市販 酒類中의 Amino Acid의 정량 (Determination of Amino Acid in Alcoholic Beverage)

  • The contents of amino acid in alcoholic beverage-Cheongju, Beer, Makguli, grapewine were analyzed. Cheongju and Makguli were filtered with membrane filter paper. Beer and grapewine were also filtered after treatment with 5-Sulfosalicylic acid. Sample were analyzed by Amino Acid Analyzer (Hitach KLA-5). The results were as follow: 1. The kinds of Amino Acid in Cheongju were 18, those of Beer were 17, Makguli 15, and grape wine 10. 2. The total amino acid in Cheongju was 54.0295 mg, Beer was 16.7172mg, Makguli was 12.3833 mg and grape wine was 4.1480 mg in 100 ml volume.

Optimization of address delay time in PDP by controlling the MgO characteristics

  • MgO thin film is widely used in PDP panel for protecting the dielectric layer and making firing voltage low. In this paper, the MgO thin film and discharge characteristics was analyzed as hydrogen flow rate increasing. Using hydrogen in deposition chamber makes add delay time of PDP module longer or shorter. It is the reason why thin film surface layer thickness on the MgO surface changes.

AC PDP의 장수명 인자의 단시간 시험 방법에 의한 수명 증대 기술에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Lifetime with Short-Term Test Method of AC PDP)

  • In this paper, a short-term test method to diagnose and estimate the lifetime of AC PDP(Plasma Display Panel) has been proposed. As using this method, we investigated the lifetime of MgO layer in AC PDP. The lifetime was increased in proportion to an MgO thickness but it was allowed when the MgO thickness was raised until 5000$\AA$. Over 5000$\AA$, the lifetime was saturated with a thickness of MgO layer.

  • $Yongkaksan^{\circledR}$ is a powdered crude drug which is used to treat cough and recommended it as an expectorant. It is composed of Platycodi Radix (11.7 mg), Senegae Radix(0.5 mg), Armeniacae Semen(0.83 mg) and Glycyrrhizae Radix(8.3 mg). For the identification of individual ingredients in such powdery mixtures, microscopic method may be considered to be efficacious due to requirement of a small amount of specimens. In this paper, effectiveness of this method will be exemplified by the identification of the ingredients in $Yongkaksan^{\circledR}$ which contains 4 powdered crude drug ingredients.

교류형 PDP의 온도에 따른 방전특성 (Temperature-dependent Characteristics of Discharge in AC-PDP)

  • In AC-PDP, it is necessary to achieve high luminance efficacy, high luminance and high resolution by adopting technologies such as high Xenon concentration, MgO doping, and long gap. However, it is very difficult to apply above technologies because they reduce driving voltage margin. For example, doping of MgO reduces driving voltage but introduces new problems such as increased temperature dependency of discharge, which result in larger variations in driving margin at different temperatures. In this paper, we present the experimental results of the characteristics of temperature-dependent discharges. In addition, we suggest the mechanism of bright noise, black noise, and high temperature mis-discharge, which depend on temperature-dependent characteristics of MgO.

Application of Near Spectroscopy for Nondestructive Evaluation of Ginsenoside Content

  • The effective component Ginsenoside in Ginseng has been widely used to cure some hypochondriasis and be as supplementary medicines. There are many chemical analysis methods to measure the contents of Ginsenoside in Ginseng; however, all these methods have some shortcomings such as long time, environmental pollution and damaging the samples. In this paper, it is possible to use near infrared spectroscopy to measure the content of Ginsenoside in Ginseng without destruction. As the results, Rg1, Rb1, Re and T-Saponin of Ginsenoside can be measured with the accuracy of R(0.81) SEP (1.704 mg/g), R(0.74) SEP (1.211 mg/g), R (0.78) SEP (1.049 mg/g) and R(0.84), SEP(4.537 mg/g).

  • In this paper, an accelerated lifetime test method of MgO thin film is suggested. The most important test factors are surface temperature of the PDP, gas pressure, the applied voltage and frequency. The standard test conditions are $50^{\circ}C$, 400Torr, 20% over voltage and 300kHz ,respectively. The accelerated lifetime of MgO is significantly varied with the MgO preparing conditions.

  • The performance of as plasma display panels (PDP) is influenced strongly by the surface glow discharge characteristics on the MgO thin films. This paper deals with the optimum preparation conditions of MgO Protecting layer by RF unbalanced magnetron sputtering(UBMS) in surface discharge type AC PDP. The samples prepared with the do bias voltage of -10V showed lower discharge voltage, lower erosion rate as a consequence of ion bombardment, higher optic transparency and higher crack resistance in annealing process than those samples prepared by conventional magnetron sputtering or E-beam eraporation.

Effect of Hot-forging on NiTi Shape Memory Alloy Fibers Reinforced Mg Alloy Composite

  • The composite used in this paper was prepared by hot-pressing ball-milled Mg alloy powders, in which NiTi shape memory alloy fibers in a row were sandwiched. The microstructure and property were examined. It is shown that the composite consisted of a homogenous matrix with uniformly distributed NiTi shape memory alloy fibers, recrystallization took place in the Mg alloy matrix which was subjected to plastic deformation an adequate bonding formed between the matrix and fibers; the density and tensile strength of the composite increased after the hot-forging; the hot-forging process is capable of improving properties of the composite.

  • 다양한 병원 정보 시스템 환경에서 서로 다른 인터페이스 규격을 가지는 의료기기들을 통합하기 위한 의료기기 통합 게이트웨이(MG, Medical Gateway)는 하나의 장비로 여러 의료기기들을 인터페이스 할 수 있기 때문에 기존의 PC를 게이트웨이로 사용하는 환경에 비해 관리의 효율성과 비용적인 측면에서도 많은 이득을 제공하고 있다. 그러나 MG를 통해 여러 의료기기들을 통합 한다 하더라도 데이터를 EMR 시스템과 연동하기 위해서는 각 병원시스템과 DB 구성에 따라 개별적인 프로그램이나 추가적인 시스템 도입이 필요하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 MG와 EMR 시스템간의 연동을 위한 표준기반의 메시지 규격을 설계하고 설계된 메시지를 처리할 수 있는 서버를 구현한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 메시지 규격과 서버는 환경이 서로 다른 병원에서도 MG와의 데이터 교환이 용이하게 하여 디지털병원 수출 프로젝트와 같은 국내의 선진 병원 구축 기술과 IT 기술을 해외에 수출하는 국가적인 프로젝트에 기여할 수 있다.
