현재 m-commerce를 위한 지불시스템 연구는 인터넷에서 사용하는 소액지불기법을 무선환경에서 사용할 수 있도록 하는 연구가 주를 이루고 있다. 그러나 다양한 서비스 제공을 위해서는 소액지불기법 뿐만이 아닌 고액지불기법도 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 m-commerce에서 상품 구매나 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 고액지불시스템을 제안한다 고액지불 수행을 위해 신용카드를 사용한다. 또한 안전한 지불을 수행할 수 있도록 공개키 암호 시스템을 사용한다.

This work studies the equilibrium behavior of customers and optimal pricing strategies of the sever in a continuous-time M/M/1 queueing system. In this work, we consider two pricing models. The first one is called the ex-ante payment scheme where the server charges a flat price for all services, and the second one is called the ex-post payment scheme where the server charges a price that is proportional to the time a customer spends in the system. In each pricing model, the departing customer receives the reward that is inversely proportional to his/her sojourn time. The server should make the optimal pricing decisions in order to maximize its expected profit per unit time in each payment scheme. This work also investigates customer's equilibrium joining or balking behaviors under server's optimal pricing strategies. Numerical experiments are conducted to help the server best select one between two pricing models.

인터넷의 발달과 더불어서 M-Commerce 상에서의 off-Line 지불에 관한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이것을 가능하게 해는 핵심 요인 중에 하나는 차세대 이동통신인 IMT 2000과 Bluetooth 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 IMT 2000과 Bluetooth에 관한 관련 기술과 M-Commerce 상에서의 off-Line 지불 비즈니스 모델의 설계를 제안하였다.

As mobile device is becoming more popular, E-Commerce changes into M-Commerce. Especially, IMT-2000 (International Mobile Telecommunication 2000) service is prepared for M-Commerce and this has USIM (Universal Subscriber Identity Module) as a core of certification of individuality and transactions. As a result, the area of mobile service going to expand by USIM. But, mobile services using USIM leave much to be desired, and developed application don't variety. In this paper, for the efficient design of USIM, the structure of USIM and protocol is analyzed, and secure payment solution in USIM is proposed. Specially, offline payment system is proposed for the verification of proposed protocols including security, saving, and calculation of balance. finally, the simulation of proposed payment system on USIM is performed using Java Card.

모바일 통신의 수요가 증가하면서 유선상에서의 상거래 형태가 무선으로 변화하고 있다. 무선 매체를 통한 지불 형태가 다양화되고 있으며 무선 거래의 이용률도 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 무선 통신은 유선 통신에 비하여 보안적 측면에서 공격의 대상이 되기 쉽다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 무선 통신 상에서의 안전한 전자상거래를 위하여 USIM을 이용한 지불 솔루션을 제안한다. USIM은 모바일 기기에 내장되는 스마트 카드 형태의 개인 인중 정보를 저장할 수 있는 모듈로서, 추가적으로 전자화폐의 기능을 담당한다. 제안한 솔루션의 유용성을 증명하기 위하여 Java 기반의 USIM을 이용하여 J2ME 환경상에서 전자화폐 시스템을 구현하였다.

본 연구에서는 이들 문제점을 극복하기 위해 수도권을 대상으로 하여 용수를 사용하는 소비자의 BOD 개선정도별 지불의사(WTP)를 설문을 조사하고, 설문결과를 통계분석하여 수질개선(BOD)-지불의사(WTP) 관계식을 도출하였다. 이때 설문응답자가 최대한 설문대상재화를 객관적이고, 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 설문지를 작성하였다. 사례연구로서 낙동강수계의 내성천 지방2급하천 구간에 계획한 송리원다목적댐을 대상으로 상수도 원수수질개선에 대한 편익을 산정하였다. 사례연구로서 낙동강수계의 내성천 지방2급하천 구간에 계획한 송리원다목적댐을 대상으로 적용하였다. 방류시나리오별 연평균편익산정 결과, 연평균계획방류량$(4.79\;m^3/s)$ 방류시 5,980 백만원, 풍수기(7$\sim$10월)를 제외한 기간의 계획방류량$(7.22\;m^3/s)$ 방류시 8,663 백만원, 수질악화기 계획방류량$(10.72\;m^3/s)$ 방류시 11,905 백만원, 최대계획방류량$(13.54\;m^3/s)$ 방류시 14,502 백만원으로 산정되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 가구소득별 수질개선(BOD)-지불의사(WTP) 관계식을 이용함으로써 수질개선사업에 대한 원수수질편익을 산정할 때 사업전 후의 수질분석만 이루어진다면 실무에서 활용 가능한 편익산정방법이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 논문에서는 자바 모바일 플랫폼을 기반으로 하는 M-Commerce 보안 플랫폼을 검토하고, J2ME 기반 CLDC와 MIDP를 이용해서 M-Commerce 전자지불을 위한 휴대용 전자지갑 구현방안을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방안은 무선 인터넷 환경에서 신용카드 결제 방식으로 지불할 경우 관련 중요 정보를 안전하게 전송하고, 대금 결제를 할 수 있도록 한다. 그리고, 무선인터넷 응용프로토콜 WAP 방식의 보안을 고려한 WTLS 보안 메커니즘을 이용하고, J2ME 기술을 기반으로 하기 때문에 향후 IMT2000에서도 사용 가능하다.

무선 전자상거래(M-Commerce) 전자지불 방식의 하나인 전자화폐는 실물 화폐와 유사한 성질을 만족해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 지불된 전자화폐가 악용되었을 때 신뢰센터가 필요로 하는 경우 전자화폐 사용자와 브로커를 연관지을 수 있고 이산대수문제에 기반 한 메타-메시지 복원과 은닉 RSA서명 기법을 이용하여 이미 지불된 금액을 재생성 할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안한다.

현재의 상거래는 지불 기술과 인증 기술을 갖춘 전자지불 시스템을 기반으로 언제. 어디서나 소비자의 요구을 만족시키는 U-Commerce로 이동중에 있다. 전자상거래가 거래공간을 전자공간으로 옮김으로써 신경제를 불러왔듯이 U-commerce는 물리공간과 전자공간을 통합하는 유비쿼터스 공간 경제를 보편화시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 T-commerce와 M-commerce의 요구사항을 살펴보고. U-commerce을 위한 지불게이트활용방안을 제시한다.

Recently multifaceted advantages of urban agriculture are emerging in civil society and related policy arena such as food safety, environment, and social welfare. This study tried an estimation of residents' willingness-to-pay for urban farming to examine feasibility of using part of urban green infrastructure as urban farm (e.g. allotment garden). A survey targeting Bundang and Dontan new-town residents was carried out and willingness-to-pay for urban farm rental was estimated by contingent valuation method (CVM). The estimated rent was cross-checked with the rental cost and travel cost paid by hobby farm users in the outskirt of metropolitan area. The result of this study showed that the potential demand for urban farming is ample if urban farms or allotment gardens are planned within new development areas. That is, 72.6 percent of new-town residents questioned had intention of using allotment garden within urban parks and green spaces. Estimated willingness-to-pay for renting a plot, $16.5m^2$ of urban farm, was about 236,000 won(KRW), which is higher than rent for a plot of allotment garden which is located out of city. Variables which were statistically significant to estimated willingness-to-pay for urban farming were sex, age, and occupation of respondents, among other explanatory socio-demographic variables, while expected frequency and duration of visit to urban farm were insignificant.
