This experiment was performed to evaluate the effect of TSH (thyroid-stimulating) on the ERp29 (endoplasmic reticulum resident 29 kDa protein) gene expression in the rat thyrocytes of FRTL-5 cells. Although ERp29 mRNA was constantly expressed, its expression began to increase remarkably from 10-9 M TSH. and its maximum expression was at 5×10-9 M TSH (about 3.5 fold). On the other hand, the effect of TSH on the abundance of ERp29 mRNA started within 6 h, and peaked at 8 h (about 2.5 fold). Actinomycin D (transcription inhibitor) strongly blocked this effect while cycloheximide (translation inhibitor) did not. The half-life of ERp29 mRNA was about 4.5 h in the presence or absence of TSH that was not affected by the stability of ERp29 mRNA. The effect of TSH on the ERp29 gene expression was specific, while other growth factors (transfferin, insulin, and hydrocortisone) did not alter its expression. Our data indicate for the first time that the expression of ERp29 is regulated transcriptionally by TSH in the thyrocytes.

To determine the effect of ERp57 expression on thrombopoiein (TPO) productivity in recombinant Chinese hamster ovary (rCHO) cells, TPO producing rCHO cell line with doxycycline-regulated ERp57 expression \Vas developed. The Erp57 expression level could be regulated by addition of different concentrations of doxycycline to culture medium. The doxycycline concentration of I ${\mu}g/mL$ was high enough to suppress the ERp57 expression. Up to 5 ${\mu}g/mL$ doxycycline concentration used in culture medium, no observable cytotoxic effect of doxycycline was detected during culture. Overexpression of ERp57 、 vas found to increase the specific TPO productivity ($q_{Tpo}$) without growth inhibition, probably due to the chaperone-like activity of ERp57 in CHO cells.

A Previous ERP studies came up with a number of critical success factors which would be worth referencing at the time of ERP implementation. However, we have not found much work describing the relationship between ERP implementation approaches and ERP effectiveness. We are strongly confident that it is effective to show these managers 'how firms approach' would greatly influence the outcome of BRP endeavor. In this regards, this study aims to show this strong tie empirically. Especially, we are interested in showing why re-engineering efforts ought to be taken prior to or simultaneously with, the ERP implementation. Our main concern was whether BPR efforts were taken with respect to ERP implementation and what roles managers or If managers have taken with respect to both BPR and ERP. In order to Present a more detail Picture of ERP implementation in Korea's S&M enterprise, we further had an intensive case study.

KEPCO ERP는 '02.10부터 사업 준비기간을 거쳐 '05.7에 프로젝트가 착수되고 '06.10에는 ERP시스템이 본격 가동된 이래 2년 6개월 정도 운영되고 있다. 이에 KEPCO의 ERP 운영 현황을 살펴보고 특히 기술 분야를 중심으로 앞으로 ERP추진전략을 고찰해 보고자 한다.

오늘날 기업 내 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planing)시스템 도입이 활발해지고 있는 가운데 그 역기능으로 ERP 시스템 도입 실패 사례 또한 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 ERP 시스템이 올바르게 구축되었는가를 판단하는 ERP 시스템에 대한 완성도 혹은 하자여부를 판단하는 감정평가 활동이 증가하고 있다. ERP 시스템은 일반적으로 패키지 형태의 프로그램과는 달리 비즈니스 프로세스 분석 단계에서 계약의 내용이 수정 및 확정되어지며, 업종 및 국가별 비즈니스 프로세스 특성에 따라 일반화된 모듈 프레임 워크를 그대로 적용하기 어려운 점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 ERP 시스템 완성도 감정평가를 위해 국내외 ERP 시스템에 대한 기본구조와 함께 세부적인 (공통/상이)모듈에 대해 정리를 수행하고, 이를 대상으로 핵심적인 비즈니스 업무수행을 위한 세부적인 절차를 추출하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통하여 제시된 ERP 시스템 감정 절차는 ERP 시스템 감정을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

철강산업에 많은 기업들은 기업내에 인적, 물적자원을 효율적으로 관리하고 기업의 경쟁력을 제고하기 위해 컴퓨터 시스템인 전사적 자원관리(Enterprise Resource Planning, 이하 ERP)를 도입하여 운영하고 있다. ERP 시스템을 개발하는 개발사는 자사의 솔루션을 글로벌 시스템으로 개발하기 위해 기업의 환경과 다양한 국가의 세법을 연구하여 시스템에 적용하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 "S" 사의 "M" ERP 시스템을 분석하여 국가별로 세법과 환경이 다른 사용자들의 요구사항을 해결하는 시간을 절약하고 초기 시스템 구축의 '확장성'이 떨어지는 현상을 Form Setup 방식을 이용해 개선한 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

These days the theme of " ERP" has become a topic of special interest in both public and private sectors. Based on the literature survey on M.I.S. and other IT related area, this paper reviewed the ERP Implementation success factors and found that there would be significant differences between large an small business ERP success factors. For the more practical and successful ERP Implementation, this paper proposed a new university-industry cooperation model of ERP implementation for small and medium Enterprises. Other this study related implications were discussed.

Earned value management(EVM)는 프로젝트 진행 상태를 파악하기 위해 주로 비용과 일정 편차, 성과지표를 통합하여 분석하는 것으로 비용/원가 관리를 위해 발전되어 사용되어 왔다. ERP 프로젝트는 국내 솔루션 시장의 가장 높은 점유율을 차지하고 있지만, 수행에 대한 성과평가 및 일정예측 가능한 신뢰성 있는 Tool 은 알려지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ERP 프로젝트의 EVM 성과지표를 분석을 통해 ERP 프로젝트가 원가측면의 계획대비 수행 적합성이 높으며, 국내 ERP 프로젝트는 분석단계에서 일정 지연이 발생한다는 것을 발견하였다 향후 본 연구를 통해 EVM 성과 지표를 이용한 현재 시점의 프로젝트 상태를 점검하며, 향후 일정과 원가를 예측하여 성공적인 ERP 프로젝트 수행에 도움이 되고자 한다.

We have examined the relaxational response to the water extract of Rheum palmatum L.(ERP) and water extrc alcohol processed Rheum palmatum L.(ARP) in isolated thoracic aorta from sprague dawley (SD) rat. Rat thoracic aort investigated in vessel segments suspended for isometric tension recording by polygraph. Responses to ERP and ARP investigated in vessels precontracted with 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT). We found that the thoracic aorta segments respo to ERP and ARP with a dose-dependent vasorelaxation. We found that ; The thoracic aorta segments responded to I and ARP with a dose-dependent vasodilation. The 5-HT induced contraction at 10/sup -4/M were inhibited by 71.7% and a: after addition of the 0.01 g/mL water extract of ERP and ARP. The 5-HT induced contraction at 10/sup -4/M were inhibite 100% after 10/sup -3/M emodin. The concentration of emodin was 0.027% and 0.098% in ERP and ARP. In condusion, ERP ARP induced relaxation in the isolated rat thoracic aorta were composed of dose-dependent relaxation. and it has pi vasodilation.

ERP 시스템은 기업의 이익을 최대화하기 위해 생산 판매 물류 회계 인사 등 기업의 기간 업무를 조직적 횡단적으로 파악하고, 경영 자원의 활용을 전사적으로 최적화하려는 계획 관리를 위한 경영 개념으로 사용되었다는 것을 알 수 있다. ERP시스템을 도입함으로써 얻는 이점으로는 실시간으로 제공되는 각종 재무, 생산관련 자료를 통한 신속한 의사결정 지원으로 의사결정의 일관성 및 질을 향상 시킬 수 있으며 효율적인 재고관리를 통한 보관 및 유통비용의 최소화 등을 들 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 ERP 시스템을 고려하고 최신 웹기술을 고려하여 웹환경 ERP 시스템을 설계하고 구축하여 고객의 불만해소와 업무 생산성 향상 및 경제적 절감등의 주안점을 두어 연구를 진행하였다.
