Model experiment was introduced to obtain the formation of a core/rim structure by only liquid phase reaction in Ti(C, N)-based cermet alloys. Infiltrated Ti(C, N)-Ni, $MO_2C-Ni$, and TaC-Ni cermets were bonded to sandwiched specimen by heat treatment $1450^{\circ}C$ for 5hr. With nitrogen addition, both (Ti, Mo) (C, N) and (Ti, Ta) (C, N) rim structure was nucleated around comer of cuboidal Ti(C, N) core. However, equilibrium shapes of(Ti, Mo) (C, N) and (Ti, Ta) (C, N) rim were different possibly due to the effect of interface energy. The core/rim and rim! binder interfaces were parallel to each other with TaC addition, while rotated to each other with $MO_2C$ addition.
The present study were investigated changes of precipitation behaviour of laves phase in ferrite single phase and ferrite-martensite dual phase and precipitation of laves phase under stress. Hardness changes in ferrite phase appeared two hardness peaks by precipitation of initial fine precipitator and laves phase in 3Mo-0.3Si and 3Mo-0.3Si-C specimens, respectively. Hardness changes in martensite phase of 3Mo-0.3Si-C specimen was lower in the initial stage of aging by carbide precipitation and after this, increased by re-hardening due to precipitation of laves phase. In the ferrite phase, laves phase was mainly precipitated, whereas in the martensite phase, carbide was preferentially formed during the initial stage of aging and with increasing aging time, laves phase and carbide were simultaneously precipitated by precipitation of laves phase at around carbide. In the ferrite-martensite interface, laves phase was mainly precipitated and carbide was mainly formed at boundary of lath martensite than grain boundary. Adding the stress in aging, fine precipitator of inital precipitation of laves phase precipitated in (100) of perpendicular to tensile direction and has grown to only followed<010>direction and also, volume fraction of laves phase increased. Consequently, the stress added was accelerated initial precipitation of laves phase.
The variation in microstructure and texture during continuous annealing was examined in a series of 1.6% Mn-0.1% Cr-0.3% Mo-0.005% B steels with carbon contents in the range of 0.010 to 0.030%. It was found that microstructure of hot band consisted of ferrite and pearlite as a consequence of high coiling temperature, and eutectoid carbon content was between 0.011% and 0.016%. Martensite ranged in volume fraction from 1.5% to 4.0% when annealed at $820{\circ}C$ according to the typical continuous annealing cycle. The critical martensite content for the continuous yielding was about 4% from stress-strain curves. The continuous yielding was obtained in the 0.030% carbon steel and 0.010% to 0.020% carbon steels revealed some yield point elongation ranging from 0.8% to 2.2% in as-annealed conditions. Higher tensile strength in the higher carbon steel is due to both increase in the martensite volume fraction and ferrite grain refinement. Decreasing the carbon content to 0.01% strengthened the intensities of ${\gamma}$-fiber textures, resulting in the increase in the $r_m$ value, which was caused by the lower volume fraction of martensite. The higher carbon steels showed the lower $r_m$ value of about 1.0.
We have studied effects of the partial substitution of $La^{3+}$ for $A^{2+}$ on the magnetic properties of double perovskites $A_2FeMoO_6$ (A=Ca, Sr and Ba). Polycrystalline $A_{2-x}La_xFeMoO_6(0{\leq}x{\leq}0.2)$ samples have been prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction in a stream of 5% $H_2$/Ar gas. The x-ray data indicate that A=Ca is monoclinic with the space group P$2_1$/n, A=Sr is tetragonal with the space group I4/mmm, and A=Ba is cubic with the space group Fm3m. The substitution of $La^{3+}$ for $A^{2+}$ results in a cell volume increase for A=Ca and a cell volume reduction for A=Ba. The decrease of saturation magnetization with increasing x arises from the reduction of magnetic moment associated with the electron doping and the disorder at the Fe and Mo sites. The partial substitution of magnetic $La^{3+}$ for $A^{2+}$ considerably enhances the Curie temperature $T_c$ from 316 K for x = 0 to 334 K for x = 0.2. This enhancement of $T_c$ with $La^{3+}$ doping originates from electron doping effects in addition to ionic size ones.

With the rapid growth of microblog, expert identification on microblog has been playing a crucial role in many applications. While most previous expert identification studies only assess global authoritativeness of a user, there is no way to differentiate the authoritativeness in a particular aspect of topics. In this paper, we propose a novel model, which jointly models text and following relationship in the same generative process. Furthermore, we integrate a similarity-based weight scheme into the model to address the popular bias problem, and use followee topic distribution as prior information to make user's topic distribution more precisely. Our empirical study on two large real-world datasets shows that our proposed model produces significantly higher quality results than the prior arts.

The purpose of this study was to develop allometric equations for identifying the amount of wood and building biomass statistics of L. tulipifera by density, biomass expansion factors and root ratio. For this purpose, total of 40 trees were sampled, which were used consideration the area and the DBH class. As a results, the wood density was $0.43g{\cdot}cm^{-3}$, biomass expansion factors were 1.2, root ratio was 0.2 and uncertainty were 3.9%, 4.6%, 24.1%, respectively. Allometric equations for above ground of L. tulipifera trees were $W=0.060D^{2.524}$. Total and underground allometric equations were $W=0.063D^{2.578}$, $W=0.010D^{2.591}$, respectively.
ICC profiles of output devices are necessary to solve the problem of color inconsistency between output devices. Therefore, output device manufacturers are offering ICC profiles that encode each model\`s color characteristics according to the specification decided in ICC (International Color Consortium). In this study, a program that can decode data of ICC profile was composed and evaluated the present condition of ICC profile files of domestic CRT monitor. As a result of comparing the ICC profiles of various model\ulcorner selling since 1999 from LG and Samsung companies, it was found that ICC profiles that are made at a similar time are the same regardless of model\`s specification and in some profiles, extraordinary data are saved. Accordingly, it can be said that current ICC profiles are made independently of the real monitor\`s color characteristics. This paper shows how color characteristics of a real monitor are affected by the control of brightness and color temperature, and proposes that the ICC profile has to be made from the data. measured in the optimum brightness state at each color temperature setting.
6-ethyl-5,6-dihydrouracil($C_6H_10N_2O_2$) is monoclinic, space group $$P2_{1}c}$$ with a=10.302(2), b=10.419(3), $c=7.095(1)\AA$, $\beta=106.6(0)$, Z=4, $V=729.7(3)\AA$^3$$, $D_c=1.29 g/cm^3,\;{\lambda}(MoK\alpha)=0.71073\AA$, $\mu=0.010cm^{-1}$, F(000)=304, and R=0.054 for 1070 unique observed reflection with F>4.0 $\sigma(F).$ The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by full-matrix least-squares refinement with the fixed C-H bond length at $0.96\AA.$ The hydrouracil molecule makes an envelope conformation with the ethyl substituent oriented to an axial position attainable to a varying degree of steric strain. There are two intermolecular hydrogen-bondings via N-H---O interactions, being nearly parallel to the 100 plane. The shortest distance between molecules is $3.187\AA$ of C(4) and O(8) (-x,-y, 1-z).

Photoluminescence (PL) and crystal structures of the $(l-x)CaWO_4-xLi_2WO_4$ binary system added with $Eu_2O_3$ activator have been characterized. The $CaWO_4\;and\;Li_2WO_4$ have the scheelite and phenakite structures respectively. The $CaWO_4-Li_2WO_4-Eu_2O_3$ phosphors show the red luminescence of 613 nm peak wavelength. The wavelength range of excitation spectral band is $380\~470$ nm with the peak wavelength of 397 nm. The $0.88(0.5CaWO_4-0.5Li_2WO_4)-0.12Eu_2O_3$ showed the most superior luminescence characteristics. The effect of co-doping elements such as $Al_2O_3$ and rare-earth oxides on PL has been characterized. The co-doping elements deteriorated the luminescence intensity except the $Al_2O_3$ and $Gd_2O_3$. The PL characteristics of $CaWO_4-Li_2WO_4-Eu_2O_3$ phosphors have been compared to those of the alkali europium double molybdates (tungstates) of scheelite-related structure such as $LiEu(MoO_4)_2$ and $CsEu(MoO_4)_2$. The crystal structures of $(l-y)[(l-x)CaWO_4-xLi_2WO_4]-yEu_2O_3$ phosphors have been characterized using XRD data and rietveld refinement.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of interpersonal relation and job stress on nursing performance among male nurses. Methods: This study was cross-sectional descriptive one. The data were collected from self-administered questionnaires by 110 male nurses members affiliated with the Korean Man Nurses Association. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one way ANOVA with Duncan test, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: The average scores of interpersonal relation, job stress, and nursing performance were respectively 3.64, 3.10, 3.63. Nursing performance was high in married, good health condition, manager, and high salary among male nurses. Nursing performance showed significant positive correlation with interpersonal relation (p<.001), and a significant negative correlation with job stress (p=.010). Influencing factors of nursing performance among male nurses were interpersonal relation, health status, total duration of career, position, and the adjusted $R^2$ of the regression model was 42%. Conclusion: The results suggest that we need to develop a training program to improve the nursing performance of the male nurses.
