레일 도유기에 의한 스퀼소음 저감 효과 (The Reduction Effectiveness of Squeal Noise through Rail Lubricator)

  • Squeal noise is generated by railway vehicles transversing tight curves. This squeal has always been noticed as one of the most disturbing noise sourecs of railway systems. At present we cannot predicted squeal noise that is influenced by a large number of dependent parameters. But the application of wheel damping and rail lubrication have successfully reduced wheel squeal. In this study, we measured squeal noise to find out the reduction effectiveness of noise through rail lubricator.

  • In this study, Curve dependent wheel flange lubricator with grease spray type is introduced and checked and estimated a point of view reducing wheel flange wear and noise in the curve. Advantage of curve dependent wheel flange lubricators with grease spray type is found on the basis of the result of field test applied to KNR No. 1 Line(reconstruction car).

  • 본 논문에서는 마이크로프로세서를 사용하여 주유소 이용자가 주유기 조작방법을 모르더라도 직접 주유할 수 있는 간단한 인터페이스를 구현하고자 한다. 현재 주유소 이용자가 직접 주유할 수 있는 셀프 주유기가 상용화 되어있지만 셀프 주유기를 별도로 설치 해야하며, 주유 과정이 복잡하여 셀프 주유를 꺼리는 실정이다. 이러한 과정을 신용카드나 현금을 이용하여 주유 금액을 결재하면 모든 과정이 자동적으로 처리되어 주유기 조작법을 모르더라도 간단하게 주유할 수 있으며, 주유소에서는 셀프 주유를 하기 위해 셀프 주유기를 따로 구매할 필요 없이 간단한 회로를 인터페이스 하여 셀프 주유를 병행할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

Effect of Dry Lubrication to Reduce Wheel Flange Wear of Railcars in Railway of Iran (Case Study: Green Plour (GPIG) Passenger Train Coaches)

  • In this paper, the reduction effect of dry (solid) lubrication on wheel flange wear rates is studied. The solid / dry lubricator systems were attached to the most front and furthest back axles of a coach in order to examine the wear behavior of the equipped wheels. An attempt is also made to make a comparison between wear behaviors of these wheel flanges having dry lubrication devices with non-lubricated wheels in other railcars. Finally, a comparison is made between life-cycle of wheels under investigation and other similar wheel types.

  • The increase of vehicles stagnations leads to the increasing attention to the way customers pay and a large number of projects on electronic cash system. Tranport system is comprised of a number of advanced technologies, including information processing, communications, control, and electronics. Recently many research on a system which provides contact in order to protect driver's vehicle passage have been carried out. And some potential problems from that system are being reviewed by electronic cash system. In this papers, we suggest Rf protocol developing technology using the concept of electronic cash. ATM electronic cash developing is consist of component of Pre-developed coin throw, integration of component using its, and production of more requirement-satisfactory ITS solution. Result increase $15{\sim}40%$ pre-type vehicles stagnations. Especially, we expect this proposed concept would be well adapted to our national environments.

복심곡선 레일이상마모 발생 저감 사례 (The Reduction Case of Occurrence of Abnormal Wearing of Rail in Compound Curve Part)

  • Rail provides running tract for train and broadly and widely conveys the weight of the train exerted from the train wheels that the rail directly supports onto the cross tie and roadbed, and supports the cross-sectional pressure exerted by centrifugal force at curvatures. That is, stationary rail provides surface on which dynamic train runs and guarantees cross-sectional resistance to enable the vertical snake motion of the train wheels as well as to maintain lateral force at curvatures. Rail provides running surface on which train wheels can run smoothly, and secures vertical and lateral force. However, it undergoes continuous destructive reactions (wearing and damages) and abrasion of the cladding by the train wheels. It is obvious that wearing will result when two metal parts act against each other. However, occurrence of abnormal wearing such as rapid wearing of the rail side due to complex generation of various mechanisms at the contact surface between the rail and train wheel flange. It is not easy to simply examine the causes of occurrence of abnormal wearing of rail and train wheel flange. Although countless number of academicians and specialists are conducting researches on abnormal wearing of rail and vertical wearing of train wheels, I believe it is too early to argue on pros and cons due to insufficiency of officially verified information on the issue. This review will be focusing on the examples of repairs that reduced the generation of abnormal wearing of rail by reviewing and improving characteristics of wearing and slack, speed of the train and cant as well as status of lubricator by choosing the compound curves present in the section between the $Anguk{\sim}Jongno3-ga$ Stations of the Route No. 3 among the compound curve tracks of the Seoul Metro Routes No. 3 & 4 at which abnormal wearing is generated continuously.
