Modern aircraft is facing the increase of power demands and thermal challenges. In accordance with the application of more electric technology and advanced mission requirement, aircraft system requires increase of power generation and it cause increase of internal heat generation. Simultaneously, restrictions have significantly been imposed to the thermal management system. Modern aircraft must maintain low radar observability and infra-red signature. In addition, new composite aircraft skins have reduced the amount of heat that can be rejected to the environment. The combination of these characteristics has increased the challenges faced by thermal management. In order to mitigate the thermal challenges, the concept of system level thermal management should be applied and new modeling and simulation tools need to be developed. To develop and utilize system level thermal management technology, three key points are considered. Firstly, the performance changes of subsystems and components must be assessed at an integrated thermal system. It is because that each subsystem and component interacts with other subsystems or components and it can directly effects on overall system performance. Secondly, system level thermal management requirements and solutions must be evaluated early in conceptual design process as vehicle and propulsion system configuration decisions are being made. Finally, new component level thermal management technologies must focus on reducing heat generation and increasing the availability of heat sinks.

우리 국민의 거주 형태로 아주 큰 비중을 차지하는 공동주택의 하자는 입주민에게 큰 불편과 손실을 초래하고 있다. 그러나 시공사에서 하자정보의 관리에 조금 더 관심을 기울인다면 많은 하자를 사전에 예방할 수 있으리라 판단된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 하자 발생을 방지시키기 위한 개선된 하자정보관리시스템을 도출하려 한다. 먼저 관리시스템의 취약으로 인한 하자사례를 조사하여 개선된 하자정보관리시스템의 필요성을 확인하고, 다음으로 설문조사를 통하여 그 결과로써 현재의 하자정보관리시스템의 문제점과 개선 필요성을 파악 할 수 있었다. 그리하여 하자정보관리시스템의 개선 방안을 도출하였는데 이는 하자 발생의 예방에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Development of efficient integration management system needs to operate and manage internet shopping mall for customer, sale, product, stock, account management. The purpose of this paper implements of small shopping mall logistics management system as a plan to raise efficiency of management of the Internet shopping mall which was a representative business form of electronic commerce. Logistics management system operates an Internet shopping mall, progressed with the aim of construction of the management system that systematizes a member, a product, a stock, customer management, and can efficiently manage a total stock grasp and the amount of transaction of a product based on Web environment by real time.

This paper is developed to Energy Balance Flow show the flow of total energy resource be used nationally. 이 연구는 우리나라 국가위기관리체계의 문제점을 분석하여 발전방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 위기, 위기관리의 개념과 국가위기관리 조직체계, 국가위기관리 조직관련 법령 등을 살펴보았다. 우리나라의 국가위기관리 개념은 위기와 안전, 보안, 위험, 재난 등의 개념이 혼재된 가운데 용어가 혼용되어 사용되고 있다. 게다가 개별적으로 발전해온 법령으로 인하여 국가위기관리 조직은 분야별로 분산되고, 각각의 조직 운영으로 중복되어 효율성이 제한되며, 한정된 국가위기관리 자원이 비효율적으로 운용되고 있다. 결국 개별 법령에 규정된 다수의 국가위기관리 조직을 효율적으로 통합 관리하는 데에는 법체계상 한계가 있으며, 컨트롤 타워가 미흡한 가운데 관련부처간의 조정 통제가 곤란한 실태에 있다. 이에 따라 이 연구에서는 개념의 불명확성에 대한 문제점의 발전방안으로 위기의 개념을 명확히 하고, 조직과 법령이 분산된 문제점에 대해서는 국가 통합위기관리체계(IEMS)를 제시하였다. 이를 통하여 궁극적으로는 한국의 국가위기관리체계의 발전을 위한 조직적 법적 통합방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 토공현장의 토사관리를 중심으로 토공사에 대한 시공관리시스템 구현을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구 결과는 토공사 시공관리에 대한 DB 설계 및 시스템 구현으로 구분한다. 첫째, 토공사 시공관리에 대한 DB설계는 토공사 장비에 대한 작업계획 대비 실적의 분석을 통한 시공관리와 노무관리 등 자원관리 DB를 구성하여 작업과 자원 분류체계를 연계하여 구성하였으며, 둘째 토공사 시공관리 시스템은 토공사 작업계획을 평면도에 구획단위로 구분하여 실적을 그래픽으로 표시하며, 이를 기반으로 공정 현황, 진도보고 등폭 시각적으로 표시하여 현장의 실무자간에 의사소통 및 업무 수행에 원활히 사용하도록 개발하였다. 본 연구는 토공전문회사의 토공사 업무에 특화한 시스템으로 시험적용 단계를 거쳐서 현장에 사용 가능한 시스템이다.

In this article, we verify to influence in the management performance by the safety management system that is recommended by the ICAO for the safety management on the airside area in the airport. Also, We present a comprehensive mediator effect that the employees perceive safety culture and safety behavior. We design how participants were selected as study the employees from 4 airports on the airside areas of the Incheon International Airport, Gimpo International Airport, Jeju International Airport and Gimhae International Airport in the Korea using the simple random sampling method. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire, and it was developed. Data analysis was to conduct structural equation modeling. Test of the hypotheses were verified to Maximum Likelihood Estimator. As a result of the analysis, safety behavior and risk management of the safety management system found out that affect management performance. Also, the employees of a high awareness about safety policy could be seen that is a high impact on management performance through a safety culture and a safety behavior. Safety behavior has significant mediator effect within the relationship between the safety management system and management performance. So, We provide guidance of the safety policies for the safety management on the airside area in the airport.

The purpose of this study is to find out a way to apply the strength of American homeowners association to Korean housing management system through literature review on the legal basis, organizational composition and functions, and management models of homeowners association. Following is distinctive characteristics of American homeowners association. 1) Homeowners association is a juridical entity which 'Condominium Act' obliges residents to join. 2) The board of directors is decision maker. The covenant, however, gives residents right to act in committees. 3) Homeowners association has self-governing functions such as management of common spaces, permission of new construction and taxation. 4) Types of management are volunteers' self-management, association-employed management, full agency management, and some mixed types. Residents pay management charge by month or by quarter. This study suggests as follow. 1) It is needed for Korea to legislate the law to regulate the management system of detached houses. 2)Management system of Korea can be more efficient with volunteers' committees for active participation. Above all, architectural control committee is essential in the circumstance that reform of apartment is popular these days. 3) The management entity is recommended to have some self-governing function to talk about taxation policy with local governments.

컴퓨터를 활용한 강의 지원시스템은 오래전부터 개발되어 사용되고 있으나, 완벽한 강의지원이란 쉬운 일이 아니다. 따라서 본 시스템은 대학 강의에 적합한 온라인 강의지원 관리 시스템을 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 개발 시스템은 대학에서의 데이터베이스과목 관리에 목표를 두고 주로 시험과 채점관리에 초점을 맞추어 개발되었다. 강의관리를 위한 출석관리, 리포트관리, 퀴즈와 같은 수시시험관리 및 정규(중간, 기말)고사의 실시 및 채점을 주목적으로 하였다. 시험의 경우 객관식, 주관식, 단답식 그리고 SQL로 나누어 개발되었다. 특히 SQL의 경우 구분분석을 통해 채점할 수 있는 시스템을 개발함으로서 보다 효과적인 채점관리에 주력하였다. 주관식 및 단답형의 경우는 수작업을 통한 채점방식을 사용하였으며, 이 모든 과정을 학생 스스로 확인할 수 있도록 하여 채점과 관련한 문제를 해소하도록 하였다.

In EMS(environmental management system), environmental documents are very important elements to achieve ISO 14000 series certification. A organization or company which hope to acquire the certification must prescribe daily operation procedure and document them properly. Also these documents must be updated in new version. Especially, environment manual, describing EMS factors and correlation between them, is a basic document system. Therefore, a proper manual management tool help a organization or company to reduce the efforts to establish and to revise documents. So, in this paper we will present environment manual management system using database and a, pp.ication computer program.
