 뮤코다당증 성인환자를 대상으로. 2018년 7월 1일부터 2018년 7월 22일까지 심층 인터뷰를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 개별 면담 자료는 필사하여 귀납적 내용 분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 효소보충치료를 받고 있는 뮤코다당증 환자의 경험은 최종 4개의 범주(효소보충치료를 통한 신체·심리적 변화, 효소보충치료라는 계속되는 터널, 치료에 대한 현실 받아들이기, 조심스러운 희망)와 15개의 하위범주로 도출되었다. 따라서, 의사 및 간호사는 효소보충치료를 받고 있는 뮤코다당증 환자의 이러한 경험을 고려하여 돌봄을 제공해야 할 것이고, 정부 또한 뮤코다당증 환자의 신체적 증상 뿐 아니라 효소보충치료로 인한 어려움을 고려한 실질적인 정책을 마련할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 희귀질환인 뮤코다당증 환자의 경험을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

  • A particle method recognized as one of gridless methods has been developed to investigate incompressible viscous flaw. The method is more feasible and effective than conventional grid methods for solving the flaw field with complicated boundary shapes or multiple bodies. The method is consists of particle interaction models representing pressure gradient, diffusion, incompressibility and the boundary conditions. In the present study, the models in case of various simulation condition were checked with the analytic solution, and applied to the two-dimensional Poiseuille flow in order to validate the developed method.

채널 간 위상차 파라미터 생략 기법을 이용한 오디오 부호화 (An Audio Coding Technique Employing the Inter-channel Phase Difference Skip)

  • 본 논문에서는 음성/음악 통합 압축 기술(USAC)에 적용된 공간 오디오 부호화 기법인 MPEG 서라운드에서 채널 간 위상차(IPD) 파라미터를 효과적으로 생략하는 기법에 대해 다룬다. 기존의 방법에서는 파라미터 밴드의 IPD 파라미터가 모두 작은 경우에도 전체를 처리하여 전송한다. 이러한 경우 생략을 통해 비트 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다. IPD 파라미터의 심리음향적 민감도를 고려하여 청취 환경에서 인지하지 못하는 문턱 값을 추정하고, 문턱 값 아래의 위상차를 발생시키는 IPD 파라미터는 0으로 설정하고 전송하지 않는다. 제안하는 채널 간 위상차 파라미터 생략 기법을 적용하면 기존에 비해 38% 정도의 위상 파라미터 절감 효과를 얻을 수 있고, MUSHRA 청취 실험을 통해 복호화된 오디오의 음질 하락이 없음을 보인다.

The method is more feasible and effective than convectional grid methods in order to solve the flow field with complicated boundary shapes. In the present study, breaking waves with a floating body are simulated to investigate fluid-structure interactions in the coastal zone.

  • Capacity planning plays an important role not only for master production plan but also for facility or layout design in shipbuilding. Product work breakdown structure, attributes of production resources, and production method or process data are associated in order to make the discrete event simulation model of shipyard layout plan. The production amount of each process and the process time is assumed to be stochastic. Based on the stochastic discrete event simulation model, the production capacity of each facility in shipyard is estimated. The stochastic model of product arrival time, process time and transferring time is introduced for each process. Also, the production capacity is estimated for the assumed master production schedule.

  • In this paper, we design a segment training based individual channel estimation (STICE) scheme for the classical two-way relay network (TWRN) with multi-pair sources (MPS) and amplify-and-forward (AF). We adopt the linear minimum mean square error (LMMSE) channel estimator to minimize the mean square error (MSE) without channel estimation error, where the optimal power allocation strategy from the relay for different sources is obtained. Then the MSE gains are given with different source pairs among the proposed power allocation scheme and the existing power allocation schemes. Numerical results show that the proposed method outperforms the existing ones.

  • This research involves the development and evaluation of a work flow control model for a type of flexible manufacturing system(FMS) called a flexible flow line(FFL). The control model can be considered as a kind of hybrid intelligent model in that it utilizes both computer simulation and neural network technique. Training data sets were obtained using computer simulation of typical FFL states. And these data sets were used to train the neural network model. The model can easily incorporate particular aspects of a specific FFL such as limited buffer capacity and dispatching rules used. It also dynamically adapts to system uncertainty caused by such factors as machine breakdowns. Performance of the control model is shown to be superior to the random releasing method and the Minimal Part Set(MPS) heuristic in terms of machine utilization and work-in-process inventory level.

  • Generally MPS, standardized by IBM, is the input type of large scale linear programming problems, and there may be unnecessary variables or constraints. These can be discarded by preprocessing. As the size of a problem is reduced by preprocessing, the running time is reduced. And more, the infeasibility of a problem may be detected before using solution methods. When the preprocessing implemented by this paper is used in NETLIB problems, it removes unnecessary variables and constraints by 21%, 15%, respectively. The use of preprocessing gives in the average 21% reduction in running time by applying the interior point method. Preprocessing can detect 10 out of 30 infeasible NETLIB problems.

  • For a robotic workcell, which consists of multiple robots, several interconnection methods are presented in terms of the processor based architecture. Since few attempts have been made to formulate and analyze multiple robot system(MRS), we turn the knowledge of multiple processor system(MPS) or multiple computer system(MCS) to good account. The performance evaluation is achieved through queueing analysis, the aim being to compare their response time, utilization, probability of service failure under different workload. To verify the validity of the proposed analysis methods, a computer simulation is performed. The results together with comments presented here give some useful guidelines for the selection of an appropriate interconnection method.

  • Steam generator tubes (SGTs) in nuclear power plants (NPPs) are a boundary between the primary side generating heat by nuclear fission and the secondary side generating electric power by a turbine. The water inside the SGT is high temperature and high pressure. Therefore, defects and magnetic phases (MPs) are partly produced in non-magnetic SGT by high stresses and temperatures. This causes trouble regarding the safety of SGTs but it is difficult to detect the MP using the conventional eddy current technique (ECT). In particular, a circumferential defect (CD) and circumferential magnetic phase (CMP) cannot detected by ECT. Consequently, a new method is needed to detect CDs and CMPs in SGT. A new U-type yoke with two types of coils was designed and the reactance signal by the CMPs and CDs in the SGT material was simulated.
