This study was undertaken for the purpose of investigating the properties of Yackwa added by different levels of ginger juice with 3 different kinds of ginger (small, medium, and large) produced in Susan and Bongdong. There were differences in content of moisture and ash. Susan large ginger showed me highest level of moisture. By the sensory evaluation, Yackwa added by 5 g (2% of wheat flour, w/w) of Susan (small) and Bongdong ginger juice showed higher preference man those of other levels. However, Yackwa made with Susan large ginger juice showed preferable when 10 g (4% of wheat flour, w/w) was added. Textural characteristics by rheometer measurement and color were influenced by adding different levels of ginger juice. Sensory evaluation for the color of Yackwa made with Susan and Bongdong ginger juice showed a high positive correlation with L, a, and b values in instrumental test.

Purpose: This study was to analysis the effect of spiritual nursing care on meaning of life and spiritual well-being of terminal cancer older adult patients. Method: The study was a one group pre-posttest design. Data collection and intervention were performed from May 10 to December 20, 2007. The participants were 28 older adults in Jeonju city. Data was analyzed with paired t-test and Pearson correlation coefficient using the SPSS/WIN 12.0 program. Result: Meaning of life, spiritual well-being, religious well-being and existential well-being scores were significantly higher than before spiritual nursing care (all p<.001). Meaning of life and the spiritual well-being were significantly correlated before and after spiritual nursing care, but it was not highly correlated after than before the spiritual nursing care. Conclusion: The study verified spiritual nursing care the improvement of the meaning of life and spiritual well-being for the terminal cancer older adult patients.

The antioxidant activity of the extract of Erigeron annuus was assessed by means of two different in vitro tests: bleaching of the stable 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical (DPPH test) and the scavenging of authentic peroxynitrite in company with peroxynitrite generation from 3-morpholinosydnonimine (SIN-1). In both tests, the 85% aq. MeOH and n-BuOH soluble fractions of the crude extract showed a significant scavenging effect on peroxynitrite and DPPH radical in comparison to L-ascorbic acid. And bioassay-guided fractionation of the n-BuOH soluble fraction led to the isolation of three compounds: Apigenin (1), quercetin-3-O-glucoside (2), and caffeic acid (3). The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated on the basis of their spectroscopic data and their antioxidant activities were measured by determining their capacity to scavenge peroxynitrite and the DPPH radical.

웹 기반 소프트웨어 시스템은 다른 일반 소프트웨어와는 여러 가지 다른 특성을 가지고 있다. 컴포넌트가 다양하며 절차적인 요소 보다는 선언적인 마크업 언어라는 특성, 그리고 변경이 많다는 특성으로 테스트가 쉽지 않다. 이 논문에서는 웹 기반 소프트웨어의 사용자 인터페이스를 자동화할 수 있는 방안을 연구하였다. 마크업 언어로 표현된 웹 페이지에서 사용자 인터액션이 일어날 수 있는 요소들을 파악하여 이를 구동시킬 수 있는 테스트 스크립트를 작성할 수 방안을 제안하였다. 웹기반 프로그램은 동적인 요소가 많아지면서 사용자 인터페이스가 중요하며 이 연구에서 제안된 자동화 방법이 웹 사이트 테스트의 부담을 덜 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Five known anthraquinones, physcion (1), I-O-methylemodin (2), emodin (3), $physcion-8-O-{\beta},-D-glucopyranoside$ (5), $emodin-8-O-{\beta},-D-glucopyranoside$ (6) and two known stilbenes, trans-resveratrol (4), $trans-resveratrol-3-O-{\beta},-D-glucopyranoside$ (7) were isolated from MeOH extract of Reynoutria sachalinensis (Polygonaceae). All structures were unambiguously established by 1D and 2D NMR and MS data and the compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against L1210, HL-60, BI6F10 tumor cell lines in MTT assay. Among the compounds, trans-resveratrol (4) exhibited significant cytotoxic activity with $IC_{50}$ values of 9.2, 6.7 and $9.8\;{\mu}g/ml$, against the test cell lines respectively, but compounds 1-3 exhibited the moderate cytotoxic activity.

최근 PDA와 휴대폰 등 모바일 디바이스의 급격한 증가로 모바일 응용 SW 개발이 주목을 받고 있다. 다양한 방법과 기술들이 모바일 응용 SW 개발을 지원하기 위해 개발되었으며, 다양한 언어가 J2ME 또는 Brew 플랫폼에서 SW 개발을 위해 제시되었다 그러나 이적한 환경에서 SW 테스트는 큰 관심을 받지는 못하였다. 그 동안 모바일 응용 SW의 기능 테스트에 대한 몇몇 연구 성과들이 발표되어 왔고, 성능, 사용성, 스트레스 테스트 등에 관련된 연구들이 주로 진행되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 응용 SW를 비즈니스 로직 측면과 GUI 측면으로 구분하여 각각에 대한 테스트 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

From the MeOH extract of the aerial part of Gastrodia elata Blume (GEB) (Family: Orchidaceae), eight compounds have been isolated on repeated column chromatography, and their structures were elucidated as dotriacontanoic acid (1), beta-sitosterol (2), 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (3), docosanoic acid oxiranylmethyl ester (4), hentriacotanoic acid (5), octadecanoic acid (6), benzoic acid (7) and gastrodin (8) on the basis of their spectral evidences including EI-Mass and 2D-NMR spectrum. All of them were obtained from the aerial part of Gastrodia elata Blume for the first time, in which compound 4 is a novelty to our best knowledge. It is also known that a phenolic glucoside, gastrodin is a major constituent just like Gastrodia rhizome.

The water extracts of 83 oriental herbal medicines (Hanbang) which have been clinically used to treat bacterial infections in Korea were screened for in vitro antibacterial activity by the paper disc assay method. Two Gram positive bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus SG 511, Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, and two Gram negative bacteria, Escherichia coli 055, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 9027 were used as test organisms. Among the extracts tested, MeOH extract of Baenongtang showed remarkably potent antibacterial activity. Activity-guided chromatographic fractionations of the $CH_2Cl_2$ extract of Baenongtang afforded seven antibacterial compounds.

Video coding technologies are progressively becoming more efficient and complex. The Versatile Video Coding (VVC) is a new state-of-the art video compression standard that is going to be a standard, as the next generation of High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) standard. To explore the future video coding technologies beyond the HEVC, numerous efficient methods have been adopted by the Joint Video Exploration Team (JVET). Since then, the next generation video coding standard named as VVC and its software model called VVC Test Model (VTM) have emerged. In this paper, several important coding features for motion estimation and motion compensation in the VVC standard is introduced and analyzed in terms of the performance. Improved coding tools introduced for ME and MC in VVC, can achieve much better and good balance between coding efficiency and coding complexity compared with the HEVC.

The MeOH extract of the twig of Marus alba L. (Moraceae) inhibited strong lipid peroxidation activity. Five antioxidative compounds were isolated through activity-guided fractionation. and identified as 6-geranylapigenin (1). 6-geranylnorartocarpetin(2). resveratrol (3). oxyresveratrol (4). quercetin (5) by physicochemical and spectrometric methods. In order to evaluate the antioxidant effect of these compounds. the lipid peroxidation inhibitory activity test were performed. Compounds 1-5 showed greater activity than tocopherol. (omitted)
