비접근 지역의 SPOT 위성 모델링에 관한 연구 (A Study on Modeling of SPOT Satellite for Inaccessible Area)

  • The purpose of this paper is to estimate the attitude and the position of SPOT satellite which are needed in producing DEM(Digital Elevation Model) using SPOT satellite image pairs. DEM extraction is consists of three parts. First part is the modeling of satellite position and atitude, second part is the matching of two images to find corresponding point of them and third part is to calculate the elevation of each point by using the result of the first and second part. For modeling inaccessible area, extended modeling algorithm which removes the GCP(Ground Control Point) most errorneous from the GCPs extracted from map iteratively is proposed According to the experiments using a collinearity equation, the second order polynomials are shown to the optimal for .omega.(pitch), and Zs parameters while the first order ones for .kappa.(yaw) .PHI.(roll), Xs, and Ys parameters. The input images used in this paper are 6000*6000 level 1A panchromatic digital SPOT images of Chungchong-do, Korea. With 30 GCPs, experiments on SPOT images show that the planimetric and altimetric RMS errors are 7.11m and 7.10m, respectively, for test points.

MAPS PRESERVING SOME MULTIPLICATIVE STRUCTURES ON STANDARD JORDAN OPERATOR ALGEBRAS

  • Let $\mathcal{A}$ be a unital real standard Jordan operator algebra acting on a Hilbert space H of dimension at least 2. We show that every bijection ${\phi}$ on $\mathcal{A}$ satisfying ${\phi}(A^2{\circ}B)={\phi}(A)^2{\circ}{\phi}(B)$ is of the form ${\phi}={\varepsilon}{\psi}$ where ${\psi}$ is an automorphism on $\mathcal{A}$ and ${\varepsilon}{\in}\{-1,1\}$. As a consequence if $\mathcal{A}$ is the real algebra of all self-adjoint operators on a Hilbert space H, then there exists a unitary or conjugate unitary operator U on H such that ${\phi}(A)={\varepsilon}UAU^*$ for all $A{\in}\mathcal{A}$.

  • The concept of pseudoLindelof spaces is introduced. It is shown that the followings are equivalent: (a) for any two disjoint zero-sets in X, at least one of them is Lindelof, (b) $\mid$vX{\;}-{\;}X$\mid${\leq}{\;}1$, and (c) for any space T with $X{\;}{\subseteq}{\;}T$, there is an embedding $f{\;}:{\;}vX{\;}{\rightarrow}{\;}vT$ such that f(x) = x for all $x{\;}{\in}{\;}X$ and that if $X{\;}{\times}{\;}Y$ is a z-embedded pseudoLindelof subspace of $vX{\;}{\times}{\;}vY,{\;}then{\;}v(X{\;}{\times}{\;}Y){\;}={\;}vX{\;}{\times}{\;}vY$.

확률 및 통계적 개념에 근거한 한국인 표준 뇌 지도 작성 및 기능 영상 분석을 위한 가시화 방법에 관한 연구 (Developing a Korean Standard Brain Atlas on the basis of Statistical and Probabilistic Approach and Visualization tool for Functional image analysis)

  • 이 논문에서는 한국인의 뇌 기능 영상 연구에서의 정확한 분석을 위한 한국인 뇌 확률 지도를 제작하였고 이를 실제 기능 영상 연구에 적용할 수 있도록 하는 뇌 위치 정보 추출 프로그램에 대하여 소개하였다. 한국인의 표준 뇌 확률 지도를 작성하기 위하여 정신과적 병력이 없는 정상인 76개의 뇌 영상을 서울대학교 신경정신과와 핵의학과로부터 수집하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 표준 뇌 영상을 결정하였다. 결정된 표준 뇌 영상은 숙련된 전문의로부터 89개의 해부학적 영역으로 분할하는 작업이 이루어졌다. 표준 뇌 영상에서 분할된 정보들은 자동 분할 알고리즘에서의 기준으로 사용되어 나머지 75개의 뇌 영상들에 대해서도 해부학적 정보들을 가지도록 하였다. 76개의 뇌 영상들에 생성된 각각의 89개의 해부학적 정보들은 동일 위치에서의 확률정보로서 변환되어 뇌 확률 지도를 생성하였다. 제작된 한국인의 뇌 확률지도는 한국인의 뇌에 대한 편차 정보와 해부학적인 정보를 가지며 이는 한국인의 기능 영상 연구에 있어서 보다 정확한 결과를 제시할 수 있다.

강우-유출특성 분석을 위한 자기조직화방법의 적용 (Application of Self-Organizing Map for the Analysis of Rainfall-Runoff Characteristics)

  • 강한 비선형성의 경향을 보이고 있는 강우-유출간의 관계를 모형화하기 위한 연구는 다양한 방법론으로 적용되어 활발히 연구되고 있다. 그 중에서 인공신경망을 이용하여 강우-유출간의 관계를 모형화하기 위한 대부분의 연구들은 역전파 학습 알고리즘(back propagation algorithm: BPA), Levenberg Marquardt(LV), radial basis function(RBF)을 이용하였으며, 이들은 강한 비선형성을 나타내는 입 출력간의 관계를 나타내는데 탁월한 성능을 보이고 있는 것으로 알려져 있고, 자료들의 급격한 변화나 현저한 변화에 대한 뛰어난 적응성을 보여주고 있다. 이러한 인공신경망 이론은 예측뿐만이 아니라 대상자료들의 양상을 분류하여 그 특성을 분석하는 데에도 이용되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 강우-유출과정의 양상에 따른 분류와 그에 따른 분석을 위해 Kohonen 네트워크 이론에 의한 자기조직화 방법(self-organizing map; SOM)을 적용하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 방법을 이용한 결과, 강우의 시 공간적 분포의 불규칙한 변동성을 고려한 강우양상을 분류 할 수 있었으며, 강우-유출간의 특성을 분석한 결과 강한 비선현성을 가지고 있는 강우-유출관계가 SOM에 의해 7개의 패턴으로 구분되었다.

비오톱의 보전가치 평가도구(B-VAT) 개발과 적용 (The Development and Application of Biotop Value Assessment Tool(B-VAT))

  • The purposes of this research are : to analyze biotop type and carry out conservation value assessment in study areas, Daegu Science Park national industrial complex; to supply basic data for the landscape ecological planning; and to improve the application of assessment model with the development of Biotop Value Assessment Tool (B-VAT). The result is as follows. First of all, the field survey showed 434 species of flora and 220 species of insecta. According to the result of biotop type analysis in the biotop classification system with field survey, 13 biotope groups and 63 biotope types were classified. In the map of biotop type classification, readjusted farmland biotop(FA) was prevalent and forest biotop(E) was shown to the southeast side of the site. Next, according to the first assessment with B-VAT, total 19 biotop types including natural river(BA) with abundant plants had I grade and total 16 biotop types such as vegetable garden adjacent to river(BC) had V grade. In terms of the second assessment, we analyzed total 30 areas, total 82 areas, respectively, which had special meaning for the conservation of species and biotop(1a, 1b) and which had meaning for the conservation of species and biotop(2a, 2b, 2c). This research will be a basic data, which can solve the damage problem systematically and control it landscape-friendly with biotop classification and assessment which we developed. In particular, we expect that biotop value assessment tool(B-VAT) with GIS will be a great contribution to popularity compared with the value model by complicated algorism such as adding-matrix, weight and equal distribution. In addition, this will save the time and improve the accuracy for hand-counting.

NF-κB 조절을 통한 오매추출물의 항염효과 및 작용기작에 관한 연구 (Study on the Anti-inflammatory Effect and Mechanism of Prunus mume Extract Regarding NF-κB)

  • NF-${\kappa}B$ is a transcriptional factor which is involved in many biological processes including immunity, inflammation, and cell survival. Many investigators studied on the mechanism involved in activation of NF-${\kappa}B$ signalling pathway via ubiquitination and degradation of $I{\kappa}B$ regarding skin disease. Some specific molecules including Akt, MEK, p38 MAP Kinase, Stat3, et al. represent convergence points and key regulatory proteins in signaling pathways controlling cellular events such as growth and differentiation, energy homeostasis, and the response to stress and inflammation. Ultraviolet (UV) irradiation has many adverse effects on skin, including inflammation, alteration in the extracellular matrix, cellular senescence, apoptosis and skin cancer. Prunus mume, a naturally derived plant extract, has beneficial biological activities as blood fluidity improvement, anti-fatigue action, antioxidative and free radical scavenging activities, inhibiting the motility of Helicobacter pyolri. Previous reports on various beneficial function prompted us to investigate UVB-induced or other immunostimulated biological marker regarding P. mume extract. P. mume extract suppresses UVB-induced cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) expression in mouse skin epidermal JB6 P+ cells. The activation of activator protein-1 and nuclear factor-${\kappa}B$ induced by UVB was dose-dependently inhibited by P. mume extract treatment. This results suggest that P. mume extracts might be used as a potential agents for protection of inflammation or UVB induced skin damage.

  • Let X be a smooth scheme with an action of an algebraic group G. We establish an equivalence of two categories related to the corresponding moment map ${\mu}:T^{\ast}X{\rightarrow}g^{\ast}$ - the derived category of G-equivariant coherent sheaves on the derived fiber ${\mu}^{-1}(0)$ and the derived category of G-equivariant matrix factorizations on $T^{\ast}X{\times}g$ with potential given by ${\mu}$.

  • The topos constructed in [6] is a set-like category that includes among its axioms an axiom of infinity and an axiom of choice. In its final form a topos is free from any such axioms. Set$\^$G/ is a topos whose object are G-set Ψ$\sub$s/:G${\times}$S\longrightarrowS and morphism f:S \longrightarrowT is an equivariants map. We already known that Set$\^$G/ satisfies the weak form of the axiom of choice but it does not satisfies the axiom of the choice.(omitted)
