대화력전에 대한 이종 무기체계의 조합모델개발 연구 (A Study on a Combination Model Development for Counterfire Operation with Heterogeneous Weapon System)

  • 본 논문에서는 대화력전의 목표달성에 대한 평가척도를 선정하고 평가척도의 최적값을 만족하는 청군의 타격자원의 합리적인 조합과 목표달성시간의 회귀식을 도출하고자 하였다. 또한 현실세계에서 회귀식을 도출하는 일련의 과정을 연구방법론적 관점에서 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 현재 북한과 대한민국이 보유하고 있는 무기체계들의 정보를 이용하여 대화력전을 단순화한 시뮬레이션을 만들어 목표달성시간을 도출하였다. 시뮬레이션에서는 대화력전을 탐지, 결정, 타격의 세 단계로 나누었다. 탐지에는 난수를 활용한 확률을 적용했고 결정과 타격은 고정된 상수를 적용시켰다. 고정된 적에 대해서 목표달성시간을 도출하였으며 목표달성시간이 최단시간으로 나오는 것이 시뮬레이션의 최적값이라고 판단했다. 시뮬레이션의 목표달성시간을 바탕으로 미니탭의 반응표면분석법을 이용하여 고정된 홍군에 대한 청군 무기체계의 최적조합 및 회귀식을 도출하였다. 도출된 회귀식은 2-표본 t검정을 이용하여 검증하였다.

Comparison of the effects of horizontal and vertical micro-osteoperforations on the biological response and tooth movement in rabbits

  • Objective: This study aimed to compare the amount of tooth movement after multiple horizontal (MH) and single vertical (SV) micro-osteoperforations (MOPs), and evaluate the histological changes after orthodontic force application in rabbits. Methods: The mandibles of 24 white rabbits were subjected to two experimental interventions: MH and SV MOPs. Defect volume of the MOPs between the two groups was kept similar. A force of 100 cN was applied via a coil spring between the incisor teeth and the first premolars. The amount of tooth movement was measured. Differences in the amount of tooth movement and bone variables at three time points and between the two groups were evaluated using repeated-measures analysis of variance. Results: The first premolar showed a mesial movement of 1.47 mm in the MH group and 1.84 mm in the SV group, which was significantly different at Week 3 (p < 0.05). No significant difference was observed in bone volume and bone fraction between the groups. Tartrate-resistant acidic phosphatase-positive cell count was also significantly greater at Week 3 than at Week 1 in both the SV and MH groups. Conclusions: The amount of tooth movement showed significant differences between Weeks 1 and 3 in the SV and MH MOP groups, but showed no differences between the two groups. Therefore, SV MOP could be considered an effective tool for enhancing tooth movement, especially for molar distalization, uprighting, and protraction to an edentulous area.

다목적 유전자 알고리즘에 있어서 적합도 평가방법과 대화형 의사결정법의 제안 (Development of Fitness and Interactive Decision Making in Multi-Objective Optimization)

  • Most of real-world decision-making processes are used to optimize problems with many objectives of conflicting. Since the betterment of some objectives requires the sacrifice of other objectives, different objectives may not be optimized simultaneously. Consequently, Pareto solution can be considered as candidates of a solution with respect to a multi-objective optimization (MOP). Such problem involves two main procedures: finding Pareto solutions and choosing one solution among them. So-called multi-objective genetic algorithms have been proved to be effective for finding many Pareto solutions. In this study, we suggest a fitness evaluation method based on the achievement level up to the target value to improve the solution search performance by the multi-objective genetic algorithm. Using numerical examples and benchmark problems, we compare the proposed method, which considers the achievement level, with conventional Pareto ranking methods. Based on the comparison, it is verified that the proposed method can generate a highly convergent and diverse solution set. Most of the existing multi-objective genetic algorithms mainly focus on finding solutions, however the ultimate aim of MOP is not to find the entire set of Pareto solutions, but to choose one solution among many obtained solutions. We further propose an interactive decision-making process based on a visualized trade-off analysis that incorporates the satisfaction of the decision maker. The findings of the study will serve as a reference to build a multi-objective decision-making support system.

항공기 개발사업을 위한 기술성과측정방법 연구

  • 기술성과측정은 항공기 등 대형 개발사업에 수십 년 동안 널리 사용되어 왔으며, 항공기 체계 개발 요구사항에 충족되지 않는 부적합한 사항들을 식별할 수 있는 유용한 방법으로 인식되어 왔다. 뿐만 아니라 개발 프로그램의 문제점에 대한 조기 경고를 하고, 기술적 위험을 감시할 수 있게 함으로써 성능, 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기술성능 측정방법에 관한 개괄적인 내용과 성능파라미터 선정에 내용을 기술하고, 국내에서 개발하고자 하는 KHP 개발사업 등 항공기 개발사업에 대한 적용 제시하고자 한다.

태양광 발전량 예측을 위한 빅데이터 처리 방법 개발 (Development of Solar Power Output Prediction Method using Big Data Processing Technic)

  • A big data processing method to predict solar power generation using systems engineering approach is developed in this work. For developing analytical method, linear model (LM), support vector machine (SVN), and artificial neural network (ANN) technique are chosen. As evaluation indices, the cross-correlation and the mean square root of prediction error (RMSEP) are used. From multi-variable comparison test, it was found that ANN methodology provides the highest correlation and the lowest RMSEP.

  • 내전 후 전쟁 상처를 복구 중에 있는 이라크는 주택, 인프라, 사회 서비스망 구축의 필요에 따라 지난 2010년 이라크 기획청(Ministry of Planning, MOP)이 이라크의 삶의 질 개선을 위한 국가개발계획(Iraq National Development Plan, 2010 ~ 2014)을 수립하고 15개 주정부와 쿠르드 자치정부 지역에 100만호 주거 시설 제공을 위한 국가 주택 프로그램을 발표했다. 이에 따라 2017년까지 주택과 교통인프라, 에너지, IT, 의료, 보안 등에 걸쳐 총 2,750억불(약 300조원)을 이라크 재건사업에 투자할 계획이다. 또 2030년까지는 에너지 분야에 5,000억불 투자 등 정유공장, 발전소, 도로, 인프라, 공공시설 및 군시설 등 다양한 분야에 최소 7,000억불에 달하는 예산을 투입할 예정이다. 한화건설은 지난 2012년 80억 달러 규모의 이라크 비스마야 신도시 건설공사를 수주해 우리나라 해외건설 역사상 최대 규모의 프로젝트 기록을 세웠다. 또한 이 계약으로 우리나라 해외건설 누적 수주액 5,000억 달러 돌파에 크게 기여했다. 윤창기공(주)(대표 백종윤)는 비스마야 현장에서 PC 플랜트 현장의 기계설치공사와 하우징 현장의 기계설비 및 소방공사를 담당하고 있다. 본지는 이라크 현장에 있는 윤창기공(주) 정몽준 소장과 김용우 소장을 이메일로 만나 보았다.

The Bees Algorithm with Weighted Sum Using Memorized Zones for Multi-objective Problem

  • This paper presents the newly developed Pareto-based multi-objective Bees Algorithm with weighted sum technique for solving a power system multi-objective nonlinear optimization problem. Specifically, the Pareto-based Bees Algorithm with memorized zone has been developed to alleviate both difficulties from classical techniques and intelligent techniques for multi-objective problems (MOP) and successfully applied to an Environmental/Economic (electric power) dispatch (EED) problem. This multi-objective Bees Algorithm has been examined and applied to the standard IEEE 30-bus six-generator test system. Simulation results have been compared to those obtained using other approaches. The comparison shows the potential and effectiveness of the proposed Bees Algorithm for solving the multi-objective EED problem.

  • In this paper, a performance of Bluetooth piconet is analyzed. Average cycle time, average waiting time, average transfer delay and average queue length are used for measure of performance (MOP). Simple round robin (RR) scheduling policy with exhaustive service is used for the analysis. Packet loss is considered because of noise environments of wireless communication. Numerical results have been presented. Simulation is performed to validate the correctness of analysis.y and its maximum operating frequency is 800MHz.

  • This paper proposes a microcode generating system which automatically generates the microcode of various target machine by inputing the intermediate language (MDIL) from the machine independent HLML-C (High Level Microprograming Language C) language. The MOP's (Microoperations) which is modeled 7-tuples generate to extend MDIL by table driven method with the information of translation table for each target machine. As compaction being considered and the hardware resource of target machine used, the conflicts of hardware elements are removed possibly. This proposed system is implemented with C language and yacc on VAX-11/750 (UNIX 4.3 BSD).

  • This study shows risk-based evaluation results of casualty accidents for passengers, railway staffs and MOP(Member of public) on the national railway in South Korea. To evaluate risk of these accidents, the hazardous events and the hazardous factors were identified by the review of the accident history and engineering interpretation of the accident behavior. A probability evaluation model for each hazardous event which was based on the accident appearance scenario was developed by using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) technique. The probability for each hazardous event was evaluated from the historical data and structured expert judgment. In addition, the severity assessment model utilized by the Event Tree Analysis (ETA) technique was composed of the accident progress scenarios. And the severity for the hazardous events was estimated using fatalities and weighted injuries. The risk assessment model developed can be effectively utilized in defining the risk reduction measures in connection with the option analysis.
