본 논문은 상하 회전형 차동 구동부를 이용한 자기 유도 무인운반차에 대한 연구이다. 기존의 자기 유도 무인운반차는 주행 정보를 얻기 위해 자기 위치측정 센서 외에 랜드마크 및 이를 인식하기 위한 추가적인 센서가 필요하다. 또한, 일반적으로 사용되는 고정형 차동 구동부를 사용할 경우 자기 유도 무인운반차의 무게 불균형으로 인해 위치측정 오차의 증가 및 제어에 어려움이 존재하므로 2개 이상의 구동부를 필요로 한다. 이러한 단점들을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 상하 회전형 차동 구동부를 이용한 자기 유도 무인운반차를 제안한다. 제안된 무인운반차는 주행 경로상에 자석의 양극으로 패턴을 구성하고 자기 위치측정 센서로 주행 정보를 획득하며, 하나의 상하 회전형 차동 구동부를 이용하여 후진 주행을 제어한다. 또한, 위치측정 오차의 감소를 위해 KF(Kalman filter)를 적용하여 무인운반차의 위치측정 정밀도를 향상시킨다. 제안된 방법의 성능을 확인하기 위하여 직접 제작한 자기 유도 무인운반차를 이용하여 실험하였다. 실험 결과, 제안된 방법의 패턴 인식 및 무인운반차의 후진 주행 성능을 확인할 수 있었으며, 기존의 방법보다 위치측정 정밀도의 RMSE가 더 감소된 것을 확인하였다.

Medicinal herbs are significant source of synthetic and herbal drugs. In the commercial market, medicinal herbs are used as raw drugs, extracts or tinctures. Isolated active constituents are used for applied research. For the last few decades, phytochemistry (study of plants) has been making rapid progress and herbal products are becoming popular. According to Ayurveda, the ancient healing system of India, the classical texts of Ayurveda, Charaka Samhita and Sushruta Samhita were written around 1000 B.C. The Ayurvedic Materia Medica includes 600 medicinal plants along with therapeutics. Herbs like turmeric, fenugreek, ginger, garlic and holy basil are integral part of Ayurvedic formulations. The formulations incorporate single herb or more than two herbs (poly-herbal formulations). Medicinal herb contains multitude of chemical compounds like alkaloids, glycosides, saponins, resins, oleoresins, sesquiterpene, lactones and oils (essential and fixed). Today there is growing interest in chemical composition of plant based medicines. Several bioactive constituents have been isolated and studied for pharmacological activity. R. cordifolia is an important medicinal plant commonly used in the traditional and Ayurvedic system of medicine for treatment of different ailments. This review illustrates its major constituents, pharmacological actions substantiating the claims made about this plant in the traditional system of medicine and its clinical applications.

본 연구는 자기 홀 센서의 특성으로 인해 실내 환경에서만 이용이 되었던 자기/자기-자이로유도 타입의 무인운반차를 실외 환경에서도 적용이 가능하도록 실외 주행용 자기 위치측정 장치를 설계 및 제작하는 것이다. 현재 이용되고 있는 자기 위치측정 장치는 측정 높이가 30mm로 바닥 환경이 고르고 평평한 실내 환경에 적합한 구조이다. 하지만 바닥 환경이 울퉁불퉁하거나 불균형적인 실외환경에 이용되는 무인운반차에는 부적합하다. 그 이유는 무인운반차 서스펜션이 부착되게 되고, 이 때 자기 위치측정 장치의 부착높이가 30mm 이하로 무인운반차에 가해진 충격으로 인해 장치와 바닥과의 충돌이 발생하게 되면 장치가 파손되기 때문이다. 따라서 실외 자기유도 무인운반차에 적용하기 위해서는 100mm 이상의 측정 높이를 가지는 자기 위치측정 장치가 필요하다. 현재 자기위치측정 장치의 성능 향상 및 개발에 관련된 다양한 연구들이 진행되었지만, 다양한 자기 홀 센서를 분석하여 본 논문에서는 자기위치측정 장치를 설계 및 제작하였고, 자기 홀 센서의 특성 정보를 이용한 특성 함수를 이용해 자성체의 위치를 검출하였다. 실험을 위하여 알루미늄을 이용한 실험 장비를 제작하였으며, 제안된 자기 위치측정 장치를 이용하여 실험한 결과 위치측정 정밀도 오차는 10mm 이하이고, 측정 높이는 평균 150mm 로 실외 자기유도 무인운반차에 적합한 것을 확인하였다.

Although many species of Asparagus have been studied scientifically and shoots are used in the diet of Sardinians, there is very little literature available on the medicinal uses of Asparagus acutifolius Linn. The acetone-ethanol (1:1) extract was screened for antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and adaptogenic activities. The extract showed good anti-oxidant activity in DPPH, hydroxyl radical, and nitric oxide radical assays. The extract also exhibited anti-inflammatory activity in the carrageenan-induced rat paw edema and adaptogenic activity in the milk induced leucocytosis assay in rats. The results of the present study suggest need to investigate other pharmacological activities of Asparagus acutifolius.

온도조건과 광의 유무에 의한 소리쟁이속 잡초종자의 발아특성을 조사한 결과, 발아 시작점은 참소리쟁이가 치상 4일 후로 가장 빨랐으며 돌소리쟁이(5일), 소리쟁이(6일), 좀소리쟁이(10일)의 순으로 나타났다. 소리쟁이속 잡초의 최적 발아온도는 공시 잡초종자 모두 $15^{\circ}C$에서 가장 높은 발아율을 보였으며, 돌소리쟁이가 $10^{\circ}C{\sim}30^{\circ}C$까지 높은 발아율을 보여 온도에 있어 가장 넓은 발아스펙트럼을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 1996년 수집하여 저온저장한 참소리쟁이와 2004년 수집된 참소리쟁이 간의 종자생존력을 비교한 결과, 두 초종간의 유의차는 인정되지 않아 참소리쟁이는 저온저장 할 경우 8년 이상의 종자생존력을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 조사기간 중 암조건에서 수행한 모든 처리에서 발아는 보이지 않았다. 소리쟁이속 잡초의 발아특성을 수량화한 결과, 참소리쟁이는 다른 소리쟁이속 잡초에 비해 가장 높은 누적발아율을 보이며 발아에 균일성을 보였다. 돌소리쟁이는 참소리쟁이나 소리쟁이에 비해 발아에 걸리는 평균일수나 발아속도가 가장 빠른 것으로 나타났다.

The roots of the plant Korean ginseng have been extensively used in the traditional Chinese herbal medicine. We investigated the standardized extract of Korean ginseng on animal models of anxiety based on exploratory behavior. Korean ginseng extract (KGE) (3, 10 and 30 mg/kg) was administered intra-peritoneally. The anxiolytic activity was studied using elevated plus maze (EPM) paradigm, light/dark apparatus (LDA), open field apparatus (OFA) and the hole board apparatus (HBA). Diazepam (1mg/kg) was used as a standard anxiolytic drug. In EPM, KGE (10 mg/kg) significantly (P < 0.05) increased the time spent in open arms and the number of entries in open arms. In LDA, KGE (10 mg/kg) increased the number of transitions. In OFA, KGE (3 and 10 mg/kg) significantly increased (P < 0.05) the number of squares traversed. In HBA the number of head pokes were significantly increased with KGE (3 and 10 mg/kg). KGE at all selected doses did not affect the motor coordination. Thus, the study suggests that saponin containing standardized Korean ginseng extract possess anxiolytic activity.

The purpose of this report is to evaluate effect of Korean medical treatment on idiopathic gonadotropin-dependent precocious puberty (G-DPP) patient received herbal medicine. We administered Aesopjiyoun-tang remedy to idiopathic G-DPP and analyzed the delay effect by hormonal value and radiographs; the height growth effect by measurement of height. After Korean medical treatment, suppression effect to peak-Luteinizing Hormone level (LHL) is 14.39IU/L to 10.9IU/L for 13month, growth effect to height value is 11cm/13month; and change of mean growth velocity (MGV) is 6.08cm/year to 10.06cm/year. The gain in height by treatment is 3.98cm/year. The result suggests Aesopjiyoun-tang can be an effective treatment for G-DPP. Herbal medicine can be used as an alternative treatment in place of the GnRH treatment.
