  • 본 논문에서는 식품 판매 게시글에 대한 카테고리 분류를 위해 자연어처리 모델인 KoBERT 모델에 기반하여 식품 판매글에 대한 카테고리 분류 모델을 설계하고 구현한다. 본 논문을 통해 구현된 식품 판매 게시글의 카테고리 분류 모델은 정확도 평가에 대해서 비교적 우수한 성능을 산출하였다.

Transport System of Specific Neutral Amino Acids in Suspension-Cultured Cells (현탁배양 세포내에서 특수 중성 아미노산의 수송)

  • The influx of glycine, valine, alanine, and histidine was inhibited by all tested neutral amino acids competitively and the reciprocal inhibitory studies showed the neutral amino acids possess the same transport system as neutral amino acids process to the same catalytic site of one carrier to each other, The molecules of histidine were transported actively as a neutral form through the neutral amino acid transport system but were not transported as a charged form. The Km values of the neutral amino acid transport system have been divided into three different category on basis of the affinity to the carrier, below 0.1mM, etween 0.1ImM-0.5mM and above 0.5mM. The $V_{max}$ was between $3.12{\mu}mole{\cdot}h^{-1}{\cdot}g$ fresh $weight^{-1}\;-\;15.1\;{\mu}mole{\cdot}h^{-1}{\cdot}g$ fresh $weight^{-1}$. Neutral amino acids cotransported with one $H^{+}per$ one molecule and one $K^{+}-efflux$ per one molecule for charge compensation. Histidine cotransported with proton per one molecule, however the movement of cotransported proton can't detectable because of the release of proton from the charged molecules of histidine in the medium.

A Study on Volatile Organic Compounds(VOC) in Environmental Tobacco Smoke(ETS) at Indoor Office Environments (실내사무환경에서의 환경성담배연기(ETS)중 일부 휘발성유기화합물(VOC)에 관한 연구)

  • There has been increased interest in the health effects of the Environmental Tobacco Smoke(ETS) as a confirmed human carcinogen. It has been known to be extremely difficult to make an accurate assessment of exposure to ETS since it is consisted of a variety of components and there are a number of labile chemicals. Therefore, it is necessary to obtain, to interpretate and to provide the data of quantitative exposure assessment to ETS in the field of environmental health. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the concentration of ETS using VOC in indoor office environments. The correlations and concentrations of benzene, RSP, 3-EP, nicotine that are indicators for ETS were investigate with smoking density, air change per hour(ventilation rate). Air samples were taken in smoking room(7 sites), smoking allowed office (3 sites), corridor outside smoking room(7 sites), non-smoking office (9 sites). The concentrations of benzene showed significant difference according to category of indoor office environments. The geometric mean concentration of benzene were 23.56 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$/㎥(range 4.80~192.90 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$/㎥) in smoking rooms. 6.16 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$/㎥ in smoking allowed offices, 1.32 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$/㎥ in the non-smoking offices respectively. The ratios of the concentration of benzene between outdoor air and smoking room, smoking allowed office, and non-smoking indicators concentrations, SD, and SI were 0.82(benzene and nicotine). 0.76(benzene and RSP), 0.60(benzene and SD), 0.76(benzene and SI). It is proposed that benzene is a good indicator for ETS.

Annual Energy Performance Evaluation of Zero Energy House Using Metering Data (실측데이터를 이용한 에너지제로주택의 연간 에너지성능평가)

  • Purpose: In this study, we evaluate the annual energy performance of the detached house which was designed with the aim of zero energy. Method: The experimental house which was constructed in Gonju Chungnam in 2013, is the single family detached house of light weight wood frame with $100m^2$ of heating area. Thermal transmittance of roof (by ISO 10211) and building external walls are designed as $0.10W/m^2K$ and $0.14W/m^2$ respectively and low-e coating vacuum window glazing with PVC frame was installed. Also grid connected PV system and natural-circulation solar water heater was applied and 6kWp capacity of photovoltaic module was installed in pitched roof and $5m^2$ of solar collector in vertical wall facing the south. We analyzed the 2014 annual data of the detached house in which residents were actually living, measured though web-based remote monitoring system. Result: First, as a result, total annual energy consumption and energy production (PV generation and solar hot water) are 7,919kWh and 7,689kWh respectively and the rate of energy independence is 97.1% which is almost close to the zero energy. Second, plug load and hot water of energy consumption by category showed the highest numbers each with 33% and 31%, with following space heating 24%, electric cooker 8%, lighting 3% in order. Hot water supply is relatively higher than space heating because high insulation makes it decreased.

Crown Fuel Characteristics of Japanese Red Pine (Pinus densiflora) in Mt. Palgong, Daegu (대구 팔공산 지역의 소나무 수관층 연료 특성)

  • Crown fuel characteristics such as crown bulk density, crown base height, and fuel moisture content of Japanese red pine were analyzed. Ten trees in Mt. Palgong at Daegu, were destructively sampled and their crown fuels were weighed separately for each fuel category. Fuel content of live and dead crown component were 53%, and 15.3%, respectively. Foliar moisture content was 56%. Needles and twigs with diameter less than 1cm diameter accounted for 16.2%, 55% of total and crown fuel load. Average crown bulk density of Japanese red pine was 0.24 kg/$m^3$, effective crown fuel bulk density was 0.1325 kg/$m^3$.

The Effects of Urban Forest on Summer Air Temperature in Seoul, Korea (도시림의 여름 대기온도 저감효과 - 서울시를 대상으로 -)

  • The main purpose of this study was to estimate a new regression model to explain the relationship between urban forest and air temperature in summer, 2001. This study consists of two parts: correlation coefficient analysis and regression analysis. According to correlation coefficient analysis, thermal infra-red radiations of the major land use categories found significant difference in each category. However there were no significant relationship between the data (thermal infra-red radiation and NDVI) derived from Landsat-7 ETM+ image and air temperature at Automatic Weather Stations(AWSs). After estimating various regression models for summer air temperature, the final models were chosen. The final regression models consisted of two variables such as forest m and traffic facilities area. The regression models explained over 78% of the variability in air temperatures. The regression models with variables of forest area and traffic facilities area showed that the coefficient of the first variable was even more significant than the second one. However, the negative impact of the traffic facilities area was slightly greater than the positive impact of the forest area. Consequently, the effects of forest area and traffic facilities area were apparent to explain summer air temperature in Seoul. Therefore two policies have the most important implications to mitigate the summer air temperature in Seoul: to expand and to conserve the urban forest; and to change the Oafnc facilities'characteristics. The results from this study are expected to be useful not merely in informing the public that urban forest mitigates summer air temperahne, but in urging the necessity of budgets for trees and managing urban forests. Effects of Robot-assisted Therapy on Lower Limb in Patients with Subacute Stroke (아급성기 뇌졸중 환자에서의 로봇 보조 보행훈련 효과)

  • This study examined the effects of robot-assisted therapy on the motor and functional recovery of the lower limbs in 53 subacute stroke patients. Robot-assisted therapy was performed using Lokomat? (Hocoma AG, Zurich, Switzerland) for thirty minutes per day, five times a week for four weeks. The outcome measures used were the Fugl-Meyer assessment, Motricity index(MI), Functional ambulation category(FAC), Berg balance scale(BBS) for gait function and balance ability, 10m walking test, K-Modified Barthel Index(K-MBI) for the activities of daily living and Mini mental state examination (MMSE), and Beck's depression inventory(BDI) for depression. All patients recruited underwent these evaluations before and after the four week robot-assisted therapy. For the evaluation, the somatosensory evoked potentials were used to assess the functional recovery. Robot-assisted therapy on the lower limb after subacute stroke showed improvement in motor strength, gait function, and the activities of daily living. All changes in terms of MI, FAC, BBS, and K-MBI exhibited a statistically significant difference after the four weeks robot-assisted therapy. The somatosensory evoked potential result showed a correlation with the MI and K-MBI. Robot-assisted therapy is believed to facilitate the motor and functional recovery of the lower limb in subacute stroke patients.

Changes in Preference for Grape Seed Oil Dressing according to Mirepoix au Maigre Content Level (Mirepoix Au Maigre 함량 수준에 따른 포도씨유 드레싱의 수용도 변화)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an excellent salad dressing using grape seed oil, which contains high levels of unsaturated fatty acids. First, a vinaigrette was made with grape seed oil and vinegar and divided into five portions. Then, five types of mirepoix au maigre ($M_1,M_2,M_3,M_4,M_5$) were made with apple, onion, carrot, garlic, tomato puree, and tomato ketchup by mixing in a main material vessel. The samples were then allowed to ripen for three days. The control group $M_1$ was named $GD_1$, and the experimental groups $M_2,\;M_3,\;M_4,\;and\;M_5$ were named $GD_2,\;GD_3,\;GD_4,\;and\;GD_5$. respectively. To measure receptiveness, a sensory test was conducted using a 7 point category scale. The test concentrated on flavor, taste, color, agreeability, aftertaste, and overall acceptability: the panel consisted of 15 subjects According to the results, $GD_4$ had the best flavor, color and agreeability. The samples with the most preferred taste and aftertaste were $GD_4\;and\;GD_5$. Between $GD_4\;and\;GD_5$, there were no noticeable differences in taste, aftertaste, or overall acceptability, but differences in color and agreeability did exist. Thus, $GD_4$ proved to be the most favorable product. To determine the best complementing vegetables for $GD_4$ yam($VE_1$), broccoli sprouts($VE_2$), mustard leaves($VE_3$), beet leaves($VE_4$), cucumber($VE_5$), and lettuce(VE6) were selected as samples, and a sensory test was conducted. Each vegetable has its own peculiarities. According to the results, $VE_2$ had the nicest vegetable fragrance recording the highest mean value. The vegetable with the most preferred taste, aftertaste, and agreeability were $VE_2\;and\;VE_6$. $VE_1\;and\;VE_6$ had the nicest color and contained the brightest color as well. The highest overall acceptability was awarded to $VE_2\;and\;VE_6$ and there was no remarkable difference between thorn at a level of 0.05. In conclusion, $VE_2\;and\;VE_6$ were the best complementing vegetables with grape seed oil dressing. However, to commercialize such a dressing, many follow-up studies must be conducted.

Estimation of ELF-MF Exposure Levels in the Korean Population through 24-Hour Personal Exposure (개인 노출량 조사를 통한 한국인의 극저주파 자기장 노출 수준)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to estimate the exposure level to extremely low frequency-magnetic fields (ELF-MF) among a selected Korean population using 24-hour personal exposure measurement. Methods: Participants were randomly selected for the measurement of MF exposure under the assumption that the subjects are representative of the overall Korean population. Levels of personal exposure to MF were measured according to the subject's daily activities. Results: The 24-hour time-weighted average (TWA) of 250 participants was $1.56{\pm}4.56$ mG (GM, GSD: 0.79, 2.46 mG). Personal exposure levels for females were higher than for males. The highest personal exposure level was shown in the age group between 20-60 years old. Personal exposure levels according to job category were higher for the non-occupational group than for the occupational group. Conclusions: Our results showed MF exposure exceeding 2 mG per day among 11.3% of the Korean population, indicating a somewhat higher percentage compared to the EMF RAPID Program's results for the U.S population.

In Vitro Effect of DFC-2 on Mycolic Acid Biosynthesis in Mycobacterium tuberculosis

  • DFC-2, a methyl 5-[2-(dimethylamino)ethoxy]-7,12-dioxo-7,12-dihydrodinaphtho[1,2-b:2',3'-d]furan-6-carboxylate, is reported to have antitubercular effects against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. At concentrations ranging from 0.19 to $0.39{\mu}g/ml$, DFC-2 inhibited both drugusceptible and -resistant strains of M. tuberculosis. Microarray analyses were employed to gain insights into the molecular mechanisms of DFC-2's action in M. tuberculosis. The most affected functional gene category was "lipid biosynthesis," which is involved in mycolic acid synthesis. The decrease in transcription of genes related to mycolic acid synthesis was confirmed by RT-PCR. Furthermore, we found that DFC-2 triggered a reduction in mycolic acid levels, showing a similar pattern to that of mycolic acid synthesis inhibitor isoniazid. These results may explain how this compound kills mycobacteria efficiently by inhibiting mycolic acid synthesis.
